My room was clean and spacious! Check in was very easy and the lady who checked me in was kind and helpful! The elevators are a little scary and need to be addressed. I had to leave before breakfast but it looked delicious! Check out was easy. I missed that there is no pool and that is totally on me! I appreciated a nice room to stay before I had to drive back to NC.

Great location. But hotel definitely needs upgrades in room and bathrooms. Breakfast food area needs to be bigger with more than one waffle maker. Had a line just for a waffle. Bathroom needs ventilation. Dressers and bed need updating. Rail on bed scraped my leg from sticking out. Carpet needs cleaning too and air needs to be on down hallways.

Negatives: we received housekeeping service one time out of five nights. A sign stated it would be every other night which would have been fine, but to then miss one of those nights is unacceptable. There was no fitness center (?) and no laundry room (???) available. I noticed multiple bugs on the property, two in our bathroom. most irritatingly, the hotel only provides Wi-Fi if you sign up for an unwanted Hilton account. Unacceptable

When we entered the room, there was a musty smell. The blankets also caused some itching, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The worst part was that the toilet got clogged in the morning, which was unbearable and very disappointing.

Worst hotel ever stayed at. Went into our room and the toilet barely flushed. The water slowly swirled in the toilet bowl. Almost seemed like it was clogged with no water pressure. We were switched to another room and during the night when it rained, the rain leaked through the ceiling. We called the front desk at 4AM because the rain was dripping into our room and it was loud enough to keep us up. Front desk said they couldn’t switch us to a different room because they were at max capacity and they said they would have maintenance come to the room first thing at 7:30AM. No one came. Hotel couldn’t give us a discount or any money back because we booked through hotels.com. All they could do was send points to my email to use towards another hotel in the future to which I never received. I would not recommend this hotel. Best to book somewhere else not waste your money at this hotel.

The property & staff were great. The only disappointment was that the pillows were not firm and the breakfast was so so - the eggs no flavor & watery and the cinnamon rolls dry & stale ? . Holiday Inn Express is the winner on breakfast - especially their cinnamon rolls!!

It was a terrible experience. We used to frequent this location and it's not what it used to be. Things look worn, the bathrooms look aged. It's looking more and more like the value is dropping. I was placed in a room with a complaint on it for broken shower/tub...indicated in the notes. It clearly wasn't read. Then I was placed in a new room where the bathroom smelled like sewage....this is at midnight mind you. It was a room for disabled persons and I'm able bodied. I did not like the feeling of occupying a room for disabled guests, let alone the bathroom issue. I didn't feel the night staff cared much. Downside is nothing could be comped because of booking through this site as a third party vendor. I will not visit this location again. I prefer a refund.

This is not my first time here , but it will definitely be my last .yesterday i went out early came back ans the room wasn't cleaned i called downstairs and asked the front desk for fresh towels,she told me i needed to come down and get since she didnt gave anyone to bring them up.i saud okay, the next day as i was leaving out the hotel i told the front deck no one came yesterday to clean the room came you make sure someone cleaned it today i need fresh clean linen and towels and another roll toilet paper she said okay.she gonna make sure someone cleans it today...i return from dinner and to my surprise the room still has not been cleaned immediately called downstairs and told the front she told me the rooms get cleaned every other day i could not believe it.and i told her i needed an extra roll of tissue and cleaned towels she told me to come downstairs to get it...i have never had tgis type of experience in any hotel ever

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was.

The shower had no cold water for two days it was boiling hot water that can damage my skin.I asked for house cleaning and when I came back nothing was done it was the same as I left.the next day I asked to make sure there was housecleaning coming to my room and they said yes I will make sure.That night they took the trash but didn’t make the beds.This is really unprofessional and very disappointing.Not to mention the first night I had to switch rooms and the water in the shower was boiling hot and it was 12 in the morning and I had to repack everything from luggage to the fridge.DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.

Mom always said if you can't say something nice don't say anything, so, the bed was comfortable, the TV was great and the shower water pressure was also great not to mention terrific hot hot water. The lady checking us in was polite and nice. Lovely fingernails. Upon arrival there was a large group directly in the front door are smoking Pot. I know it's legal in MD but very un nerving for us and also the family with children behind us. The staff should have stopped this. The outlet in our bathroom was broken and not work. We asked 5 times for it to be fixed each time was told it will be done tomorrow, it was never fixed despite paying full price for this room we could not use it fully. One girl did offer us another room but told us it would be fixed the next day so we declined the room. The outlet was never fixed after 5 days. Drying my wife's hair at the desk was not ideal when someone trying to sleep. There is paint peeling from the ceiling in the Bathroom and the main room. Some liquid had been thrown on the wall on the left as you walk in, it was visible when the light hit it a certain way.

Arrived at 5:30pm and clerk told me room was not ready and didn't know when it would be. Check in is 3pm.The front desk clerk told me she would call me when my room was ready. Lobby was full of others waiting so I went back outside and there were people smoking marijuana right outside the lobby door so there was no place to sit and wait. Since the room was pre-paid, I had to wait it out. At 7:30pm, I still had no room and a banging headache from the smoke. Needless to say I had to find a different hotel. Extremely disappointed in Hampton.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff member who checked us in was cordial, professional, and genuinely friendly, which set a welcoming tone right away. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the convenience of free parking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely return whenever we have an event in Glen Burnie.

Of less significance -- The floor in the breakfast room was UNBELIEVEABLY sticky. Even though it might be a potential safety hazard, I believe someone should have taken 5 minutes to mop the floor. I felt like I was tracking sticky substance all the way back to my room. On the positive side, your breakfast selection was quite impressive. I'm currently at a Hampton Inn in Exton, PA, and your breakfast was considerably better. Even with just a few minutes left, the scrambled eggs were being replenished.....most impressive. 5*

This used to be my go-to place when I was coming home for a short stay. But after my last day I'm doubting this. The hotel is conveniently located. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. Quick access to the highways as well. But this time my room was very humid. And the carpet was wet. I stretch every morning when I get up and it was kind of gross to lay on that damp carpet to do my stretches. Additionally my medications which I take with me got flaky and wet from the humidity in the room which was totally unacceptable. I like the location. I like your free breakfast. But I don't know what is going on with the upkeep on the rooms. Also I walked around in the room barefoot and every time I got in the shower there were dark footprints from the dirt on my feet. So I suspect that the carpet is not very clean as well. They really need to address some of these things.

It is dilapidated, and all the furniture was threadbare, scraped, stained, chipped, etc. This must’ve been a Budget Inn location before it was a Hampton Inn. It is certainly the most outdated Hampton Inn I’ve ever been to.

There were other issues. We checked in early but were given room cards so I assumed the room was ready. We did leave before going to the room and was back at the posted check-in time. However, they were still cleaning the room and it wasn't ready. By the time they figured all that out and tried to put us in another room, the room was ready. Then many of the drawers and doors on the room furniture were stuck or wouldn't close. The toilet had a hard time flushing properly. It suited us since we were only there one night, but it was a bit frustrating. The staff made up for the room issues though. They were great.

We were stuck in MD with a weather delay preventing us from traveling on from BWI. This was a last minute choice and our visit was one of just six hours. Front desk person was not typical from my previous Hampton experiences, just going through the motions. Hotel itself appeared to be older and while clean was showing some wear.

Our experience here was good in that the customer service and friendly staff made up for some of the flaws that we noticed! From the receptionist to the house keepers, everyone was polite and friendly. The biggest problem was a large cobweb in one corner of the ceiling. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower was a great touch but the conditioner was empty.

When I booked it was a Hampton Inn and had a gym in the hotel listed in the hotels.com description . By the time I stayed it was a Hilton, no fitness center. The shampoo bottle in my room was empty too.

Terrible. Bed was terrible. Booked suite bc i was traveling with children. There werent enough pillows or blankets in the room for all the beds. Some of the furniture was falling apart and looked like it had been DIY'd too many times. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Maids were holding the elevators open on the floors they were cleaning, so the wait was very long, quicker to take steps. I could not check in on time and told i would have to wait 30 mins. I was told i could not receive any money back for the inconvenience because i booked through Expedia. I will not be booking through Expedia again and will not be staying with Hilton anymore.

The hotel was in a decent location. It is near a lot of shopping, and restaurants. The check in process was simple and easy. The really big issue is they have bed bugs. My family of 4 was bitten, EVERYONE! Othewise it would have been a decent stay.

If you don’t have a car, be advised that while public transit is safe it does take awhile. So you’ll probably want to Lyft. But there are plenty of grocery stores, target, etc walking distance.

No secure parking. All most all of the Hotel parking lot is in a strip mall. Checkin was easy. The ice machine on the 5th floor wasn't working. When I informed the desk, Desk responded ice machine is "by the elevator" Microwave in room didn't work. I normally don't use but the one time. Food was tolerable. The most annoying thing, normally no hot water, but this time water was too hot. Shower had a single controller that would only turn from too hot to scalding. Same with sink in BR. All of the things were reported and the ice machine was fixed by the 3rd day. Parking is a non starter from here on.

Told me what i asked.he then told me that the whole building had been out of hot water for over 4 days now n that upon check in the staff were supposed to inform us that there hadnt been any hot water in the whole building for almost a week now n they did not know when they would have any hot water, and possibly offer any other options or i could have at least had the option to take my money and go somewhere else.i was apalled by this when he told me this. BECAUSE NOT ONE PERSON TOLD US OF THE HOT WATER PROBLEM. NEVER GOT TO SHOWER OR EVEN WASH UP SINCE THE WATER WAS ICE COLD THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE!!! IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE PROBLEM OF NO HOT WATER AND THEN NOT BEING TOLD, THEN THINGS WLDVE BEEN GREAT! HOWEVER CUZ OF THE PROBLEM OF NO HOT WATER AND NOT BEING TOLD, AND THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF ALL SHE SAID WAS SHE DIDNT KNOW WHEN THE HOT WATER WOULD WORK AGAIN,AND THAT ITS BEEN DAYS NOW WITHOUT IT,,SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD BE FIXED. HOWEVER.....she would let her boss know that we were not happy that we were never informed till 2nd day there when i inquired about why it was no hot water, 443-6 R 4

Ok for a short business trip. In a shopping center so it was loud at night. Trucks picking up dumpsters outside my window early in the morning and you can hear the cars pretty well from the busy highway out front. Very friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

i wasn't informed until my arrival of the hot water not working. i still decided to stay. housekeeping opened the door to my room at 9:30am in the morning after only knocking twice. this is the first time i experienced anything like that; they didn't announce themselves or anything.

A horrible experience. They had a serious problem with hot water. Gave me a room across from maid management and they conducted meetings in the hall. It was extremely noisy. Management was extremely rude and maintenance staff individual bumped his shoulder into me on purpose, trying to iniate a conflict.

There was a sweet senior lady working at the breakfast bar in the morning. She reminded me of my late mother who recently passed by how pleasant and considerate she was.

There was no hot water in shower, so we were given another room. That shower was lukewarm. The heat in both rooms did not work, rooms were chilly. Food was good, and the employees were wonderful. There was very little toilet paper in the bathroom, also.

Cons: not much of a room if you’re in the back of the building (MVA), slim parking in the hotel allotted parking spaces. Slow elevator, only one was working and it was very slow to wait for but stairs are not accessible (only for emergencies)

The staff was very friendly. Property was a little dated and in the middle of a busy shopping center, but our stay was fine. The hotel was quiet and clean.

Possibly the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The hotel is rundown with broken and damaged furniture. Front desk staff acted like I was bothering them when I arrived to check in. Hallways smell like smoke, pot and urine. Very little parking and no lighting so walking a long distance in the sketchy area was not fun. A fight broke out on the floor above me at 3 am. I called the front desk 3 times- no answer. One man in front of me at check-out complained that he was given a room key to an already occupied room. Just awful.

The stay was ok beds were comfortable, room was old, we were placed by the supply room. We were awakened by someone slamming the door several times at 345am then 5 min. Later we her a loud tumbling noise form the same room, when to check out and meet the rudeness person at any hotel we have stayed, we make 6 trip a year and first time using Hampton inn not hsppy
