Poor customer service, the front desk person always hide in their room. They said they have on the go breakfast but they forget to restock so nothing. I don’t recommend this place. Very bad experience.

your staff is excellent, very helpful. Room was perfect. Even had a kitchen!! Cool air came out perfect not hot in the middle of the night. Even met a family staying there, making friends I scored it weird because there was no problem with the hotel, it was the rude guests that I had an issue with. My mom and I went to dinner, when we came back a very loud colored couple were yelling at each other in the parking lot and scared my mom. She's 81 btw. Then around midnight the same lady yelled at the front desk girl, calling her a fn b*ch! Then in the early am some rude parent let their brat be very loud in the area where the breakfast was served. Which btw was disappointed, I got up early enough for their to be something to eat. Nope all was gone before 7am!!

The first room we were in there clearly was a plumbing issue. The second room we were in stunk. The rooms were outdated and if I knew I could have found a room somewhere else I would have moved to a different location.

The light in the bathroom was not working and I let the staff know immediately They never fixed it the entire three days, but I was staying there. So that was interesting. I had to put a lamp from the living room in the bathroom. They’re very weird about how they want you to bring them down directly to switch them each day and they count them in front of you and make you feel like you’re possibly trying to steal one which was crazy. They don’t do trash pick up. You have to take your own trash out and the kitchen is useful, but they don’t include any of the tools to use the kitchen. You have to ask for each item so overall, it was a little disappointing.

Rooms are outdated not on the best area .Although it came with a kitchen nothing was stocked . There were no pots , pans , silverware basic things that have been in all the extended stays I’ve been to. We went down for a grab and go breakfast at 8:30 there was a cereal bar and nothing else . This was definitely not like the other extended stays.
- 1.5/5
The bed was terrible
- 1/5
First of all when we arrived no one was at front desk, after waiting we dialed 1 to be able to get someone to give us the key. The room smelled a really strong cleaning chemicals that I couldn't sleep. There is no blanket, the room was so cold
- 2/5
Nice location Those kitchens and bath vanities need to be upgraded. The breakfast was not like it was shown on the picture, it was not a breakfast, but coffee and some overly sweet granola bars. They did not even have creamer for the coffee.

Nothing Everything was bad..smelly mold all over the shower ..noise pollution indmside the hotel and $160 charge per night is not justified..I will not even pay $40 for a dump like this..it's a rip off..never again

Hotel employee at the front desk was helpful and responsive when I called ahead, then when I arrived to check in. The room was spacious, if somewhat sparse, but totally reasonable at the price point.
- 3/5
That the suite was close to our event. The bathroom was dirty and we found cockroaches in our suite. We did tell the front desk about it.

Stay was ok
- 1/5
From a rude receptionist, to filthy rooms, mold on walls and cockroaches nothing about this hotel was good. All three rooms we reserved were unsatisfactory, absolutely disgusting. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel.
- 3.5/5
The room was not cleaned well.

Great simple place to sleep or rest with a kitchen while visiting the nearby attractions, which is a life safer for those who have kids. Clean room and nice staff members.

Not very clean and felt unsafe on property.
- 5/5
Easy access to everywhere by public transportation walking distance easy access to freeway 5 and 2. Above and beyond
- 2/5
Kitchen not usable due to no running water in sink, no pots/pans or plates/utensils and cabinets & counters in disrepair. Lights at bed, desk and kitchen seat with burnt out bulbs. Bed and bath linens threadbare and well past expiration date! Do not get me started on the bugs/insects I saw! Would have changed hotels but was prepaid through Hotels.com! Highly recommend avoiding this location.
- 2/5
The drawers for putting clothes in were disgustingly dirty. I spoke to reception and they said I would have to pay extra to get them cleaned, They said the rooms onluy get cleaned every 2 weeks, although these were obviously not cleaned in months. The bath had someone elses hair in it, so obviously wasn't cleaned. When I arrived, there were no pots/pans/dishes nor cutlery in the room. I was not told this when I arrived. They did however provide these on request. The carpets had lots of burn holes from the days of smoking. I won't stay there again.
- 5/5
Great trip!!!
- 3/5
I did not like the fact that for our breakfast no creamer for my breakfast when it say free breakfast include expected a little more just muffins and coffee abd cereal bars us a snack was disappointed since I have stayed at other hotels with free breakfast included had bagels and cereal.
- 3/5
This property has a very good service and only the area is not that great for families
- 1/5
My husband and I were shocked to enter this establishment. It was late check in and has no choice but to accept. Expedia charged us too much to this property. Breakfast is no seat in, kitchen has no coffee maker and utensils. You have to pick up dishes for kitchen from the receptionist. So inconvenient and entrance glass door not clean. Garbage at the parking area. So disappointed and we paid $700 plus for this place which is supposed to be only $95.00 direct booking than using Expedia.
- 2/5
not trash can in the room even in the bathroom and kitchen and i found s dirty blue color towel in the kitchen floor

We were going to stay four days but we were not going to step in the shower. Mold and dirt everywhere. I have pictures. We stayed one night and found a Hilton that had clean walkways, hangers in the closet, clean rooms and no dirt or mold in the shower. We will need our money back for the 3 nights we didn’t stay. It was uninhabitable. Glendale extended stay was not for us. Sorry but that place needs an upgrade.
- 1/5
I was so excited to be able to prepare some food for the baby shower. Upon arriving, the first thing we saw a person smoking marijuana by the front door, which was a very excessive smell Entered to lobby, it looked dirty, walking through the hallway it got worse. When we entered the room it smell so unpleasant, all of the appliances were filthy and disgusting, bathroom was worse, we had to go and get supplies to clean and candles to cover the smell. I had to buy sheets for the bed, cause they were so filthy and slippers to wear in the shower Unfortunately we couldn’t go anywhere else due to, we had no money to stay elsewhere I spoke to the manager Casandra and I also did a complaint to corporate on this situation. The manager did reach out to me on September 11,2025 to inform me that they are going to reimburse me for 1 night, and that it would be refunded back to Expedia I believe it’s through your company. I requested it in writing, but I have not received anything as today

The property was so dirty and stinky. Reception and hallway are dirty and smell so bad.
- 1/5
Terrible experience so surprised Expedia my travel partner of 20+ years would have this property to offer customers
- 3/5
okay
- 1/5
The hotel looked clean and nice from the outside but the inside was far from it! The room smelled musty and old and was filthy and run down. The bathroom was disgusting and didnt look like it had been cleaned at all. We had to get cleaning supplies and airfresheners to even make it bareable. For the price being $200 per night, definitely not worth it.
- 2/5
The floors in the room were filthy; especially the bathroom. There were bugs in the bathroom and on the counter in the kitchen. (cockroaches and ants) The tub needs to be refinished or replaced.
- 2/5
We stayed for one night at this hotel. We were able to check in an hour early. Once we got to the room we realized there is no working light in the bathroom. We noticed front desk at night when we noticed it and told us there’s nothing they can do about it and said to just wait until the morning. We then told them again the following day at check out and they said they weren’t aware of it. I hope it gets fixed.
- 4/5
plumbing problem, and had to wait a full day til the next to get it fixed, it was a little inconvenient, but the staff allowed me to use the bathroom and the gentlman who fixed the problem was SO very nice! I would feel very comfortable recommending this location to friends. It is a little odd to me, that the weekdays are more expensive than the weekends, though. I extended till Thursday of this week. Have a great day!
- 5/5
Closer to everything
- 5/5
Light switch didn't work at the bed desk, but a great deal in a secluded corner of town. Food trucks park on street nearby for meal options.

- 1/5
In terms of cleanliness and perhaps my own accident, the room was definitely a miss and not worth the quick stay. We felt so grossed out by the overall maintenance of it.
- 1/5
This facility has lost touch with the main mission which should be all about hospitality.

Will never stay there again

Went in the back and then told me (oh, Expedia) over booked you and they tried calling you. Which was a lie. I showed her my phone. She also said they had no room, For me and if I want she could check another hotel. She Kept asking me several times (Do you have money?) I Felt offended. I asked her why do you keep asking me if I have money, she replied and said you have to pay for your hotel again, I told her I already paid for my hotel. Why would I have to pay again. With a attitude she said I don’t Want to argue with you, I told her l’m not arguing with you. I repaid for a hotel and you want me to pay again? I got ahold of Expedia, the person told me (Expedia) didn’t Over booked or cancelled your reservation but I would be happy to get you another hotel and you don’t have to pay again. My family and I, have stayed in this hotel for many years a few times a year. Never again! I saw homeless people in the back. And a lot of men hanging around. I was just there in October and now I didn’t feel safe.
- 3/5
I asked for silverware, a toaster, and plates when i asked there are 2 postings that say they will bring it up to us. I had to go down to the front desk and pick it up. Clearly that should be removed.
- 1/5
I found this property as unclean. The trash was not cleaned, perhaps it was still left after the previous guest checked out. The cooktop was not working, i had to struggle with food. Breakfast was only few muffins and few protein bars and coffee.
- 5/5
Very good sta
- 1/5
very poor condition of the property. paint peeled off. no room service for towel or kitchen utensils. need to go to lobby get anything. beds not comfortable and stains.
- 4/5
The room had a kitchen but I had to wait a day to get all the kitchen accessories, the room was clean, but the cabinets of the kitchen and bathroom were in poor shape, the beds were so hard, not even a little soft, I woke up with backache every day.
- 5/5
This property is perfectly adequate. However, the rooms lack really basic amenities. No hair dryer, no coffee maker, and not one single hanger in the closet. These places need to do better. Front desk, Addison, was great.
- 1/5
Said no one was there to check us in. So we were stuck. I better receive a full refund for this trip or I will be filling a formal complaint
- 5/5
Our work crews stayed here and I visited them for a night. I found the property very nice and one of the nicest Extended Stay Americas I'd been at in terms of the room space, amenities, and kitchen.
- 2/5
Room was dirty and it was not ready when it was time for our check in. We had to wait 2 and a half hours for our room to be ready only for it to be really dirty in there
- 1/5
AC/Heater does NOT work. Mattress are super firm, woke up with body aches every day that we couldn’t wait to leave. And wait, let me tell you, they clean the rooms ONCE A WEEK, yes, if you stay 4-5 days, same 4-5 days that you are on your own. If you need clean towels you must bring them down to the so called “lobby” and place them into the basket, make sure to count them in front of the person in charge, then they will hand you clean towels. Same goes for the toilet paper. Obviously there’s not shampoo unless you go and ask for it. Website states there’s hair drier, there isn’t, my guess is that you also need to go down and ask for it. Not a single chair or anything in the lobby, we had to wait on the “lobby” because our room wasn’t ready and just stood up there. Breakfast is a muffin and coffee, that’s all, not other choice. Employees are nice and friendly but helpless. Oh, also, there isn’t restrooms to use while waiting, is either you hold and wait until you get your room key or go elsewhere. So far is the worst place we’ve ever been, in all the possible ways.
- 5/5
Lamont went above and beyond on his customer service he made our stay very welcoming.
- 4/5
Bare bones amenities, no housekeeping after five night stay. Unprofessional staff, housekeeper did check in with manager over the phone due to an emergency
- 5/5
It’s ok
- 3/5
Poor desk agent was the only one on staff that night, and he was running around helping a lot of folks. Room was missing sheets and pillows for the pull out, pots and pans not in room either. Our Non-smoking room had a terrible cigarette smell, and the heater stunk so bad we opted to just be cold all night instead of turning it on. The walls were so thin I could hear specific conversations from the party room next door, and the property as a whole looked run down. The neighborhood was decent, I felt safe enough there. Parking was free (best part of our stay!) the breakfast was a nutrigrain bar and a muffin, with coffee or tea. Not much of anything, but better than nothing and enough to hold us until we got a real breakfast elsewhere. Would I go back? Maybe, but with so many other options in the area, I’d probably choose to try something else.
- 1/5
Very unhappy had yo leave because there was several bugs in my bed than on counter also outside refrigerator. Lamp , tub n phone didn't work. Reported it several times
- 4/5
We stayed for 2 nights. It was pleasant, safe, great location. Alot of places in walking distance to eat like restaurants/cafe's. Stores to buy something to drink, snacks and necessities. My downpoints were just walls and floors were thin and we heard and felt like kid(s) running back and forth. Suggest maybe a small 4-8oz coffee maker in rooms. Overall, Stay was nice. We would stay at Extended Stay again in the future. Thanks!
- 2/5
This past trip we had issue from the moment we walked into our room. 1. It smelled almost like a barn when we walked into the room. Wasn’t too worried since we had our small dog. But the room just doesn’t seem like it was cleaned, the floor was dirty 2. Opened some of the cabinets in the kitchenette & bathroom, looked like there was power all in the back area (like AJAX) 3. Our toilette backed up on first use and had to have a plunger for the rest of the trip 4. The Air Conditioner sounded like a lawnmower when the compressor kicked on. 5. The bathroom really needed help, the tub looked rough & there was mold on the ceiling. 6. Got another room and the keys would turn the light green but not disengage the lock, after several tries we just settled on the other room Really sad because last time we had no issue at all. At least there’s a really good Greek Food Truck nearby.

Need to hire friendly staff
- 4/5
Monday morning not friendly at all. Also no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer In room
- 3/5
The staff was really nice, it seemed like one guy was new and was being trained, and the only problem is the floors were filthy!!! My white socks were black by the time I checked out!!
- 2/5
The facility is dog friendly, staff was ok, the room needs some care, the floors were very dirty, cleaningless definitely needs imrprovement, the breakfast do not count with it, it is terrible.
- 5/5
Friendly accommodating staff. The Continental breakfast isn’t that great but it is some coffee chocolate or tea, oatmeal, breakfast bar or muffin. The room nice because you have a big kitchen so that you can cook and then you have a full-size refrigerator to store your food so if you are looking for a place to stay like home, this is it. Plenty of places to eat and coffee in the area.
- 3/5
They said they might not fix it. But they didn’t clean both room. One of my chest of drawers was broken.
- 1/5

And she was sweet saying we will change to a better room. The room I had was disgusting with stains on theme carpet everywhere my dog never does that. So by the time I got back from Breakfast the manager was pissdd I was even there I am disabled and needed to lie down. He told me me it would be a higher rate when I was told by a nice African American that it would be The same 129 sach day I stayed. The manager said no way200 I said to him You are sick. He called the cops to throw me out. They showed up and they thioughtbthe mgr was nuts take your time I see I r hurting. The cops said can young Leave in a half an hour I said ui was waiting on a friend as I could not doo it alone They were so nice take yourtime asclingvasxyour friend is getting here in 10 minutes. By the time I left the cops were gone and didn’t care about the manager lying I emwascharrashing other guresrs. I never met ione

The bed also had metal sticking out the end of it for a footboard but stuck out enough that I ran into it a few different times and it cutting my leg. They we are repaving the parking lot while I was here and so for a day or two parking was an inconvenience. Things were worn but overall taken care of. Because it’s an extended stay hotel there isn’t a whole lot of customer service so if you’re looking for that this isn’t the place to come to. It’s more like an apartment and you kind of do it on your own. Breakfast with a little crappy the coffee was water down and it’s basically breakfast bars and muffins. No proteins no milk no yogurt no fruit.

Not clean at all could not spent the nite had to check out within 2 hours.
- 5/5
We have stayed here before. It is not a luxury experience but clean, worth the price and nice neighborhood. A little bit of a smell in the hallways but the room was fine.
- 1/5
Our whole family stayed at this hotel and booked several rooms. Rooms are not that clean, sticky floors and bathrooms as well. Rooms are not well lit and hallway was dark. My nephew ordered door dash and was stolen.
- 1/5
Not happy
- 1/5
The burners in the room did not work, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans were not provided; the room did not have a dishwasher in it, and the noise from the occupants in the adjoining rooms were too loud. A full kitchen with things to cook with and eat on were supposed to have been provided, but were not. Also, the room did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. We bought Lysol wipes and spray and cleaned it ourselves.
- 3/5
Spacious room that are outdated. And need some upgrades badly. Staff was great.
- 3/5
different from pictures, no feeling safe, too old
- 4/5
I stayed here for a couple of weeks on a family emergency and everything went well during my stay. I enjoyed the location. I did on occasion have some room issues with lights but the staff worked to fix the solution as soon as they could.
- 3/5
There was alot of noise from the street. The kitchen area is really outdated. The refrigerator was really dirty on the outside and had dents all over it. I asked the dront desk if they had an ice machine, the maintenance person who just happen to be in the lobby interupted my conversation with the desk and said you dont need ice you have a refrigerator.
- 1/5
This place is totaly terrible and I came here along with family, my son didn't want to keep his leg in the room floor. Dog hair everywhere in the room they didn't clean the room. Dog pooped and that wasn't clean. I didn't understand how the team members handing over to the other person. In my life i never ever see this type of hotel room. Generally i never write the review in my life. This first time i am writing the reviews. Please don't choose this place.
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
Property is run down and needs some much needed TLC. There are other options in the area for a similar price.
- 1/5
Terrible. Room was not clean: bobby pins in the rug, extremely soiled bed skirts, hair in the tub, hair on toilet seat, brown substance splattered on bathroom wall.
- 2/5
The room that we were given had roaches. Roaches were in the kitchen area and living room area. My family and I couldn’t sit on the couch as roaches were on that couch. I noticed the outside of the fridge dirty so I grabbed a rag and had to clean it myself. The burners on the stove were dirty as well. I had to wipe them down before using.Kitchen cabinets were falling apart.

We were on our way from the airport to the hotel and the front desk called us 10 min before check in to tell us there was no room available for us. We had already paid for the room. They offered a refund but we said no they needed to give us a room. There was no way we could find another room somewhere on such short notice when we needed to clean up and be somewhere within an hour. They offered two rooms instead of the one with two beds we had originally reserved. Fine. We get there and magically they came up with one room with two beds as originally reserved. Great. The room was not clean. The floors especially dusty and dirty. And anytime we asked the front desk for anything, like towels, hangers, dishes, etc, they didn't have any and we would have to wait till later after they were washed/returned/whatever. We would check again later, still nothing available. The front desk staff seemed annoyed anytime we spoke to them no matter how polite we tried to be. Just overall, not an experience I would like to repeat.
- 3/5
The property is old and really needs to be updated. The beds are uncomfortable and the lobby doesn't even have chairs to sit in. I will say there was one particular employee working when we checked in and she was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Exceptional staff I am going to take each of them flowers. Best extended stay I’ve stayed in thus far.
- 1/5
By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve have ever seen. To start off there was a lot of hair on the floor, bedsheets were not clean with hair on the bed and white stains on the bed skirt. The floor was not mopped because it had old stains of coffee and dirt. When I called to come get the room cleaned and complained about the bed not being clean. They offer a discount which is not okay. Then they said we can give you a a different room and then I was told nothing was available. Cleaning lady came in and asked what was going on and she hen i told her the room was beyond dirty she made a face. I had to end up going downstairs to cancel my stay. The level of dirtiness is just not okay and they need to have a talk with their cleaning employees about actually cleaning the rooms and checking the bedsheets. Never booking with this hotel again
- 4/5
See above
- 2/5
MY ROOM FLOOR WAS STICKY AND MY BATHROOM DOOR DID NOT HAVE A KNOB SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO CLOSE THE DOOR.
- 1/5
I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Considering that the name of the hotel is Extended Stay América Suites, the room does not look like a suite. There is no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the bathroom. You have to ask for shampoo to get one. No coffee in the room either. When I walked into the lobby, t smelled like someone just smoked pot and when I got out of the elevator, you can tell that it is in bad need of maintenance work. From the hallway, you can see that the paint on the door frames are starting to chip, the bath tub has rust stains. Also, the bed sheets and the towels are not as white as it should be. It feels like it needs to be washed again. I stayed at other Extended Stay América a few times in the past, and this recent stay is so disappointing since the quality of the hotel is very poor. I almost withdrew my reservation when I checked in.
- 3/5
All and all, a good value.
- 3/5
The first impression was the overwhelming odor of marijuana. It was not pleasant at all. Was only staying for one night. No blankets available for the pullout sofa beds and one of the rooms offered difficulty getting the door open. I had to go back to reception where I was told I needed to pull up on the door handle. The other room I reserved opened normally. The lady who checked us in was very nice, friendly and pleasant. Other issues, not the hotel’s fault were many vehicles with modified exhausts speeding up and down the front street outside and I’m assuming close to a fire department due to the numbers of sirens heard.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The evening I checked in, the bathroom lights in the room were not working. Like not working, period. After requesting for a room change, they said they are completely booked and could not move me until the next day. Front desk assistance said we'll give you a discount (i had paid for the trip in whole already) and change rooms the next day. I was moved to the other room, where the lights were working fine. But the room looked and smelled as though it was just mopped and not efficiently because there was still water in many parts of the room. The bed in the room kept rocking even at slight movements. The toilet flush worked at its own whim. There was only one towel in the room. I would have appreciated if there was an inspection before the room is allotted. I was too fed up to even complain as I was using the faculty to only crash for the nights. One of the front desk assistants was responsive and helped me with getting more towels and cutlery when asked for. But the whole experience was very unpleasant.

The Hotel states breakfast included. The breakfast included means a stand with coffee and pastries available for customers to serve themselves. I would not call that serving breakfast.

Most LA hotels are a bit run down and this was no exception. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for our needs.

The first room I was assigned to had live roaches in it. The desk clerk was apologetic and moved me to another room. It was not much cleaner, but did not have roaches.

Complementary breakfast was just bars, cereal and coffee. I initially booked for 3 nights later checked out after first night.

Would not definitely recommend this hotel. When we checked in sheets were dirty, had brown stains had to go downstairs and get new ones.

The continental breakfast was horrible. The choices were stale muffins the same thing every morning, The vending machines were broken. The rooms had a smell that was not good.

The floor in my room and bathroom were sticky in places. Black smudges showed up on towels when I wiped the floors with them. I noticed dog hair on the floor as well. These factors led me to walk around with my shoes on almost the entire time.

Checkin was quick and friendly

Guests are loud in the lobby area and laundry room early in the mornings. Walls are thin. Zero free products like shampoo or lotion in rooms. No hair dryer, no coffee maker. Bare bones.
