    I put a 20 dollar deposit and was told I would get it back when I checked out if nothing was wrong with the room I didn't damage anything and did not get my deposit back

    1. Upon check-in, they practically insisted that we do a $25.00 deposit in CASH. In the morning when we were attempting to leave at 8 am, they told us that their office doesn't open until 9. We were not able to wait that long ... and after asking firmly 2 times, they finally came after a 15 minute wait. 2. The sheet on one of the beds had a hole bigger than the size of a hand. I called front desk, and they did provide an alternative flat.

    Room was in terrible condition. Carpets were dirty and stained, bedside table was broken, bathroom was not cleaned and showed visible stains and hair.

    The carpets lol. Like being able to walk around and socks not get dirty. Ik it sounds crazy, but believe me...all the other hotels around here and cost more than executive inn does...can't walk around without shoes or house shoes. Here u can. They are very clean. Very comfortable .. and the staff is just really laid back.. very polite. Real people who understand life's problems. Like literally good hearted ppl. I love it.

    There is no after hours service the tubs and toilets stop up constantly and they expect you to plunge tge toipet. I dont work here

    People have given bad reviews, but for the price it's not that bad .it's not a luxury hotel but an older one.it represents what nashville used to be like back in the days.Anytime l'm in the Madison/ Rivergate area this is my go to place.service was great,lady behind the counter was very nice.

    When we got in our first room the bed sheets had gross stains on them. They moved us to another room where the bed was clean. But it was a little sketchy. Don't know if the sheets where clean or just looked clean.

    No plug for the drain in the bathtub; when I asked the employee on duty if I could have either a plug or move to a room with a plug in the tub, he stated that the plugs had been removed from ALL rooms to prevent visitors from taking baths, in order for the hotel to save money. The curtains were completely torn/shredded. When I pointed this out, the employee shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. This seemed to be his attitude towards all of the unclean/broken issues. I was told there would be no hotel employee on duty between 10pm and 10:30am...with an 11am checkout time, I asked "So, there's only a half hour window for an in-person checkout?" The employee replied "Oh, no, no," but when pressed to explain how that wasn't the case, he conceded that this was in fact the case. Entire property reeked of cheap marijuana (or dead skunks?)

    Check in was done through a teller window..no face to face contact. And the room cost MORE than we were quoted. The room (204) was very dated and very dingy and dirty. The floor was horrible with old burns in it and did not look vacuumed. Linens and towels were clean, but were obviously stained and dingy (perhaps they need a new laundry service). The pillows were thin and had a musty smell. The room's soft furniture was very old and very, very dirty and stained - we did not sit on the chair or ottoman it was so nasty looking. The desk chair was also very dirty and stained. The curtains were also very dirty and stained. We requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of stale smoke. There was a coffee maker, but no pot or cups or coffee or tea. The microwave and fridge have seen better days. There was a place for an iron and ironing board, but both were missing.The whole room and bathroom need a new coat of paint and repairs. There was no place in the bathroom to hang wet towels. The tub was stained. The tub drained very, very, very slowly - an obvious clog. The only thing newish was the key card lock on the door. No service at the front desk after 10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m. I thought there was supposed to be a continental breakfast, but none was available. We stayed only because there was a no refund policy and it was just before a storm was to hit the area. I gave it one star only because there were no bedbugs, which was a relief! Will NOT stay here again!

    Could not understand clerk. No elevator. Had to go up 2 flights of metal unsafe stairs. Could not see hotel sign till you were right on it and too late to turn. No traffic lights--trying to get out was unbearable. I would not stay again.

    First paid online then went to check in and they charged me an extra $25 for one of my kids. Get in the room it smells funky, old tv and the cable didn’t even work, so I went to move the dresser to check the lines and it was dusty and there was an old q-tip. Beds felt stiff as god knows what damn near felt like a boxspring. Not worth $130

    The room and overall facilities were perfectly average. They are limited on pillows...for a king bed, there were 3 flat pillows provided. The issue is with the staff. I slept past check out by 15 minutes, which is completely my fault. There are no phones in the room, so I called the front desk and asked about a late check out. $20, no big deal, pretty standard. I got a call 20 minutes later saying I had 15 minutes to clear the room. That's fine, I was almost done. Then 5 minutes later, someone was pounding on the door saying I had to pay, right then, or they would call the cops. I wasn't even allowed to put clothes on to answer the door, he said if I didn't open the door right then, he would call the cops, so I had to open the door in my towel. Thank goodness I had brought my own towel that covered everything, because the towels provided certainly don't much of anything. I wasn't trying to pull a fast one on the facility. I messed up, and I know it. But their communication is terrible, the owners don't talk to each other, and not being allowed to even put on clothes before answering the door without the threat of cops? It was a very rough and frustrating experience for someone who is just a bit of an innocent forgetful female. Oh, and be prepared...the mattresses are hard as a rock. I lucked out and can sleep anywhere. My friend with me didn't sleep a wink. Just something to be prepared for.

    Not really a clean place, musty smell due to previous water damage causing mold in some places. No wifi ,i didn't ask about breakfast ( because who would eat at a hotel with that smell) rooms were spacious although outdated but good for the price. Would probably book again but only as a last resort.

    I reserved this room while I was in a club and was not able to drive home 3 hours away. I PAID for the room and when I arrived, was told I could not stay in the room I paid for because I missed check in time. Anytime I’ve paid to stay somewhere, even last minute, I’ve simply paid and arrived to enjoy my stay. They have a no refund policy, yet won’t let guests stay if they arrive too late. I was at a very expensive show, that ran late and I went straight there. I was not from the area either. This was terrible service. And in my opinion it’s a form of fraud. I paid for a service and it was not provided. Would never recommend to anyone, as this put me in a dangerous position being in a strange town with no where to go because everywhere else in the area was booked due to local events. I had to drive for an additional hour and 45 minutes before being able to find a room. DO NOT STAY HERE!

    It was like the entire area was shutting down. We were told they had free breakfast but that was not available. There was only about 1/3 roll of toilet paper and we had to ask for more. The room was ok but the tv was acting up and we had to change room because the tv was not working. birds were chirping all day and night outside our room.

    My stay was no so good. The manager/owner was not friendly or very helpful. He had me park away from where I was staying. The room had wallpaper in peeling from the wall, the television didn’t work properly, the soap was tiny and cheap, I think I was the only guest in the entire hotel. I will never stay here again, even if my stay would be free.

    The person at front desk was very rude and the room smelled like marijuana when we walked in. They did not have a smoking room available and we had to go outside all night to smoke. We ended up not even staying we just left and went home. We will not be staying there ever again!

    Sometimes it pays to believe the reviews before your stay. This was one time. Smelly room, large cigarette holes in extra blanket, broken lamp, just generally a run down facility. Do better.

    Would not recommend this for my dog. Mold on the ceiling, in the bathroom ,in the corner of the room. Cigarette burn holes On the sheets, Fingernail polish on the sheets. Dirty plastic forks with food on the fork behind the night stand. Bugs splattered on the window. Looks like smeared blood on walls and curtains. Very disgusting. Bathroom towels looked like they were 25 years old. Very Dingy white. Room smelled very musty and old.Refrigerator did not work. TV. Only had two channels.DO NOT STAY HERE!!

    Next day: I checked out earlier due to my job. My partner checked out and re-organizing her vehicle, front desk parson confronted my partner that she is stealing linens from room. She did not steal at all. She is middle of moving and all her stuff is inside her vehicle. Front desk pardon threaten her to extra charge from my account. He does not understand customer service at all. He treated guest same as criminals.

    Front desk guy was nice,albeit he stared at my gf a bit too much... room was kinda terrible though. Comforter and fitted sheet had pretty bad stains on them,very few outlets around the room,tv was cheap and the picture on it was wavy,the room was a non smoking room but coupd obviously smell that it had been a smokers room,the chair and footrest were dingy and stained really bad... the ac was off when we got in and took about 3 hours to cool the room off...the carpet was peeling up in multiple spots and had some black stains or mold on the ceiling and the walls. The mini fridge didnt work,the dresser was about to fall apart and was missing a drawer,the nightstands were wobbly and scratched really bad... The bathroom was surprisingly the cleanest part of the room... 2.5/10 overall. Its cheap,and you get what you pay for all the way here.

    Stay away from this hotel.. couldn’t be more dirty.. carpet falling apart, all the bedding full of all kind of stains as well as towels.. I was taking a shower at 10am and the annoying manager started knocking the door asking if I’ll stay longer because check out was at 11am. Really?? Asked for a Non Smoking room and everything smell as cigarrete.. look elsewhere and soend couple more bucks to avoid this hole.

    Smell of mold and mildew soon as you opened the door, dead bugs on the furniture and could feel spider webs as i turned on the lights. Due to Expedia and hotel management couldn't get a refund for the night. I refused to put my family in such a nastiness we paid for a room we didn't use. After checking room i took the key back to the very shady looking front desk and left. I would never stay at a place like this nor will i use Expedia again

    I called this property before i booked the room i asked the guy did they have amoking rooms he said yes then i asked if there was a deposit he said yes so i booked the room as soon as i get there the same guy i spoke with on the phone then tells me that this property has all non smoking then when i aaked him was he the guy i spoke with on the phone he lied and said no but he was the only person in the office so i get into the room there was blood on the comforter burn holes all over the sheets they left cleaning supplies in the room this property doesnt get alot of business and i still didnt understand why he put me on the 3rd floor
