No rooms available but still took my booking

This place is a trap apartment complex disguised as an extended stay...

I booked for 8 nights. Had to pay double for 8th night.

Do not recommend this hotel.

Why
- 1/5
The only I liked was leaving it! It was not what I paid for which was a luxury room that's handicap accessible by the pictures and I paid extra to reserve it only to discover it was hideous! They claimed it was Orbitz fault for not updating the photos. It was not handicap and it was infested with roaches. It claims to not allow pets and there were dogs and cats everywhere... not that I mind because I'm a dog lover... but because of the conditions. The furniture in my room was half eaten by dogs. They refused a refund but asked me to come back again one day and maybe my next stay might be better.
- 1/5
Office closes at 7pm. Then it gets a little crazy. Need 24 hour office coverage.
- 1/5
This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were bugs and yellow stuff on the walls couldn’t tell if it was vomit or feces!!!
- 3/5
The staff was friendly just mainly the guests were super noisy
- 3/5
It was ok they can do better with the housekeeping
- 5/5
I would give this place 5 stars and still here.
- 3/5
I like that the room was almost up to my standards. I'm clean frick. But satisfied with the cleaners
- 1/5
After seeing the room my boyfriend and i would be staying in, we left and booked at a different hotel.
- 1/5
My visit was not very pleasant. Please help update the rooms better. The walls are dirty, carpet needs replacing, the smell is horrible, Murphy beds, customer service hours are not accessible 11am - 7pm. Kitchen is not clean and pest problems as well. I reserved a non-smoking room and yet, the room smells like a smoking room the entire time I stay. I informed the receptionist and she was not very professional about it either. All she did was went to the room and sprayed it with some air freshener. I was planning to leave the next day, but found out that there's no refund if I stay less than the purchased period of stay. Returning customers are the keys to your success. You might not care, but you will loose some good customers. I will not be returning as one of your future customers. Your place is not family oriented and needs some major updates. Wish I can get my refund back...that would be nice.

Very dirty. Our room had roaches. Bathroom was not cleaned there was urine and hair all over the toilet.
- 4/5
It was nice .
- 1/5
Run down, poor service, smelled old and smoky. Poor wifi and tv service
- 1/5
Won't book anything with hotels.com anymore---our room had ceiling falling down, carpet was filthy,no amneties at all, trashy people smoking throughout building, our smelled like cigarettes and was awful
- 1/5
Very bad vibe, overpriced compared to most motels, needs complete overhaul
- 1/5
There were roaches in the bathroom and the room. It didn't look like the room had been cleaned, just the beds re-made. We felt unsafe because there were people gathered outside drinking. We decided to leave instead of staying the night even though we had already paid for the room. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
- 1/5
It was sketchy, gross, and smelled like cigarettes. I did not feel safe on the premise.
- 1/5
The location was good and looked fine from outside but the curtains were covered in paint as well as the dresser and floor. We were given a single tiny bar of soap and a partial roll of toilet paper. There was no Kleenex and a single trash can. The office is closed on Sunday and they clean once a week. It was the worst place I've stayed at
- 3/5
check in was fine, Vanessur was very helpful and accomodating. She let me see my room before i checked into it. My room was clean and orderly. The homeless people sleeping on the stairwells and sitting outside the entrance doors at night made for shady/sketchy conditions at night. The second night of my stay someone pulled a fire alarm around 4 am and the entire hotel was alerted... The startling part is it was a packed hotel and almost no one came out of their room.. Is this happening a lot? What if there were a real fire? Upon my exit of the building a young man approached me asking for a ride down the road. If you stay at this hotel just be cautious because the area isn't the best.
- 1/5
Filthy, stinky, common areas are disaster. I have never see such filthy, awful place. How do these people stay in business? Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this garbage place.
- 2/5
Receptionist was kind when checking in. They only have 1 staff from 11am to 7pm. Our key did not work after that time. We literally had to go to another hotel because we couldn't get in the room. I called both after hours numbers, left a voicemail and called corporate to get help. Have yet to get a return call. Very disappointed
- 2/5
Cockroaches in hotel. We saw at least 6 in brad day light, especially in bathroom. Hotel was cheap so i didn't expect much, but cockroaches are unacceptable. The room was also a bit dirty and dusty. Beds were clean and shower was clean. Did not complain to them because we only stayed 1 night and didnt spwnd much room there. The check in lady was nice, the room is big for the price and has a half kitchen. I would have been staisfied if it wasnt gross. The top of the fridge looks as if it has never been dusted. At least the beds were clean.
- 1/5
The hotel was not what i expected it was a weekly live in hotel the rooms where dirty smell like smoke
- 1/5
Was awfull the room was dirty the light on ceiling was hanging down the water in shower was barely coming out to even wash hair.
- 1/5
you get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Do NOT stay here unless you have absolutely nowhere else to go! The whole place smelled like smoke down the halls. The door to the room didn’t close all of the way. The comforter had several burn holes in them. I was told that all of them were like that. It did not seem safe at all even with the cops that were there on premises. I felt safer sleeping in my vehicle. Will not recommend this location to anyone!
- 1/5
Be thankful to get my home. This place is terrible. I will get my home soon. And I want recommend this place to anyone. But penny she is awesome.
- 1/5
they do not provide daily maid service if you get clean towels or anything else you need (toilitries). You have to go to the front desk which is only open from 11am untill about 8pm. It is extended stay and some of the tenants are loud the hall ways have a bad odor. I would recommend removing it from expedias list of motels this could expedia to have a bad name. When we arrived they had no comfirmation of our reservation. While talking with the expedia employee I ask him to stay on the phone with me until the received the confirmation. He said they had a high call volume and eventually HUNGUP on me. We have 2 other reservations with expedia I hope we have a more pleasant experience.
- 3/5
Was just for a couple days. I enjoyed the time spent in the room. Will stay there again but next time I'm bringing good to cook. Word son, stove and all!
- 1/5
Everything was gross. Bad neighborhood. There was a funky smell everywhere. People being loud all hours.
- 2/5
We could tell we'd made a mistake from the instant we pulled into the parking lot. Trash and debris in addition to people working on their cars in the parking lot made an unfavorable first impression. Once inside, it was clear this place's prime was in the 80's. Filthy from the moment you touch the lobby's front door to enter. Once we'd checked in, the filthy carpets and grungy walls were a prelude to the room we'd occupy for two nights. Before we unpacked a single possession, we had to take out the Clorox wipes and wipe EVERYTHING down that a human hand could touch. Some Softscrub changed the tub color, and eased my fears of athlete's foot fungus; you'll need a can of Lysol aerosol spray for the A/C unit…the smell of mold coming from that unit when on could have choked a horse! Maintenance was NO priority here. Folks, if you a transient who's between jobs or down on your luck, this place is a "muddy bridge" at best. If you're vacationing, RUN the other way!
- 2/5
The hotel is more of an short term living place. It was too much roaming around for my comfort especially at 12 1 in the morning. Rooms was OK. Could update furniture etc but you get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Horrible, dirty, unfriendly. Don't bother going here!
- 1/5
Found 3 roaches in bathroom and smell was horrible in room
- 1/5
We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was terribly neglected, rundown, and dirty. We killed at least 20 roaches during our three-night stay. We asked to be moved to a different room after the first night but were told that no other rooms were available. We were also told that maintenance would be sent down to check on the roach problem, but to my knowledge no one ever came. The drapes in the room would not close, the carpet was worn, the bathroom sink had no stopper, and the refrigerator looked as though it had been beaten on with a hammer. There was a mount for an iron and ironing board but they were both missing. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen--no dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils--not even a hotpot or Styrofoam cups for coffee or an ice bucket! Most disappointing of all was that this hotel advertises that it is pet-friendly and we made our reservation thinking that we might bring our twelve-pound dog along with us. When we called back only ten days after making our reservation to let the management know that we did in fact plan to bring our dog with us, we were informed that the hotel policy had just changed to a strict no pet policy. Imagine our disappointment after scrambling to make boarding arrangements for our dog on a holiday weekend when the first sound that greeted our ears when we walked into the lobby was a dog barking and the first thing that we saw was a very large dog being walked across the lobby on a leash!
- 1/5
It was a room to sleep in for the price. Room had no trashcan, blanket or comforter and the bed covering has cigarette burn holes in it. Also had to kill the roaches. No extra roll of toilet paper incase you were to run out. Top two floors seemed to have more permanent residents than extended stay guest. Broken doWn cars in the parking lot. There is no maid service, no one came in to clean my room during my stay. Even motel 6 will clean and make your bed everyday.
- 1/5
Awful, dirty place. Terrible service. Felt very unsafe here
- 1/5
There wasn't anyone there to check in. Lost my money on room (no Refund) and had to find another place to stay. DON'T do it. You will be sorry
- 1/5
Definitely a low income housing. Let's start with the front desk.Very unprofessional.I was trying to check in meanwhile she was on the phone talking smack about someone else. The hall ways was very moist and smelled like cigarettes everywhere. The elevator was wet, from what I heard it's like there 3rd complaint about this. Never was cleaned through out the night. My room was not that bad. The AC did not work well nor did the burners.Looked ok but not impressive. Thank goodness I rent it becuz it was cheap and just to party.Did not stayed the night.I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Oh yea the roaches come out at night!
- 1/5
There is not one good thing I can say about this hotel. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. There was no linen, 1 towel,I seen roaches and the only reason I stayed is because everything else was sold out.
- 1/5
I cannot adequately express how disgusting the conditions were, from the hallways to the filthy furniture. Add in the little antenna'ed critter infestation and I think you get the picture.
- 3/5
Room was next to an entry door that banged loudly when used. Only three tiny pillows on the bed. Expedia didn't send the hotel the reservation info and it took about an hour to fix. In the mean time my wife needed to use the facilities but there are no facilities to use except for in the rooms. On the plus side the suite was large with lots of features. This is normally an extended stay but they were doing nightly rooms too. Jasmine at the front desk was great in helping us through the check in mess.
- 2/5
Cons: non smoking room smelled strongly like smoke. Many lights in the room didn't work. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No trash cans or bags. No working smoke detector. Bedding had holes in it. Front desk was not open when we went to check out in the morning. Got asked for money numerous times as we walked in and out of our room. Kitchenette had no pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware. Pros: parking lot had good lighting, staff was friendly when we checked in (though we only saw that staff member during our stay). Overall: Ok for one night, but wouldn't recommend. Pay a little extra else ware and enjoy a much better stay.
- 1/5
Worst place ever. It is supposed to be non-smoking but the place reeked of smoke. Even after I left my stuff still reeked. If that was not bad enough there were roaches all over the room. The only reason I stayed was because it was CMA week and all the known hotels were booked. I couldnt even go to work the next day because they didnt provide irons. To be honest I did not sleep on the bed or shower. NEVER again. I was tempted to sleep in my car but didnt know how safe that would be. Trust me you cant do worse that this place. STAY AWAY!!
- 1/5
There were holes in the walls. The bathroom cabinet was busted in. The room had an old musty stale cigarette smell. There was one old thin comforter on the bed. We went to walmart and bought a comforter and pillows. Could not get out soon enough. It was CMAFEST so no other rooms available
- 1/5
Hands down worste stay ever. Holes in the walls. Springs in the mattress were broken and left a hole in the bed. The locks on the door were broken. We used a chair to hack the door closed. Toilet didn't flush. Someone in the lobby told me to make sure the car was empty.
- 1/5
The check in staff were very pleasant. The hotel is noisy, hallways dirty and smelly. The hotel is inhabited primarily by families and transient individuals. Unfortunately I needed to stay there as my daughter had become ill and was unable to travel.
- 1/5
These "Suites" are anything but sweet. This is not a hotel. It's a halfway house filled with permanent residents. The place was noisy, dirty, and smelly. My non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. I found live roaches in the bathroom and there were stains on the sheets and carpets. I had to find an open store to but my own sheets and blanket to put in top of the bed because I was afraid to lay on it otherwise. I even witnessed a police officer going room to room looking for someone known to be there. I had a 2 night reservation, but only stayed the first night and that was because by the time I got there, it was too late to find another hotel. Unless you're looking for crack house, STAY AWAY!
- 1/5
If you want to save yourselves a lot of frustration, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!
- 5/5
The location is great, near food, shopping and entertainment. The price was great I did a bundle, airline ticket round trip, hotel and rental car for pennies. The hotel was nice, I did find a green spot on the sheet, but it wasn't red so u just moved to the next bed. I would recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
Room didn't have cookware, trash cans, we had a maintenance problem they ignored, and the second night when they moved us, had to complain several times about the people above us. Offered no discount or refund. Also they only offer housekeeping if you stay a week, but the check in paper says otherwise
- 2/5
This is not the place you want to stay.. it shouldnt even be listed as a motel/ hotel, the majority of the tenants were long term residents.. It stunk and not well taken care of. We didnt feel very safe.
- 3/5
It was a very un restful night. There was a baby crying all night the traffic was loud people walking thru the lot and talking and I don't think I wld stay there again
- 1/5
Dirty and loud, people were yelling and cursing. The room was nasty. Bed spread has cigarettes burns all over.
- 2/5
We tried calling in advance to let them know we were going to be there late, but there was just an automated phone service and we were unable to reach anyone. When we arrived shortly before midnight (we had a 9 hour drive to get there) we got in by the entrance door, there was no staff in sight, and we were a little worried we wouldn't be able to check in, after a little while waiting a cleaning lady happened to walk by and we had to stop her to ask if we could still check in. The door we came in apparently was supposed to be locked, but wasn't. She took my info and had us wait for a little while so she could get someone to help her check in. She informed us that all the outside doors get locked, and can only be accessed by using your room key, we found out later, that wasn't the case, all the doors leading outside weren't closed properly and anyone could just walk in. The room was absolutely freezing and only had a thin sheet and paper thin comforter that had cigarette burn holes in it. I was surprised the room was as small as it was, but wasn't a big deal as we wouldn't be there for very long. It had a kitchenette that was stocked with a pan, bowl, and plate. Also a microwave, a mini fridge, sink, and stovetop burners. Didn't actually use it, but it was a nice option. The bathroom was descent, The lighting in the bathroom was poor, but did have a hairdryer available. Other tenants were very loud at times. Overall, very cheap room, but that's what we paid for.
- 1/5
Absolutely horrible!! Checked out as soon as we saw our rooms and could find another hotel. One room reaked of marijuana and the other of cigarettes. Both were very dirty, and had dirty dishes under the sink. The people who "live " there were very sketchy and made us feel very uncomfortable.
- 1/5
I would not recommend this hotel if for several reasons, 1. The night desk isn't open 24 hours and they close early for people from out of town. 2. The room card reader was not working and the cards did not have high enough "access" level to let us in our room. They had to reprogram the room key cards to allow us access. 3. The outside phone to get ahold of someone after hours does not have an ext. to call (it did have a number but it was busy). On the postive side the in side of the room was wonderful, it had a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen sink, and a full size bathroom.
- 1/5
There were roaches, holes in the wall and open trash in the stairwell.
- 2/5
WE DID NOT GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP DUE TO BEING WOKE UP BY NOISY NEIGHBORS, AND SLAMMING OF DOORS. THE SHOWER HEAD DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND WAS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE A SHOWER WITH WATER DRIZZLING OUT, AND TO TOP OFF THE EXPERIENCE, A SMALL COCKROACH WAS DISCOVERED IN THE BATHROOM PRIOR TO OUR DEPARTURE.
- 2/5
The clerk was pleasant enough which is the last good thing I can say about the place. The overall condition of the hotel was deplorable--peeling paint, warped floors, non-functional alarm clock--they don't offer wake-up calls? Didn't receive any room service e.g. clean towels, make beds, take out trash. Dog barking across the hall--no pets allowed when we checked in? Would not recommend this place to anyone.
- 2/5
Clean rooms but dirty hall ways & elevators leading to initial bad impression, which left overall bad impression. Did not feel like a hotel stay, but more like a dorm experience.
- 1/5
This was not a safe place to stay. It was also dirty, dogs in the hallways, noisy, people smoking in the lobby, and a late night argument outside between tenants. This appears to be a long term living space for low income clients.
- 4/5
Excellent customer service that night.
- 2/5
Check in was awful, I had to wait 10 minutes till the clerk got back only to have to listen to her tell someone on the phone about someone calling someone something. I was like really. Then as soon as she was off the phone somebody else showed up and she attended to their needs. Dogs barking, people watching tv loudly till 430 in the morning.
- 3/5
Not bad, but not in any way exceptional. pretty clean but nothing more than a motel 6 would provide.
- 2/5
Old, noisy and in bad shape. This is more as temporary housing rather than nightly motel and that brings a complet different crowd of guests
- 3/5
This was my second stay. The first room was in 3 rd floor, not impressive, but this time, I had a King, and loved the room. Not a modern building, but Comfortable and good experience.
- 3/5
The people in the nest room were fighting or something. yelling running up and dowb the hall and banging on the walls. This went on for hours. No one ever came up to try to quit them down.
- 1/5
Outside appearance ok but rooms need work. Our "non-smoking" room absolutely stunk. When we left the next morning, you could smell the stink in our car from the room's odor in our clothes. Wouldn't have stayed except for the hassle of trying to get our pre-paid money back. The "permanent residents" were quite noisy. Front desk was "closed" when we tried to check out. Need I say more.....
- 2/5
roaches all over the place, loud refrigerator, about to blow up!
- 1/5
Several things were missing or broken in the 2 rooms we reserved. The front desk was not very accommodating and I felt they were not being honest about some of my concerns. This place seems to be filled with permanent residents and the short term people like myself take a backseat. The cost was reasonable but I will spend the extra $15 a day and go to a much better place.
- 2/5
most of there rooms are for extended days, so you'll see tenants whom are using the "hotel" as a complex facilities to temporarily house themselves/families. was disappointed with the day time staff at there front desk, not professional at all(especially the short tick body Caucasian lady with brownish/redish hair style). My room was equip with a coffee maker, and was only issued 1 coffee bag for my 5 days stay lol, and on my 3rd day I had to wait at lobby for 10min. to receive my 2nd toilet roll paper, and get this, housekeeping was just 75' away from lobby desk area with her rollcart & had a big bag of new toilet roll paper and refuse to give me 1, and told me to wait for lobby desk staff to give me 1 :-/
- 1/5
I am never one to take the time to write a review of a hotel because I feel it typically isn't of vital importance to let others know how my stay went. But this time I feel it is very vital. DO NOT stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and the two staff members at the desk were too busy to be bothered talking to each other and texting to acknowledge us. After standing there for a full minute or more they decided to help us. The girl at the desk fumbled together the information about the room, (which took her about 3 minutes to print out two pieces of paper,) and we finally got the keys to the room. On the way from the desk to our room we smelled a variety of awful smells. I can't even describe them in words. When we arrived at the room we realized there was no actual number on the room, it had been removed. Once we realized the keys worked and that was in fact our room we went in. It smelled even worse than in the hallways! There were stains on the bedsheets, pillows, pillowcases, floors, and walls, and several dents in the room's refrigerator. Not to mention the desk in the room was completely broken down and had one end touching the floor! A few minutes after we had gotten into the room, a scary looking man began yelling to the floor above us trying to get a man's attention right outside our window. This continued for about 20 minutes. Throughout the night's stay I was awoken by multiple loud, yelling guests and dogs at all hours of the night
- 1/5
Did not check in because of hotel conditions .they said they were under construction look to me like a housing project not a hotel
- 2/5
It's a bad neihborhood. The rooms are poorly insulated. People live in adjacent rooms with pets so very noisy with a dog barking most of the night. But for the price it's what you would expect.
- 2/5
Very loud guests and lots of knocking on doors and hollering plus dogs barking up until about 1 am
- 3/5
Digital tv would of been nice. Stations were hard to see fuzzzy.
- 3/5
I can say that my stay in Crestwood Suites of Nashville-Madison was great, I don't really intended to stay in a luxurious hotel, I only need a hotel were I can sleep after visiting some tourist spots in Nashville, this hotel is not bad, it's affordable and like what I always says, it is worth the money that I paid for.
- 3/5
Had a wonderful time enjoyed the staff peaceful and quite
- 2/5
upon check in time one of two rooms was still dirty and the room was in the process being clean. I had two rooms both rooms didnt have the same amenities one only had a plate set for one person and the stove burners didnt work one room had a toaster and ice trays the other didnt two hangers in the closet and the room wasnt clean to standard.Housekeeping needs to pay attention to details(cob webs) on the wall big I tell you above window.I departed around 10:40am Saturday and I left two set of dirty clothes and pair of shoes in a bag by the entrance door and it wasnt turn in to lost/found yes it was in a trash bag but you could have seen the shoes from the top of the bag to know it was not trash. Not happy with the condition of the rooms (upgrade) is very much needed at this property...
- 4/5
It was quite peaceful no bugs or bed bugs not far from the shopping center and resturants.
- 2/5
Room was in poor condition. Door fell off under sink, hairdryer didn't work, lots of roaches. We were very disappointed.
- 3/5
Good receptionist and housrkeeper.
- 1/5
Walked in room and walked right back out. NEVER will I even consider it again.
- 1/5
Windows were cracked and broken, room stank of urine. I didn't want to touch anything in that room!
- 3/5
Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Toe nail found in bathroom. Light is bathroom covered in 2 inch thick dust. Pillows smelled like someone laid on them that hasn't washed their hair in weeks. Toilet seat dirty. I'm just glad I brought disinfecting wipes and Lysol.
- 2/5
got to my room it smelled like dog hadn't been vacuum still had dog hair and food on the floor tub and toilet wasn't cleaned couch was disgusting looking but was replaced with a new one 2 days after I was there.
- 1/5
Looked like a mess was everywhere. The front desk was rude, at check in and busy talking. I will not stay there again. The carpet was dirty my socks was black.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but unfortunately I saw cockroaches. When packing, I had to take everything out of my suit case, shake it to make sure I didn't take any home with me. Been home 7 days now and I haven't seen any. Thank you Lord!
- 1/5
The room me and my spouse were put in smelled pretty terrible and was in poor condition. I was also pretty apprehensive about sleeping on the bed so I put a blanket I had with me over the whole bed and slept on top of the comforter. I would not personally stay here again.
- 1/5
Awful. Awful, Awful, lots of bugs in the room.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- 1/5
Bugs in the bed and crawling on the walls. We left in the middle of the night.
- 1/5
Not good, unprofessional and not how you want to start out your trip to TN.
- 1/5
I made this reservation 20 days in advance of our stay. On the day of I called to confirm it and told them we would be late to check in. At 11pm when we were 10 minutes away, someone called me to tell me that they had no room for us. We had driven 7 hours with children AND had confirmed the room earlier in the day. They referred us to another property which I had never seen or heard of. Additionally, when we arrived the place had people lurking around outside and seemed unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE, EVER!
