    Our stay at the hotel was good except for the room had no desk or chair to sit in only a small table and I asked for a handicap accessible bathroom( which I had) but it had no handicap chair I needed to assist my husband(recently had a stroke)with bath. Other than those two issues our 38th Anniversary was good

    I was supposed to receive up to $200 in incidentals and one of the staff mentioned that it was another debit card on my account but when I questioned nobody would give me any information. I spoke to my bank and they informed me it was never sent. There was also a roach that ran across my bed.?

    The staff was nice. The rooms were not kept well. The tub had a hole in it. The chair in the room was broken. We had to call several times for an ironing board. The coffee machine was broken. Therefore, there was no coffee or hot water for breakfast.

    I was not happy that they kept my $50 cash deposit because there were cough drop stains on two of my pillow cases and on the sheets. The young man that checked us in was a little rude to my sister when she was get the situation with the tv taken care of(it wasn’t working). The staff did take care of that the next day

    The room had dried food on the carpet and hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was of poor quality. There was a party in the parking lot with music and shouting. There was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the hall. I would never stay here again.

    There is also a safety issue. On Friday, I went to the lobby for breakfast (which included bagles, bread, cereal, coffee, and machine dispensed juices). I encountered a man sitting at a corner table pleasuring himself. I notified staff at the front desk and, to their credit, they quickly took action. Despite their responsiveness, avoid this place. Major improvements are needed.

    Kind of a bit beat up in terms of paint peeling and molding crumbling and had pretty interesting clientele - they had to repeatedly ask a man to leave in the breakfast area in the morning because he didn’t have a room. Overall had a pretty reasonable stay though pretty comfortable bed and it was cheap.

    parking was fine, my room had heat but the other person's room didn't get any heat, the staff did offer another room, the outlets in my bathroom did not work so I had to take my hair dryer to the other room to use it, why not use the dryer in the other room, there wasn't one, the breakfast was very carb heavy with not a lot of variety

    The room was spacious and very clean. New furniture was very functional and attractive. Loudest a/c I ever heard. Beds creaked with every movement (people above me banging away at 3am). Property overrun with geese, very loud and goose poop everywhere. Side door key lock not funtioning.

    Room looked great, not very clean. Multiple common surfaces had stains, towels were not cleaned properly. Room was missing an office chair at the desk. Breakfast needs improvement. Only had carbs and sugar available. Parking was a challenge as it appears to be a lot of construction equipment parked all over the place.

    I wanted to check weather, but there was no TV remote control in the room. A staff changed my room, however, there was still no TV remote. Also, the flash handle was kinda broken. It just was hanging and I needed to push it to flush toilet.

    Rowdy loud guests with a woman being beaten. Fight poured out to the lobby area 30 feet from the front desk. They claimed to have called the police, they never came. Disruptions throughout the night into morning. I left fearing for my safety.

    Overall the Days Inn was not great. The staff on check in was very friendly as well as all the other staff I interacted with. The poir rating comes from the room itself, the beds were uncomfortable and loud! Myself and my son are small people but every turn or movement on both beds made them sqeek and creak, it was awful. Additionally, we were right by the check in area and people were in and out all night with no regard to the noise, so I got about an hour of sleep total. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar, there was a stain on the sheets and the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed. Location and staff were what earned the 2 stars, everything else was poor quality.

    The room was very comfortable. My problem is paying for the room and arriving and then being told I have to pay an additional fee. I like knowing all of my fees upfront. Anytime you go to a store you know that tax is included but having to pay an additional $50 should have been explained in my details. So I would have known the total before I reserved and paid for the room!

    I came for my granddaughter's graduation and on the day of the event there was no hot water in the hotel and i had to pack up and shower at a family members home. Very inconvenient for all of us. I was told $15 would be taken off my bill. Not happened yet.

    The air conditioner leaked water on the carpet and it was soaked with a mildew smell. We had to switch rooms. The advertisement stated a real breakfast, but after I booked the room and was checked in, I inquired about the breakfast times,I was told they don't do breakfast anymore but only a small continental breakfast so they need to make that known.

    You get what you pay for. The room smelled like a football locker room. The AC unit sounded like a late 80’s heavy metal band and it took forever to get cool in the room. The sheets felt as if something was crawling all over me. No ironing board. The iron also had a sticky film on it that stuck to my clothes. But the staff was extremely nice.

    The check-in experience at Days Inn was less than ideal. The morning of my stay, I received a welcome message from Days Inn telling me to check-in ahead of time. I was also given the option to choose late checkout. At the end, I was charged $134. I thought this was the $100 deposit + late checkout. At check-in, I was told this was the actual charge for my stay. When I explained that I had already paid (through Hotels.com), the front desk agent said that all she could see what they rec'd $134. I asked if that was from hotels.com? She said she couldn't see any details. Basically, she was unable to help me. Well, I check today and I have not only the charge I paid with hotels.com, but I also have the charge from Days Inn. So...I paid for the room twice. Horrible experience.

    Condition of the room/bath was terrible. The sink had cracks all over it, the tub was "patched" in several places, there was no shower curtain so the water went everywhere on the floor, toilet seat was an improper fit and nearly tossed you off the toilet. room/bath was reasonably clean, never rec'd any bed service for the 3 days I was there. I made my own bed using same sheets, fresh towels were provided but nothing else. The coffee make didn't work,

    The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The actual hotel though was dirty and needed some repairs. The elevator had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time. The hallways smelled of smoke even though this is a non-smoking facility. Our room wasn't terrible except that the trash bag in the bathroom had not been changed, only dumped. We knew this because there was a used band-aid stuck in the bag. The bathroom door was falling apart on the bottom. I would say about a foot of it from the bottom was totally disintegrating from what looked like maybe water damage. Also, I understand you only get two pillows, however a king size bed I think should maybe have two more considering they are the smallest, cheapest pillows you can ever find. Overall, we were not too satisfied.

    I come here every year for my birthday for the past 3-4 years now , seems like every year the rooms get dirtier, there was stuff all over the wall (drinks and I don’t know what else) , blood on the pillows and bed and burn marks on the mattress topper underneath the sheets. Breakfast was okay the jelly was bad and smelled other than that my visit was great !

    Our room had a broken photo frame hanging off the wall. The shower rod was broken off the wall and appeared to be recently repaired, but not fully as it was still hanging and unpainted. The room smelled old and musky, almost like a smokers room. Walking in to the hotel the whole first floor smelled of Marijuana. Our breakfast wasn't bad just very limited and no lids for the cups causing our stuff to spill unfortunately. We stayed and were fine but got 0 sleep snd likely would not choose this spot again.

    My stay was great. Each lady at the front desk were pleasant and engaging and very helpful. I stayed two extra days. Not noisy just a great stay!

    The room was rundown and shabby; the bed linen and towels were thin and didn't seem that clean. The air conditioner was so noisy that it woke me up in the night. Breakfast supposedly starts at 6 (the posted time) but doesn't really. I've stayed in similar properties at the same price point and had far better experiences. I will say the staff were, on the whole, friendly. Would however recommend avoiding this hotel.

    Stay as far away as possible from this property. Dont be fooled by the price this place is absolutely disgusting in both hygiene and customer service. How do you check people into a room with blood on towels, blood on sheets even blood AND vomit on the floor and when a different clean room is requested you pull an attitude and basically say not my problem you can leave. Not to mention you get charged a $50 deposit and as mentioned before the room was absolutely filthy.

    Hotel smelt disgusting! Pulled back the bedding and there was hair all over the sheets. It was very dirty! We did not stay the night! I don’t know if we’ll even get a refund.

    Our room was extremely hot. It took most of the night to cool the room down despite having a box fan along with the “AC”. The desk chair was broken as well as the toilet seat.

    It was cool in the room and bed slept well. Had plenty of dining options around the hotel and a small shopping mall behind.
