It was very convenient for my travel. Easy off and on the interstate. There are numerous restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast had good options. I did not interact very much with the staff.

Most comfy bed I've ever slept on staying in a hotel. Staff was so nice and friendly. I have nothing negative to say. All positive. Will definitely stay here every single time I'm in this area.

Clean spacious rooms, easy parking, friendly staff and close to restaurants for walking. I had a great stay but was expecting waffles and eggs for breakfast so was disappointed the breakfast wasn’t well stocked before I headed off to a tennis tournament. I did discover a Bojangles and Chick-fil-A in walking distance. Next time I’ll probably book directly with the hotel since I ended up leaving early but had paid for the hotel room already through a 3rd party app so couldn’t get a refund.

Hotel was very nice, morning staff friendlier then evening staff. Beds felt soft but were really to hard for my back. And there were ants in the room.

Quick night on the road. Accessbile to two things we wanted to access (a particular store and a particular restaurant in nearby Jamestown.) Clean and quiet. Breakfast was OK, but not extensive. We;ve stayed there 2-3 times now and it's reliable.

Clean. However, they request only every other day housekeeping. During Market the prices are absurd for this level of hotel. Clean every day.

The building is new, therefore clean. The walls are thin and the noise level is high. There doesn't seem to be communication between the front desk and the housekeeper, as the housekeeper loudly knocked on my door at around 10 a.m. I told her that I was not quite ready to leave. She responded with a flat "OKAY." Checkout- by time is not until noon. Please do not be in the habit of knocking on doors until you receive word that the guest has left; unless of course, the guest is late checking out.

You will be happy to stop and relax here. A microwave and mini fridge for your leftovers from dinners. Lots of restaurants around and places to shop if you’ve forgotten anything. Then back to your room where the beds are comfortable, get a great nights sleep, and go downstairs for breakfast in the morning!

Shower was very gritty & hair was in the drain other then that I enjoyed my stay coming from Florida to North Carolina

Nice new property with very soft and comfortable beds. The staff were top notch and made our stay very easy. The lobby is very charming and spacious. The gym is serviceable. The outdoor pool is is small and only open in the summer I guess. Plenty of parking.

Staff was very friendly but the guests staying there were very bad. Hotel chronically smelled like drugs and the walls in the room are paper thin making it easy to hear the next door neighbors.

When I booked the room, I was told the incidental was one price and when I checked in, it was a higher price. The young man behind the counter was very rude and obnoxious about it.

Room was nice and clean The heat was not working in my room so I was moved to a different room and floor. The floor I was moved to was very busy and noisy. Also the room was not as nice as my initial one. However, I do appreciate the front desk offering to move me..

The hotel was awesome. Very nice. Well kept, the only thing is the breakfast was very bare. This was my first time at a Spark, I usually do Tru or the regular Hiltons but the breakfast was muffins, bagels, Oatmeal and cereal. I wish there was a more assorted breakfast but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and my room was nice.

I arrived late and front door was locked. there was nobody in the lobby at all for about 5 to 10 minutes while I waited outside then I had to explain twice that I was there to check in late and that I didn’t already have a key to come in the door.

It’s not that it was a bad experience but the room was just not that clean and showed signs of being old. I travel to the area a lot and that was my first time staying there. I probably wouldn’t come back.

Perfect location for a family moving in a college student. There are a lot of restaurants and stores in the area.

I really enjoy everything about Spark, but the most exceptiinal aspect is the amazing staff. So friendly and down to earth.

The front desk staff were truly kind but management is a different story. After reporting a non working microwave and termites in my room, I was still not refunded by the hotel stating they had a different room available when termites is a building wide problem!!!! Crawling from the AC vents, they were in the beds, bathroom and counter tops (basically throughout the room).The top complaint is that they APPEAR TO HAVE BUFFET STYLE BREAKFAST and do not. Very misleading photos. I tried uploading videos of the termites but can only upload photos.

Breakfast was quite limited in options ….No hot food, other than toast. No oatmeal. Very watery orange juice. So so coffee.

Our room was very big but it was very dirty the sheets were nasty, the sink had toothpaste in it and the shower had hair all over it. The floors were dirty with crumbs the room overall was just nasty.

I wish i knew her name, but the lady that works the front desk at night was so sweet and helpful. If I could find out her name, i would let her supervisor know how wonderful she is. The hotel was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable. I really liked that you have to use your key card to enter or staff has to let you in.

Overall good visit. Concerns - the water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the breakfast had no protein options - it was a complete carbfest. Otherwise this was a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Clearly a rehabbed older property that was not completely redone. Have stayed here twice now and both rooms had areas that were showing a good amount of wear - shabby, snagged box frame covers, bathrooms corners where things were falling apart or crumbling.

Clean and quiet for a one night stay on the way to the beach. In a mall-like area that includes many hotels.

No hot breakfast options such as waffle maker, hot breakfast bar, etc.

I think you should incorporate the season the pool and outdoor seating areas are closed. We were disappointed with the warm weather and no where to sit

On my last night the room adjacent to me had what sounded like 30 people in it ranging in ages from toddler to adult. They were extremely loud from 4PM til well after midnight. I called down to the front desk multiple times with no answer and even sent multiple messages on the Hilton app with no response. The lack of response was very disappointing.

The property was a great location to our location we was there for. Was clean and the staff was friendly. Howver we would probably not stay again due to no free wi-fi, no in room microwave or coffee maker.

The property is new, or newly renovated. Great design and set up in the lobby as well as the rooms. We had 2 queen beds and the room still had lots of space for walking. The second floor is open to the lobby so there is a little balcony that you can see the breakfast area. The breakfast was very basic, did not have any eggs or sausages made, only serial, bagels, yogurt etc, all make yourself. They can step it a bit up. Rooms did not have microwave as of yet as we were told it's a working progress to get these into all the rooms.

Issue was breakfast. Only offered cereal, fruit or bagels.

We enjoyed staying in this newly renovated hotel. We had a few problems but the staff worked quickly to solve the problems. We would stay there again.

The property and room were very clean. Parking was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only negative for me was the breakfast which consisted of on Bagels, fruit (apples and bananas, bananas ran out on second day) cereal and instant oatmeal. The orange juice out of the machine was the most watered down that I have ever had. It was a good stay, but just wished the breakfast was better. If you don't care about the breakfast, it was excellent.

We wanted a clean, convenient place to stay for just one night, and we got what we needed. Great price for a hotel, which was cleaner than most expensive ones we visited in the past year. We have a son, who goes to grad school in Greensboro and this is a perfect place for quick weekend visits.

The elavators where very cold and the brealfast was not for a dietetic. Cereal, milk, muffins, bagels, jucie, farm feesh yogert with real cane sugar. Not a good breakfast.

This property (hotel) was always freezing & uncomfortable in lobby areas. The decor unattractive and jarring (not pleasant). Always concerned 'why' the heat wasn't enough to be warming to guests entering and exiting building. Breakfast offerings too minimal for a hotel by Hilton (in fact, bleak). Room where one had to 'heat' food (guests often bring) with no micros in rooms (was locked when needed) leaving guests to awkwardly juggle (room keys holding dishes....a very disappointing experience (for sure). Never again!

The free breakfast was adequate. Suggest adding stevia sweetener & lactose free milk to menu selections. Other than that ev'rything else was excellent.

My stay was a one night stay. The bed and room was great. The only issue I had was when I dropped my pen and it rolled under the couch. When i moved the couch, I saw all types of items that had fallen under there and not cleaned up. That was the most disappointing thing.

It was ok. Because I walk with a can I didn’t get any breakfast. The walk was a little long. It was nice and quiet with a convenient location.

Perfectly fine hotel—clean sheets and room, nice staff, normal continental breakfast. For a Hilton, it was lower quality than normal without a reduction on price. You can definitely get the exact same quality for a lower price at a Comfort Inn. There wasn’t any problems, just more expensive than other options of exact same quality just because of the Hilton name.

Stay was good - had a nice room. The refrigerator made a lot of noise when it was cycling. Biggest issue was the room attendant waking us up at 8 am - she said she thought the room was empty it - we had a do not disturb tag hanging on the door…? Not sure why she thought we weren’t in there. Breakfast on Sunday was just bagels, cereal and yogurt.

Well, check in was quick and easy. Hotel is a good condition, easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. My only complaint my TV didn’t work, I called front desk and told the lady at front desk tv wasn’t working and she said they were booked and had no other room to move us. I was expecting her to send a maintenance guy to come check out instead she said good night and they will come over next morning. I was hoping to watch a college football game but couldn’t done so cause our tv was broke…

The property is clean and great staff. Our tv did not work but we are not here for tv. Would have been nice to catch don't weather updates or sports though. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

Didn't like that the housekeeping was only every other day. Seemed like at the rates we paid, which were likely higher due to Furniture Market, would have included daily service. Rooms don't have coffee maker, which is dissappointing.

An electrical plug in the bathroom was partially coming out of the wall and was difficult to use. I did report it to the front desk before we left. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The hotel lobby presents well, but the front desk staff was inconsistent. There was basically zero concern when our trailer was broken into in the parking lot on our second night. Our room was never cleaned and the towels were only replaced one time. There was something that looked like jelly outside the elevator on the floor for about 24 hours, and something that looked like baby vomit outside the door to the gym for about 24 hours. The pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned recently. The area looks pretty but the surrounding hotels were shady and there were a lot of people hanging around outside at all hours.
