I’ve sent in request for refund. We didn’t stay and had to go get another hotel for the night. It was dirty, smelled like mold. Sheets and blankets were dirty. I’ve been trying to get a refund because it was totally unacceptable.

NOT A THING This hotel was so dirty, unsafe, not clean that I didnt even stay! I walked in and walked back out. I asked for a refund and no response. The microwave couldn't be used, dirty blankets, no pillows, floor wasn't swept, bathroom absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend!

I didn’t when I got there the night clerk had two police officers outside dealing with another guest…then I later got the police called on me.. The night clerk had a nasty attitude and threatened then later on called the police on me..mind you all I wanted to do was lay my kid and I down for the night..

I enjoyed my stay when my money was funny they waited a few hours until I came up with the cash to pay most places wouldn't do that The overall price is not bad and the bus came to pick my kids up for school:)

Lobby was beautiful staff friendly and professional I forgot extended stays don't come with towels and things, if I stay again I will be prepared
