The ceiling leaked, it is and always will be trash.

The beds ? where do you get them from so soft.. I thought about canceling the day to stay ? in ?. The shower had so much pressure and temp was amazing for girl that like saunas. Customer service was so helpful, hes wasted no time to address my needs.

It had bugs the covers were all burnt up and the little the barley worked. Really bad experience to the point my kids rather sleep in the car😩 We ate our dinner in the car and we were out of there by 4am. I do not recommend unless you are a crackhead or something

The stay was just ok. The hotel is old but the room was clean. The toilet did not work well and there was not an iron or ironing board in the room.

Upon arrival (after 11pm) it doesn’t seem to be that bad, but once it got late is where the concern arrived. The first room (smoking room) we checked into had roaches in the bed, holes in the bedding, and roaches in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and informed the employee. Our room (smoking room) was switched to another room that had more roaches than the previous room. The room had roaches in the bathroom, on the walls, and on the floor. Again we went to the desk. I’m assuming the person that came out to help us was the manager. He stated that they were unaware that there was a roach problem which is VERY hard to believe. He took us to look at other rooms and they too had roaches. We finally found a room that was not covered in roaches, and then was told that there was a deposit for this room because it was non smoking. I stated that I was not willing to pay a deposit ($50) as it was not my fault that they have a roach problem. I did not have to pay the deposit, but I was also not offered anything for the inconvenience. We spent over an hour trying to find a room after a 5hr drive to Greensboro. We couldn’t change hotels because it was NCAT homecoming and everything close by was sold out. We had to leave our bags in the car and go back to the car anytime we needed anything to make sure that we didn’t leave with roaches in our belongings. We couldn’t use any of the towels because they were dingy and dirty, luckily I travel with my own. A terrible experience!

The staff was great, the condition of the property was not. Holes in the wall and seat, what looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and my sink kept gurgling up something not clean - had to ask for a bleach spray because one time it left a gross film of dirt, dead bugs snd who knows what else.

Carpet was filthy, sink knob was broken, shower head was disgusting and tv didn’t work

Room was not cleaned. Sheets and blankets were dirty. We had to buy our own. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

Upon checking into our room it smelled of cigarette smoke. It had several burn homes in the linens and on the sink and counters. The linens were dirty and smelly. The microwave was disgustingly dirty. And the curtains were falling off. We immediately left because I was not letting my children sleep in an environment like that.

Check in was easy however, on thr walk to our room, we passed several rooms that had been broken into or were damaged. The room we had was dirty, no ac, the windown shook with every passing car, we could hear EVERY noise outside. It had a bad smell where the AC was shut off. Our kid found a hat that was left from the previous people and the room had bird feathers and trash on the floor. We didnt even walk as far as the bathroom. The owner was rude and basically treated us like we were lying about what we seen.

The ice machine never works. They say breakfast included there is no breakfast. If you don't ask for housekeeping u dont get it. Close to job so place is convenient. However gor the price and the amenities of breakfast being advertised and not honored.

Stopped there just for the night. Check in was good. The room looks like it needs a good deep clean. It looks dirty and humid. I’d had left if it wasn’t 2 am. There is not breakfast as advertised, not even coffee, even when I asked the front desk in the morning.

For the age of the facility it was being kept up well. The room was clean again , it was showing its age but okay.

Staff is super attentive asked for batteries to replace in the tv remote and a roll of tp and got them immediately. Someone also noticed my tire needed air and put some in overnight for me, i'm handicapped and would of had a hard time doing it myself

When I got there to check in wasn’t no one around. Once someone showed up he was rude tried to charge me a 300 deposit because I wanted non smoking none of that is mentioned online. Once I got in a room I opened the door there was roaches on the wall and two small beds and not queen room like I ordered. Overall I went paid fir a different room at a different place

My room had a coffee maker; no coffee, cream, or sugar. One towel. TV doesn't work. YUK!

Everything way dirty there was holes in walls and bedding and couch. The toliet handle was barely attached. There was bugs crawling on the floor . I have pictures that honestly could never do how bad it was justice. The breakfast was a chewy bar, coffee, and water and there was only one

Check in was quick & easy. Room smelled of smoke, burn holes in linen. Didn't realize it was a smoking room... could have asked for smother but not sensitive.

I could have done without the complimentary cockroaches. Place was very sketchy, did not feel safe. Will never stay at any Super 8 again. Cigarette holes in comforters and blood or bbq sauce on the floor. Pictures on hotels.com were when the place was new.

It was a value that's for sure. But didnt like hearing the traffic from the highway. Could hear so much going on outside. A little unsettling. Also, don't think a trail bar and coffee should be considered offering breakfast.

I am disappointed to report that my recent stay at the Super 8 in Greensboro was subpar. The entrance was in disrepair, the bed covers and walls were dirty, and the bathroom door would not close or lock properly. The bathroom tiles had holes, toilet seat held down with black tape, the counter had cigarette burns, and all furniture was damaged. The window was also dirty, with straw stuffed inside, and there was no breakfast or coffee pot in the room. This stay did not meet my expectations. The worst hotel stay of my life… You desperately need to update the Expedia pics and room details

I checked out early, stayed only one night out of the three I had booked. This place needs to be torn down, I can't believe it's allowed to operate in this shape.

The room was not what they posted on the web. The bathroom floor was dirty. I had to clean it myself. The couch looked like the picked it up off the side of the road. I was nasty as well. The wall had stains on it. It was my first time in Greensboro Nc and that stay made it bad. I’m a loyal customer with Wyndham and this was by far the worst stay ever. Then they had the nerve to charge me an extra $30 to check in early. Never again

Bed sheets and pillows were stained. Dark red stains on the lamp shades and walls. Holes in the walls. Key card ready on door was loose and about to fall off

Hotel wasnt bad, had some sketcy people hanging around everywhere. Room had several stains on the floor. Freezer in the mini fridge had iced over. The room had a huge bed as requested, but only recieved one towel.

The room and outside were absolutely filthy. A huge trash can overflowing and leaking on the ground in front of our room with used condoms on the ground around it. Filthy carpet and stained bedding. Absolutely awful. I would have left if we hadn’t hit terrible traffic and didn’t arrive until 2am. And no breakfast even though we were told breakfast was included

Very unclean with trash bin full of water. There were cockroaches in the room and didn’t rest well at all… it’s too pricy for its condition. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there

Overpriced for the condition of the property and rooms.

The hotel has black mold over tub with water leaking from room above I have added photo. The window has no way to lock it at all so very unsafe. The curtains have cuts in them and black mold on the back. Front desk lady was wonderful and helpful. Fire alarm is missing.

During my stay a “drunk guest” as the manager stated, pulled the fire alarm and proceeded to verbalize something about a sexual predator on the property. The “drunk guest” then proceeded to speak about my girlfriends kids sitting in her car due to the fire alarm and scared all 3 of her kids and her to the point they drove 2 hours back home at 11 pm. I proceeded to check out the same day at approximately 1145-1155 as this was a extremely unfit place to stay even for 8 hours. In addition to the incident that occurred, standing water was left outside my door which caused me to slip on multiple occasions, although I wasn’t injured this is a serious hazard especially because I was on the second floor.

Lady at the desk was nice, the ceiling in the bathroom falling and the shower head dirty with mold. Food left in fridge from previous visitors. Dirty remotes and counters.

It was inexpensive ($60), but room dated and they took a $50 deposit off credit card to make sure you didn't smoke in the smoke-free room. They take the $$ immediately, but requires 7 to 10 business days to credit it back, which is ridiculous for 2024, when a gas station can place a $1 hold and remove it in 5 minutes. The bathroom had some mold. Room was dated. Just look at the picture of the outside of the place on Expedia and gauge your expectations downward from there. The "business center" was a PC in the 150 sq foot "lobby". No free breakfast that I could see, so that was misleading too. Anyone giving this a rating of 5 or higher review, I really question their sanity :-)

I had a reservation at this place. When i got there the lady tells me that they are not offering breakfast, when i go to the room everything was disgusting dirty and a bad smell of tabaco and weed smoke. Looks like that place is been used as a homeless shelter. I was so disgusted that i left and asked for my money back...

The room was dingy and even tho I was told it was a “Quiet” hotel, it was very noisy. The bedding was stained and the floors were sticky.

The room was fine and communication from the hotel was great. The biggest issue is that the hot water ran out in the shower. There were 4 of us in the three bed room, and the 3rd person got a half hot, then half freezing, cold shower.

Our non smoking room highly smelled of smoke, smoke detector was missing, just wires hanging down. We were required to give $50 cash deposit for a non smoking fee, we went right back to front desk to report heavy smoke smell so we wouldn’t be charged a fee. Place is very run down, broken down truck parked infront of our room filled with junk. You don’t expect much for the price, but this was even worse then I thought it would be, felt unsafe here.

I only needed it for 1 night but I’m sure I’ll never stay again, the clerk who checked me in was very nice though. There was a roach in the shower, the microwave didn’t work, the quality of the tv was terrible so I barely watched it, the towels were dingy and dirty looking. You can clearly tell that the room wasn’t cleaned properly, definitely won’t be staying again

The service was friendly and the room was clean. However, I had a some issues. The free Internet service was the worst I've ever had at ANY hotel. It would quit working on several occasions. Also, the microwave was so outdated, I didn't know if I had it working correctly at first. The hotel is okay overall, yet, I likely will not return.

Room was fairly clean. Outside had garbage piled up around the cans. They were not emptied the entire time we were there. The bath tub tile surround was falling apart. And it advertises free breakfast. The first day that consisted of 2 juice boxes and 4 granola bars for all the guests. The next day was just the 2 juice boxes. I didn't bother to check the last day. Should not say there is breakfast when there isn't. Very dishonest. For 100 a night it should be at least a danish.

Front desk manager was very professional and positive. It was pleasant to check-in with her. Room is clean. We found everything we needed in the room- fridge, microwave, coffee machine, enough number of towels, shampoo, soap, cups for coffee and tea. Everything was working properly. Great place to stop for the night. Breakfast was included!!! Super 8- great job 👏

I don't receommend staying here. The checkin took forever, the staff didn't seem to know how to operate teh system, and also for some reason they charge a "deposit" for a non smoking room. I don;t know whether I ever got that back. The room was shabby and not particularly clean and the door did not seem secure, and there were no breakfast, nor wifi. Ugh.

Just dirty and a little scary

I checked in on a Saturday night. I was expecting a lot of noise, but it was minimal, and didn't interrupt my sleep. I would highly recommend this property for those looking for a clean room with friendly personnel at an excellent daily rate.

I will start with the fact that the staff was super friendly! And the room is clean!! 2 positives!! However I would not recommend this place. I understand you get what you pay for but I didn’t even feel like that was true in this case. We got two rooms. One room had no cold water so my kids could not take a shower because it was scolding hot. The sink was also broken. luckily we had two rooms so we use the other room for showers. One of the room doors did not lock. Just as a heads up, it is so close to the highway that it’s pretty loud with truck traffic all night. There were constantly people (several inebriated ) walking around the area. We count on the free breakfast because as a family of 8 that saves us a lot of money the next morning. However the free breakfast this was only coffee, juice boxes, and granola bars. (Pictured) so I felt like that was lost money there since we had to go buy breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this place ….but in a pinch… At least it was clean and the staff was nice!!

A room with bed working shower and tv. It is a bit sketchy due to the long term renters. The smell of THC was outside the room. Need a quick night, inexpensive then this is the place.

To be fair, I got what I expected for this type of hotel.

Ok for a quick overnight. Comfortable rooms relatively well maintained. Dreadful location amid cluster of dingey motels next to freeway. Itinerant workers up all night w mariachi music and rap vibrating the walls. Extremely limited food options. Not much sleep.

As I said before the outside of the building has seen better days and so had the inside but it was not a total dive. Id have to say the biggest thing they should work on is the bathroom. No fan, stain on the shower curtain, shower head that really needs to be replaced and so does the shower handle. When I would go to turn the water on felt like I was going to rip it off the wall. But the water was hot when I needed it and very good water pressure. The room itself was nice and clean. Few areas in the ceiling that needed to be patched up just like in the bathroom but other then that room was fine. Bed was clean and comfy, pillows where a bit on the small side. TV works fine with many channels available. All in all not a bad place to stay for the price. Was conveniently located to everything that I needed and staff was absolutely friendly especially Ursula who went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again.

I never book in that place again not clean the bathroom is bad the bad sheets have a lot of holds from cigarette, over all it not good to bring any family there .

Property was run down. Toilet barely flushed, bathtub faucet constantly had a leaking stream of water. The grout in the floors were old and dirty.

I requested. The manager required it in the event that someone smoked when instructed not to, as if my spouse and I were lying. Even though we requested non-smoking.
