This place has everything you need if you’re traveling for work. The staff is what really makes this place shine. Is it older and needs to be updated, yes it does. Pet friendly. They have a pool but it was closed the entire time we stayed. WiFi sucks so plan on upgrading.

Didn't notice till the next morning when the bathroom door was closed there was a pink towel hanging on the back of the door. I kept my socks on walking on the floor and the floors were covered with pet hair. The room itself is spacious just needs a thorough cleaning

That it’s pet friendly The breakfast it should of been better than what it was I would recommend a better breakfast

There was kids running outside my room all day on Saturday. I was trying to relax but I couldn't. I know that ain't the hotels fault.

There was a problem with me checking in. But once that was over everything was straight. It was clean and I had a great time. There was kids running outside my room all day on Saturday. I was trying to relax but I couldn't. I know that ain't the hotels fault.

The first room we were put in was dirty, and so was the second. We had booked for three people, so they knew we would be using the pull out. We had to go back downstairs for bedding. There were no extra pillows available in the hotel, so there were none for the pullout sofa. When we pulled out the sofa, something had been spilled at some point and was caked on. It was so late at this point we just put the sofa back together and my husband slept on the couch.

Clean room

I stayed for 10 nights and I really liked the layout of the room. It felt like a small apartment which made it homey. My biggest disappointment is there is a complete lack of housekeeping. I set my trash outside the door and hopes that it would be picked up and it was not. I wound up having to take my own trash out to the small outdoor trash cans. For the price and convenience and being able to have my dog with me, I would stay here again. I do think the hotel needs to make housekeeping available or if there are guidelines to follow to have your room cleaned and your trash picked up, that should be explained at check-in. It was not mentioned at any time.
- 3/5
The grab & breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, mini muffins & granola bar. No protein anywhere. I wouldn't stay again.
- 1/5
This place was a dump. Nothing looked like the pictures on the web page! Our room was atrocious! Bed appeared to be something they found at the dumpster. Pull out bed was broke. Mattress looked like it came from the landfill. Filth and trash underneath the pull out bed. No linens. Fridge and stove would be something you would find in the 70's. The place smelled horrible.... like fried throw up. And there was huge blood stains all over the floor by the bed. Two minutes was two too long to be in the room. I requested a refund and left.
- 3/5
Set up was nice. It was extremely cold.
- 2/5
The staff upon check in (Kasey) was amazing. She was polite, professional and friendly.

Comfortable room
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable. Only issue was reassigning my room while I was still in the room. I was sitting at the desk nearly in my full glory with a skimpy nightie. The man opened it once, saw me in my near full glory. He closed it and then opened it again. I was mortified! Other than that, everything was great.
- 2/5
Not trying to complaining because it served its purpose, I was in the room from 11:30pm until 8:30am. It was “fine”. But….ive stayed at most of the hotels in the GSO area and this is by far the lowest grade. Again, it serves its purpose and I’d stay here again, but it is not that clean and it’s not that comfortable. If availability is out there and prices are close, I’d pick any other surrounding hotel.
- 1/5
Poor quality hotel. Did not feel comfortable or safe.

Even the room is non smoking. It smelled like smoke and people were vaping right outside the door. There is baby's bottle under the bed. Found bugs in the bathroom and a spider by the side table of the bed. I was not provided linen for the 3rd person that slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The room lacked cleanliness. The hotel a bad odor of pets. I have stayed in other Extended Stays before. This one was not what I expended.
- 5/5
The staff was really nice ! Carolyn Bre and Pearl really made my stay enjoyable. The only issue I had was during my stay we discovered two water bugs in the room that scared me terribly. Yet overall the stay was great and I would recommend extended to my family and friends!
- 4/5
The pool was out for an entire week after I arrived and I wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience.
- 5/5
They were very helpful and it was clean and the front desk ladies where wonderful and Sony was very very helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable as well as spacious.
- 4/5
Best rate compared to other hotels in the area. They provide frying pans dishes and urinsels. Shop at Walmart for fresh food. Clean quiet comfortable room w/ king bed and sofa. plent of hooks, coat hangers, closet space. My one gripe would be that the heater is next to the bed and blows over the bed all night, which gets to be uncomfortable.
- 4/5
There was dirty plates under the heating vent
- 4/5
Very accommodating staff who aimed to take care of needs guests had!

- 2/5
Not an ideal stay for business travelers. Just never felt clean and comfortable. Stayed for 6 days. I guess I expected more of a hotel environment, and received a college apartment type experience. Place seemed warn down and the included breakfast was breakfast bars and coffee. When new towels were requested, they asked me to bring used one down. Not a huge deal, but not what I am used to when spending a couple hundred dollars a night for a hotel. There was not room cleaning service during my stay. Hate to give any place a bad review, but I will personally not be staying there again. Might be a good place to stay for those that want an in-room kitchen that area actually staying for a long period of time.
- 4/5
I wish the pool was open.

Needs updated
- 3/5
Our room was above average in accommodations at a fair price. My only major complaint , and it's a big one, is no hot water for showering. Even after find the sweet spot, the water was barely luke warm.
- 3/5
For the price it didn’t even have a travel size dish detergent. You have to pay for plates, pots, pans.
- 5/5
There was a strange smell in the hallway where my room was, but it wasn't in my room or anything. Overall it was a great experience and easy to get to from the airport.
- 2/5
They refused to change my room stating it was the one assigned to me. My room happened to be next to the storage closet/kitchen, every morning approximately 0400 am they would go in and out of this room slamming the door. Brought it to the attention of management, nothing done about it(I was there for two and half weeks). Carpet worn severely, shower fixtures hard to manipulate, counters worn. Ice storm froze over the driveway, for four days no one either sanded it or cleared it.
- 5/5
It was not bad at all although the people in the room beside me was arguing and playing music loud. It was still nice
- 5/5
Very friendly staff member. The room is roomy but I did have to wipe down the table (drink rings left on the table) and the carpet is considerably torn when the chairs rolls. Bed was comfortable. It’s dated but was ok for the short time I was there.
- 5/5
The staff was amazingly friendly. The facility was clean. Nothing in my room was broken. Room was a nice size. Bed was super comfortable. I believe the front desk womans name was Sonia she was a ball of amazing energy. She was such a pleasure and a joy to talk to. She made my birthday weekend awesome.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating

The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly.

Great okace
- 5/5
Wasn't bad at all, front desk is awesome, rooms clean, staff are friendly. It's much more safer than the places across the road.
- 5/5
i really enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable and the staff was extra nice and the rooms were very clean.
- 2/5
The place smells. Couch mattress was awful. Housekeeping once a week. A/C doesn’t cool enough.
- 3/5
The hotel is in need of refurbishing as everything is very worn, but it was clean and the staff, especially Sonya at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just coffee, instant oatmeal, and packaged muffins, but for the price I didn't expect anything more. The rooms have kitchenettes but if you want anything to use in those kitchenettes (like a cup or spoon or a pot), you need to ask at the front desk. They did not have a corkscrew available. There are several restaurants close by. They have a laundry room, but the vending machines did not have detergent available.
- 5/5
Some of the stuff is already broken like we had a lamp in our room that was broken, but other than that, it was perfectly fine
- 3/5
Very old and small hotel. Because they allow dogs the rooms SMELL! Breakfast is meh
- 2/5
The room I stayed in smelled like dog pee. Clearly they'd just cleaned the room, left the windows open and a fan running before I arrived. It was disgusting, not sure why that room wasn't blocked so the carpet could be properly shampooed before having it available for a new guest.
- 5/5
I liked that the staff was extremely polite and helpful
- 4/5
Need better pillows beds are uncomfortable
- 2/5
The whole place smells bad. Very dated. The elevator & hallways smelled of Marijuana. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke as guests smoke outside at the entrance. Carpets were so very dirty, I kept my flip flops on when I needed to walk on the carpet. The a/c blew on your face while in bed, but if it was cut down some the room was hot and sticky. There was no inbetween. The toilet was very dirty, just needed some vleach and a bowl scrubber, easy & quick but there was none of those in the room. The refrigerator was dirty, chose not to use it. Sheets looked clean but smelled of smoke. Allergies were terrible due to damp, moldy, dusty, dirty & smokey conditions. Wont be able tonstay again. But for the price it was ok for a 1 night stay.

We (current husband and daughter) had my ex-husband and other daughter over for dinner. We havent been able to do that since I left Greensboro and moved to VA, 8 years ago.
- 5/5
Nice place no complaints
- 5/5
Staff was extremely friendly
- 5/5
We booked this room last minute on our way to the beach. We got a very reasonable non-refundable price and were happy with the room and kitchenette. The floors were a little sticky (prob too much cleaner or something like that) but we were content overall!
- 2/5
This property is old and smelly. No amenities for the money. No coffee pots in rooms like most. Inside is just dark and gloomy. Iwe were not pleased at all for that price we paid. Will not ever stay again and I advise all to reconsider your choice
- 5/5
I loved this place, the staff was so friendly. It was clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Everything worked properly in the room including the kitchen. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We didn't run into any problems during our stay. I would stay again.

This is one of the better Extended Stay America Hotels that I've ever stayed at...!
- 5/5
Room was spacious enough for two for 10 days, bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet. Staff extemely nice.
- 5/5
Very friendly
- 4/5
Very helpful front desk Thank you Larisa for being so accomodating helping us even with securing a parking spot also thank you Ms Pearl for helping with our kitchen setup and laundry room.
- 5/5
I had amazing stay at the hotel. I will be back again in the future.
- 1/5
Shower was terrible, lukewarm water at best and no water pressure
- 5/5
The comfort of the bed was horrible. Otherwise, the room was great.
- 5/5
I loved it here staff very nice and professional checked me in quickly room was clean pool was excellent will be staying again
- 2/5
Unfortunately the interior of the room was disappointing showing a great deal of wear and tear and the hallway was noisy from other guests.
- 2/5
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and if you opened the window it was worse because there were constantly people smoking in the “no smoking” area by the entrance. The kitchen isn’t stocked, you have to request supplies. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though.
- 1/5
I coukd not stay in the room it smellecd so bad of Marijuana that i was getting sick
- 4/5
Nice place
- 3/5
Rooms looked like the early 80’s. Clean and roomy but not much to look at. No coffee maker.
- 1/5
DID NOT LIKE the property, NO Desk staff when trying to check out at 6 AM after i had called the night before to confirm there would be someone there. Broken vending machine in laundry room and NO where else to get water or soda and no one tried to help
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC was cold and the unit wasn’t noisy. Other hotels I’ve visited recently were not as clean or the room AC was loud and kept me awake
- 2/5
You can hear everyone next to you and people above us loud as can be until 1 am. Poor insulation, room spelled, refrigerator old, cabinets ready to come off hinges. Poor breakfast selection( plus muffins tasted like sawdust)
- 5/5
The room was clean and non-smoking, however, it had an unfresh odor.
- 5/5
The front desk lady was very nice. We did a late check in and it was quick with no hassle.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
Easy checkin and convenient.
- 5/5
Most enjoyable but there was one thing that struck me was the elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. It doesn't really bother me and I am an ex-smoker.
- 5/5
I was comfortable and felt safe. Just prefer breakfast to be hot with fresh fruit included.
- 4/5
The front desk staff at check-in was very nice and friendly. Check-in was fas and efficient, she gave me all the necessary information. Property was easy to find and very clean.
- 3/5
Our room was clean, beds were clean, kitchen was clean but the bathroom was HORRIBLE!! The shower was filthy, grimy, and grungy. Long hairs all over the bathroom floor as if it had not been swept. The towel rack was rickety and out towels fell on the floor. This was my first and last stay here. Management or corporate should make this right us.
- 4/5
Location and room size were good .Couch cushions were worn bathroom door kept hitting the toilet every time you opened it .Overall it was a good stay
- 4/5
inexpensive
- 4/5
Cost was fair. Friently staff
- 1/5
Just the worst. It's cheap but you might get stabbed. Won't recommend it and i won't go there again.
- 5/5
Nice and comfortable room. The bed was a little hard but other than it’s a nice place. We were happy.
- 5/5
Kim and her staff are very kind and helpful .They do there very best to keep everything nice and clean.Maint does a good job fixing things as soon as he can and he keeps the outside clean of trash. Also gotta love the pool is open.We will definitly stay there again
- 1/5
My daughter and I arrived at the property late in the evening (1am) after a delayed flight. After checking in and paying for the week (we were there for a swim meet) we got in the elevator to go to our room. The elevator reeked like marijuana as did the floor and room we were staying in. I immediately went back downstairs and said we would not be staying for the week and was told to talk with the front desk person in the morning. The next morning, the front desk refused to refund my money. We checked out in the morning and went to a different hotel. I was not refunded my money that I paid for the entire week though I was only in the hotel for 10 hours. Expedia said they could not help me and it was up to the hotel and the hotel said they couldn't reimburse me because I went through a third party. I have learned to book directly through the company and not Expedia and will never stay at an Extended Stay again.
- 1/5
Nothing in the room not even a cup to drink out of. The drink machine was broken so couldn't even get a drink. I left.
- 3/5
It was just ok. One night stay, the hall smelled badly of smoke. No sheets, blankets for the pull out had to go get ourselves. It wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean either.
- 2/5
The room sucked so bad or was giving me a headache
- 5/5
Everything was very nice. The staff was extra pleasant. Thank you Carolyn at front desk for being so kind about my late check out.
- 2/5
Kitchen, but no utensils whatsoever. The front desk could only provide a spoon, knife, bowl and saucer. Large stains on carpet. Of 3 windows, only one was operational.
- 4/5
Everything was great except I couldn’t get utensils to use the kitchen
- 2/5
The kitchen did not have plates or utensils, and I had to grab them from the front desk. Due to all that, i check out 3 days early.
- 1/5
Upon my arrival I was given a room that appeared to be cleaned and vacant ready just to get into a bed which mattress was full of urine. This was unexceptionable I was fully refund for my stay.
- 3/5
Not interested in staying again. Staff was ok.
- 1/5
The front desk staff is so kind and amazing so I don’t want this review to take away from them. But this hotel is so misleading on the outside and surrounding area. The inside is so disgusting like so disgusting. Just do not stay here. Trust me you don’t know me but you have to trust me. There is no way I would ever even consider staying here again I will sleep in my car if I have to. It is so outdated and it’s so creepy looking like one of those crazy scary motels in a movie. Everybody all down the hallway is smoking cigarettes and weed the entire time. There are burn marks From cigarettes I’m assuming literally everywhere the carpet is so disgusting and we stayed in a suit. The bed that we try to pull out from the couch looks like a murder scene happened on it and was broke so it wouldn’t lay down all the way nor will it go back in and my son had to sleep on the chair. I saw zero bed bugs but took precautions when I got home but we did see roaches. We literally laid our head there for less than three hours and we couldn’t do it so we left. Just don’t do it y’all trust me
- 3/5
Room needed repairs. Fire alarm hanging from ceiling, stains on carpet, toilet seat not attached, etc. the room however was clean. All staff from front desk to maintenance was super friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was excellant. The staff was great very friendly. Our specialy thanks to Daffany. She was one of the nices people we ever met. We hope to return next year
- 1/5
I just needed a hotel room for the night that was pet friendly. The staff was kind, had no issues with them. The room itself was dirty. I could look past stains on counters and carpet with the price point, but I expected a clean room especially during a pandemic. The room had not been vacuumed, dusted, or even fully picked up. There was trash under the bed. The bathroom smelled so badly of pee, the toilet had dried up pee all over it. I was grossed out but it was after 10pm when I got in and I’d only be there till checkout. I told myself it would be fine, but then I found fleas on the bed. I requested another room. The next was just as dirty, but thankfully no fleas. By then, it was after midnight so I stayed. Overall, this was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen and I will never stay at another Extended Stay again because of it.
