The TV in the room would not connect to WiFi, so I could not stream or watch TV while in the room.

Easy check-in & parking! Room clean & comfortable! Great breakfast!

Overall I enjoyed everything like the price , location,I enjoyed the breakfast the beds and the linens,they smelled and felt very fresh clean. Also the receptionist was very nice and pleasant. the floors although were very sticky. I was highly upset that the pool was not ready,I understand that the health department hadn't been there just would have liked to known that before booking, one of the main reasons I booked there.

The hotel was nice...albeit nothing special. However, it was a good match for the price. Getting housekeeping to come to the room, change the sheets, and clean was too much of a challenge. Their policy of service only upon request is stupid. The bed was a disaster: high, lumpy, and tilted towards the floor. Good thing I was alone in the bed or I would have ended up on the floor every night.

This is my second time staying there and from now on when I’m visiting family out of town I will start staying here. Parking. Parking lot could be bigger.

The location of the property was in close proximity to my job.

The location was good The rooms were not very clean. We had to wipe grease off the floor. The bathroom seemed very old and patched up. Just really needs to get an upgrade.

There was nothing to like about the property. Leftover food left in refrigerator, stains on bed sheets, leftover hair and stains in the bathroom, leftover french fries and dried up food left on floor, room had a urine smell, power went out on the second day and had to leave.

No notice even when they saw me try to enter. Other traveler told me something about inspection on Monday. I just wanted to sit for 1 hour. I sat out front next to pool fence in my own chair. There is no other outdoor space. Room was very nice!

It was old and not as clean as I would have liked. They told us they would clean and make up the rooms every other day. We were there 4 nights and the towels were replaced every other day but they did not make the beds or do a proper clean up.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was clean. Air conditioner was loud, staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Room clean, no fresh towels after first night stay, had to request more the next day. Air conditioning was fine.

It’s a “good” hotel… business trip for me - only needed for resting at night and no-nonsense accommodations. If you’re working on a budget, it’s worth considering.

Terrible customer service, not helpful at all.

We could not get TV on. Staff found it unplugged in back but then could not get remote to change Chanel’s. Moved to another room. No towel racks on wall as bar and 1 of brackets was missing. Both rooms need updates on TVS, refresh in decor.

The cleaning staff were helpful, available every day, and very good. The breakfast looked good-we don’t eat breakfast but the available coffee was very good, the in room coffee maker and fridge was great, the tv and channel selection was great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was clean and had excellent pressure. WiFi was available, location was easy to find, and the price was reasonable compared to other places during the busy bookings the week we went due to expos going in the city.

Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. It was a good room for the price they offer. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. I would stay here again if in town.

This hotel stole $300 from me. They charged me an additional three hundred dollars without any reason or explanation why! When I called to ask about it they first denied it and claimed they didn’t see it. Then when I said a have proof on my bank statement. The manager Melissa apologized and said she would immediately issue a refund but she never did! I have to dispute this with my bank! Please do not book here it is a scam!!!!!

I did not eat breakfast. I had an early morning flight that ended up being canceled. The front desk attendant was very friendly upon check in and check out. I woukd stay again if needed.

I did not get to stay but was charged. I came to Greensboro for work, I got off work at 730am. I arrived at the front desk at 8am. There was a large lady with a hijab on eating a bacon sandwich. I should have known something wasn’t right. She approached me at the desk and stated the hotel had empty rooms but since I arrived before 12 I had to pay $50 extra to check in. I never saw this rule on website or had an issue like this with Clarion. I declined and let her get back to her breakfast, I obviously mad her mad by disturbing her. I went across the street to Hampton told them what happened and they gave me a discount to stay with them. I hate a rude person. I have also stayed at 4 point, Clarion gave bad atmosphere and bad vibes.

Courteous desk personnel but overall probably a 3 Star motel...clean and such but has some age on it and could use some refurbishing. Good standard motel breakfast offerings included in the rate.

There was a fight outside the hotel in the parking lot. No security no police seen. No hair conditioner. The room above us a lot noisy can’t sleep good. No sink in the bathroom.

Terrible night sleep. People fighting in the parking lot all night. Cars with music blaring . Called front desk. Said they would call cops, but nobody showed up. Would not stay here again.

As well as the coffee We had a King room and sofa bed so we had to get linens the pillows need to be upgraded as well as the bed spread I asked for extra sheets …we were only there for 1 night so it wasn’t a real issue the free breakfast made up for going to the lobby 3 times otherwise the stay was Great after a long football tailgating day

The hotel looked very nice online. The minute we arrived, we were disappointed to see the pool was VERY small. The lobby was nice, nothing to write home about. Small “bar” and drinks section if you wanted anything. The room was actually very nicely decorated and clean, however, there were no blinds so we had our shade down the whole stay and with the room being dark gray, it was just dark in there. We left and brought back food and was really enjoying ourselves, sitting on the couch, playing cards when a flying water bug came from behind the couch. The desk didn’t have bug spray so we ended up having to kill it ourselves. I was very uncomfortable and annoyed after that. The bathroom was very average, I refused to shower there. Breakfast was bland but a nice selection for a hotel breakfast. Melissa, the manager did offer us half price off on our next stay at any property that was a Choice Hotel. This was just supposed to be a one night getaway with swimming, food and fun that missed the mark!

The room advertised as having two pull out couches, it did not. The front desk agent said they don't have rooms like that and she "has told Expedia several times." Our room did not have enough towels or sheets for the pull out couch. When we asked for them, we were given a fitted sheet and a flat sheet and told that they ran out of pillows. The pool was out of service and the noise from the traffic was horrific. Revving motorcycles could be heard for hours. The breakfast area was not clean at all. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Reservation page clearly says 2 sofa beds and 1 king, which is what my family of 4 needed and I paid for, more than comparable or better hotels nearby. Staff tells that there are no such rooms and agrees Expedia advertising is false. Not helpful at all, just kept telling that we have the option to leave middle of the night for a refund.

Appears better on picture than in person, cracked peeling bathroom walls, stained countertops, sticky/slippery floors, dirty windows, old uncomfortable mattresses, filthy carpet, but nice polite staff.

The staff were very friendly, the property offered fresh baked cookies. The pool was amazing but had to wait for it to be open to enjoy. I would recommend for families to stay. The only downside was some areas rinked of weed! The surrounding area was pretty nice!

The pictures of this property on the Expedia app are deceiving. The property was not very clean and the hotel is worn down and in need of severe updates. When we got to our room there was old food still in the microwave and the fridge was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Will not be staying here again.

I actually stayed here twice. the first time was very quiet as the room was facing away from the highway. the second stay i was facing the highway and it was not as quiet. but not really bad. the room was clean and comfortable. breakfast,, for what it is, the lady that was making stuff did a good job and its very clean and kept up. ez access to many places to eat, airport, and businesses. for a lower cost place it was a good rate and place.

Its an older property updated. The updates while not extensive feels clean. Especially for the price. Staff was courteous...for a std hotel breakfast i thought it was better than average. Convenient to most things.

We were recently displaced from our home due to Hurricane Helene in Hendersonville NC. We traveled East after getting out to find a hotel to stay at. Every hotel in each town we came to was booked or didn't have power or supplies due to the devastation of this hurricane. We finally found Clarion Pointe Greensboro Airport. We were tired from the drive and the events from the past 24 hours. When we arrived, Melissa at the front desk made us feel so comfortable and we could feel her empathy with our situation. Thank you so much! From the time we arrived until the time we were able to get back home (1 week) we were met and cared for by the best staff! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice and quiet and if we needed anything they were beyond courteous and helpful always with a smile on their faces. Thank you Evitta (AGM) & Al (GM). The continental breakfast each morning was very good. The serving dishes were kept full and a great variety of breakfast foods. Elizabeth R and Elizabeth V your hard work was so appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about these folks and this hotel. They made us feel like family when we really needed that. The nightly rates were very reasonable, and we will definitely go back, when we are in a better place to be able to see some of the sites the area has to offer. May God Bless you all!

We booked for two rooms each w 2 queens but accepted 2 with one queen and a pullout couch. One room had one bed and no couch. That made the accommodation horrible. Try sleeping with three people one one bed. Miserable

This double charging caused considerable frustration and inconvenience. Firstly, I had to spend a significant amount of time on the phone with both my bank and the hotel to identify and resolve the issue. This took away from my time enjoying my trip and added unnecessary stress. Secondly, the additional charge temporarily reduced my available funds, impacting my ability to cover other expenses during my stay. This financial strain was both unexpected and troubling, as I had planned my budget carefully. Despite reaching out to the front desk multiple times, the resolution process was slow and unsatisfactory. The staff seemed either unwilling or unable to quickly rectify the mistake, leaving me feeling helpless and undervalued as a guest. While the hotel's amenities and location were satisfactory, the mishandling of my billing and the subsequent poor customer service have left a lasting negative impression. I hope that in future no one has to go through what I have experienced.

The bathroom had a funny smell and there was a sock and shoe left behind a chair from previous occupants. The rest of the place was pretty clean, food was good and staff was friendly.

The floors were dirty. The room was hot. The hallway was really hot. The people in the room next to ours argued all night and kept waking us up. We were double charged for the room. Just overall a bad experience for us. We even left a day early because it was so bad.
