    Overall the stay was decent. Just some minor things I feel that could help. Cosmetically the room needed some work.     Ask for a room on the same floor as the ice machine, didn’t get it. What I got was a room next to the elevator. People getting off and on. The A/C was loud. The refrigerator had as much ice buildup on the inside as the amount of ice I got from the ice machine. I have seen a lot better continental breakfast at other sites. And I am talking about Fairfield sites.

    I really loved my experience here. My daughter wanted a sleepover with her friend and auntie and we had a blast . Swimming pool was clean .breakfast buffet was quiet,clean and tasty ! The staff was very lovely. Made me feel so welcoming and they really enjoyed our little talks. I love Fairfield inn and I will make sure to come back.

    The description in the ad for this property explained that I would be getting a large suite that could accommodate six people. It was just the double bedroom. Priced differently from what was described as the double bedroom so I was overcharged. There was no accommodation made. The Internet on the televisions didn’t work so we couldn’t stream television off of YouTube or any other avenues. The pool area was closed for absolutely no reason and it was the reason I booked this hotel with an indoor pool for my son‘s birthday. The entire hotel smelled like cheap cleaner and it was so strong that it gave me a headache. There was trash under the sofa bed sheet appeared to no be so clean on sofa bed. And this room was equipped for three people. It had three towels, three washcloths three of everything, but there was 5 of us like I said we paid for a suite and got a double bedroom.

    The stay was marivolous. i really like how everything was clean and tighty. i would of love to see better breakfast choices in the hot bar. The pancake machines was not working. The breakfast hot bar only had limited amount of good choices. The milks were warm instead cold for regular drinking purposes. Overral everything else was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and amenities were clean and comfortable. Thank you for having a computer , really needed to print.

    The stay was exactly what we needed it to be. The beds were not the most comfortable, would be my only complaint with the stay.     We had excellent service and the staff was wonderful. However, the room had a dirty q-tip on the floor when we walked in and the room ac/heater did not work so it was stuffy all night. The floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for a long time and the bathroom towels had stains on a few of them. We will be making other accommodations our next trip to Greensboro.

    I booked this stay and called in 2/1 and spoke to a woman in regards to me traveling from Ohio to North Carolina through the night with my 5 children and was inquiring if I’d be able to check in early in the morning around 3.. she explained to me to call back the following Sunday because there would be a manager available to see if they would have the space and the room available to be able to check in early. I called again on 2/9 around 9:50am. I began that conversation speaking with on lady reexplaining my situation at that time she told me check out was 11am but if we got there early they had a pull and sitting area me and the children could wait in while a room was flipped for us… I then reiterated that I was looking to check in around 3am if possible. At that point I was placed on hold and another woman (I assumed a manager at this point) came in the line. Again I reexplained the situation to her and she told me she was checking the system to see if there was that room that would be available at that time. Ending the conversation saying she was putting in the notes that I’d be checking in early. At this time there was not talk of additional cost or needing to book additional nights. I assumed that I was able to check in early because the room would have been vacant. We arrived around I believe 2:30ish Tuesday morning. I walked in and was greeted after the doors were opened for me. The woman took my id I again explained me speaking to a manager that Sunday prior and we we

    The lady at the counter was great. She switched our room because the 1st rooms pull out couch mattress was very dirty with crumbs and who knows what. Next room was cleaner, but none of us slept good, beds were not comfortable. Washcloths didn't appear to be very clean. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged items warmed in the plastic wrap, overall not great. The front staff were sweet as can be, none of this was their fault. We love staying at Fairfield's, this one just didn't compare to the others we have stayed at.

    I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greensboro Coliseum Area. The staff, especially Leslie and Quaeyana, were exceptional. Their friendliness and professionalism demeanor were definitely the highlight of my stay. They both went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed and comfortable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they consistently showed genuine care and attentiveness. Thanks to them, our stay was not just enjoyable but memorable. I would definitely return!

    I liked the breakfast offered at the beginning of the day as well as how kind Joyce at the front desk was when asking for extra towels. I did not like having a broken toilet in the room, the expectation that we “could just deal with it”, the unavailability of the site manager to resolve the concern of a broken toilet in the room. It is obvious that repairs are needed before renting out room, however it wasn’t done. When making the front desk aware, we were informed that a manager would reach out but didn’t.

    Staff amazing! Hot water not so much if it’s a full house. The water heater/boiler cannot handle a full house. Breakfast cuts off at 9:30. If the waffle batter runs out while in line you are not getting waffles. Over all…I wouldn’t stay again but it suited the purpose.

    I do not recommend this hotel. The reviews are misleading. Do not go by the positive reviews. All of the negative reviews are accurate. Location is sketchy. My room had several maintenance issues including a running toilet. Maintenance did come and fix but the running continued every time I flushed. My last night I was moved to another room because maintenance was not available. In my first room the shower was not clean and hair was visible everywhere. I also killed two bugs. The rooms at this Fairfield are below average and equal to that of a motel but we are paying hotel money. I was very disappointed.

    The rooms were clean and the staff was exceptional. We were only in for one night but will return because the staff was so friendly and the rooms were neat and clean with updated decor. Kristen -housekeeping lead rode up with me on the elevator and introduced me to Tiwanna who also greeted me with a smile. A friendly face goes a long way!

    Staff is amazing the beds were comfortable. Room was nice the ac could not keep up and it got warm but not hot. The room showed its age.     Checkin was difficult as the lobby had two different parties and the staff was hiding in the back as we waited 10 minutes before we saw anyone. Meeting space had music so loud blaring the floor in my room was shaking. Rooms were fine and hotel was relatively clean but clearly understaffed.
