The room was good but the mini fridge started making a slight popping sound after we arrived and began to leak. After talking with the desk person we were advised to unplug it and they would have someone bring us another fridge. We did not need one for the night so we declined the offer. Other than that, everything else was good(parking, cleanliness, staff).

The property was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond! The only downside was the toilets are very low and the pool was closed for repairs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Provided a lot of variety. They provided lemon infused water and orange infused water in the lobby at all times, even late, while we were there. It was refreshing. The pool was not available. It was completely empty. I asked, and they just said, "Yeah, it's not open yet." This is an amenity that is offered, but it really should have some disclosure of when it would be available.

Front desk lady was talking not very nice about the gentleman who booked our stay. Not a very good experience all around to say the least.

After a huge mess up with my reservation my stay was very nice. The room was nice and. clean. The work out room was ok. The breakfast was very nice.

I would not be interested in staying at this property again due to location the continental breakfast readily available staff the surcharge a lack of cleanliness

The location was easy to get to from the freeway. Soft beds and pillows. A little run down and breakfast was just okay.

If you are an electric car owner the 2 spaces that have chargers were filled with lazy non electric car owners the entire visit I was there for 3 nights. I spoke to the front desk guy and he had zero emotion that this was a problem and never said “oh let’s leave them a note” or anything close to that. Why bother having the chargers if they don’t care if non electric car?

The room was dirty. Hotel is not maintained. We didn’t even stay here a single night. We checked right back out but apparently the staff didn’t even actually check us out like we asked of them. There were multiple semis with their trucks running right outside where our room was. Would not recommend.

Parking was adequate. Breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The staff was friendly from check in to check out the next day. The breakfast was hot and was delicious. The staff working in the breakfast area were super sweet and checked on everyone to make sure things were good.

The breakfast was hot and fresh. Parking lot was well lit and close to entrance. The only negatives were than the fire alarm kept going off on Sunday morning well before it was time for us to get up and the late check out only provided us an extra hour. Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel was clean my only negative was it was next to a truck stop.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The only complaint was there is a lot of noise coming from the highway. Not the hotel’s fault and precisely why we travel with our portable fan for some white noise. The breakfast was excellent.

The water in the shower was not very hot. The listing says the property is a short walk from Point Orlando and the convention center but this is certainly not the case. There is a major interstate in the way. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. The room was certainly clean and quiet but not what I was hoping for.

Very outdated and constant problems with keys not working

Car alarm continuously went off from midnight to 3 pm. I know it’s not a direct fault of the hotel, but at some point they need to find the owner of the car and get them to disable it. No type of compensation was offered for the continual disturbance.

Rooms need a facelift. Window blinds have stains and need to be replaced. Otherwise the rooms are nice sizes and clean. Breakfast was average, but the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and never felt unsafe.

The room was okay but the toilet was to the floor. I didn't ask for a handicap room but should have. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was okay for free. I heard the person above me that walked all night and didn't realize the floor was so thin.

The staff was great. The only issue that I am having is that we had an emergency come up and had to leave a day early. This was communicated to the front the desk and was told that it wouldn't be a problem and we would be refunded the extra night since we had to leave. Now I am being told that I am not able to get the refund. The hotel will not answer their phone and I'm hundred of miles of away.

Very clean. The breakfast everyday had a little variety with healthy options for my son who was cutting weight. The infused water in the lobby was very good and fresh. I was very surprised with how good the stay was for a Holiday Inn. Definitely comparable to some more expensive properties.

Everything was perfect

The actual stay was fine, but I was never refunded the charge for incidentals, as the gentleman at the front desk told me I would. It's been a nightmare to try to actually speak with a person at the property, and once I finally reached someone, I was told they're was no such charge, which is not true. Of course, I didn't save my receipt, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Won't be booking with Holiday Inn again.

We Loved this Hotel.Holiday Inn has been my favorite since Childhood.This one was in walking distance of Malls , Restaurants, and Gyms.My kids loved the pool, fitness center and easy access and Pizza Delivery.We liked ithe area so much we extended our stay .We ate at Uncle Rob's Restaurant and it was not far from the hotel.It was the best comfort food we have ever tasted 😋

There was a urine smell in the room, and when we attempted to use the let out couch, we found dirty mattress with urine smell and stains.

Only problem was the crime scene that scared my children.

Slightly inconvenient location, on a road next to a highway onramp. The only walkable location nearby is an Exxon across 6 lanes of traffic.

Breakfast was good and even had a few gluten free options which was fantastic for our family.

I traveled from NJ and my stay over the weekend started out with my realization that I had selected a handicap accessable room in error. I went down to the front desk and Latoya and Tamara were so kind. I explained my issue, and they showed such consideration. They took the time to change my room with. I am so grateful for Latoya and Tamara and their focus on cusotmer service.They are a great team! The hotel has plentiful parking; is clean; has nicely sized rooms; and a delicious breakfast.

Location and quietness.

This was an overnight stay for a funeral. Pluses: We arrived late at night. The building was well lit and felt safe. There was someone already at the front desk. The room was spacious and the towels were nice quality. The breakfast buffet was great. Minuses: The door to the room did not close properly. The fitness center had 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 stationary bike, mats, weights and a weight bench. The machines were daisy chained with the treadmill being what plugged into the wall. The socket was in disrepair; so there was no power to any of the machines. Thankfully, we were able to fix it so I could get in a treadmill run. Would we stay again? Yes, I would have no qualms about staying here again.

The room appeared to be clean but had a mold smell. The bedding was damp due to moisture in the room.

The hotel hall smelled strongly of a chemical air freshener smell, the hotel room itself was very humid and smelled stale. The bathroom door barely closed because of the humidity, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stand up. The staff wasn’t very helpful, and the parking lot difficult to navigate. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was quite larger than we expected. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was better than expected too. Overall really glad we chose to stay here.

One lady at the front desk was very rude when I asked for extra towels one night during my 4 day stay. House keeping would come make the beds and not empty the trash or leave more toilet paper. The hotel next door looks seedy and my room had this stale smell from the beginning until the end of my stay. I was there to move my daughter into her dorm for her first year in college but I know to NEVER choose this place again!

This hotel was great! The people were friendly. The free breakfast was way better than most hotel breakfast. We stayed two nights and our room was cleaned for us on the second day… What a surprise! This has not happened for us since before Covid.

The staff was exemplary! The room was good but the breakfast was a little disappointing - tasteless.

The bath tub had specs of dirt in the tub that we had to clean out before using. The shower curtain was dirty. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. Ice machine broke. The staff was nice but we will not stay here again.

My family and I was disappointed that the pool was not open on any day of our trip, I even called a head of time to made sure the pool was available. The second thing that was a disappointment was that the ice machines were broke. Third, the lights on the head board came on randomly with no real reason as to why. It flickered once when we got in the room but we didn't think much of it but as were laying down for bed it came on and off several more times. We searched for a light switch, nothing controlled that light, we finally had to call the front desk and the young lady came up to our rent to assist us. With all of those inconveniences, we still enjoyed our stay and was thankful for the friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was quiet, near the university which was convenient, and why I chose to stay here for the second time. Definitely recommend!

I have stayed here several times… The ice machine still not working on the 2nd floor and outlet hanging out of the wall by the microwave was the reason I took away a Star. My husband and kids were not impressed with the breakfast options.

The customer service is excellent front desk service was top notch professional kind and courteous. However when we came back from our venue we couldn't get in our room apparently there was a problem with the door it was about maybe going on 2 hours before we can get in our room the front desk was doing the very best they could to reprogram the door it was a horrible experience. I would never want to go through that again. It was late at night me and my my baby sister with young women and should not be out late at night alone however the people at the front desk was very accommodating they did credit me back for the snacks in the water and they were very apologetic. They really need to make sure that the rooms doors batteries or whatever or serviced properly and that should never ever happen to another gas when they can't get in their room. Other than that the beds are very comfortable. And again the employees were very kind courteous and very professional.

This was a great choice and affordable for my daughter and I. The staff was amazing. I am diabetic and had left my insulin in the fridge after I had checked out. A staff member called me to tell me that I had left it. I really appreciate them for such kindness.

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s a nice convenience to the highway, and an overall good property. We did have a problem with the shower water standing, and not draining until after the water was cut off. Also if you wanna sleep in past 4:30 ask to be on the third floor. You can hear the walking very loudly. We were on the second floor.

This hotel has walls that are literally as thin as paper. Everytime someone above or next to us walk around in their room, we heard it (clearly). And this hotel has the LOUDEST flushing toilet ever. If you’re not alone, don’t flush in the middle of the night, you’ll wake the entire room. Lastly, the bed felt like, sleeping on the floor. Do yourself a favor, and don’t.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Very nice place and a convenient off/on the highway. Also, best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time!

Room smelled terrible like mildew, other than that customer service was great and everything was clean check in was smooth. Parking lot was full in the front.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes. There were people yelling for hours. Then at 3 am the room above us stomped back and forth for over an hour. In the morning the entire hallway smelled bad.

The location is in an odd spot. It's not a place to come to if you want convenient shopping or you are looking for dining options. There is currently major road construction across from the hotel. However, the hotel and their staff were wonderful. This is my second time staying there because it's close to family. This will be my return hotel when I come to see family again.

We realized right after checkin that we were not in the correct location. The hotel said they'd give us a refund but we had to get it through hotels.com. However, hotels.com claims the hotel is refusing to give us a refund. Either way, we did not stay at the hotel but still got charged.

Hotel and room need some renovations or upkeep. Walls were banged up in hallways(paint would help), bathroom had remnants of mold spots on ceiling and in shower area. Bathroom floor corners should be included in cleaning. Room ceiling was questionable-water damage or poor ceiling spray? Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was usual fair which is fine. We stayed one night as part of a road trip.
