Seemed and smelled clean, but the bathroom was just awful. Filthy vent. Cigarette holes on bedspread. Make up stains on the towels. Broken toilet paper holder. We weren’t expecting premium accommodations, but this was pretty rough overall.

Most of the lights did not work and it looks like the smoke alarm for the room was removed.

Nothing really It was filthy, literal roaches in my room, hairs everywhere from previous guests, dirty floors and bedspread, the room itself was filthy and I could hear every single noise from guests in other rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable. We must have been next to a smoking room because we could smell smoke when we walked in. There were some flower beds with no flowers. BUT overall it was a good stay because the room had a sofa and we found some good shows to watch. The bed was also comfortable.

It was a fairly clean room and the beds were super comfortable. No bugs or strange holes, but one of the outlets was not flush with the wall (still worked though). My biggest complaint was with the bathroom. The light wouldn't stay on for more than a few minutes; it would turn itself on and off regularly. The shower did not drain well enough to keep up with the shower, and it flowed onto the bathroom floor. There also weren't enough towels, but we definitely could have called up front for more. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a really good value for an overnight stay. Just wish the bathroom had been less problematic

For $65 per night this place was solid. Clean bed, sheets and towels. Very nice staff as well.

Can’t say anything negative about her. HOWEVER….the phone in the room did not work, which is a major safety thing for me. There was an older 30-35 Mexican guy right out side my door. He had his music up so loud, you could hear it at the front office more than 1000 feet away. This went on from 9pm until 4am. What’s worse??? He was shouting and yelling at people on his phone trying to over talk the loud radio playing. Finally after 3 hours, I went to the door and window and looked out to see what he was still doing with the music loud and yelling at people on the phone..he saw me. Came up to my door. Started pounding on it. Hitting the glass. What made it far more worse and uncomfortable and unexpected was the phone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk not the police. I was in fear he was going to come and break in. My cell phone battery died and the outlet didn’t work so I could not use the cell. Made me very very uncomfortable and afraid for my safety! Will never come back! Won’t recommend this place either. $108 was not worth getting killed over!!!

There is plenty of parking all around the hotel as well as the office and there was plenty of room with a large desk and chair work area. The room was very clean and neat with plenty of towels. Rooms are nicely decorated, sheets were clean and bed was made nicely. The staff is exceptional especially at checkin.Front desk on duty was so accommodating and kind and went above and beyond .They might want to add possibly one cart with wheels for transporting luggage to and from rooms. The hotel is extremely quiet and all the other guests and residents here were polite and mannerly. They have ice buckets and an ice machine in lobby. spoke it's for ice and ice machine as well as soft drinks, juices, and a snack machine. They are handicapped accessible. Nice working dorm fridge and clean microwave. Rates are exceptional and there is room service to collect dirty towels etc when requested. Don't let the age and exterior, a work in progress fool you ...They are hard at work to build this hotel up to above standards and have done very very well since I was here last. They have a nice school in the center however it is not yet open for the season. Very nice, quiet stay. And don't forget your "pooch" cuz they are pet friendly!! Will return. Thank you everyone.

It’s a super cheap place and it feels

Dirty floor, towels, and tub. Uncomfortable bed, and blinds that don’t close all the way to keep light out.

Establishment is very rude and very disrespectful. If you like to be disrespected, go ahead and go to this establishment but if not, I will stay away.

Nastiest worst faster place I ever stayed . The tv was broke off wall and door wouldn’t lock but worst part was the roaches and go there?bed bugs made my whole body itch . The night staff wouldn’t change my room and morning staff wouldn’t give me refund and this sorry excuse app for booking wouldn’t return my 28.00$ key cash that was used

Stayed for three day they never set anyone to pick up trash or give clean sheets towels and washcloths then when I ask about it I was told they were gone already

When I tried to call the front desk for assistance, no one answered. There was also no phone in the room, which made it impossible to contact staff for help. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness or service standards.

The second floor is about to fall down you can see the rebar and everything is cracking and plus when you walk outside the sidewalk is leaning to the side as if any minute it's going to fall

Staff spoke extremly broken English and could barely understand what hewas saying. When i told him we were checking out and didnt feel comfortable staying there, all he said was "ok". 1000% would not recommend

The door didn’t look secure !! This hotel is terrifying it looks abandon it has not had an upgrade ever the picture is not at all what this hotel looks like in person avoid this if you can! I ran out of this place at daylight I meant to take pictures but all I wanted to do was leave.,I pushed the desk in front of the door to feel safe!!! this place is crummy scummy and ghetto they let people steal my luggage and wouldn't even go back and look at the cameras the woman at the front desk tried to jump my boyfriend with some random guest staying in the rooms how trashy can you get at a motel this is one of the trashiest I've ever stayed at I don't recommend ever renting out a place here unless you're just as trashy as the rest of them

Everything was amazing

During my stay there was an issue with the toilet and even after telling the front desk about it backing up and them saying they would hav maintenance fix it when we got back at 10pm it still wasn’t working. So I had to then go to the front desk and get a plunger to take care of the issue myself. I definitely recommend spending an extra $30-$40 a night to get somewhere nicer like the holiday inn next door.

I was very skeptical about booking here, but I decided to give it a chance. I don’t think I would ever stay here again, the smell is horrible. It just smells like weed and smoke everywhere. There was also a window with a gunshot on it, which gave me a very bad vibe. There was trash in the parking lot, bugs never ending, including small roaches and stink bugs. When I first arrived, the lady that greeted me was actually very nice. She gave me a room that had no lightbulbs in it so I went back. They switched me two rooms down, which had bulbs, but there was a lot of stink bugs. I stayed two nights. It was hard. Also, when I was about to leave, my tire was flat, I went to fill it and had no more problems, which means that somebody intentionally did it. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, but this type of hotel looks to be like a lot of criminals. Come here to do other illegal activity, because there was also people walking in, and out of rooms, suspicious cars. Also, the cleaning people do not do a very good job. The tub was very greasy, very streaky mirrors. They don’t care about presentation. I’m sure because of the type of customers that come here.. If you can go somewhere else, don’t hesitate. I do have to say that the ladies in the front. We’re nice, it was not about them.

I arrived on a late Thursday, and before I walked in to check in i was greeted by a lady asking me to let her know if I was lonely? I ignored and went on inside to check in through a protective plexiglass which made me feel like i was checking in to an unsafe establishment! The counter person was very nice however..The place outside was un appealing as I saw several individuals walking around what seemed to be with no purpose.. last, my room was never cleaned once I only observed 1 night where a new towel and wash cloth were left in the entrance only. The rates are good I guess you pay for what you get for. and to add insult to injury the Holiday Inn was next door and a much newer hotel that feels like a 4star place to stay none the less. :-(

I have to start by saying that the ladies in registration were really nice, the conditions of the hotel is not their fault so as far as that, it was a good and smooth check for me and my friends. We got three rooms this weekend for a family event we were coming from far. However, when I got my room on Friday night, first thing I noticed is that there was no lightbulbs, went back down to registration the lady gave me a different room. The room had lightbulbs, but we realized there was a lot of bugs and small roaches. The floors were very dirty, the mirrors were streaky, the parking lot had trash, and the smell of weed was very strong. As we left this morning, which is Sunday we also realized one of my car tires was intentionally flattened. Luckily it was not cut, but they pulled out the little screw from the air hole, why I have no idea. But this happened here. I would not stay here again, most likely unless it was an absolute emergency.

I didn’t stay. In the process of reimbursement. The room was not clean and it had used soap in the tub and hair on all the towels. Photos were submitted last night.

The conditions and cleanliness were horrible. I couldn’t stay my entire reservation. I checked out at 6am the morning after checking in. It was horrible. Roaches, dusty, doesn’t look anything like the photos. It was unbelievable

I felt unsafe from the moment I arrived and checked in. It was NOTHING like advertised on Expedia. The room was disgustingly dirty. I walked into the bathroom and a cockroach ran across the floor. Besides feeling totally unsafe, the room smelled so bad and everything was so dirty that I immediately checked out and got a room at a local Holiday Inn. Expedia should remove this hotel from your site . It is completely unfit for typical Expedia customers.

Front desk lady was foreign and very rude and disrespectful. My friend asked for a towel and was repeatedly ignored and was told that they don't give out clean towels on the weekends. We extended our stay then she came to our door banging telling us to get out and she called the police because she thought that we hadn't paid for the extra day although my friend showed her the confirmation. She screamed at me on the phone then hung up. The cops agreed that her attitude was nasty. We left and got a better hotel but I would like to be refunded and I will be discussing this with my attorney. I am a business owner and I would never treat another human with such malice and disrespect. We were extremely professional but yet we were highly disrespected.

The rooms inside were very clean very put together very, very nice. The outside wasn’t the greatest and some of the occupants were loud and arguing therefore, I wasn’t sure if I was quite safe, but nothing happened and my overall stay was pretty good.

Horrible hotel property. Room is full of weed smell although it advertised as non smoking. Enter the room couldn't stay and left immediately. Cigarette ashes were in bed sheets. Toilet flush was not working and paper not flushed when entered. The worst place I have ever entered and the hotel staff were not very friendly either. They blatantly said can't help you and not their problem if i dont want to stay there. Asked for manager and said manager is not here and they didn't even try calling manager at least.

We were only on the property for a a few minutes and could not even stand it. Then went back to the front desk and refused the room and left. The lady at the desk did a refund and was polite and apologized that the room was not as advertised. Now this booking agency has me as a no show and pulled a full payment out of my account, for their mistakes. Now I have to dispute the payment and demand a refund due to their mistakes. If this does not get corrected I will NEVER again use this booking app again, as I was there and I did show up however it was not as advertised and way to disgusting to stay there with our kids.

It was average, room but was very spacious for 1 person and i had a king size bed non smoking room. Took awhile for the hot water to heat up but when it did it was very hot. Very few amenities jist the basics were provided. The bed could of had more cushion but i slept ok. Remote worked for the tv and all lights and sockets worked. For a last minute book throigh expedia.. it was adequate enough for me and my need.

I just wish y'all offered more rewards and free stays like the choice rewards program I was using before the hotel got switched to oyo it lets you earn points while paying for the room and you earn free nights every so often please that would be very helpful

The room was quite easy to find and convenient to get into, i do feel as though it could have been prepped just alittle.better but im not complaining im just giving my honest opinion. For the price your not going to be able to beat it and for the most part your only their at night to eat shower and sleep . Over all i thing it was a great value for the price and over all convenient to find your roon and get in and out, plus its easily a mere 6-7 miles from my current job site... i will be looking.forward to staying there again lord willing i thank you all the ataff the help everyone for making my stay as comfortable as possible

Room was not as pictured on line. One bed was partially made, curtains had holes in them and it seemed as though this hotel is used to house people for long term stays.

The room was dirty when we checked in. We had to ask for clean sheets and change them ourselves. No one ever cleaned the room during our stay. We had to clean and disinfect the room. It looks nothing like the pics. Don't waste your time or money.

OMG, I'm scared to even go to sleep right now, but it's late and i have to get up early. This place is not at all what it is advertised to be. Now, let’s talk about the room—if you can even call it that. It was filthy. The sink didn’t drain at all, leaving water to just sit there, and the AC unit had a paint can stuffed underneath it. I kid you not. But the real kicker was the bugs. There were dead ones in the corners of the room, and worst of all—there were bed bugs in the bed. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I lasted less than an hour before I packed up and went to find a safer, cleaner hotel. I’m appalled to say that the property managers refused to issue a refund, despite the terrible conditions. This place is a health hazard and a safety risk. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this so-called motel. It’s not worth the risk to your health, safety, or peace of mind.

Arrived at 8p and had to wait 10min for someone to get to the window or answer a call. 1st room I was given was dirty with cigarettes and trash still in the room. Went and got another room. The 2nd room had some dirt/hair on the beds, a dirty tub and 1/2 dirty towels. The towels that were clean were discolored yellow. 4 walls, roof, and a bed is all it was good for. Not comfortable physically or mentally!!

The room is dirty you can tell someone just slept in the bed the tv and light was already on as if someone was just in the room very odd and very scketchy

There is too much to say about this hotel. Run get a tetanus shot. Bring your own cleaning supplies.

When I went to the front office about the room, she said there was nothing she could do. And that I had to wait until morning for new sheets. Luckily I had a big blanket in my car so I laid on that. For both nights. Because I never was given new sheets. The ONLY reason I stayed was because I had no other option.

There was no continental Breakfast as Sold to us online. Very disappointing when you’re booking based on breakfast being provided. Not cool. Will not recommend
