Room had a dried liquid spill on kitchen floor, air conditioner was absolutely annoying with the noise it makes while running, counter in kitchen had stains in it that couldn’t be removed with wiping it down, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, toilet had to be flushed twice and I was very unhappy with stay. Price is what you get. Changed places after my stay there for a week. Laundry room and t.v were my only positives.

bed & sheets new, conviently located near restaurants & highway hall carpet grungy worn out. halls reaked of vaping smoke. No daily room make-up. footsteps overhead keeping me awake after midnight.

Nothing. Is was the grossest place I’ve ever been. Everywhere smelt like weed and filth. Walked into the room and was greeted by cockroaches and moldy hard food under the bed.

The employees are amazing easy to get along with and will work with you if you happen to be late. Not so clean and a few bugs, not best area for children, but for the price and comfort it is worth the few minor set backs

Everything is outdated and falling apart mattresses need to be replaced as there have lots of dip down spots and in evenly worn

Room for disabled person. Room was covered in feces (photos for proof) the management made excuses, absolutely disgusting. I can still taste the smell of the room as soon as i open the door. It was so bad i immediately though dead body and then i say the human poop all over the walls the bed, floors and furniture. I will neber stsy at any of these hotels chain again.

Decent. Location is good to get anything on foot. Some bugs sometimes, but You get what you pay for. It is cost efficient

This is a "working man's" hotel.. No frills, just the basic room with a kitchenette. Bring your own kitchen utensils, bowls, etc. The room has a microwave, fridge, and two-eye stovetop. No oven. It is very quiet, the rooms and building are very clean, and the staff is outstanding. Just be prepared to not have a way to make coffee, no ice machine, no breakfast buffet, or any of that stuff. They have laundry services on site. But the price is soooooo affordable! With my Expedia discount, I stayed for about $67 per night. And it is located in walking distance to the grocery store, pharmacy, and many restaurants. I recommend it as a long term traveler. No frills, but a nice place to stay.

Found hair on the tub wall, the kitchen area was in serious need of repair, the desk chair was so dirty I used a towel to sit on it. The ironing board broke when I attempted to iron my uniform. This hotel needs a serious renovation & a cleanliness check.

Shower didnt work. Lady from another room was very unruly to me and scared me so bad i couldnt sleep because i was afraid shecl was going to vandalize my car.

The staff accommodated us with an early check in. The rooms was ok. They were roomy and clean. Only stayed for one night, so I didn't have any complaints

There were constantly hotel guests loitering around outside. (largely male) I asked the staff why so many people were always hanging right outside the main door (some smoking) and the staff didn't answer me. And I believe, illegal aliens are frequent guests there. Random male hotel guests were sitting on the ground in the parking lot and when nightfall came, I became unnerved to go to my vehicle (I traveled alone). I just couldn't make sense of any of it. The hotel lobby is dirty. And it needs a new rug. The room itself was VERY clean, other than one or two cockroaches . As a woman, it was not a place I would return because of the sketchy clientele.

The security of the property and the management team have Zero Tolorance for anything that causes a problem or creates one at the property. They're also very friendly, hospitable and treat you as such

If you check out before staff gets there in the morning there’s no where to turn in your keys

Lighting in hallway is terrible;felt likeI was in a tunnel. FIrst hotel I have stayed in 50 years that did not hvae an ice machine. ice trays in freezer but no ice. Had to make my own.

It was dirty

Strange characters staying here. Someone broke into my car and left the switch turned in the "on" position I guess in attempt to start it without the key. Clearly it didn't work but they definitely drained my battery and made me late to work!

The dog pee in the hallway that seeps under the doors (you can see the water damage) and into the entrance of the suite is kind of rancid and disgusting. The smell is atrocious. The staff is really nice and polite except I don't understand why we can't get a dern change of sheets! It's kinda disgusting. It is convenient. The google directions are ridiculous. Just turn by the TRUIST/CHASE bank ATMs and you'll be there! There's only one nightstand which I just realized is ironic/comical. OH and don't hold the back door open too long! You'll set off the fire alarm.

Laundry facility is great but most dryers are out of order and DONT put your clothes on high heat...the dryers are gas and get SUPER freaking hot.

Clean, updated room. Everything worked properly. One caveat is you must make your own ice.There is not an ice machine.

The carpet in the halls is nasty,doesnt appear to have been cleaned in years and he hotel has a bad smell. The room I stayed in smelled like mildew, the floor was nasty, bathroom was dirty, tub would not drain. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not stay there again.

They have roaches so don’t leave you food out they didn’t change my sheets before my arrival bathroom was nasty and the kitchen was definitely dirty

Overall I was quite pleased with my stay. Several dining options within a couple minutes walk. Was pleasantly surprised by the experience for what was a very reasonable price.

When you walk in the smell of dog urine in the hall kind of hits you in the face. It's dark and gloomy inside the halls. The room was clean enough, but had a musty smell. The bar in the kitchenette, advertised in the pictures, had been ripped off the wall and plastered over. There were NO dishes, pots, pans, glasses, ect in the kitchenette. My advice... pay $30 dollars and stay somewhere decent.

Clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the room smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking facility. The bed was actually TOO soft and squishy. Too much memory foam, not enough support. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Not very clean, and room had weird musty smell, also hallway had cigarette smell. But convenient location. Ok for the price, I guess.

There was trash left next to the elevator on the second floor there were drawers that wouldn't stay closed on the night stand next to the bed there were unregistered cars in the parking lot i wont go back there again even though it was a inexpensive hotel

Overall, my stay was okay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The refrigerator was noisy, and there were no available dishes due to the booking level at the facility. My biggest concern was the wafting of marijuana throughout the hotel when I would return. It was noticeable not only in the lobby, but it was a little overpowering in my room.

Bathroom not clean. Wash basin faucet faulty, no hot water. Cockroaches in kitchen area All Drawers remain open No services at all. After calling front desk, they just ask you to adjust. Looks like management changed and they don’t care. Local public wondering in hotel, safety issues. Very costly ….it doesn’t even deserve for feee of cost. Please don’t stay at this hotel at ANY cost.

The place looks like it is never kept up... everything is dirty... the room was disgusting looking... my flight got in at midnight and I went up to my room... saw the conditions and left and requested a refund! The entire building is disgusting!

We were greeted by friendly staff but then very disappointed with the room. There was definitely a smoker in the room prior to us. Bare minimum on supplies…no hangers in the closet, no cups or ice bucket, super thin blanket and my husband and I had to share the third (tiny) pillow.

The interior of the hotel and the room was sub standard at every level. I will not ever stay there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Filthy!!!! Tub had hair in it floor was disgusting. Smell was horrible. I don’t complain very often but it was really BAD.

The microwave didn’t work and there were stains everywhere. Remote didn’t work for television.

Halls were dirty. No ice machine. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly but overall would not go back there to stay.

There were ants in the room, I was told they had no other room so we had to stay in that one.

Bad experience. The common areas were dirty. The property was not in great condition and other people staying there were not well behaved - which sermed to be the norm. Bottom line, choose snother place.

There was no one at the check in desk. Had to go find them out back smoking. Check in person and multiple guest did not wear masks.

I booked this for my son who is in the military he was driving 21 hrs to get back to the base and needed some rest. When he went to take a shower it was broken so he was not able to shower. He told the front desk and they just said ok. This is crazy

It was a very gross experience to spend a couple nights at this place.

The Manager had a situation where he inquired about the condition of my room. It was not a great experience due to particulars of the event, but the Manager did everything he could to make it worthwhile. I really appreciate the effort.

There was leftover pizza in the fridge and a ladies leggings in the dresser drawer. Room service never came to refreshing x

This is the worse property ever prostitution and drug dealing is at a all time high police is always bothering people the women at the front desk are wonderful but they need a new manager he raciest as hell and doesn’t want black ppl working or staying here!!!the staff been saying it !!! Floors got stains doors ragedy fridgerator has stains and smells all thru it do not stay here if you want a safe stay cause this is not the place especially with a prejudice ass manager

The staff was very nice, friendly and fast. I was disappointed that there were no dishes or pots in the room to use the kitchen. The shower curtain had mold on it but the rest of the room was clean.

Jarvis made check in quick, smooth and simple! The rooms are very cozy with a stove top and a laundry facility for guess.

Property ol and cheaply built. Rooms furnishings old and cheap as well. Property inside and out needs a do-over
