Staff was great and helped us get to our concert on time by allowing us to check in early to shower and dress. Very friendly staff and clean room. For someone who likes a very soft bed, you’ll love theirs. I like mine firm so I didn’t sleep the best.

I loved everything breakfast I loved from the moment we walked in being greeted by Logan after a disgraceful experience how eager he was to help it just looked and felt better he got us checked in right away. I have Nothing negative to say

My only complaint was it was very noisy-don’t know what was going on in the middle of the night, but people got really loud.

A very nice experience! The only thing was the indoor pool. It was cold during the evening but considering its winter. Its expected. Other than that. One of the best hotels that I've ever stayed at!!!

Front desk staff was amazing. My room was spotless. I've stayed here 3 times and will continue to use this hotel whem I'm in town.

Parking was easy in one direction. The road in front of the hotel had a divider that only allows for right turns, so you had to go up 2 lights in either direction to make a u turn. The blackout shade in my room was broken and required maintenance to come fix it, the remote was literally taped to the wall. The ice machine on my floor was broken throughout my entire stay, so if you wanted ice you had to go to the next floor to get it. When checking out I asked for a receipt of my stay and was informed that it was only available through Expedia and they could not provide me a copy.

The carpet in my room was pulling back near the bathroom, exposing sharp carpet nails. I walked on one in the middle of the night and it punctured my heel. I took pictures of the exposed nails and talked to management in the morning and they just said "we'll take a look at it." It has been one week since my reservation and I have yet to receive my $50 deposit back. If they're charging me for the exposed carpet, we have another issue altogether. Stay in the Holiday Inn Express (down the road on Woodruff), rather than this one.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Real pillows. Staff is friendly and courteous and great breakfast included. Nice, roomy and comfortable lobby with business center. Will definitely stay there again

Housekeeping forgot our room but at checkout there was a discount applied for the Housekeeping issue My guest had their temporary tag stolen luckily the permanent tag was available

1. Only 1 elevator was operating and the second elevator broke down - we had to walk down 5 stories. It was fixed within 30 min which was appreciated. 2. Breakfast hours are 6a-9a but the kitchen staff arrived almost 2 hours late - the first food orders came out after 8a. What a mess!

Noise level was very bad, from road noise, to parking lot noise, and internal noise all around the room (people upstairs and besides as well as hearing all the water pipes flows and flushes) it was hard to sleep and feel safe.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time. The room was clean and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

Carpets need replaced or cleaned throughout, since we booked using expedia com with our credit card, they required which did not realize, not on website we had to put credit card again separately for $50.00 for any extras we might incur. Upon checkout told 2 to 3 days to get $50.00 to get back? Made no sense since already had credit card for stay. Disappointing.

This property is right in front of an another motel type establishment and that place had some very questionable events taking place. I don’t know what the ladies problem was when she checked us in but I think she was in a bad mood. We didn’t even stay here left after seeing what we saw and got the treatment we got.

Weary traveler’s nightmare to get to hotel. Very congested area. GPS has trouble guiding you to small hard to find access. Tv difficult to navigate.

Super clean, super friendly staff. My only complaint is, I am pretty sure the shampoo dispenser in the shower was filled with conditioner and not shampoo. Zero suds and looked and smelled exactly like the conditioner. Not a huge deal. I don't have much hair anyway. But my wife was not happy about that. Other than that, top notch place!

We were staying the night to enjoy downtown Greenville. It was very affordable, clean and not far from downtown.

It was difficult to get to. Traffic was busy and the entry was not well marked. You can only get in from one way. If you missed the entry it was a long way to turn around.

Nice place. Clean with friendly staff and easy check in/check out process. The entrance to the parking lot is a little misleading but we aren’t local and live in a much smaller area so maybe not for some. Overall would def stay again.

Hair in the bed and shower & bathrooms weren’t clean. Water pressure was very low in shower. Room felt hot even when we had it at 65. Wednesday morning we started hearing banging noises from construction. Parking was very limited

The facilities are nice, but the driveway is difficult to locate, and only accessible from one direction. It would appear that something could be worked out with the mall next door to allow access and egress through the mall parking lot.

Upkeep is very good at the hotel and I always enjoy the made to order breakfast and staff.

It was just right and what I expected. My husband and I was comfortable. It was pretty nice and simple. The indoor pool was a plus. I will be staying again.

Tub wouldn't drain properly, we spoke to a person at the hotel and asked to put a crib in the room snd we asked about breakfast and was told it was included . They don't have cribsand the breakfast was extra , the staff wasn't very friendly, the key wouldn't open the pool door and the employee acted like it was bothering her to go down to the pool area. Was gonna eat breakfast there but there was no clean tables for 4 . So we just checked out

Parking needs work

I paid a good amount to stay here for 6 days. The restaurant has a fire. No breakfast or dinner available for purchase. Bathroom was bright for sure. Tub had. Toiletries were nice in room. The way you gain access to the pool is requesting entry at the front desk, just a little awkward. Water dispenser read bad filter the entire time I was there. Ice machine was left off on my floor for 3/6 days. I did ask it be turned on. Noise travels here. A few night it smelled like weed STRONG. Just disappointed with the total money I spent.

Overall very impressed with professional staff and breakfast options.

The overall amenities and staff were amazing. Clean, friendly and a great location. I will definitely be staying again. The only down fall is getting in this location had to make a U-turn on a busy intersection.

I would say there’s a hotel has provided the best experience I loved the room I stayed in. I loved how peaceful quiet it was. The breakfast was amazing even if you had to pay for it. It’s totally worth it. They had an inside pool so amazing with how the weather was and just like cold breezy, and you could and swim in the pool Easy parking. I’m just letting me know this hotel. The location was amazing. You had your movie theater close by you have a shopping center close by your restaurant. Definitely recommend to your family and friends and other people who just are looking for a safe hotel to stay with it’s kid friendly super amazing pool inside I mean, what more would you want in a hotel that you could definitely swim inside the pool in December?

If ever back this way, I will stay again.
