My husband like the room with a hot tub Nothing.

Grateful staff loved my room it was clean spacious

So housekeeping could have cleaned the mattresses more there was hair in the crease of the pillow top then when I used the jacuzzi tub I noticed dirt comming out the faucet.... the ac in the bedroom was also broken so half the room was comfortable the other not and the pool had too much chlorine
- 5/5
This is our favorite hotel for the location. So easy to get on to I-25 and it's close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed here in 2025 and again this year. Will definitely be back. The rooms are spacious, the staff is great, the pool is clean and relaxing.

There was no shampoo in my room. It took two asks to get a mini bottle. The front desk staff first handed over a conditioner thinking it is a shampoo. Room has poor sound insulation. Loud freeway noise throughout the clock. Don’t book if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was scant but to be expected for the price. Tables were cleans and there were plenty of seats - one of few positives about this location.
- 5/5
Great location and wonderful breakfast!!!!
- 3/5
The king bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The whole place needs to be updated. There was some cracking on the walls in the room with good old fashion popcorn ceilings. They also need to change the breakfast. It is the same thing every single day. They do charge $10 for parking, for what reason I don’t understand. They have a giant parking lot on the side. Could have been worse but definitely needs to be a bit better.

The property was clean and felt safe. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always avaliable as needed. My room was clean, well stocked and surprisingly quiet despite being right off the highway. Which was good for other travel needs. Air conditioning, cable, wifi, comfortable bed, heat lamp in the bathroom, plus the pool and hot tub, made for a great stay. Also plenty of shopping and good restaurants avaliable for every mood.

My room was also out of shampoo. This made me wonder if it had even been cleaned properly. The pool are seemed nice at first, but the bathroom close by just inside the meeting room area was not flushing, smelled, and had dirt on the floor. The staff seemed busy and overworked. This could be a very nice hotel, but it seemed that they opened before finishing and we're short on staff so the customers just had to tolerate the insufficiancies. This was by far the least quality I have ever experienced for LA Quinta.

Staff went above and beyond and everyone was very kind beds were super comfy and the rooms were very clean. Not enough TV channels

This property was terrible. It was dirty and unsanitary. I would never stay at this property. I had to leave as soon as I got there. The front desk clerk was nice and professional but the hotel was trash.

Location was good, lots of food and thigsto do in the area. When we checked in, our room was filthy. Makeup on all of the pillow cases, what looked to be spilled soda on the nightstands, and bits all over the carpet. We were moved to another room, and it was just as dirty. The bathroom floor hadnt been moped in god knows how ling and the floors were super sticky and had noticeable spills on it, the doors were covered in dirty handprints, the nightstands were sticky, i found multiple false eyelashes scattered around the bathroom and bedroom, and the carpet had what looked to be dried raspberries in it. They were also unable to provide us with any bedding or pillows for the pull out couch for our third guest, and our room only had one towel which they were unable to get us more of (party of 3). For the amount i paid for this room, i was incredibly disappointed. The pool area and hot tub were also filthy. You could see the dirt puddling on the tile floor, and dried juice/food stains at 9am. The hot tub had an inch thick layer of oily foam on top, and dirt floating on top.

Front desk staff was great - Breakfast staff as well.

I booked the room with the jetted tub and asked for a quiet room and I had the best stay!!!! The tub was worth the few extra dollars and the staff person at the desk changed my room to a fourth floor corner and it made all the difference. I've been here before and the second floor is a bit busy for my taste. I like this location too because it's right at the highway and I can pre-check in, pickup my key and go. Check out allows you to just drop off your key with no extra hassle.

The main reason i booked here was bcuz of the beautiful pics of the pool area. Boy, that was misleading. The pool was filthy, hot tub not working, no pool towels. Needless to say, we couldn't enjoy the amenities. The room was dirty and gross. Pet feces and urine in hallways and entryway leading into the motel. Very disappointed in this property and will never provide a reccomendation!
- 4/5
Room was a little worn in spots, but clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ones choice of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal (hot and cold), bagels, muffins, toast, fruit, coffee, apple and orange juice. The room was very quiet, except it sounded like the window was open just a bit. The bed was comfy for one night but after two I felt a little stiff, it wasn’t uncomfortable but it wasn’t super comfy either. Overall it was a good stay, I would stay there again.

The level of police activity- leaving here is always intimidating because the K9 unit circles the parking lot continuously. The manager is not personable, rude, grumpy and puts off a bad vibe that shows he doesn't care about his guests/employees

This hotel needs a major upgrade. The mirror in the room had a huge crack, there were holes in the walls, the curtains had what appeared to be a burn hole, and a burn on the floor of the bathroom.

Definitely was not clean. Found trash in my room, a random battery, a coin on the ground, and definitely several stains on all the beds. Also, beds were extremely uncomfortable, you can tell the beds were old. Didn't have towels for 2 days. Finally got towels, and they had blood stains on it. 100% will get a different hotel, even if i end up paying double. There was only ONE staff member that was good there. She was a sweetheart. The night guy looked like he hated working there.
- 0.5/5
Nothing Charged for parking hot tub did not work and was dirty with no jets. Staff was rude
- 1/5
Only stayed a few hours. The pool area was good. BUT The room we left after finding dead bug in the bed. Window in room would not fully close. Dirty towels in room. Towel bar jury rigged into the wall.
- 1.5/5
My tub was unclean, pubic hairs everywhere. The tv didn’t work and the staff couldn’t fix it. So we went 2 days with no tv. And the lights didn’t work in part of the suite. No glass plate in the microwave and the coffee machine over flowed every time you use it
- 3/5
Very disappointed! We have stayed here many times, this was our go to hotel when we were in town. The hotel has went downhill. I took my gf for Valentine’s Day and was embarrassed. The first room the toilet didn’t work, the second room the TV didn’t work and by the third room we were over it and tired from taking all of our luggage back and forth from the front desk to room to room so even though the bathroom and bath tube was dirty we just stayed and went to Walmart for cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. We asked for compensation or to upgrade to a suite but were told there were none available even though we could see rooms available online. Then they charge 20 dollars for parking and don’t tell you anything until you arrive. Then have the biggest rats I’ve ever seen. When we were going to out truck my gf said what is that and I thought it was a squirrel it was so big but then seen another one jumping out the trash and I looked around and they were all over the place I seen at least 20 rats, luckily I didn’t see any inside. The pool area was still really nice and the hot tub was hot. The breakfast was ok but use to be a lot better. Overall I was very disappointed and will be finding another go to hotel while in town.

Water was cold and the room had a few broken things.

Thin walls. $10 parking fee. Pee in the toilet and dirty bathroom as soon as we walked in. TV didn't work but someone got a noise complaint talking to my wife...

room close to the elevator makes noise specific night time.

We have stayed here several of times in the past. They are not just affordable but love the property. The indoor pool and hot tube to the rooms and the feeling of home away from home. Delicious free breakfast in the morning with a huge dining room and sitting area by the fire. I will say there is a down sides to management charges. The hotel has their own parking lot and for guest they charge $10 a night for parking. I would 5 ⭐️ for service but I didn’t because they they used to never have charge for parking and now they do. It may be for the convince of now having charging stations for electric vehicles or just their perk of making more money. Either way, Our current stay was supposed to be two nights and we made it into a 4 night get away. Staff is so sweet and house housekeeping is great. There is great accessibility to the highway and bus/ tram station is even walkable for those heading downtown and not wanting to hassle the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic. Gas stations next door, a BBQ restaurant just 3 min walking distance. There’s a lot of occasions close by places to enjoy a bite to eat even shopping. If I was you I would definitely make this location your Home Away From Home!! Charged for daily parking which they never used to have.
- 4/5
The rooms have been updated I like that They really need to invest in new pillows. Other than that it was great. Bananas would also be nice. ?
- 1/5
The room was not very clean and there was no hot water.
- 2/5
The hotel was pretty run down. The pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. They didn’t have any blankets for the pull out couch. The breakfast was good though.
- 2/5
Room and hotel need some improvement. We had several holes in our bathroom walls, the mirror was broken, and the down button on the elevator was broken. I was also concerned about security since the after-hours entry to door in the back, wouldnt lock unless you pulled it shut. I usually enjoy La Quinta but this stay was very disappointing.

At 10:40 am on that day I was in live chat with hotel staff, having already booked our room for an extended stay. I had put my card on file and was working to finalize payment. I requested a minor discount due to the kiddy pool being unavailable and linens not being changed after being requested twice & no towels when we went swimming. I explicitly communicated to the front desk staff that we were in chat with hotel staff and were working to resolve the payment. Instead of assistance or understanding, I was met with aggression and haste. The staff member refused to acknowledge my situation, repeatedly stating I wasn’t going to make a payment at all, Then demanded a payment for the late fee which I offered to pay the $80 late charge immediately, but was refused due to me having to pull it out of the atm.. 2 feet away in the lobby . I was then threatened with police involvement and told I would be escorted out of the hotel, despite being compliant, and respectful of their time embarrassed, and unsafe. Given our

My family travels and chooses your hotel at least 4x per year, and never have we had such an awful experience. One of our rooms was INFESTED with bugs. The cleanliness was atrocious, and the water in the showers was freezing cold. I don't know what happened since our last visit or if it was because we were put on the bottom floor but our experience was aful.

Only small drawback was the floor in the bathroom. It wasn’t exactly level so when you would shower, it would flow out in front of the sink. Had to have a soaked towel there. All in all I’ll be back when I stay in Denver again.
- 2/5
We stayed there for 2 nights and there was no hot water for the time we were there. We had 2 rooms and neither one of them had hot water. I later found out the whole floor had no hot water.

I really love the hotel and my room.It was big and spotless. The staff are really helpful and friendly.Definitely to book here again and recommend it to my friends and fam.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and mostly clean. While the couches had a few stains, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. There was an issue with the boiler, which meant there was no hot water for about two hours; however, everything else was acceptable. For the price we paid, it was a good stay.
- 5/5
The room was amazing! The staff are incredibly helpful and so friendly! The hot tub was fantastic!! We always enjoy our stay with Laquinta! This location is the best and most comfortable! We recommend the stay to anyone!

The room was the worst that we stayed in over the last 3 weeks. The tub was clogged and full of mold. The breakfast had the same rotting apples for 3 weeks in a row and the oranges they put out were not any better. There was ants all around the hot tub and the washer leaked.
- 5/5
The room was nice and I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
Everyone was great staff wise, literally best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had, I don’t even like eggs all that much but I was trying to slam protein so I went for it and I went back down like an hour later to get more food it was so fire.
- 3/5
My son is at a local hospital I didn't help Porter with serious conditions we needed a place to stay and we stayed a couple of nights at this Motel I recommended it to family and we will be planning on staying in the next couple of weeks the only issue I have is the night clerk 2 days ago charged for parking last night I asked about the parking she said they don't charge for parking they only have the sign on the desk for the crackheads and homeless
- 5/5
Check in was easy. Our room was great. Got a good nights rest while visiting denver.
- 5/5
pretty
- 5/5
The hot tub is great and the parking is always available.
- 2/5
Took my daughter up there to visit a college. The hotel looked great in pics. When I checked in, nobody told me I had to request that the room be tended to during our stay. They did give me fresh towels when I went to the front desk to ask what happened with room cleaning on our 2nd day there. The toilet didn't work properly for 2 of the 3 days there. They did finally get it working on our last day there. The shower leaked behind the shower head and sprayed through a hole in the sheetrock above the liner, and the water that didn't go through the hole channeled along the liner to run all over the floor.
- 1/5
There were stains all over the furniture. There was a large red stain on the floor between the beds.....we are unsure if that was blood or not we will let Centennial PD determine that. The bed comforter had stains on one of the beds. People yelling all night and car alarms going off early in the morning. This place looks nice in the pictures but was rather gross I will not stay here ever again.
- 3/5
We had no hot water. Staff aware hot water heaters not working correctly and broken. They had no solution or time frame for repair.
- 1/5
We stayed 4 days. I paid for 5 days but conditions were so poor we checked out early. Three days we did not have hot water. Another day we did not have hot water until late afternoon. No maid service whatsoever. Bed was not touched or the trash taken out. My husband got some towels from a maid as she was in our hall. Very noisy hall with the maids coming and going but never to our room. We made 3 or 4 calls to the front desk. I talked to the manager twice. He said they were working on the boiler and they only clean every 3 days. So, when I paid up front for 5 days they only clean it once? Yep. Policy, he said. The last time I talked to him, and he said the 3-day thing I told him today was day 4 and no one has touched our room. We are checking out. They also charged us $10.00 a day for parking. Their internet ad says free self-pay parking. We are members of LaQuinta and have never had an issue with them. This stay truly had me rattled. We were in Denver because a family member had open heart surgery. That is stressful enough but then to come back to the room and not be able to relax because there was no clean towels or hot water or a fresh bed and the trash was overflowing times 4. This was an ADA room and the shower stall, curtain and slope to allow a wheelchair was poorly designed. When we were finally able to take showers, water flooded the bathroom, and we had to use the towels we did have to sop water. I'll never go to this LaQuinta in Denver Tech Center again.
- 1/5
Beds were pissed on dirty and freezing cold water. I had booked the hotel for 2 days, but immediately left after 20 minutes in the room and was denied a refund.
- 3/5
Good condition! Appreciate the staff, thank you. Maybe more towels in the rooms w 2 beds.
- 2/5
No Hotel like service, as no drinking water bottles , no body wash, no shampoo, in the name of toiletries you only get toilet paper nothing else. In the name of suites you will get a bigger room that’s it.
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
The room wasn’t too bad but the bed had hair underneath the sheets and stains on the bedding. The front desk staff were really nice. The complimentary breakfast was good as well.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition when we arrived. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. We were surprised by a $10 per night fee for parking which we were not aware of ahead of time. Never saw any of the cleaning staff. Someone finally cleaned our room on the last day of our four night stay. They never supplied more than one wash cloth. Water was usually no more than just warm for sink and shower. Inclined to cross all La Quinta inns off of our future stays. One positive, the breakfasts were decent. Standard hotel fare.
- 1/5
Housekeeping did not come after requesting. When I went to follow up at the front desk the that evening he states if he could go back in time he would have done it. He also states it was the system. Ice machines on 3 and 2 floor do not work. Also heat lamp in the bathroom was broken
- 4/5
Property was conveniently close to food n coffee places.. but downsize was having to pay for parking which should be included for guests at $10 nightly.. this is the reason I will now be staying here again
- 2/5
Large bug found in my room, furniture dirty, breakfast ends too early and didn't have enough food for everyone
- 1/5
Room was disgusting when I checked in. Requested another room. Was told none were available. Then to check out and be billed for damaged to the room (smoking) as if that wasn't my original complaint is beyond me. Then call to speak with manage about the situation and he begins to get smart with me is totally unacceptable and extremely rude. And his evidence to state i was smoking was cause they found my cigar butt in the trash.(not beacuse they recieved complaints of the smell of smoke when it was a woman staying in the room next to me with an infant; im highly positive she would have smelt it and complained out my 4 days of staying there. And she stayed their 2 of the nights i did. or no burn marks, ash on floor or counter or anywhere in room but my cigar in the trash ..Cause i didnt want to litter and when i was outside smoking i didnt just pluck it on the ground cause there were no smoke station at side entrance. So i brought it back to my room and through it in the trash... That means i smoked in the room and should get a fine is completely ridiculous ... 10 out of 10 don't recommend this place of stay!!
- 5/5
Room had two tvs, and no remote. When the front desk was told, they just shrugged.
- 1/5
Needs updating and cleaning
- 5/5
Coming from Arizona I found everything accommodating to our needs. We had no problems and I would definitely rent there again. Maybe it feels cheaper. I’d stay there longer, but since it’s Colorado, we have to go with it.
- 5/5
The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The wifi was bad and the pool/hot tub needs new tiles and to be cleaned. Breakfast was good but could have changed the hot eggs/meat option rather than the same thing every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really loved our room. Perfect for our mother/daughter trip. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
The hotel pictures are not true to what this hotel looks like. It is in dire need of some basic repair such as holes in the wall, stains all over the walls, and broken bathtubs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is barely any hot water and the microwave in the room was broken. The pool area is very large and has a lot of potential but the floor is very dirty and parts of the hot tub need to be fixed.
- 3/5
We stayed 3 nights. The 1st morning the hairdryer didn't work. We called housekeeping to request one and she said they would have one right away. We also asked for fresh pillows because the ones we had did not smell fresh, a blanket and fresh towels. I said we only needed the hair dryer right away, the others could be done later in the day. The hairdryer didn't come in 30 minutes, so we left. We returned that night after 9 PM. There was a new hairdryer, but the pillows, blanket & towels had not come, no new coffee set up and trash not emptied. We spoke to Alan the night manager and he got us all the items. When we put the blanket on the bed, it had ink stains and holes. Since it was freshly laundered and late, we kept it. Housekeeping does not bring fresh towels, coffee set up or empty trash unless requested.
- 5/5
Letting you know the only thing I thought was wrong is paying 10 dollars a day for parking. There is plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
The WiFi doesn’t work at all in the room, that would be nice to have for kids tablets or just to keep phones from using data while people are there for their stay!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! But a special shoutout to Blanca for welcoming us into the city with kindness and lots of great suggestions. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh an hot everyday only small downside was it was the same everyday which is okay breakfast is breakfast. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. Room service does a great job at keeping your needs met in a reasonable time. Only problem we had was it was not mentioned on expedias site that the hotel charged $10 a day for parking we didn’t know until we checked in online the day we were set to arrive. But we definitely will be staying here again.

Very clean room
- 4/5
It was okay.
- 4/5
I have come to love this location right on at Arapahoe and Interstate 25. It's near everything with easy access to the highway. Great king beds for the price point in this area.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean the bathroom needs a little more cleaning i didn't have the chance to try the gym or the pool.
- 5/5
Facility is very clean and tidy around the grounds. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very large. The pool and hot tub area is awesome.
- 1/5
This place was a terrible hotel eventhough i called expedia for a partial refund it was refused. The rooms the hotel and everything smelled terrible.Never going to use expedia ever again
- 5/5
The rooms were definitely worth the price. The breakfast was decent to swimming pool was clean and we had a good time

Clean and Quiet!

The staff was (generally) friendly but our room was truly disgusting and the quality of the hotel has taken a nose dive in recent years. There was a distinct smell that smelled like someone had been burning plastic (or other substances) in the room, there were nasty couch stains, splatters, crusty gum pressed into the carpet, torn apart furniture with stuffing pouring out, light sockets barely hanging from the ceiling, and I'm not even joking when I say we couldn't tell if there was dried blood on the walls or if it was some sort of food. Being incredibly tired and having already hauled a lot of luggage upstairs, we elected to stay and suck it up for the night; The bed itself seemed fine and sleep was the primary objective. Unrelated to the lack of cleanliness, there are also a lot of people with (obvious) substance abuse issues in and out of the building, so there is a constant police presence. You may find this to be a good thing, or unsettling. The hotel also now charges an additional $20 for parking per night, and asked for a $40 cash fee when we requested an hour checkout extension (which seemed sketchy, quite frankly, especially considering checkout extensions are a common courtesy practice). We've stayed at this hotel a myriad of times over the last five years, and each time, it seems to be getting worse. However, we probably won't be back. It's not worth it anymore.
- 4/5
other than the hotel needs a upkeep with fresh paint, pool needs fresh paint on surface the food needs to be changed menu wise. They sereve the same thing every day.. like if your going to stay for 5 days or more man eating them same breakfast ecery day is horrible..
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Front desk staff went above and beyond. Dining room staff was exceptional. Didn’t need housekeeping other than supplies; very helpful. Overall stay - outstanding.
- 5/5
Overall for the price and a 1 night stay it wasn't bad.
- 4/5
Quiet place. Clean rooms. Competitive prices.
- 4/5
Price was decent, our suite was large. Nothing super fancy but bed was comfy and room was clean, lots of places to walk too. Pool did look really dirty though, we did not swim.
- 5/5
The hotel was and will always be my favorite place to stay at. It’s quiet, friendly and very organized. Loved it.
- 5/5
Amazing, front desk staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
We loved the customer service. The room was great and clean. I wouldn’t choose another hotel for the world. It was amazing staying there. Quiet and the breakfast was fantastic.
- 3/5
Need to change the floor carpet
- 4/5
I've stayed at this hotel a few times. I like it. Even though we've had small annoying issues in the past. I like the pool/hot tub, layout, location and employees.

I recently spent a few days at your greenwood village la quinta hotel. The room was beautiful, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and everything went wonderfully until this morning. I ate the provided breakfast and a few hours later became very sick. Being that today was my check out day I asked for a bit of extra time to vacate since I was vomiting due obviously to food poisoning. The general manager Roger told me "I ate the same food and I don't feel sick so you have one extra hour." When I asked for more a little more time because it was hard to move at all at that point, he replied with "Actually nevermind, be out by checkout time. I offered you an hour but you didn't want it so you need to go." I held him to his original offer and took my time during which I was locked out of the room and had to have someone from the staff let me back in just to get my belongings out. This kind of treatment is so unacceptable from a hotel it's unbelievable.
- 5/5
I liked everything.
- 5/5
Staff was polite ok breakfast Quiet nice pool
- 5/5
It was quiet and clean
- 4/5
The hotel is aged but very comfortable w/ large rooms, well lit parking lot, ok complimentary breakfast w/ usual offerings, large lobby and only 4.5 miles from VOSC (veterinary outpatient subspecialty care). Should we require specialty veterinary-oncologic care for our pets, this will be first hotel on our list due easy travel to VOSC. Brothers BBQ is right across the hotel parking lot.
- 4/5
We’ve stayed it this hotel many times over the years and been happy with it. This last visit, we were surprised and disappointed to see an additional parking charge of $10 per day. Other than that, a good place to stay.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 4/5
Nice location for what we had planned. Quiet hotel and location. Room was large but AC was very noisy and beds were too soft. Breakfast was fair. Not a lot to choose from.
- 1/5
This may have been the worst condition Hotel I've stayed at. Looks good from the outside and first glance in the lobby but the room was not good. There were stains everywhere. Very suspect stains on bedroom carpet that I cleaned with bathroom towel soap and hot water. Then the furniture in the living room. The couch and chair both had old stains all over and were frayed and old. the couch had a burn mark on the armrest. I went down to complain, and they gave me another room right away. IT WAS WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL. couch and chairs were dirty and stained all over and ripped. Rooms overall appearance was very old and poorly cleaned. Also, the door security lock from the inside was loose and didn't work. The room across from me left takeout food garbage that took nearly 2 full days for someone to pick up.
- 3/5
Hotel rooms were a little dated. Had housekeeping wake me up at 8:00am on the day I was to check out. When I tried to address with the front desk at check out it felt like they didn't even listen to me and just told me to have a nice day.
- 5/5
Convenient and comfortable!
- 4/5
Thank you for the blessing!
- 3/5
Water pressure was great in shower. Internet did not work well and kept disconnecting. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. More options would be nice including pastries and take away items.
- 5/5
the property is dated. Sink stopper missing, bath stopper missing, must request a room service if you want one or will be only every three days? Kind of hard to find with gps.
- 1/5
I received 15+ bed bug bites over two nights of staying at this hotel I completely do not believe you should represent this hotel I no longer want to use your service or stay at a Laquinta Wyndham hotel ever again
- 2/5
Room was not clean, air conditioner did not work. Toilet ran all night, holes in walls stains on furniture. Not impressed at all glad it was just one night and we were out most the night.
- 2/5
The hallways had a strong odor of body odor and urine. Especially near the stairwells. Some of their staff attempted to be polite, however, I think everybody could use some hospitality training. We called on the phone and we're not greeted with even the basic “hello.” When we checked in, it was pretty apparent that our attendant was a bit frustrated & confused. I don't think we will stay in this hotel again, it probably needs a little attention and some training sessions, and they are probably highly understaffed, or severely struggling. I am going to give them two stars because they were very accommodating to let me check in early at noon.
- 4/5
There was only 1 trash can in the entire suite so that was annoying. But otherwise loved it
- 5/5
It offered a great experience for my friends and I while we were going to a concert! The living room area was amazing!
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Decent place
- 5/5
It was a great experiance
- 1/5
The chair in our room was badly stained. The pull out couch sheets were torn. The shower valve stem was loose and leaked everywhere. We could not use the shower because it would leak into the wall.
- 5/5
Grest
- 2/5
Hotel manager is very unfriendly
- 2/5
Our first room (1206 or 1209, I can’t remember) was moldy smelling and the carpet was sopping wet. Our second room (1226) was not clean, dingy furniture and stained carpet, toothpaste on the sink, black sediment coming up from the sink drain, toilet not clean, floor had not been mopped. Bathtub felt like it was going to collapse under the weight of a normal sized adult, shelving in bathroom was pulled from the wall and spackle was not finished or painted. The drawers did not open/close properly, the microwave did not work, ironing board was stained and stain transferred to our clothes. The breakfast was mediocre, bread smelled moldy, waffle machine left uncooked spots in the batter, coffee was terrible. Best part was the juice machine choices. Each day, upon returning our keys were disabled and we had to take the stairs down to the lobby to get them re-keyed. The elevator down button was also broken, which is a violation of ADA requirements by law. Staff promptly attended to anything that we requested, but these were all requests that I would expect from a hotel stay. I give 1.5 star rating, although the app only allows full stars. I will never stay here again, nor recommend it.
- 5/5
This was a quick stay on a road trip. The hotel was perfect for what we needed.
- 1/5
Such a terrible experience. My first room was under maintenance when we checked in, there was urine smell in the room and the couch was torn apart. Some type of filters everywhere. Second room had moths flying everywhere, the room was sticky and there was stains all over the bedding. Someone even tried to break into my room and traffic my sister. The third room had blood all over it and holes in the sheets. We were so horrified that we left the property and bought another hotel room elsewhere.
- 4/5
Solid value.
- 4/5
I had to add a review
- 4/5
For the most part it was nice. The room wasn’t too clean the sofas were very dirty the beds were okay and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The pool was nice my kids had fun. What I loved the most was the breakfast it was yummy and had lots of options and it’s included with the stay! Over all a nice experience
- 2/5
Staff Rude to guest. Breakfast terrible and cheap. Powdered eggs , waffles. No fruit. No options. Not a Continental Breakfast. Place was run down..My room had cracked mirror, burns on floor of Bathroom. The curtains had small holes in them. The paint and caulk in BR was peeling away from shower, walls and ceiling. Ice machine on our floor broken. Not a pleasant stay. The amenities there wasn't even up to an Economy Motel. Way over priced.
- 2/5
The property has declined since we started staying at this location 10 years ago. Our room, of the three we rented, had broken bathroom fixtures. It was the same furniture from our original stay in the past and definitely showed the grime and wear and tear of use. The beds were not the size listed when we made the reservation. The carpet needed a good cleaning or at least a stronger vacuum used on it. The breakfast was very limited, and repetitive.
- 2/5
The condition of the hotel was in very poor shape. Holes in the walls, rips in the sheets and comforters. The hot tub was cold. The floors were stained and dirty.
- 4/5
The lobby and common area was very nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was dated although clean and there was not enough hot water in the shower.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Queen bedroom size was little small but we had very nice facility services. Breakfast were included as free. Couch was outdated but overall clean and nice place to stay. I recommend this place.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and our room was very clean. The outside grounds looked nice. Although this isn't a "seedy motel", we were surprised it still carries the LaQuinta franchise. There were many evidences of damage and a lack of maintenance to the facility. Even our room had damaged carpet, walls, and no remote so we couldn't watch TV. We asked the clerk for a remote and he advised he didn't have any but would look for one. By the time we finished in the hot tub, we just took showers and went to bed. No towels left in the pool/hot tub area. The bed wasn't level but was visibly sunk a bit in in the middle. It wasn't terrible and we did sleep OK but tossed and turned a bit trying to stay on our sides of the bed. All the linens were clean and bright. The pillows were wonderful! All the LaQuinta's where we have stayed in the past were nice and very well maintained. Oh, and the buttons on the 3rd floor elevator in the back of the property weren't working properly. The breakfast buffet was fine. So, overall, no major issues, just many small ones, but disappointing for paying over $120 for a room. We have to return to Denver for business in a few days and will look for someplace else to stay. Just not worth it for the money. If you are looking for a safe, clean room with hot water that smells fine, this place will work.
- 1/5
The outside was nice, and so was the lobby. But on the way to the room, there was trash in the hallway. We booked 2 rooms. One room had gum on the bathroom floor. The other room had food on the floor near the beds. AC was barely working, and the cover of the AC wouldnt shut properly. There were little holes in the room darkening curtains. One of the bathrooms wouldn't lock properly. The pool was fun for the kids. Upkeep in the pool area was rundown, a large hole in the wall near the hot tub. Pretty sure the room had 2 full beds, not queens. Wouldn't recommend unless you want a hotel with a pool on a budget. Was in the DTC area, so I thought this would be a decent hotel, but was sadly disappointed.
- 5/5
I was very impressed from start to finish
- 2/5
The beds were very uncomfortable. The pull out bed had no bedding. The ac unit sounded like shoes in a dryer the entire time there. Ice machine wasn't on our floor and had to go up two floors for any. At night the exterior is very sketchy and there was homeless people around right by the entrance and scared the kids.
- 4/5
Dated building, but the beds were super comfortable. The room could have been a little clean and some maintenance in the bathroom on the tub faucet would be done. For the price though best product for the money and very happy with our stay.
- 2/5
This facility is filthy. The carpets in the hallways, the furniture is visibly filthy with stains and marks all over them. Would not sit in the chair or the couch. Bathroom sink and tub very slow to drain.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect so well thought out best hotel design I have ever see. and perfectly planned
- 1/5
The rolm smell on pets pee and smoking. The furnature was destroyed and dirty.
- 1/5
The furnishing were old and dirty, the first room we got smelled like animal urine dobad wehad to change rooms the second room furniture horribly dirty and strained
- 4/5
It was fine for us to stay in5 nights- we ended up with a suite so there was lots of room but no rod in the closet to hang clothes- no sink in the kitchenette and the iron holder fell off the wall when we went to use the iron. Standard hotel breakfast fare for the US which is mediocre for most places. Staff were cool and responsive to our needs.
- 1/5
We stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Denver Englewood Tech Center from June 30th to July 5th. We got in really late and unpacked and put the kids to bed. When I was doing my checks for the night I realized the door stopper did not work. The screws were loose and when the door came open it when right past the stopper. I notified my husband and we barricaded the door that night. I notified the staff (a young Hispanic girl) and she said she would put an order in for maintenance. Maintenance never came, I continued to ask, and we had to barricade the door every single night. I was given the option only one night before leaving to switch rooms. We also noticed the hotel was very dirty, piles of dirty in the elevators that have been there for some time. Pool towels left in the elevators. Drinks spilled and a wet floor sign left without the cup disposed of. We went all week asking for the room to be cleaned and cleaners never came. I asked for clean linen, never got it unless I went to the front desk late in the evening. We couldn’t get any help here…. We really wonder if the room was ever cleaned from the people before us….WHY? Because there were old soda cans and pizza boxes left under the bed. This should not be allowed. I have two small children 4 and 2 that could have picked those up and who knows where they came from…. DO BETTER!
- 4/5
Give a shout out to Wendy, who helped us. On transportation train going to downtown area. She was very helpful!
- 4/5
It was what we needed for the night after a concert at Fiddler's Green.
- 2/5
Front desk receptionist was great! Super nice. My only issue was that the room wasnt properly cleaned
- 4/5
Hotel is completely adequate and met all expectations.
- 3/5
The room we were assigned was filthy throughout. We slept well, the beds and pillows were comfortable but not clean; there was blood on one comforter. The days we were here were very peaceful. The only thing I can highlight is the convenience of all the nearby services: restaurants, gas stations, RTD rail, which was very convenient for our visit, Target, etc.
- 3/5
The complimentary breakfast was a hit. It appeared other guests really enjoyed it as well. However, the facility was not very clean and run down a bit. I believe renovation is a must. Carpets need to be clean (hallways) Rooms need to be clean better. However, the bed was made each day. The rooms carpets needed vacuuming. I also had an issue where two unknown guests entered my room while I was watching TV during my last evening in the room. Apparently, the room that I was assigned to for two days was also assigned to two new guess by the front desk. This is a very bad situation as I did feel sorry for the couple who had no idea that I was in the room. This should never happen where multiple people were assigned to the same room I don't know how you can make that mistake. However, I ended up leaving/checked out of the hotel several minutes later. This was a very unsafe incident. The front desk employee was advised of the mistake even though she wasn't the one responsible for actually assigning individuals to the same room.
- 5/5
The property is beautiful. Some of the furniture was old and the black out curtains had holes. We even had problems with the toilet and they sent someone to fix it within 20 minutes. It was fixed in 5. Great service!!
- 4/5
The breakfast was the worst breakfast I've had at a hotel. It was lacking and I just wish there was a little more. No creamer that was dairy free and really just not much. I get that things are expensive but just a little more effort would have been good. The elevators seemed like they need to be serviced and kept blinking that there was a communication error. We also were not informed that the place was not cleaned daily. Not that we always want or need it but it was annoying to have to ask when our trash was full. I could care less about the beds being made. other than that it was nice how quiet it was. It's been a while since we haven't been woken up by people stomping, doors slamming, or people screaming in the hallway so it was great and we were thankful for that.
- 5/5
It was great and easy to check in and out had two swimming pools and a hot tub
- 5/5
Was in town for a show at Fiddler's and there's a foot bridge about a half mile away you can take to the venue. Also the express bus from airport picks up/drops off near the bridge. Very convenient
- 3/5
Breakfast was minimal offerings.
- 3/5
The cable and TV was out for at least 24 hours. When I asked to switch rooms, they tried to give me a downgrade and told me that I will have to pay an extra amount if I wanted to be in an upgraded room the one I had already reserved.
- 4/5
Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Just okay, floors in the lobby and hallways not clean
- 4/5
The large area around back to let dogs run was nice surprise. I had to have my key reset daily which was annoying, but got to make new friends with the staff.
- 3/5
Overall good hotel with spacious suites. Shower head was leaky and sprayed water at the roof, which had previously caused some paint to fall off. Not sure how well our room was inspected before we checked in. We were missing a TV in the bedroom, and upon after checking out, we were asked where this second TV was as if we took it. Was not super impressed. But the stay overall was good, close to the station to get to empower field.
- 1/5
Staff was also very rude to deal with this situation.. Because of no Internet me an my husband were not able to attend office meeting and we have to take compels day off. We need our refund back
- 3/5
If you stay here, you’ll feel safe, but you’ll need to check your windows to make sure you’ll be able to sleep! Ask for a room facing AWAY from the freeway, as you’re right on top of it.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean what i didn't like was the grout in the bathroom was dingy and looked like it needed to be redone
- 5/5
I was very pleased with their beautiful rooms rich choices of breakfast and three options of pool
- 2/5
Unfortunately I had selected the wrong La Quinta by accident - this one is I would not recommend. The check in staff was obviously not happy in their job; the plumbing in the bathroom was clogged; there was a lot of plaster on the walls from maintenance "fixes," there was evidence that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned; bed sheet had a stain on it - we had gotten back to the room very late otherwise I would have asked to be moved (won't make this mistake again!)
- 3/5
All the above
- 2/5
It is conveniently located off the highway, so there's that.
- 3/5
They were pretty lenient with an early check-in request, the beds were pretty comfortable, and anyone I interacted with was friendly, but this place could really use some maintenance, repairs and upgrades all around from what I could tell! Leaking faucets, drain plug didn’t work, holes (patched and unpatched) in the walls, stains all over there place, minimal light switches, horrible furniture in living space. Just an older place I guess. Only stayed one night due to a long stopover on a trip…don’t think I’d really want to stay longer!
- 2/5
Strange guys hang outside the side doors in the evenings. The young man working the front desk in the afternoons has issues. He forgot to load our room key for three nights so the second night our key didn’t work. He never apologized. He said, “Sometimes that happens. I supposed you want me to come bring you the new key.”
- 1/5
Horrible
- 1/5
The room was absolutely filthy. It smelled very musty on the poop bathroom floor.
- 1/5
When we checked in it looks so nice and clean once they gave us the room it was completely dirty it smelled horribly like dog urine. Ask to switch new rooms they gave us a new room but it was the same extremely dirty there was dog pee stains on our blankets it smells like dog urine still. I have pictures from first walking into the room. They have strict rules for a hotel that can't even have good cleanly service
- 1/5
Poor customer service for a cheap hotel. Bring your own towels and wash cloths because all the hotels bath towels are dirty with hair on them. Bed covers and couch have suspicious stains. And the front desk workers and manager have terrible service skills.
- 4/5
The location of the hotel was why I booked it. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly.
