Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance are frequently criticized, with guests reporting issues such as dirty rooms, broken fixtures, and lack of basic amenities. The hotel's breakfast offerings are also a common complaint, with guests reporting limited options and poor quality.

The water pressure was poor and the shower head only had one setting. There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner or bodywash). I guess I did not realize that this hotel was for people who were staying and had their own items. We were supposed to stay in a "joined" room and they only had rooms available on different floors. Housekeeping is at request only and the front desk closes at 10:30pm (no one in the office). The location was nice, parking was good and the air conditioner worked great!! I did not see any bugs but everything felt a bit sticky and maybe could have used another wipe down. Not the worst place but I most likely will not be staying here again.

Appears to be very thin wall, we were disturbed by guest upstairs making a lot of noise, and running in the evening. Overall not recommended

I reserved and paid for a 2 bedroom deluxe and was given a 1 bedroom. Shower head was leaking, had to take out own trash, pay extra if I want a clean towel. The lady that works the desk at night is no help and did not help at all, she gave my room to someone else and lied to me saying they don’t have any rooms with 2 beds and that hotels.com is wrong. Office manager apologized and said they overbooked and couldn’t do anything. I will never stay at any Extended stay again, worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The clerk was rude, didn’t offer the WiFi and put me in a room where the carpet in the hall was urine soaked. The exit/stairwell was so odorous, I had to cover my nose and not breathe. The phone in the room didn’t work, there was no desk agent after 8 pm. Worst hotel stay of my life and I have traveled extensively in my 30 years of traveling. I will never go back. I’d rather sleep on the street.

Stayed here before and kitchen was totally equipped, NOT NOW and no warning to bring anything. After a 13 hour drive...VERY POOR!! Some staff: great; others: not so much.

I’ve been living at this Extended Stay for the past six months and it has been a great experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable, and the property is always clean and well maintained. It really feels like a home away from home, and I’m very thankful for the positive environment here.
- 5/5
I've been staying here for about six months and my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and everything has been well taken care of during my stay. I really appreciate the welcoming environment and the consistency of good service. The staff is always there to help when any problems arise. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a reliable place to stay!

Not within the first 30min in the room we lost power just pluging in the phone charger. Then we lift to give them time to figure out what happened. Came back with no update but the power was back on. Then I went to ask for new towels since they didn't turn the room with new towels after staying 5 days. Just to be told I would have to pay $1.00 for each new towel the price wasn't the issue it was the fact we pay alot for the room and we can't get clean towels. We did this with a very tight budget we knew it wouldn't be the greatest but to have to pay for clean towels is outages! If your on a budget pay the extra $25-$50 for a nicer place.

I saw around 8 cockroaches in 3 nights - German cockroaches, which means the place is infested. They kept coming out of the crack between the kitchen sink and the counter. I'm shocked but thankful there were no bedbugs. Cleanliness: the linens were clean, but the couch cushions had some holes/tears and the mattress in the pullout couch was heavily stained and very thin (please see the attached picture). It did not look comfortable. This was a huge disappointment since the main reason I booked this room was because we were 3 people and each wanted our own bed. Aside from these points, the rest of the room was surprisingly clean. Amenities: there weren't really any amenities, besides free Wi-Fi and a not-so-clean laundry room. No coffee, no food besides a vending machine in the lobby. No breakfast. State of the room: good, except for the bathroom door that wouldn't lock and the lopsided bedside lamp. Staff: we didn't see them much. When we saw them, they weren't friendly. The location is fine, with ample parking.

This place was a bummer. They put me in a room that was not even finished with remodeling. Paint stains on floor, trash on floor. I know they just shoved me in a room

During my husband and I’s two night stay, the front desk was frequently closed and shuttered down, even in the middle of the day, which was very frustrating. My husband and I were also annoyed by the front desk’s hesitance to provide us with additional towels. Hotel towels are notoriously tiny, and I have long hair, so I had asked the desk for a couple more towels. They had originally told us no, and that we would have to hand in our old towels to get new ones. Eventually they reluctantly gave us one more, but it was very annoying that we had to beg. Also on the topic of long hair- there was no hair dryer in the room, nor did the hotel have one available, so I had to run to Target and buy one!
- 1/5
It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve been in. Grime everywhere hair on the bed, blood by the toilet black mold in the shower. It was way below acceptable. The only silver lining is it was close to target so we could go buy cleaning supplies.
- 1/5
Dirty sheets. Got a room with a pull out and they didnt have any sheets or blankets for it. Rude staff. Food left in the room from previous guests. No breakfast like advertised. Whole room seemed to not be cleaned. Smelt like marijuana
- 5/5
Was pretty quiet and relaxed. Had some smell in the hallway from someone cooking but otherwise the room was great.
- 1/5
Room looked better in advertised photos than in person, by significant margin. Booked a non smoking room and received a room designated as non smoking that had a significant odor of smoke. Other damages to the room such as missing trim, damaged floor, dirt ontop of refrigerator, significant damage to couch cushions on sofabed, and significant signs of wear and tear in bathroom. It is clear that staff does NOT clean or well maintain the rooms. No bedding provided for sofabed, and no toiletries/amenities included in room. Advertised with free breakfast and there is NO BREAKFAST. Staff knew of all issues including as advertised breakfast and do not care to do anything about it. Staff also tried convincing me that the room had been renovated but was clearly lying. Was advised by staff to contact general manager. Tried to contact general manager of property multiple times and manager is dodging calls. Overall not worth the money and falsely advertised.

The Day shift front desk man with the Ginger hair was the absolute rudest person I've ever met. He would hang up on me when I called over the phone . Multiple times he hung up on me. He also took my 100 dollars deposit for no reason. Extremely disappointe

The hotel staff, especially the day shift supervisor was the rudest person I've meet in quite sometime. He hung up repeatedly on me on multiple occasions. He refused to hear my side of the story and jacked us of our 100 cash deposit.

We will definitely be extending our stay! They make your stay very easy and simple.

Within the first 10 minutes there I was greeted by roaches.I went back to the desk and spoke with Chris.Who told me he had never seen any roaches there before and proceeded to upgrade me to another room that was infested with roaches also dead ones and live ones. Then, to make matters worse, I paid a $180 for this mess and Chris proceeded to call his manager Joe on the phone, who had no solution to anything, so I just ended up having to wait 3 to 5 days to get my $200 back for a bug infested room and then A. Bug infested upgrade. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I suggest that if you don't want a roommate with roaches that you should not stay at this place. And I also suggest that if you talk to Chris. Who is the front desk manager? He is a liar. He is going to stand right in your face and lie to you. And you're gonna get the results that you see when you get in. There, so unless you got an extra $200 just to spare for this piece of s*** hole in the wall. Then go ahead. But my suggestion is to pass and sleep in your car before you go sleep in this place. Als. OI took pictures, but it won't let me post the pictures of the roaches. And the blood stains under the sink and the dead piles of roaches under the kitchen sink so I don't get the pleasure of showing you the pictures.

Location was good. Pretty centrally located near restaurants and retail stores. From the moment you walk into the hotel, you are welcomed by a strong smell of urine. Entered my room, again greeted by urine smell, urine stains on the walls, and floors. It's noticeable no attempt to clean the urine was made as it was still sticky from the last guest allowing their dog to pee on the wall. Vinyl couch was all torn up, nasty rags under the bed, moved the couch to watch TV and there was rotten food and french fries under the couch. Room was gross, bathroom towels had stains on them, fitted sheet on the bed also had stains. Everything was completely outdated and smelled like a roach motel, didn't see any roaches but wouldn't have been surprised if I had. If you can afford it, stay somewhere else.

The property was very dirty!! As soon as we walked in, it reeked of Marijuana, like the staff was smoking in the lobby. Our room was so dirty, it smelt of cigarette smoke and body odor. The linen did not smell fresh, there was a syringe of some sort in one of the cabinets. I will never step foot in that hotel again!! Disgusting!!!

Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff.

Our was not pleasant. The beds were fine, everything else a joke. We were not informed(before paying) of the lack of amenities, no ice machine or buckets, really? I understand the new business model please inform customers before paying. Nothing on the website.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for awhile. Older furnishings but the staff make up for it in friendly ness. Pet friendly just pick up after them
- 5/5
When I broke my shoulder they allowed me to walk my dog in the courtyard so he wouldn't be there exposed to other dogs and pull me. He is very friendly. Joe is great and very helpful. Roosevelt is diligent in keeping the lobby and public areas clean.
- 5/5
Chris is amazing he has great energy and a good smile.

Clean friendly stuff safe area I would highly recommend

Great hotel, I had a dishwasher plus stove and microwave
- 5/5
In a great location, staff is friendly would recommend
- 1/5
zero stars - floor was filthy and 3 different clerks never offered to clean it right away during a two-day stay. Not enough character space to include my full review.
- 1/5
Worst place I ever stayed. Disgusting. Killed a cockroach right as I walked in the room, pillow cases were yellow. It took 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. And when they did the lady was so rude to us. Horrible place do not stay here ever
- 3/5
Overall stay was good. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable, but not outstanding. Property is very active during the day, but luckily pretty quiet overnight. We had an issue with our room keys being shut off and being told our room was vacant as we tried to re-enter our rooms for our 2nd night. Luckily staff was able to get the keys turned back on. We were told to speak with the mgr in the morning to resolve the issue. When I reached out to the manager in the morning he told us not to worry about it that we were all set. I'm assuming that meant a glitch on their end. Ultimately ended up find, just startled us a bit.
- 1/5
The room was not very clean , i found hairs all over the shower area , and the entire floor smelled like smoke , including my room that is non smoking . Carpets are very dirty , many stains. Also the housekeeping lady tried keep my shampoo and body wash , when i when back into the room to ask for it . Then she saw i was living her a tip and suddenly she remembered she had them in her cart .
- 1/5
This property is worst of my experience. They do not have Microwave, water and more over they do not clean room as per them it will take two weeks for them to clean room. If that is the case, they should have mention in the website portal all these conditions.
- 4/5
good.
- 5/5
Best Extended stay in the area.
- 5/5
Front desk workers were nice and friendly that always makes things better. Will definitely stay at this location again.
- 4/5
Easy check in. Available when I needed it. In a better location than other similar extended stays.
- 2/5
The place needs an upgrade. The sofa mattress was yellow. We asked for new towels, and never got them. We had to go downstairs and ask a second time. The rooms need an upgrade. There were people in the hallways and yelling sometimes at night.
- 1/5
As soon as you walk in the smell of smoke is overwhelming. The doors and walls are filthy and so are the rooms. They don’t give you any shampoo or conditioner. The room drawers were held together by duct tape. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
- 2/5
Very dated and dirty.
- 1/5
This place is old, worn out, noisy, and not as advertised. I anticipated being able to use the "stocked" kitchen, but there wasn't a single tool or utensil to be seen. I am very disappointed with my stay and i will not return.
- 1/5
We arrived only to be told that there was no room available for us. Even though i reserved it and paid in full monthes earlier. Unexplainable!!
- 2/5
As soon as you go in the lobby theres a big nasty smell. Third floor hall was so stinky that it made me gag. There were also roaches in the room 😮
- 1/5
We stayed in a studio suite and it smelled so bad. It was a nasty smell coming from the carpet. We complained and staff was not able to do anything about the smell. The toilet wasn’t working and we had to keep taking the lid off for it to flush properly. There was bugs/spiders in the room as well. The breakfast options was also terrible only gave oatmeal and granola very limited not many options. The staff was helpful for a few things but not everything. Wouldn’t recommend staying here not worth the hassle!
- 1/5
I asked for a refund and left Immediately this Place it’s not living condition
- 1/5
This may be the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Absolute filth. Stains on the beds, floors and walls. Carpet was torn up and tattered. Sofa bed was broken and did not have sheets, exposing large stains on the mattress. If we hadn’t checked in after midnight we would have walked out. Avoid this place.
- 2/5
Very annoyed….i reserved a room for 5 people and was charged for 5 people. The room had 2 beds and a sofa bed. When I asked for bedding and pillows for the sofa bed I was told they were short on pillows and could not provide one. I’m sorry, this is not acceptable!!! If I am paying for 5 people I expect accommodations for 5 people which would include a pillow for sleeping. I do not recommend Extended Stay of America!!!!
- 3/5
Old room Dirty sheets
- 1/5
The bed was comfortable and conveniently located.
- 2/5
Reserved room with 2 beds and sofa bed for 5 people. Couldn’t get sheets/blankets for sofa bed. Asked for them and were just told they’d have some in a couple hours but didn’t stop washing windows to write down are room number to get us any. Wouldn’t give us an extra towel from the 4 we had unless we exchanged one we had. Had signs up at 8pm for no early check in til after 3 due to limited staff.
- 1/5
We had two rooms. Both were gross, but one was way worse than the other. Both had dirty carpet, stains on the couch and smelled like smoke. The one that was worse had knife holes in the couch, was filthy dirty and had cockroaches in the bed, no handles on the fridge, and the fridge was yellow from smoke. Once we found the cockroaches we asked for new room and they didn't have one, so we asked for a refund and to leave. The only person there was the night laundry guy. He was nice but had no power and told us to talk to the manager in the morning. We went next door to the Sleep Inn for $30/night more and it was fantastic. The next morning the manager would only refund me one room since that was the only one that we saw cockroaches in. There are also a lot of shady people that live here, and some are very rude. Nasty, nasty hotel. This is the first hotel I've ever had to leave because it was so bad.
- 1/5
The internet was down, waited 1 hour to get it up, but that was not the guys problem he worked hard to help however for whatever reason we booked our room months and months ago and they moved us to a different motel. We should not have been moved. Will not go back there.
- 1/5
My husband was on our honeymoon/family vacation and booked thru hotels.com at extended stay. When I first arrived I noticed there were no dishes/cookware/utensils in the room I had to go to the office to get the items. Then I noticed the microwave did not work they told me it would be fixed in a few days the 5 days I stayed never fixed. Then it took 45 minutes for the stove to heat up to cook on. The phone in the room didn't work. You couldn't take a bath there was no plug to plug the bathtub then to top everything off there were cockroaches in the bathroom every morning we woke up. I have pictures of all these things! It was not a very good stay!!
- 1/5
When checking in the lady at the front desk took us to a dirty room. Then took us to another room that was supposed to be “clean” but the beds had blood stains, the counter tops were brown with dirt and the pull out bed was dusty and full of holes. We did not spend the night there even though it was past midnight and flying over 12 hours.
- 5/5
Of all the Extended Stays in the area this is the best one. Staff is great & attentive.
- 1/5
This place is a joke. Don't come here. They're so short staffed, they don't even offer coffee, they lie and bend truths. Don't come here?!! And they discriminate
- 1/5
This hotel was okay but be aware that there are people in this hotel that live there. There are people doing drugs in the middle of the night. Very creepy and dingy hotel. Will never stay here again. The only good thing here was the customer service, everyone was very nice and helpful.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Room wasn't cleaned well and room needs maintenance. Duct tape was holding the bathroom drawer in place
- 5/5
So, I definitely recommend for families!! Rooms are a good size.
- 4/5
The staff here is awesome and helpful. They accommodate or try to accommodate every need. The place is clean and the people around are friendly. Not like other cheaper hotels that attract drug addicts, etc..., this place isn't like that at all. I feel safe. They're very pet friendly. My only issue was the garbage disposal and it was taken care of within a few hours. The washer and dryers are good, too!! 😋
- 4/5
It was nice having a kitchen. Room and furnishings were older, but in good repair and clean. Water pressure was really low in the shower.
- 4/5
Front desk personnels are friendly
- 1/5
this place is for lack of better terms, stupid. we didn’t even get to stay there because they audited my reservation and left us stranded. (still charged us though) we are a traveling band. tired, with a bunch of stuff we need to load and unload and have to get a good nights rest to continue our tour. zero stars for this place. as staff couldn’t even help us. never had happened to me before after years of touring.
- 5/5
I mostly noticed that Ted and I believe her name was Rosa both went above and beyond to make me feel accommodated and welcome here. I’m kind of in between homes, so I’m going to be here for a very long amount of time and I really feel at home here. I don’t feel like at a hotel it’s nice, I like the door lock at night so I feel safe my room has been very clean every single time I’ve checked in and they’ve always gone out of their way to meet my needs if I’ve asked for anything at all. By far one of the best motels I’ve ever been . Thinking about where to go. This is definitely the place.
- 5/5
Easy in and out. Super swell people to adress me to my room number and level.
- 5/5
Very close to the light rail station for those w/o a car. The room was clean the front desk was very nice and accommodating
- 1/5
Super horrible to say the least. No room service and when you ask for towels, they dont have any. If i wanted to wait 2 hours, then sure. Never staying here again.
- 2/5
Then when we checked in a little bit late because our flight was delayed, there was one staff member there. This person was unable to do anything because the computer “nighttime audit“ was going on. We stood at the desk for 20 minutes waiting for some automated computer function to finish up, unable to check in after our 12 hour travel day… unable to check in for a reservation that we made AGES AGO. The mattress on the fold out couch was absolutely horrifically disgusting… It should be condemned. The same was true in the other two rooms we reserved. Ew. The only reason I didn’t rate it as “terrible“ is because the individual who finally did check us in was incredibly friendly and tried to be accommodating, and the regular non sofa beds were decently comfortable. And the price was right.
- 5/5
Ted was very helpful

Great service Ted was so helpful , kind and polite thanks

We have stayed at multiple Extended Stay's in the Metro area and this location in Greenwood Village is by far our favorite place to go for business and leisure trips; we'll drive out of our way to stay here each time because we like the hotel so much. I would highly recommend this location for their outstanding and friendly staff!!! Thank you so much to each of you for making our stay so comfortable and effort less!!!

It was 54 bucks a night.. need i say more...bed was clean..towels were there..lights worked..awesome for 54 bucks

The manager was very aggressive to point out his important it is to give my stay a good rating to keep his job. He even tried to grab my phone so he can rate it himself. TV was broken and was not replaced as promised by that same manager. Towels were dirty.
- 5/5
Went home
- 4/5
Great stay for the price
- 5/5
Our stay was such a pleasure. We were both very comfortable in a nice, large, clean, and modern room. Grab and go breakfast was a bonus each day and front desk staff was responsive and professional!!
- 5/5
It was a great deal. Staff was friendly. Clean and comfortable.

Very stingy with towels .
- 1/5
Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $10-20 a night and stay somewhere else. We booked a room for 5 people. Told hotel we were arrived late in the night. We were locked out. Room not ready. Given a room with one bed. Took forever to get rollaway beds. Hallways hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. The bathroom door was a sliding door that stuck and based on the amount of scratches on the back of the door, we weren't the first people to get stuck in there. The "free breakfast" was packaged muffins. We were able to get refunded for the other 3 nights we didn't stay there because they didn't have a room with 2 beds, but Orbitz and us cannot get ahold of staff to get refunded for the night we did stay there. Orbitz said the phone just rings and rings. I wrote to headquarters but never got a reply. Stay somewhere else..
- 3/5
The to go breakfast was coffee or tea - no food. Even though I asked for a quiet room the noise from the interstate kept me awake.

- 5/5
Great time!
- 2/5
The property itself was okay at best. The property was "clean". It looks like their cleaning staff tries with the materials they have. But the property itself looks as though the owner hastily addressed issues with quick bandaids and didnt address the overall property. Outside is clean, but inside there's broken or damaged fixtures, terribly installed flooring, no grout work whatsoever around any of the fixtures, and reused fixtures that are dated and damaged. The room we had had an overall funk that I can only assume was heavy cleaning supplies to mask any smells. But there's no doubt that mildew and mold smells will be prevelant in a year.
- 2/5
The bathrooms sliding door was basially broken. Had to force it ipen and close. The shower didnt work due to the plug on faucet being stuck.
- 5/5
Great place close to everything

The first floor has carpet and was smelling really bad I ask to change rooms I couldn’t with the smell he got me to the 3 rd floor but the bed was very uncomfortable the did had table like in the picture the chubby guy front office in the morning shift was very rude you have to ask in the front desk for breakfast to go but they never had any the only good thing is the area next to stores but the hotel bad, old, smelly, uncomfortable beds no breakfast never again for me save your money for better place.

For those complaining about marks on the walls or stains on carpeting: how much do you want to pay per night? It costs a lot of money to be constantly painting scuff marks or replacing carpets stained by guests. We didn’t see anything that was gross or unacceptable aside from some nasty guest kept spitting sunflower seeds wherever they went. To avoid those being on the floor, a staff member would have had to follow him around with a broom all day- unreasonable. Breakfast (when available) is not the typical buffet offered at most hotels. The truck hadn’t arrived on our first morning so only coffee was available. This left staff in the unfair position of handling upset guests and I feel like corporate could release funds to allow for either more frequent deliveries or emergency Costco runs for supplies. Second morning there was coffee with fixings, hot chocolate, oatmeal, packaged muffins, and granola bars. Some guests took it upon themselves to clear out entire baskets of items, presumably to stock their own pantries, so I’m assuming that accounts for the lack of availability. It’s a bummer that people can be so greedy. Overall the stay was great and we would stay again. We travelled with 3 kids and a dog.

The hotel and room were very dirty.

The staff was very friendly and the room size was great. There was an odor however in the room and hallway. It smelt damp and with cover up at best. The breakfast was disappointing with no seating or facilities in the lobby or main area. Unfortunately would not stay nor recommend this property again.

They offer breakfast but it is not true. Coffee and oat are only the menu.

Holy smokes, where do I start......The room was extremely dirty with dried urine and hair around the toilet, floors had not been vacuumed and the couch/pull out bed was unbelievably dirty and stained. We left after the 1st night and were refunded our money. To boot, this establishment gave away our daughter's room even after she had confirmed the reservation. Online the rooms looked great, but it was a total waste of money/time as we had to find other lodging.

They overbooked the hotel and then gave away my room for my family of 6. When we arrived they tried to sqeeze us all in a room that was for four. The room was dirty and gross with stains all over the carpet. Plus the hallway smelled like heavy cigarette smoke ... I was up until 2 am trying to find another hotel to go to because the entire area was booked solid due to softball tournaments. After cutting my travel plans short, luckily I was able to find somewhere else to go. Once they found out we were leaving they cut off our entry cards even though we had until 11:00am to check out. Worst hotel ever!

Staff was polite and professional, rooms were run down and gross. Floors were sticky in rooms, shower had a coating on it that was peeling off, light switch covers, door knobs, and cabinets all had miscellaneous screws used to hold them in place. 1 star
