This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in lately and we had zero complaints! The room looked recently renovated and was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again anytime!

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was average for hotel breakfasts.

The staff was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were personable and professional. The staff was accommodating. The room was quiet and very clean. The pool was maintained and just big enough. Very good location. The breakfast was good but if you stay more than one night, you will be served the same things.

Room did smell a bit. Think it was coming from the air conditioning unit. Otherwise, breakfast was good and had a decent amount of food to choose from. Staff were nice and were helpful.

I switched the room as it was part of an adjoining room and the staff was awesome changing it to a solo room that was super quiet. Breakfast was awesome with eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Plus anything I wanted for a morning drink of tea. The bathroom and shower was top notch! The beds were great and tv too. Thank you for a great 2 night stay!

Very nice, well taken care of. Comfortable bed abd spacious room, shower was large and had a great shower head. Had a great choice of breakfast foofs to choose from. Will use Comfort Inn & Suites again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was OK. Lots of work trucks onsite and some were seemingly taking part of other spaces. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. The food was hot, fresh and delicious!

Breakfast not available for our early flight at 6am. Bed were uncomfortable and the metal frames creaked every time you moved. Could also here the creaks from neighboring rooms

Great location and price. The staff was very very friendly and understanding, and an issue I had was resolved quickly, professionally, and with no drama.

Very spacious room. Would love the refreshing water in the lobby everyday. We only had it one day. Bathroom needs deep cleaning, maybe with a bleach product to get the mold out of the corners of the shower stall door area. Employees were helpful. Unfortunately we smelled marijuana in the hallway and outside of the building every time we came and went! Should be NO SMOKING!

The room was clean and seemed new. Breakfast was very good with something for everyone. Parking was right in front of the door and was well-lit. The staff was pleasant, and it was a very nice stay. I would stay there again.

Big and quiet

Only negative is that the bed frames are a little squeaky. I think this is because they are made of metal. The mattress and pillows themselves were comfortable. Otherwise and enjoyable stay in good value.

Everything was fantastic. The ladies that were at front desk were fantastic as well. I appreciate everything the ladies have done for me. I was here for my boyfriend’s funeral and i cried and laughed and all other emotions and they were super cool and comforting. Very much appreciated.

I wish I could leave a better review. Everything about this hotel was great, except the beds. They were so uncomfortable. My husband, daughter and I agreed they were the worst mattresses we’ve ever slept on. My daughter and I slept on literal mats at a summer camp, and they were more comfortable than these mattresses. Everything else was good. It looked and smelled clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were everything we needed, we LOVED the shower. It had really good pressure. Breakfast was good (not great). 3 of the nights we stayed there, I got up because my back hurt so bad, and slept sitting up in the chair in the corner. Please. Get comfy mattresses, or toppers or something.

Rooms could use more lighting especially at the front door. Check the small refrigerator as our room refrigerator had a hum to it that was on the loud size.

Stayed 3 nights during a recent trip to Greenville. The hotel is very near a major road, with groceries and many restaurants nearby, some actually within walking distance. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hearty and tasty. Ample parking, and there were multiple entrances into the building from the parking area. The area around the building was quiet, except for occasional fast traffic on an adjacent road. The small swimming pool looked inviting, but we didn't make time to use it. Would absolutely stay here again.

The building and lot looked good. The lobby is very nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room looked quite nice. Everything was clean and in good shape. I was not lacking anything. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only problem was a bathroom door that stuck and made a loud noise when opening it. Breakfast was very good and the lady in charge of breakfast was excellent. She was constantly keeping it supplied and cleaning everything. Overall a nice stay.

The facility was clean. The beds were mostly comfortable, a little on the firm side. The bed pillows were all quite lumpy and uncomfortable especially if you struggle with any type of neck issues. I recommend bringing your own pillow. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. The coffee is terrible (instant, from a machine). The staff was very pleasant. The parking lot is well lit, and I recommend parking in front of the building and not on either side lot (especially the one that is literally right beside a liquor store!). It’s a convenient location and not subject to noise from the train which passes through downtown Greer in the middle of the night.

This hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and it was nice to return to our room every night. The location is convenient, right on a main thoroughfare, but it was nice and quiet in our room. Coffee is available in the room and the lobby, and cold filtered water is available in the lobby for our water bottles. We'll likely be back again!

Front desk and maintenance people were great but the tv was difficult with the replacement remote & the fridge never got very cool, even at the highest setting. We needed to store insulin in the fridge so we were constantly filling the ice bucket with ice and adding that to the fridge to keep insulin cool. Water pressure was Fantastic!

The hotel was very clean and checking in was easy enough. Breakfast was from 6-10am. We went down at 8:30am and several breakfast items were no longer available. The lady serving breakfast was very nice and friendly so it wasn’t her fault that they ran out of items including eggs by 8:30am. Management should plan better for breakfast when expecting large groups.

Room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower, its pressure, and the fact that the water was hot. Staff were professional. Hotel sits off a busy street with lots of shops and dining options, but I didn't care for the busy location. You have to go down an alley to get to the hotel. I would stay there again.

They supposedly contacted us to say they were open for our second night but we had already driven 4 hours home! At the moment I/We are terribly upset with this Comfort inn, we have had nice stays in other Comfort Inns but this one is not living up to their standard in my opinion.

Refused to cancel stay after I had to change plans to attend and prepare my father’s funeral. Terrible people that don’t have any humanity !

While the staff seemed to aggressively clean and keep things shipshape, it seemed maintenance was a bit lacking. The sink faucet was loose as was the toilet tissue holder. The vinyl flooring in the room was nice - much cleaner than carpet. However, the noise from someone’s child running in the room above directly carried down to us. Breakfast was decent and the staff friendly.
