    I didn’t like anything. I didn’t even stay because the rooms were gross and smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn’t even stay. The hotel says booking.com has to refund my money for not staying. Booking.com says the hotel has to approve it and the hotel will not respond to them.

    I didn’t like anything. I didn’t even stay because the rooms were gross and smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn’t even stay. The hotel says booking.com has to refund my money for not staying. Booking.com says the hotel has to approve it and the hotel will not respond to them.

    It amazes me that such an outdated and ill-kept facility charges over $100 per night. The room had dead bugs in the corner and stains on the bed cover. Thankfully I am glad to report there were no bed bugs in our room.

The room smelt like weed, melted food left in freezer, burn holes in the quilt, bathroom light continually flickering, cold water in shower, had to run it for 30 minutes before it got warm. And all canisters in shower were empty ( soap, shampoo, conditioner) And what they called breakfast was a joke!

    Once arriving, I gave the desk Clerk my reservation information from hotels.com. She could not find it on the computer. It was requiring me to pay again for them. I personally think the reason why is the cost that I paid compared to the price they had quoted me the day I reserved through hotels.com on the phone it was about double the amount that hotels.com was charging for the same room when I refused I told him that I would call hotel.com and complain. She automatically found the information on the computer and her comment was. I guess it just didn’t show up correctly, but they automatically charged me 25 extra dollars for a key deposit the next morning checking out. I wanted a receipt that I was getting a refund for turning back in the key and he was quite reluctant to even do that for me. When I left the office to have to move my car closer to the outside door of the room, which she gave me the wrong directions to it, put me on one side of the hotel, but the room was actually on the other side of the hotel. I had a wall across breezeways and I know that it’s hard to stay in your room when you’re smoking or on the phone, but I must’ve passed at least four men standing outside of their rooms that felt very uncomfortable to do so with a pack of luggage with you. I was not happy having my car on one

    Friendly, no frills hotel for a couple nights. The only negative comment is the cleanliness of the room. The bed and bathroom were clean; however, there was a corner by a lamp that appeared to not have been touched in a while. There were cobwebs and insect remnants. I would stay here again.

    Paid for the most expensive room, was charged and given a slightly larger room 1st and then when i told them i paid for the other one i get one that doesn't even look like the pictures! And top it off i was charged to move to the room i originally paid for. The room itself was nice. Not worth what i paid for. It was bigger than the other and that was it. No sofa bed as advertised. The bathroom had no jacuzzi tub or clear shower, as advertised. Also the walls were thin, could hear doors closing and people in the lobby. Mr. Patel was working when this happened.

    I have to say I was very very impressed with the room we stayed in. The only issue i had was that the jacuzzi tub room i reserved, the tub was smaller than what I anticipated. It could barely fit 2 people. But the room itself was very impressive. And the lady at the front desk was one of the kindest Ive ever met.

    The room was good and clean. There was a problem with the shower (water squirting out from the control and by the shower head. Mentioned it to the front desk and they had someone work on it which improved it. The staff was friendly. There are several restaurants nearby.

    We were in two rooms for two nights and both rooms have problems. One rooms had a giant rust stain in the shower and the shower dripped the whole time we were there. Then the other room had multiple dead bugs in the room and they were still there the second night (after housekeeping) which means they did not sweep the floor at all while we stayed. In both rooms there was a strip of metal between the main part of the room and the vanity. I stepped on it one night and hurt my foot and my Mother tripped over it repeatedly. No reason to have this piece of metal in the middle of the room. I do not recommend this location at all.

    When we got to this property, it was dirty and dingy, and one of the reasons we had wanted to stay. There was because it had a pool. The pool was closed. Nowhere to be seen. People were not very friendly. I don’t want to have to pay a dime for this if this is how Expedia works then I probably won’t use you guys again this motel property. It was horrible.

    The grass was uncut. The floor in the room was not clean (I kept my shoes on). The bathroom sink was missing a part of its marble facade so that bare plywood showed. A shopping cart was in the breezeway. I could not get an extra towel or pillow. It was disappointing.

    The room was dirty, bed had crumbs all over it. The shower was old and grimey. Then there was the mini-fridge. I got there to check in, change, and had to run back out for my event. I put beverages and my packed dinner in the fridge quick and left. When I came back for the night, everything I took out of the fridge had the pungent smell of mildew/mold. The odor was so strong on the now un-consumable items that I had to throw them out outside because the smell in the room gave me a headache. Room 126 fridge needs to be replaced.

    Front desk was exemplary in their desire to assist. It was easy to change my original reservation. They responded quickly to my room change request. Lavonda was sweet and welcoming. Sabrina was mannerly and hands on with fulfilling needs. Only drawback was smoke scent in room that was supposed to be non-smoking.

    We ended up requesting a refund. The first room smelt like an ash tray and the lights did not work. The second room had slept in beds and blood stains on bed. Manager tried to pass it off as “the type of sheets”. I swear I read reviews and looked at photos! I am convinced that he has his friends write his review. This was the most disgusting and unappealing establishment.

    The room was clean, but there were a few issues. There was no mirror over the sink in the bathroom. The light fixture over the sink in the in the bathroom, had no cover over it. the bulbs were exposed. one of the lights beside the head of the bed was missing. There was just a hole there. The room was quiet and we slept well.

    We were put in a room that appeared to have blood stained on the carpet in multiple spots. There were hairs in the shower and in the bed stuck to the sheets. We asked to be moved to a different room and they did accommodate. The new room was still very low quality and the couch had rips and tears in it. It felt dirty and very outdated. The property felt unsafe with strange people hanging around. A woman that appeared to be homeless kept coming up to us and our kids at breakfast and wouldn't leave us alone. The breakfast was minimal at best. We had to go elsewhere to eat. We would not recommend this to anyone with a family.

    We were originally given a room on the first floor at the rear end of the building. There were several road construction trucks out back with workers gathered outside. There was a heavy smell of marijuana, loud singing, and lots of loud voices - between 9:00 and 10:00 PM. We asked for another room and we’re moved to an upstairs unit closer to the front - which was better for us. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very minimal at best.

    There was a couple fighting, they threw food specifically chicken wings and Mac and cheese in front of my room and continuously fought keeping me and my daughter up both nights we stayed. Police showed up. I asked for a refund but was told I need to contact travelocity to get one. General manager was not very helpful at all and only made excuses for everything rather than take responsibility for his own establishment. I will never return or recommend but I will be seeking a refund of some sort for my inconvenience!

    Something Was Wrong With Our AC. We Were So Hot Thru The Night, We Didn’t Get Any Sleep. The Housekeeper On That Side Check Out Morning Was Rude. But Everything Else Was Good.     A $25 cash deposit was required at the time of check-in. I booked on-line with Expedia and nothing about that was mentioned there. The $25 was refunded at check-out. Just kind of unusual. There was a sign posted in the lobby, so it's not because we booked on-line.

    Paint falling off the ceiling, ripped bed sheets with cigarette burns. The entire room smelled really bad like it was never cleaned and like cigarettes even though this was a non-smoking room. Cigarette burns everywhere aside from the bed sheets. Bed sheets and bed cover had stains - pretty disgusting to put your head on it to go to sleep. A layer of dust everywhere. Good thing we brought our wipes due to covid... ended up cleaning the entire room. Extremely disappointed for the price we paid for 1 night.

    Do NOT book this property!!! This property was filthy. When we arrived we asked to see a room before we checked in. The room was even worse. The worker agreed she would not even choose to stay here. We refused to stay and never even checked in. We requested a refund through Expedia.com. We were just notified by Expedia.com that our refund is denied by the hotel because we didn't tell the front desk of our dissatisfaction, even though the front desk is who showed us to the room and who we discussed with our concern for Cockroaches and bedbugs!! We will be disputing this hotels charge with our credit card company to get our money. I never have many complaints anywhere I go. This is the worst travel experience I've ever had.

    Unfortunately this property was pretty gross. The walls in the rooms looked as if someone had splattered something on them, the alarm clock was filthy, hairdryer was loaded with dust and did not work, the coffee maker was far from clean, and the bathroom was obviously barely cleaned. One of the comforters was stained.

    Although the hotel was non-smoking our room smelled like a smokers room. suspect it was in the past. Staff was friendly breakfast typical and plenty. Sign out front said recently remodeled-think that was some time back for our room. overall would recommend esp if not sensitive to old smoke smell in the room :)

    I have breathing problems and ended up with a second floor room. Going up and down the stairs was difficult. While I was checking out and moving my stuff downstairs one of the cleaning ladies noticed my problem. She then carried my baggage downstairs, to my car. I was quite impressed.

    The property seems nice until you get into the room where I had bed bugs on the pillows and they swore they had no pillows to exchange or ADD and the place was just generally not clean I did not stay and currently requesting a refund

    Hotel was average and i would stay again. We didn't have any face cloths but i am sure if we called front desk we could have gotten some .TV channels were limited and no fox news that i could find.

    About two years ago the ownership changed and so did the hotel. The rooms were renovated--- bathrooms update, new paint most importantly new beds. We stay here three or four times a year and every time we come something else has bee added or updated. This visit we noted that a new patio area in the shade has been added -- so very nice ! The people who work here are awesome-- friendly, accommodating and professional. This especially includes the woman who works at he front desk and the woman who prepares the breakfast (sorry I don't remember their names)! This hotel is now good for family travelers and the anyone who needs a decent place to stay. We are looking forward to our next stay, probably in August. Jerry & Charlie King
