Property just finished remodeling so there were a few things that were not up to par but it was manageable. The a/c did not stay on as the circuit needed to be reset every 10-15 mins and the the air was not cold.

Location was good, just off I20. No automatic doors for entry so if you’re carrying a few bags you may have to make two trips. Staff was very nonchalant upon arriving. Not rude but not very welcoming either. Rooms were very low quality for what I expected. Everything was clean but very few extra amenities in the bathroom. Beds and pillows not the most comfy. The room just felt cheap. Bathroom door did not lock. The handle was broken.

The paint smell, the elevator didn't work, crumbs in the chair when I arrived, the inside of the shower was dirty, shower curtain dirty, and the toilet was dirty.
- 1/5
The room was very nasry and dirty upon arrival. And half the lights in the room didnt work. The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator. After being put back into the first room which was dirty. We asked for clean sheeys so we can change the beds ourselves and new pillowcases and such. The night time front desk agent was very rude when we mentioned that the blanket they gave us was still dirty and he said that he already gave us a new blanket and accused us of putting the hair on the blanket. I dont even have black hair. Wont be staying here again. The manager did comp the first night though.

Clean room, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Would love to stay again

The air conditioning need more water pressure in the shower

Each time I visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as it was the first visit! It's always Clean! The staff is always very polite and helpful. The jetted tub doesn't disappoint and neither does the mini fridge. It's simply a prerequisite to this rooms balance. You absolutely must have the liquid replenishing your body to be so cold you can feel it running inside of you. Parking is super super safe. I enjoy how quiet the entire place is and I have started referring to this hotel as my cozy therapeutic nook. I highly recommend this Days Inn and

The room was not the cleanest. The floor looked as if it wasn’t been mopped in months, and nothing was wiped down. The TV channels didn’t make sense, and the people upstairs walked hard all night. The bed was clean and the linen was ok. We made it in late, and had to be up early, so we didn’t complain. We will not be visiting that property again. The young lady at the desk when we arrived was very welcoming and nice. I’m not sure if they have housekeeping on staff, but they need to assert some good people for the job.

Spotless! Could not have been more helpful or welcoming! Enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you!

This is the cleanest Days inn I've ever been to and some of the nicest people running it you could ever think to meet. I'm more than highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You won't be sad that you did. The owners and staff have gone above and beyond on making us feel welcomed. Also did Jacuzzi Whirlpool bathtub inside the room was just the right size. A lot of these hotel rooms with the whirlpool bath in them is usually too small, broken, or simply not up to par. However, this one really is! I sound like Goldilocks when I say the whirlpool tub is just right! Lol! Worth the money!
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean. We did have issues with our lights in the room taking their time to come on one turned right on the other two flickered a bit before actually turning on. Other then that it was a relaxing day

I've stayed at this Days Inn multiple times and have had family stay here when visiting. For a reasonable price, you receive clean accommodations, a friendly staff located a convenient location.
- 5/5
Great stay for the weekend
- 2/5
The water coming out of the sinks in the bathrooms tasted like it was coming out of an algae filled aquarium. We went and bought bottled water due to how bad the water tasted. The hotel has been renovated, but still has a slightly run down feeling. The swimming pool was closed for "safety reasons" the whole time we were there. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was OK, but similar hotels offer a far better breakfast.
- 5/5
Arrived late at site. Recieved prompt service and staff even suggested i book online to get cheaper deal. Was able to get quickly to my room. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Didnt utilize breakfast. Really just needed to sleep and shower, and for my needs it was excellent.
- 5/5
Nice area . .room had everything we need & continental breakfast had our basics

BAD
- 4/5
The hotel is a good value for the price. The breakfast is not what we're used to. The water pressure in the bathroom was not great. The refrigerator was a little old and leaky, but overall it was okay.
- 5/5
I have no complaints. This is my spot whenever I come to visit.

The manager was exceptional and great staff
- 4/5
We visited to go to the Masters. Location was easy access. But mostly we appreciate the service we received when we forgot two shirts in the closet. They happen to be my husbands prized golf shirts. The manager called me to let me know they were forgotten and offered to mail them to me. Very grateful!! Service is the key to success!!

- 5/5
Quite nice room
- 4/5
Overall good experience!
- 4/5
Hotel was very nice, room was spacious. Breakfast was limited, no fresh options. This is to be expected at the price point. The pool was very dirty and had only one non broken sun chair. No water refill outside or outlets near the pool. Bathtub in room was very nice, and bed was very comfy.
- 2/5
This property needs to be upgraded! The AC temp didn’t work good. Took over an hour to cool off the room and it made a very loud noise that interrupted our sleep! Also the sheets were dirty and the mattress was not very comfortable! Not at all worth what we paid ! Very disappointing
- 5/5
Nice people clean property
- 1/5
Having the room extremely cold does not take away from the smell of mildew. We were scared to pull back the covers and ended up driving back to ATL.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean building and premises.
- 5/5
Came to town for a show at the Columbia County Center for the Performing Arts. Just needed a clean room to get ready before and crash after the show. This place was perfect. Easy to find. Straight shot to the show.
- 2/5
When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by broken pots in the driveway and a shattered glass window. Upon check in, the lady at the desk checked us in but also double charged my payment, as payment was already made upon precheck-in before arrival. Instead of notifying me of this she just said that the system was being slow. Once i checked my account i saw the error. When we got to our room the mirror over the jacuzzi tub was dirty with prints (looked like body parts) and the toilet had urine and toilet paper in it. When we brought this up to the front desk she immediately moved us to a new room. After settling in for the night we started to notice little things around the room. There were hairs all over the shower and towels and the electricity was spotty, light switches that didnt work and the tv reception was not great at all. Continuously cutting in and out. The next morning we also noticed a trail of ants coming in from the connecting door for the ajoining room (not occupied by us). We did address this with the office and by the time we went out for the day and returned later we did not see anymore ants.

The room was clean for the most part. However, I think they forgot the clean the bathroom. It wasn't to bad though. The beds and pillows were soft. The fire alarm went off the next morning about 6:30, which scared the s*** out of us, but it was a false alarm. We will definitely stay again.
- 1/5
Terribly dirty. Glass in the sink , footprints on the floor. Sheets and pillows had hair on them. It was gross. Hotel was very ran down. Stains on the sheets , bathroom had something unidentified on the toilet seat and hair in the shower.
- 5/5
It’s was good
- 4/5
Convenient to interstate, close to town
- 4/5
Price and staff exceptional. Some furniture excessive wear need replacing. Tables and surfaces not wiped free of dust and debris but not a deal breaker. Clorox wipe resolved in 2 minutes. Freezer in the refrigerator needed cleaning. But won't stop me from staying again!!!!
- 4/5
There was stuff left in my room from a previous guest. My room was also dusty(on top of the microwave and on ALL the wood surfaces)…
- 3/5
The room was not cleaned well. Small bits of trash and such. Closest shower I have ever had in a hotel.
- 3/5
Saw a cockroach in our bathroom… felt really dirty.
- 5/5
Hot tub was excellent
- 3/5
Better breakfast
- 4/5
Nothing
- 3/5
Didnt particularly like anything about the property. Wasn't bad overall but ive definitely stayed in way nicer hotels for the same price. Interior paint job in rooms was subpar. Outdated tv/remote and the beds were less than comfortable
- 1/5
This was the worst stay we have had in Augusta. The hotel smelled of weed and I was there with my daughter. The room was not cleaned to the expectation that we had. It was horrible!!!!
- 4/5
The staff was very nice
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
It’s our 2nd time here. It’s convenient because of our distance apart from each other. Excellent location. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Front desk people were amazing.
- 5/5
Close to our event. Everyone in the office was very nice.
- 3/5
We stayed here while in town for the Masters Tournament so the rate we paid was ridiculously high! However, so was everywhere else. That's fine. The hotel and our room were clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The amenities are pretty sparse. There's a couple tubes of shampoo and small bars of soap. That's it. There is a pod coffee maker. Also had a mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was good and all we needed before heading to the tournament. The staff at the desk were friendly. All in all a good place to stay for what we needed - a place to sleep and shower.
- 5/5
Quiet overnight stay
- 4/5
Great location. Need to be updated but was clean. Thin walls. We could hear lots of noise from other room
- 1/5
Air conditioner is so loud it wakes you up. Bathroom is awful!
- 5/5
My stay was fine. The staff wa professional, helpful and courteous. The property was clean but dated. Could use some modernizing.

The place was super quiet, nice comfortable bed I really enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
It was quiet and the staff was polite.
- 5/5
While my room was ok, the fridge had a build up of ice in the freezer, the racks in the fridge door were all broken off and the bedspread was dirty. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful.
- 3/5
The hotel is a little outdated, could of been cleaned a little better, somebody clothes was left in the room
- 5/5
My stay here was good and staff was pleasant .
- 4/5
Clean hotel, comfortable room with a good bed (mattress). There was no remote control for the TV. I had to ask for one at the reception desk..
- 4/5
The bed and bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned but other than that everything else was fine.
- 5/5
Went down for Masters week good hotel clean and quiet and breakfast was good would go again if I get Masters tickets again
- 3/5
Check-in was easy and the front desk person was friendly. I went to my room and soon as I stepped off the elevator there was a strong odor of food being cooked and people was standing outside their doors talking and just hanging out. The room was ok the bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean. I had to play with the AC to get it to work correctly.
- 5/5
The room was not properly cleaned.
- 5/5
Awesome room for a great price. Great staff super nice people! We were on our Harley’s headed to Daytona and needed a place to crash for the night. They made sure we had a safe spot to park our bikes, and kept an eye on them. The bed and pillows were super comfy too!!!
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, and convenient. Nice staff and easy check in!
- 5/5

It was very nice! I would stay again!
- 5/5
The people were courteous it was very clean and we like the fact that it was quiet
- 5/5
The front desk workers were so kind and quick when checking in and out. The room was clean and fresh. The over all stay was very relaxing.
- 5/5
Decent property
- 5/5
If you're seeking a nice quiet environment for peace of mind, but still being in the vicinity of the city I would recommend staying here. The staff still practices a culture of good customer service which includes making you feel welcomed. The lobby and rooms were very clean and the hotel makes a conscious effort to acknowledge public safety measures in regard to Covid-19. Annually, I am hotel bound 5-10 times roughly throughout the year in the Augusta/Grovetown area and majority of those times this is the hotel I choose to stay at and give my hard earned money to.
- 3/5
Everything was nice and it looked clean but they had roaches only problem I had.
- 5/5
Property staff was awesome wish the pool was open but no complaints
- 3/5
Relatively clean and comfortable. The shower was awkwardly smallish. Breakfast wasn’t all that special, but somethings to grab on the way out.
- 4/5
This is a good place to stay. Easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed and the room was clean. Had an issue with the tub draining notified the front desk and they had it fixed right away.
- 3/5
Staff was super friendly. The property itself was old and a little run down. Amenities where not very good. Limited tv, refrigerator was broken…
- 3/5
They have tried to update it but like putting makeup on a pig... The beds were comfortable and for a cheap place to stay it's ok.. there are not individual ac units in the room so even with the thermostat i doubt the ability to control the temp in your room...
- 4/5
No comment
- 4/5
Things where okay. The pool is closed at this location. The room we was in was decent and slept okay. I would be nice if house keeping would wipe down things better and change out covers once they get ruined. The cover had a red stain and burnt mark
- 3/5
The pool wasn't open during my stay. That's kind of a highlight in that GA heat
- 3/5
Everything was good but the AC didn't worked properly
- 5/5
It was clean and very convenient for eating, gas and the interstate was right there
- 5/5
It was nice, quiet and clean.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Hotel was clean and comfortable, Friendly staff. No complaints
- 3/5
Ok stay for one night. Not exactly worth the price, could've stayed at a motel 6 and felt the same.
- 5/5
simple but very clean
- 1/5
Hotel has a musty smell throughout. Very old and outdated property. Room was not clean. Dead cockroaches on bathroom floor
- 3/5
It was an okay hotel. Is can use some cleaning to get the smell out. The bathroom seat in our room was broken and moved all over the place.
- 2/5
Was a little run down I think they could do better with the over all conditions
