It was a good stay and plenty of room for my large family. Only thing I would suggest is they need to clean their carpets. My children were crawling and their hands and feet were black from the dirt.

This time I was on the second floor and apparently the people in the room above me were having a party of some type and were very loud until about 1:00 am. and I couldn’t sleep. This is the first time this has happened. Usually the hotel is pretty quiet.

Handicap room is very large and comfortable.

I was scheduled for knee replacement so I didn't eat. Location was great for me as it was one block from surgery center. Sleeplessness due to anxiety over surgery was compounded by a terrible mattress. My wife and I both had sore backs in the morning. Being used to having a ceiling fan, the absence of one didn't help. Facility was nice, people were nice but mattress and lack of fan made for a long, completely sleepless night. All of the 'add-ons' associated with Nashville inflated the price but we expected that. A $165 room totaled out $233 after taxes and fees.

The only issue was the pool was closed and it did not mention it when I booked the Room

Staff tried to accommodate but mentioned the third party reservation so it wasn’t nothing they could do. I know to go directly through the hotel paying top dollar for mediocre is insane

I didnt like that she told my daughter she would get electrocuted if she got near the pool because their pool had been down for over a month. She could have just said the pool is out of service. The situation of all was their bed was so uncomfortable we couldnt sleep from having so much discomfort of the bed. I got the hotel room simply for needing a night's rest from an all day softball tournament and didnt want to drive back hours home from being tired. I could feel the medal springs in the bed! If it wasnt for that I could have let the rest go and let it be. Definitely won't try this hotel at this area again in risk of getting the same room with the same bed. I cant speak on all of their beds because I simply wasn't in any other rooms but I promise that was the worst! Definitely not worth the price either!

Breakfast was fresh & convenient for our busy schedule & the staff kept things well stocked & tables clean & ready for guests!

I booked here so the kids could swim on our trip. The pool was closed. They should let you know.

This was my first visit to the hotel and I love the staff and overall the cleanliness of the hotel and proffesionalism of all the staff members. I will definitely come back and stay there again the next time I am in town

Nowhere on the site does it say how much you will be charged for a pet. We were there because I had to get to my daughter because of a ice storm in Tennessee. She had a baby and was in the hospital. We had our dog and was there 12 hrs and was charged $75. Not again. My socks were black from the floor.

I reserved the room with the understanding I would be bringing one cat. I am only actually using the room tonight and did not bring the cat. They charged me 50 dollars tonight even though the cat never came with me. I am in a King bdrm. Haven't slept in the bed yet but the lounge chair in the room is very comfortable. Since the cat was never in the hotel, I don't want to pay a cat fee. What can I do? Being charged a cat fee when the cat did not come with me to the hotel. My home is without power and I would like to extend my stay for additional days. I am fine with paying a cat fee BUT only if the cat stays in the hotel with me. The hotel booking system is down tonight so I may have to check on that tomorrow. Can you help?

Floor in the bathroom was dirty. Dirty cleaning cloths in bathroom. Charged $75 pet fee for one night stay that was not stated in the listing.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. It was nice to come home after a long day of work and being in a peaceful quiet environment. Only small complaint was the mattresses were not that comfortable, but that just could be me used to my own..

I enjoyed the clean and beautiful room. Staff was friendly and helpful being able to access shopping.

It was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was great for our needs-close the restaurants and family. We appreciate how dog friendly they were. The beds were too hard for our liking. The pillows were too squishy and didn’t hold your head up.

The laundry on 3rd floor was very much appreciated as we had to extend our stay. It was. a pleasant surprise to have it available. Staff and manager were great!! We will stay again when we return. The privacy door hanger kept falling off whenever we opened the door.

Great location. Kind staff. Clean and comfortable bed. We were placed in a room 1st floor at the end of the hall. There needs to be more sound proofing. All night we could hear the exit door open and close. The room next to us the couple doing what they were doing. It was a rough stay as far as the noise. Also anyone standing outside of the exit smoking, it drifted right into our room. The room also had a very musty odor.

The breakfast was scarce and they didn't refill the hot pans quickly. The eggs omelets were empty for a long time and people were just hanging out to wait for them because that was the main protein. Also I was disappointed that there was no microwave in my room.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff is friendly. Everything is updated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The elevators are quick. There are carts to bring your bags from your car to your room. The free hot breakfast was good and had several options. There is plenty of parking and it’s close to many stores and restaurants.

The stay was really nice, except for the pillows on the bed. The pillows were horrible.

This is a great hotel. The breakfast variety is great, and the rooms are clean. Air conditioning worked and the shower drained. The only problem we had was the water and coffee station did not always have replenished, hot beverages like we’ve seen at other hotels before. Otherwise, everything was great.

I was happy with my room. The breakfast wasn’t that good. No restaurant or bar. One of the elevators was out of order.

Everything was really, really clean and nice! The only thing I’d say is our particular bed had a large hard lump that made it hard to sleep. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area, and just hope for a better bed!

Nauseating chemical smell in both elevators.

Just two complaints; the chlorine odor from the indoor pool was a bit overwhelming when entering he property, especially through the back door where there is plenty of parking. Second unfortunately another odor complaint was the room. As much as it was clean, it had a musty smell as soon as you opened the door. Also, I didn’t realize that house keeping came every other day. I missed having the bed made when I stay at a hotel.

There was no alternate option as to how to get luggage and belongings from higher floors to our car other than make many trips up and down stairs, in the end making us late for our engagement that we had come in town for.

It was a wonderful 3 day vacation. Clean and quiet room. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast had a wide range of options for all kinds of dietary needs. Pool & exercise rooms were in excellent shape and SUPER clean. The hotel is within a short walk to an outdoor mall with lots of great restaurants. The perfect place for a quick getaway😀

The stay was great! The pool was warm and there were warm towels ready each time we got out of the pool! The rooms were clean beds were comfy enough and breakfast was nice too. Coffee was excellent as well! Nice little welcome packages was a nice touch as well! We will be back soon!

1. Convenient location for what we planned to do. 2. Easy check-in and check-out 3. Plenty of towels! Most hotels do not provide as many. Negative 1. Bed was uncomfortable 2. The bedding (sheets and comforter) was uncomfortable - the comforter was textured and not in a good way. The texture was rough and the sheets were scratchy. Overall poor nights sleep. :( Disappointing for the Hilton chain.

My son who is special newas so excited about the beautiful indoor swimming area . There was some maintenance That needed to be done But because it was Easter They were so good to us and went ahead and opened the pool which made my son so happy.. He does not really play any sort of games or have any siblings so swimming means the world to him which I let the hotel staff know and they made it happen and I'm so grateful for the staff that was working Sunday morning. The rooms were extremely clean And the hotel was quiet overall and I will definitely be back. The staff that was working there that Easter day definitely deserves a raise!
