    The room was very clean. The bed was very very comfortable. We were very tired so a good find! Breakfast was good and everything that they offered was in stock as far as I could tell. I'd stay here again. Nothing really jumps out at me. This was an overall good stay

    It smelt so musty, it was dirty,dusty, tv couldn't turn up to even hear it.. Bed didn't fit on base on front big gape that hurt trying to avoid if you hit it, then top bed big crack that the tiny couch pillows supposed be bed pillows would fall down into not true head board was a board across the. photo on top it. The couch was dirty chair stains wall doors dirty floors couldn't see to looking at feet how dirty they got. Toilet was only thing looked clean and shower curtain in bathroom. Coffee pot even if had cups which didn't only one lid with blue gel all over it looked so awful then I don't really use but the hair dryer had makeup dirty something all over it. I've stayed in lot places but this was one of the uncleaned one smelled so bad it stuck to us on our clothes all we smelt to change took a shower...

    After my stay,hotel staff kamar accused me of stealing a microwave and threatened police involvement, even though there was no microwave in my room when I arrived. Hours later, he admitted maintenance had removed it before my stay. falsely accused!!!!

    Staff was very nice it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a cheap hotel but the room wasn’t clean at all, sheets/blankets and towels all had stains and burn holes. Mirrors were disgusting and floors weren’t even swept I wouldn’t stay here again.

    I was very disappointed and the room was just disgusting! dirty curtains hair everywhere the sheets and comforter had burnt holes in them the shower did not drain well. I was standing in water trying to take a shower also the day before I called ahead to see if an early check-in would be okay I was told by Ken that as long as there was availability that it would be okay. when I finally got here they told me that we couldn't do an early check-in at all. Staff was unapologetic. Overall dissatisfied

    The air conditioner made a very loud noise when it kicked on. I couldn't sleep with it running. The refrigerator had a terrible odor, so I didn't open it after the first time. The whole room had a strange odor when I arrived. The gym is a joke with limited equipment.

    And they started cleaning rooms at 9:am not giving travelers a chance to wake up the house keepers could not speak English and when I told them to give us 10 minutes then they can come in and clean they did not in the 7 day stay they only cleaned twice The continental breakfast sucked only was open short time there was nothing but cereal and pancakes to choose from and slices of bread I felt it was very rushed hotel and did not enjoy it at all

    Floor was dirty and sticky, breakfast was supposed to be continental, cereal, waffles and some bread. I spoke to staff members one about the breakfast he was fairly polite, the second when I checked out, his demeanor was rude, as if bringing my key to the desk at checkout was an inconvenience to him. Pretty dissatisfied with this location.

    If you're looking for a value for your money, then this place is for you. We enjoyed our stay with no real problems. Hotel is located in respectable area and the location is well-lit with plenty of parking. Rooms are clean and have been recently upgraded/modernized. There are many convenient restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance). Hotel is located right off of I-40 (go east for some upscale dining/shopping or west towards Nashville and the Broadway strip - a renowned entertainment district, or "Honky Tonk Highway," featuring 24/7 live music, iconic neon-lit bars, and historical sites. The hotel staff were very courteous, attentive and helpful. The complimentary continental BF is very basic (cereal/toast), no frills and no real hot food except mini waffles/instant oatmeal. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the areas.

    Stopped as an impromptu side quest on the way from Louisville KY back home. Arrived and asked qhere nearby could we get some Nashville hot chicken and had no idea what we were talking about. Get to room and didnt look horrible at first. One of the two beds had burn holes in the blanket and sheets but thankfully the beds were comfortable. Hair everywhere and it definitely didnt belong to us. Breakfast was a joke. Somw muffins and fruit. You could make a waffle and get coffee. Advertised as having indoor pool but its an indoor/outdoor so off season no pool. Would not stay again

    First room smelt like cat piss. We got a different room. The second room had blood on the walls and a needle and string in the bathroom. Floors were not swept. Finger prints all over the mirrors. Did not clean between people staying. Pool was not clean and not available for use. Very disappointed with our stay.

    The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The bed was comfortable even though we slept in our clothes and shoes on top of the blankets. It was disgustingly dirty. I took pictures of how gross the walls were. We didn’t take out shoes off because everything stuck to the floors. The bathroom was gross. The grounds were dirty.

    I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.The staff was very friendly and professional.Especially bipin at the Front desk the rooms were very spacious and clean. Had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was huge and worked great.     Room was designated as non smoking. But, had been had heavy smoking. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Held in place with a black cord. I took a photo of this and also complained to the motel staff. Adjust my bill.

    The floor, which was linoleum, could have used a better sweeping. The bath fixtures were clean and rest of the room was clean. We got fresh towels everyday, which was nice. The breakfast was very basic, but I was okay with what was offered. In the fitness room the only cardio equipment that was functioning properly was the treadmill. Recumbent bike had no plug, so could not do any of the programs. Rowing machine broken. Only 2 pieces of strength machines. They looked more like home models, not gym quality. I did not try them.

    The bathroom entry was wayyyy small AND the door dragged on the floor .,. This made it extremely difficult for me to manage with a broken leg as I couldn’t get into the bathroom. Early the next morning - approx 0600 AM, the rescue dogs were dropped off to us at the hotel. When we checked out - I had them with me and explained that they had been dropped off that morning. The clerk gave me the receipt and we started our 12hour drive home. I checked the receipt and put it away. About 2-3hours later I received an alert from my AX card. THE HOTEL HAD GONE BACK AND CHARGED ME $25 FOR EACH RESCUE PUP!!! They didn’t even spend the night!! They were dropped off, we checked out and left. ALSO NOTE - the website states $15 pet charge NOT $25 …..

    Other than the fact that the indoor pool is not in order, there was no cable or wifi, and the clerk laughed at me when I asked about it... The truly troublesome part was someone walking into our room in the middle of the night while myself and children were asleep. I jumped up to find out who and what it was about and they were gone. When I said "hello?" when they first opened the door, it appeared to be the same clerk but he ran off before I could make contact. We left as soon as my children woke, and the next morning's clerk didn't have an explanation to provide about the invasion of privacy. They also denied my request for a refund. I just want people to know the potential for strange things to happen at this place.

    The first room was a smoking room even though I booked a nonsmoking room and the property is listed as a nonsmoking hotel on this App. The second room was disgusting, dirty, holes in the bedspread, rusty fridge, broken cabinets in the kitchenette and the worst food smell I’ve ever smelt, the hvac unit made this extremely loud noise every 60 seconds. Ken the hotel attendant was so apologetic and gave us a full refund for our stay. The bad part was it was almost midnight because our plane was delayed and we had an extremely hard time finding another hotel. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, even with the low price per night.

    We were given a room 215 that smelled, had no working rv or outlets. Ir was given to another man 1 hr before us and he asked to move too. I met the guy in the breakfast area, which also sucked. Muffins and white toast???? No peanut butter or yogurt. Everyone in there complaines. I definitely should get a refund.

    They have an indoor pool, which was the whole reason I booked the hotel and we get there and it's closed for the season. If I had known that I definitely would have booked elsewhere. Then the free breakfast was nothing more than waffles, cereal, and toast. Orange juice machine wasn't working.

    Thw breakfast was very lacking in comparison to what a super 8 normally provides. We were trying ro sace some money as we only needed a place foe the night and wanted a place to swim for an hour or so, but we would have been much better off anywhere else. The front desk staff was rude and did not care to assist us at all. I have never left a poor review for a hotel before, but this one was terrible.

    Very poor lighting in the room I'm staying in. Needs a lamp or two to be comfortable. Also, there is access to only one electrical plug and it is in the corner of the room and it is hard to get to. It also seems strange that the microwave and the mini fridge are located in the bathroom.

    Place is clean and the staff is freindly enough. It's cheap for the Nashville area. Yet they do advertise a pool and the indoor pool is not functioning. The exercise room has equipment that is broken. They show pictures of both of these, which is kind of false advertising. I didn't make a big deal about it, eventhough I swim athletically. Again, the price is cheap, so lower your expectations. This includes breakfast. Super basic. And the microwave barely works. Honestly, I won't be returning, but it got the job done. Clean room, with a comfy bed. But I'll shop around next time I'm in Nashville. A bonus for me is it's promimity to the running trails at the Lake a couple of miles away. Wonderful place to run, bike, walk, etc.

    It was a perfect up the road to where we would be spending majority of our day at the waterpark as hotel was clean they were pleasant. They offered a simple continental breakfast, but I think next year I’m gonna stay at the waterpark Nashville called Nashville waterpark or whatever I was gonna stay there this year but We’re only staying for like one day so it’s just a little expensive for one day but I think I’m gonna do a whole weekend if I can next spring or summer my girls love to swim and it’s an awesome little park and I think that they would really enjoy a loft cabin and grandma cooking breakfast for him Hopefully, I’ll see some of you there. It’s a great part that coming from a New Yorker that only visits her grandchildren. Next time I come down that’s my third time going there so it’s a good waterpark. I’m glad you guys have it.

    We have repaid on the home and staying the only major complaint is the tv for the price of the room. Its Dish Network but if it begins to lightly mist rain the Satellite goes out claiming Inclement. I could understand if it were a heavy storm but it could be absolutely nothing but mist and no tv. And one evening the power went out and it went completely black and we couldn’t see anything. I nearly broke my neck and had to say in bed except to pre until they fixed it about an hour and it was hot that night. Ouch. I needed James Garner!

    We had a nonsmoking room but the whole room smelled like smoke. The beds were hard as a rock. The pool was disgusting. It had so many dead bugs floating in it. It was cloudy and you couldn't see the bottom. It did not feel like a safe area.

    When I arrived there was a pest control gentleman leaving the property. I was told that my mothers state if and my 5 school ideas would not let us into the property. The front desk was rude and not willing to work with us. She simply cancelled the reservation. There was a gentleman in line behind me and they did the same to him because he ended up at the hotel we found (luckily) after driving 5.5 hours. There was no one at the property and it seemed dirty and not taken care of. A real disappointment.

    The room smelled horrible. The tub had mold around the edges. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly it had hairs left on it. The environment was very noisy and breakfast was horrible.

    The reason we decided to stay at this hotel was the indoor pool… which was empty. This issue should have been mentioned in the reservation… because of a change in plans our children did not come with us, so it was just the adults that were disappointed!!

    As soon as we were checking in I was shocked to find out that even the indoor section of the pool was closed. It did NOT state online that it wouldn’t be open until after memorial day. Then we find out the elevator is broken, however the man checking me in let the woman before me use it. I would also like to state their wi-fi didn’t work, the television didn’t work. As soon as I stepped into the room you you could immediately tell it wasn’t cleaned properly. There were opened containers of sugar packets, ect. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. The increasing list goes on and on. I would not recommend staying here, at all! The breakfast was lousy to say the least. Toast, a waffle maker with no syrup, hot orange and apple juice. Two cereal options and that wraps up breakfast.

    This is a decent, basic hotel. The rooms have exterior entrances, so it can be very noisy-traffic, other guests, elevator door dings, etc. The management was very friendly and responsive to issues.

    There was roaches everywhere . When I went to front desk there response was what’s wrong with that. They told me they could not refund or switch rooms and I needed to contact manager in the morning. We left and slept in our car. When I contacted manager in the morning manager would not talk to me and told the person on the phone to tell me they could not do nothing.

    Lets start with there indoor heated pool was not open and looked like it had not been filled in over a year. The breakfast the first day we were Easter Sunday had bread, waffles, cereal, and muffins. Monday had no breakfast, Tuesday had very little cereal and wheat bread, Wednesday had bread and apples. When a listing says breakfast you expect breakfast because you are paying to stay there. The rooms were average and not clean but not dirty. In order to use the light in the bathroom you had to keep reseting the outlet next to the sink. On Wednesday when loading up our cars housekeeping deactivated our room keys at almost 9am when checkout is at 11am. Luckily someone was in the room to open the door so we could get the rest of our things. Overall the description makes this out to be a great place to stay but it is not worth the money. They need to change description of what they offer. Will not stay here again.

    Absolutely awful, check in rude staff, was not allowed to have wash clothes, pool was not open, breakfast was disgusting black mold in the apple juice. Check out staff was better. I am appalled by the stay.

    Everything was very clean, the bed very comfy and the towels good quality. The hotel is close to food and shopping and right off the interstate. Breakfast options kind of slim. There was a big cigarette burn in the mattress cover, I would throw that out. But the front desk staff was very kind and friendly, would definitely stay again.

    Very good staff --- Thanks Sharon The Breakfast offering was Very Light (coffee, juice, cold cereal and waffle maker) but To my wife Delight and my Great Surprise the muffin size hot waffles were EXCELLENT and I hate waffles but these were very very GOOD. Nothing against this Super 8 but Nashville's evening rush hour traffic is beyond terrible, the worst I've experienced with vastly more simi's that cars on the connecting express, and the connecting ways that GPS lead us on to get around Nashville. Our room was really quiet considering the you could see the express way from the parking lot. Oh- if you get a room on the 2nd level just drive around back as you can just park and walk in the at 2nd level.

    We chose this property because it has an indoor pool. When you think indoor pool, you automatically think it will be open year round. The pool here is not it is seasonal. Im guessing due to the outdoor pool being connected, I didnt quite understand why. So if you are booking because of an indoor pool make sure you call ahead to make sure its open first. Because it wasnt we ultately chose to stay else where.

    The first room had a broken door lock so i had to switch rooms. The second room had roaches. And neither of the ice machines on either floor worked. I had to leave the property for ice. Just wish the experience would have been a little better.

    This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I picked this location due to the indoor pool that was green and stagnant. There was vomit on the stairwell that stayed there all three days I was there. The breakfast was awful. There was only cold cereal or waffles, that was it.Thak goodness I brought my own soap and shampoo, because there was very little items or towels.

    My husband & I stayed 3 days, from Wed - Sat. On Thurs., I asked for a yogurt, the front desk clerk said:" It's Thanksgiving holiday, we can't do anything". On Friday & Saturday, I called front desk to ask for yogurt in the breakfast area. "We're out of yogurt"! (Just a friendly suggestion: to have a variety for breakfast, please offer a menu like Mon/Wed/Fri only waffle mix & Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun have a pot of hot oatmeal or hard boiled eggs. The whole stay was just coffee, juice, ready-mix oatmeal which is too sweet, milk. It would have been better if an extra staff can plan a meal like alternate to apples have some bananas or oranges every other day instead of only apples all week long. A hot oatmeal of a pot in the morning can have a pleasant greetings for guests esp. cold months of winter & we don't have to use microwave oven to heat a ready-mix, it's like a home away from home, just a simple hot oatmeal , one pot would be a big difference.     Staff is very rude except evening american front desk lady. Long black hairs all over bathroom. Housekeeping told to clean came in and did absolutely nothing. Made me change rooms. Key stopped working everyday. I was over charged.

    It took the very kind overnight worker several phone calls to the owners personal phone before anyone in management even responded. She used every electronic option available and tried every old-school, metal key at her disposal. I was outside of my room for over an hour not only frustrated but trying to figure out what I would do if I couldn't get into my room Management would not speak to me Monday night, and the staff during the day told me all I could do was leave a note that they would send along. I've asked about some compensation but will be stopping payment on my credit card due to their lack of any response.

    Stayed here for a softball tournament. Picked the property for the indoor pool, breakfast and closeness to the fields. It was 65 degrees outside when we arrived and was immediately told the pool was closed due to the temperature outside. When i asked what that had to do with the "indoor" pool, I was told its only half indoors. The pool had a transition to the outside pool. The free breakfast consists of waffles that stick to the iron when you cook them, some oatmeal, cereals and juice. Our room come with used toilet paper in he toilet, dirty bed covers and mold on the shower curtain. The room was musty and the air conditioner made it stink worse.

    Went to check in the lady was rude, went up to out room the smoke alarm was going off and the room and the sheets were dirty. Went to check on the indoor out door pool, found out it has been closed for a long while, never stayed that, and never removed the pool on the search. Told the lady we were leaving after 20 min, she tried to charge us for the complete night. Run away fast. Thanks to hotels.com i did receive a full refund.

    Bugs! There was an earwig bug in the bed. Pools were closed down, cig burns on all the blankets, remote didn't work, (batteries held in with scotch tape). The entrance road is not marked, hard to access. Best thing about it is the waffle house in walking distance.

    They was no hot water in the shower. The air conditioning didn’t work. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. When I talk to the hotel about it they wouldn’t believe us. It was the third time I talk to them they finally sent someone the next day. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there.

    Only problem we seemed to have was the AC did not seem to work well. The room was very humid and remained very humid throughout the entirety of our stay. Aside from that, we were pretty comfortable. Breakfast is a classic minimalist breakfast as well, so not very impressed with that either.

    It was clean, there is a taco bell and a waffle house on the opposite sides of the driveway entrace. It had diectv and the pool was not functioning. The breakfast was minimal, and the batroom light burned outt, but they replaced it during the maid service. It was peaceful. No outside troubles.

    Breakfast could be better than it was and the pool was needing some cleaning. They were sanding metal the week of our visit and they did not post anything I had small metal shavings on my car and needed to get it sprayed off the pool was very dirty both times we were in it would be be a bad hotel if staff were a bit friendlier and breakfast have a better choice then just juice and muffins

    The indoor pool was closed. It's was reasonably clean. The continental breakfast was waffles apples and cereal. We had no hot water, when I complained the manager said he would check it. His tone and attitude was not nice or helpful. When I got back to the room after 7 hours of visiting my mother in law who is at Sarah Cannon Cancer Center all I wanted was a hot shower and no hot water. The very nice lady at the front desk let me change rooms. I don't understand why the manager didn't offer to change rooms for me. The photos of the property are completely inaccurate. So I guess it's ok for Expedia and Super 8 by Wyndham to just let anyone be franchise owners and listers on Expedia. So thanks for a crappy experience at an already very stressful and hard time. Mother in law dying in the hospital.

    Bed bugs room 109, also the people that work there, whole family loves there. One of the male fam members pecked, knocked and left note under my door. (Saw him out of peephole) it’s me and my husband staying at the hotel and this dude leaves note saying I’m beautiful and he would give anything, no matter how much to be with me for one night and left his phone number. Also I had the typical morni by lunch dinner bed bug bites on me. I didn’t call the hotel to complain bc there’s no point. They will do nothing.

    When arrived there was renovations being done and everything covered and people working had their children in front of the door, in and out. Wasn't told or informed that this was being renovated, which would have been nice to know. Breakfast cold cereal, orange juice watery, apple juice didn't taste like apple juice, no one come in to clean or restock the dining area.

    Front desk was helpful in person! The room was clean on arrival and during stay- cleaning was done daily. Employees were helpful in keeping needed supplies and getting a hair dryer, which is not in room! The breakfast was complimentary and daily! Basic breakfast and coffee. Very close to our destination which was Hermitage golf course. Parking was close to room- Veteran’s parking spot available! Overall- good, in my opinion!

    a few dirty spots in corners and under bed but not in any important areas you use.. only bad thing I can say is the elevator was super hot (no ac in it)and breakfast was not enough for fully booked hotel and not many choices.. but I would definitely recommend it .. and so thankful they still offer clean smoking rooms

    It’s a decent hotel, from desk was very friendly. This hotel could get better reviews if they just cleaned better. Mold in shower, one burn hole on bedding. I was just passing through with my dog for one night so I’m not upset, but a little disappointed. Dog charge was $20, not bad. Good location, right off 40.

    It was great my only complaint would be the people next door had an extremely bad cough both of them and the people above us at certain times it sounded like they were stomping on the floor on purpose. Neither of these were fauiof the hotel. And as I am a smoker I didn't realize smoking rooms were available however I got reminded when I opened the door it smelt like a cigarette and again being a smoker I didn't smell it again you just might want to address that for future customers. I needed to have a late checkout so I went to the front desk to ask if they provided that and the cost. The lady at the front desk was super nice and told me yes and there was no charge
