I don't like being charged $12 per day to park at a hotel in the suburbs where there is plenty of parking. This isn't in the middle of a city where parking is an issue.

Hotel manager was so accommodating he allowed us to check in 4 hours early after a very long flight. He made sure we had plenty of coffee for our room and bottles of water and a nice clean space so we could rest. The bar was nice and so was breakfast. The hot tub was nice and hot. All of the staff was kind and helpful I would def stay there again.

Terrible check-in experience on May 10th at 9 PM. The staff member was blatantly disrespectful. He ignored my questions, made visible faces of annoyance, and made us feel like a burden rather than paying guests. We were with kids, and his cold attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I expected much better service from this establishment.

The overall appearance and condition of the hotel was great. It's well kept and clean. The suite king bed with sofa that we stayed in was huge, plenty of wiggle room, and wheelchair accessible. Either the hotel was no where near fully booked or the guests stayed in their rooms or was out and about. I maybe saw 4 people in the hallways and lobby during two nights weekend stay. My two kids and I pretty much had the swimming pool and hot tub to ourselves during our early evening swim 2 days straight. There was 1 couple that used the hot tub on our first go. The staff is freindly and attentive. Didn't try any beverages or food from the in-house cafe as there are plenty of food within close distance from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had 2 big smart TV's with Netflix and Youtube as well as other free programs. My only complaint was the response time for both TVs was laggy and would freeze at times which was very frustrating. I guess Enseo brand TV's are not very good. Such a waste! You have a nice room, but the TVs sucked. Even my 10 year old son complainted about it. The room seemed to have a wifi booster, which helped with wifi strength on our cellphones and tablets so that was most excellent. The room had plenty of lights to brighten up the room. Plenty of plugs and USB charging areas which is a plus. Overall, our stay was good. Would have been superb hadn't been for the bad TV expereince. Also parking is not free. How'd I miss this at booking?

The room was clean, but the Carpet needed vacuumed. Carpet in the halls looked dirty or maybe just old, not what we have become accustom to at a Marriott. Then when I tried to find a couple bottles of water for my wife, they tried to charge me $10?? For what is usually complementary at other Hotels.

Very impressed with the room, clean, nice king bed with an updated look for the hotel having an older appearance on the outside. Check in was simple and the staff was very friendly.

We liked the property. Close to anything needed. But charged $12 per day for parking fee that should have been included in our stay. I honestly can't believe that parking would not be included with reservations. I'm absolutely blown away. Will not stay here again and will pay closer attention to expectations for this with future hotels. Literally we only had one car.

Paying the extra for breakfast was worth the value; not a lot of options but still worth it! The sofa bed barely fit my semi-tall 12 year old too small for my family of 4. Wefelt on top of each other.

Went to check in and they said Expedia oversold the room type and we had to have a different smaller room. We were tired so just went with it until we saw the room which had hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor which was never mopped and the sink. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and worked under this mgmt company. This hotel needs upgrades and much better housekeeping practices. Front desk was very helpful and got us another room as well as offered various comp items which I declined, but based on other reviews this property needs better mgmt.

They charge for parking. Who charges for parking? Was very irritated about this extra hidden fee. Won't stay there again because of it.

I was disappointed for the breakfast, I didn’t realize we’d have to order from the Starbucks cafe. We got breakfast sandwiches, they were fine.. I did order a white mocha with oat milk, I believe they used regular. Whoops.

The trash by the side door was left piling up for several days, which was unpleasant. We stayed for eleven nights, and our room was cleaned only once—only because we insisted on it. At checkout, despite the front desk confirming that we could stay until 12:30, the cleaning supervisor was extremely pushy and rushed us to leave. One of the cleaning staff even said, “I have to go home, I’m not going to wait here”, in a rude and disrespectful manner. While the reception team left a good impression, the housekeeping service and attitude were disappointing and made the stay far less enjoyable than it could have been.

Young man at front desk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We found the room design and furniture quite functional. Enjoyed a rolling pull out desk for extra space when needed. Pool was clean but small and felt crowded when just one other family was in there. We did not purchase breakfast or any other food from the restaurant but did purchase 1 soda and 1 gaterade from the hotel "store" for $10. Recommend bringing your own beverages. In all, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room, staff and location were all great but didn't appreciate $12 parking fee. First time I have seen that other than a downtown garage property. Extra fees like that drive people to other competitors.

They need to check and wash all the bed sheets I couldn’t sleep of how itchy bed sheets were.

At check in hotel said they had received reservation but no payment or payment info. After some texting with hotel.com agent the situation was resolved over the phone with hotel in about 30 minutes. I was not the only guest having this problem. Hot tub was broken and card keys would only work after about 20 tries which is inconvenient. Nice place - very helpful staff - I will continue to stay here when in the area.

We reserved the ADA room. It was supposed to have a sofa bed. When we arrived there was no sofa bed. Upon inquiring with the front desk we were told ADA rooms do not have sofa beds. We asked for a rollaway bed and received one. We were given 3 washcloths, hand towels and bath towels. We asked for more and were told they are changed out every 3 days. We did receive additional clean towels.

This was a great hotel. Pool, hot tub, BBQs. Staff always cleaning.

Everything was nice. Would stay again for sure. I only wish that the indooor pool was better ventilated, the smell of chlorine was very strong and irritated my lungs after an extended stay.

We had four people traveling with us, but they only gave us one king bed and one twin bed, which was not enough for four people, and one ended up on the floor on the twin sofa cushion. It was very uncomfortable for that person. When you turned on the faucet to anything other than far right cold, it was scolding hot, and when it was far right cold, the water barely came out. When we went to the pool, we had to go to the front desk first because they had no towel supplied at the pool. They were good about ringing towels when asked but very annoying that we had to. This location definitely has somethings to think about.

The hotel was clean, modern and well cared for. We especially appreciated the bathroom shower that was easy and sage for my wife who has mobility problems. The staff was also friendly and more than willing to assist us in any way possible.

We have stayed here before and its always good even tbough a little dated facility wise.

We did a stay cation girls night for a mother daught thing and picked to stay due to the pool, we got there and pool was closed. I asked for a discounr because thats why we were staying there. They told me no and said i could use the pool down the street or not stay. Obviously my 8 year old wanted to stay, but getting in our swim styff and driving to some random other hotel was not practical. Front desk gal was rude and our door was broken.

Tucked away but also minutes from shopping and eating. The room was quiet from external noise. However, within the hotel there was a bit of disturbance from activity in the halls and rooms above or below. Felt very safe. The rooms were nice and clean, but our bathroom needed some repair and finish work. Staff was professional, but not super personable. The lobby was a great resources for cold/hot water, coffee, and food for purchase. It also had a business center for computing and printing needs. Very convenient overall. We would stay there again for the value.

We've stayed at this property several times, but this time wasn't very good. Unfortunately the fire alarm battery low in our room aroun 3:45am and started beeping and we were unable to sleep. No falt of anyone! I wentbto the ront desk when i took my husband to his appointment to let them know about the fire arlm. Someone from maintenance was in the room in less than 5 minnuts and took care of it. So I asked for a late check out so I could get a bit more rest before my husband and I left the property for our 6 hour drive to the sothern Oregon coast. I came back and lied down, and around 10 am someone in the house keeping department came knocking on the door and said check out was noon. I mentioned we had a late check out for 1:30. She said she didnt have that information and said check out was at noon and turned around and walked away. She was extremely rude. This hotel and most of the staff are wonderful and i do recommend this property. Unfortunately this particular day was not a good for us.

I think the Marriot policy to charge for parking when the whole area is only accessible by car and is surrounded by parking lots is ridiculous.

Our bed was hard, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, No free breakfast, the Hottub was gross and the pool was too cold, the signs pointing to ice machines lead you on a wild goose chase. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Staff knocked at my door when it was time to check out saying he was housekeeping. He was not housekeeping he was someone from the office asking if we were going to stay longer.

Overall we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. On the cons side, the bathroom door would not shut all the way, there was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper, and the hotel charged for parking, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The per night parking fee is high enough that had we known we would have probably selected a different hotel. The listing on here needs to specify that there is a charge for parking. It’s really is just a ridiculous way to charge people more since this hotel is no where near downtown or the airport and anyone staying here would obviously have a be driving. Plus they have tons of parking spots so it’s not even a limited space issue. It’s a tacky fee and the person who checked us in never mentioned it. I just got a charge in my email when I checked out.

I cannot believe this is a Marriott hotel! First let me start off by saying that we were greeted very well at check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But once we got to the room I was absolutely disgusted. I am not normally a really picky girl when it comes to hotel rooms. We were only there to sleep and then back to our travels the next day but the room was disgusting. This hotel was the most expensive out of the 3 that we booked on our trip and by FAR the filthiest! The shower doors were very dirty with soap scum.The bathroom shower had big black LONG hair in two different spots on the floor. The hair continued in the corner of the bathroom tiles. These weren't like little hairs that maybe got missed by a broom and a mop, these were very long hairs. There was hair in the sink of the bathroom and there was a BIG patch of mold in the upper corner of the ceiling. All of these problems were in the bathroom. One of the places that should be the cleanest. Also, they tell you that breakfast is from 7-10, but be prepared to order and pay. It is not complimentary. They do have complimentary coffee, but no creamer. If you are a coffee drinker, hope you like half and half because that is all they have. There was a lady at the desk when we were checking out trying to get a room and it was mostly full and I ALMOST told her not to bother, stay somewhere else. I have been told my locals that the Holiday Inn Express is very clean!

The negative. The property needs some updating, it is showing it's age. It is nothing terrible but there is obvious wear in the rooms and around the property. But in conclusion, this is a very good hotel.

It was very quiet place to stay few days also very nice and beautiful neighborhood. We didn’t like the breakfast option at all. Also the bad side of all was our room wasn’t clean probably. We found old box of donuts under the bed, it was really bad. I told the receptionist to inform their team.

This was a nice area. The room and hotel looked clean and inviting. The only thing I wish it would have had was breakfast included. They only had a small bistro that you had to pay for.

Everyone was super helpful. We LOVED the grill, courtyard, and pool/hot tub. When our family visited, the staff CONTINUED to be friendly and helpful to them. They stored our food in their refrigerator and freezer for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. We also made use of the onsite laundry facilities. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Very comfortable place to land and spend a week.

Property security, i didnt like carelessness of taking ownership of the personal in charge of cleaning the rooms or the manager in charge no following order from the front desk when i complaint of my room no being clean for 4 days of my stay. I have pic of dirty towels being left in the hallway outside the door of the storage cleaning room. Stinky mold dew smell iside the room .i have to use an ir freshener.

I would stay here again if it weren't for the 12$ a day for parking. I can't fathom why this location in the suburbs, near no major businesses feels the need to charge for parking. I can find several hotels nearby that have free parking for my next visit. If you don't mind paying then stay here its clean and comfortable.
