The place was a poorly maintained dump. Time to sell or spend money.

location was good. The people staying/living there were very loud all night long. room was very worn out and kind of dirty, guest phone did not work and toilet stopped flushing. I only stayed 2 nights but paid for 3 nights.I want my money back for the for the 3rd night. The place is disgusting and scary at night. The hotel had a person overdose the morning I checked out.

The property looks nice so does the inside of the building. Went to my room key card would not work had to go back multiple times to have them retry it. Ended up getting a room that was further away from where I originally was supposed to be staying. Several lights in my room did not work. Had somebody upstairs that was vacuuming at midnight so it made it hard to sleep. The upside on hotels.com the app the price was good. Would stay there again because of the price but would like to see some of the issues fixed. I would definitely stare again because the pricing is pretty good on the app.

By far the worst room, I have ever seen.

There was no ice on any of the floors, the vending machines were out of order ,the security was bad they put a rock in front of a side exit so many people could come and go all night long.

Had to walk through sprinklers. The rooms (granddaughers had a separate room) were not acceptable and we did not stay. I am still trying to get a refund. I will not go through a 3rd party ever again for a stay in a hotel.

Room smelled like dogs. Floor was dirty. No amenities in the room, not even a bar of soap.

Location was great. Walking distance to shopping and the hospital. Kitchenette and desk area was nice. Room smelled like dogs. Floor was dirty. No amenities in the room, not even a bar of soap.

My room had sticky drink circles all over the furniture and the bathtubshower didn't work. I had to fill up the bathroom sink and use washcloths to wash. There was either blood or dark colored food stains on the curtains and the floor had not been swept.

Todo bien, solo no teníamos shampoo y cosas para el baño

Ice maker didn't work. Light bulbs were burned out in room. Room keys didn't open door in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room needed attention such as a burned out bathroom light and a working shower. The only thing available in the bathroom was a blow dryer, towels and a small bar of soap. The company needs to invest more into room renovations. The staff though could not be more considerate

How close it was to our family.. We didn't have silverware, or anything to cook or drink out of without calling the front desk. They should already have these things in the rooms.

It's not what you expect, broken things in the room The fire alarm was activated when I was supposed to be sleeping to work the next day, no one offered an apology on behalf of the hotel, apart from the scare that smelled of burning

Front desk was kind and welcoming. Lots of parking. Regrettably I thought they had a lounge or pool but it’s on me for not doing the research.
- 3/5
Front desk was kind and helpful. The bright spot of our visit. We had a busy two days so didn’t have time to stop and address issues at the front desk. Hotel is dated. Usually that’s okay but it affects the experience - windows were grungy and looked like moisture trapped in between the panes. Curtains looked like they hadnt been washed in a while. Booked for 3 people so of course we need sofa bed. The bed was horrifically uncomfortable - you could feel bars and springs. We had to call down for sheets and pillows. The double beds are meh. It was convenient but a little sus

The room is very dirty. As soon as you walk inside, there is a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet, and the odor fills the whole space. The bed sheets are also extremely dirty, which makes the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. This condition is not acceptable, and it needs immediate attention.

Pet friendly. Dog friendly

Original room was absolutely disgusting. The toilet wasn't clean after it looked someone had explosive diarrhea. The sink had what appeared to be blood stains, the floor was dirty, and the nightstand near the bed had a big, sticky, round, beverage stain.

Pretty nice place would definitely stay there again loved the studio room that I got only issue that I had is on leaving the gal at the front desk was not real friendly kind of treated me more like the hassle than a customer

The room was gross. We checked in, went to room, saw the disgusting condition of the room & went downstairs & asked for a refund. We only seem to have gotten 1 night credit but werent told that. Please refund the rest

after we totaled our car and had to extend our stay, the staff made it very simple and comfortable during a time we were very shook up lack of coffee and the breakfast was not as good as it could have been
- 2/5
2. Breakfast: Every morning, the coffee and cookies run out by around 7:30 AM and are never refilled. 3. On one morning, my room key stopped working. It took over 30 minutes and multiple trips to the reception desk before the issue was resolved. 4. The rooms are poorly maintained—window bottoms are rusted, and the curtains are torn. 5. There is an inadequate number of luggage trolleys available. Every time I had to move my belongings between the car and the room, I was forced to carry everything by hand. 6. Most importantly, the morning-shift reception staff member does not know how to communicate with customers. She was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behavior toward me.

The property was dirty, run down and smelled strongly of pot. The toilet broke and I was given a plunger to fix it myself.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay 👌
- 3/5
They ran out of coffee pots for your room. Clerk had to come twice to show us how to use room key then how to turn on shower. No decaffeinated coffe in lobby and breakfast was basically snacks.
- 4/5
Basic accomodations that did the job with parking. FYI the address is incorrect for this Hotel and it was also sent in the email
- 3/5
I was woken up by the maintenance because they were changing the locks at 730 am and harassed for a hour with him trying to force his way in
- 4/5
friendly staf and nice room plenty of parking
- 1/5
Dirty. Staff often not at front desk. Phone to front desk disconnected. Smells like smoke. Most of equipment in in gym broken. Smelled like smoke. Entrances opened without keys and random people went in and out of hotel at all hours. Loud. Horrible.
- 3/5
The trash room in the hallway was absolutely disgusting and stunk terrible the entire time I was there (room was bottom back two doors down from the dreaded trash stairs.) I cannot believe that is even a thing, trash inside! Way gross.

Awesome staff
- 5/5
Definitely in better shape after they fixed it up. The back door was broken and would not work with the key card. They did not have enough silverware. The help was nice and friendly. All in all it was a good price for a good room. Will stay again.
- 1/5
The door the room was really dirty. I asked them to clean it. They never put attention to me. The microwave was really dirty. The key to enter. I have to go all the time to the front desk because it’s something going on. They were bad or something because they never work so I had to go all the time to the front desk.

Our room wasn’t clean (it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time) and there was mold in our toilet.

Lovely staff great place to stay
- 3/5
Loud base thumping, probably from the parking kit all night intermittently. Was still going at 7am when I got up.
- 4/5
Excellente love the rooms here and the staff
- 4/5
Pros: Staff great, available all the time. Rooms and areas clean. Laundry area was easy and a must. Cons.: The breakfast was full the first day, then everyday has less and less. This was the only thing, I think it should be filled as the first day, I always when early (6:30 to 7:30), it wasn't that I got there at 9:00 to 9:30 am.

Me and my significant other decided to get away for a relaxing weekend. The room was great. Lots of room and love the kitchen in the room. No complaints and we will be back
- 2/5
Room was dirty; lots of bugs; and they had maintenance while I was there where they changed out the beds and got new TVs. When I came back to my hotel room, they brought the new bed in, but didn't make it so on my vacation after a day out I had to come back to my hotel and make my own bed. not really a problem, but on vacation, not ideal at all.

I am requesting a portion of my last four days at the hotel that I booked through Expedia, but paid three on site. The hotel's WIFI wiring was down for almost a week, and I was unable to login to finish very important legal papers I needed to finish. I would have moved from the hotel if it was for the fact that the amount of papers I had were sorted and placed in the room in a specific order and had to be entered online in that order. Not only did the lack of wifi stop me from working on the case, but it also prevented the front desk to be notified of my Expedia payent, and instead of the clerk calling Expedia and requesting confirmation of the payment, the clearl tore off a piece of paper and gave me the direct number to Expedia to GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT. I recorded the conversation, and will use the recording for a lawsuit I'm filing against Extended Stay America if I don't get a full refund of my time spent there during August 2025, specifically 20th-23rd. Plus the hassle and embarrassment of the same clerk calling the police, as if your hotel had won a "judgement' against me and forced me to move out of the hotel. At 71 years old and disabled, this lack of assistance, harassment, fraud, and failure to provide promised services amounts to Elderly Abuse, which is a FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS CRIME. It will be tried in a Federal District Court, and my attorneys will be asking for significant punitive damages, and your clerk and manager may face criminal charges for abuse.

This was my absolute WORST experience in a hotel in my entire life. The hotel its self is not very clean. There were the same pieces of garbage, food and hairballs lining the carpets in the halls the entire time I was there. That wasn’t my breaking point, this was. I came back to the hotel around midnight after a wedding and my key card wasn’t working and I couldn’t access my room. I went to the lobby and the “maintenance” guy tried to open my door with my key and his master key and neither worked. Apparently there were absolutely no other workers there and he refused to call for help. I told him to call someone to open my door and he kept saying he doesn’t have any numbers of the other employees or managers but refused to actually look or do anything. After telling me I could sleep in the LOBBY and gesturing me into a random closet, another hotel guest overheard our ongoing predicament, noticed me almost in tears and terrified at this point, and stepped in. The other hotel guest had to physically use the key card machine and figure out how to make me a card so I could actually get into my room since the worker didn’t want to help. Once I was settled into my room with the help of the amazing guest, it was about 1230-1 am. The maintenance man then decided to come back to my room POUNDING on my door insisting I open it for him. After yelling no and then hysterically crying he finally went away. I feared for my LIFE staying here and I will never return or recommend it.

I booked and paid intermittently, waiting for the wifi to work on.a very important legal project, and the Wifi was down in the office and throughout the hotel. I was told by the 3rd party wifi provider it would be up in 24-72 hours, and that was my second day (aug 18) but the wifi was ought until Friday night, Aug 20. I couldn't finish my project but was prepared to EXTEND MY STAY another week now that the WIFI was working. There is no way to simply say "EXTEND MY STAY" on expedia. I can't find how to book the same room on your website. I literally think I'm being hacked because I need to book from Sat. Aug 23 to August 30. How do I do this, and also make sure this time the hotel GETS THE BOOKING? everything else is great, but it is extremely important that I not mess this project up by moving over 700 already arranged categorized documents until the rest are finished. how do I book through today Sunday, then Sunday go Friday or longer?
- 5/5
Wonderful.
- 4/5
Very nice staff love the location it’s near a few shopping centers, overall had a great experience.
- 3/5
Had to ask for towels daily, which was a bit Annoying. On the last night I lost my key and had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The trash at the end of the stairwell tended to pile up, but was taken care of by the end of the day
- 3/5
Kept finding hair in our room especially in towels.
- 1/5
I’m sorry. But the whole hotel smelled like a dumpster. The only reason we ended up staying is because the bed was clean. Ended up to be hard as concrete. Won’t be back.
- 1/5
I arrived as a late check in after a 12 hour long drive . It was about 2am when i checked in so i wasnt expecting anyone chipper at the front desk. All i wanted was a shower and a good nights sleep. The shower, however was filthy. It had hair and dirt in it. All the furniture had fingerprints and who knows what else on it. Clearly not even wiped down. The place reeked of mold and caused my allergies to flare up. Later we realized they had water leaking into the ceiling, walls, and carpets of the hallways. Needless to say i did not have a good nights rest.

why does EVERY HOTEL HAVE RIPOFF CABLE SETUPS THAT DOBN'T SHOW THE NAMES OF THE MOVIES, CANT SYNC THE GUIDE CHANNEL SHOWS COMING U, AND ONE ACTUALLY IS SHOWING YESTERDAY'S DATE AND IS THREE HOURS BEHIND. This means wbat you read on the channel guide is the show playing on east standard time. too bad you are on Pacific Standard Time. You have no idea what channel is currently showing. It's already passed by, you are three hours ahead. How hard is it to get a tech in to sync the cable because every room has the same problem. Also, what's with the ICE machine, only one for three floors and 100 rooms... yipes. Finally THE STUPIDEST AND MOST DANGEROUS IS THEY MAKE YOU TYPE IN YOUR FULL NAME, EMAIL and then, perfect for every single woman like myself, MY ROOM NUMBER.. You have no idea who is looking at your location and your data. All hotels are not WIFI SAFE, but this is another level. You should only need a wifi access password and type ONCE. You want "Fast" internet, pay $2.00 a DAY to get it.
- 5/5
Lovely environment.

Dirty everywhere, hallways, room, stinks, key card didn’t work until 3rd replacement, amenities included a pool but the pool was removed years ago and replaced with a patio.

It was nice to be able to find an affordable place for a couple night where I could do laundry on site and sleep. The room was clean, and the A/C worked well. If I wanted to, I could have made use of the kitchen with two burners and a full refrigerator.
- 4/5
Good location

Hotel is in a terrible condition. We arrived around 10 pm and they don’t have a clean room for us. They sent us to a room with garbage/ trash from last guest still not cleaned. The staff was rude - said she is from laundry department not even a front desk agent. We ended up switching to another hotel
- 2/5
The bar that holds drinks in the freezer held together with tape the carpet need to be shampooed the housing for the air conditioner not attached

Great stay
- 2/5
Dirty place.
- 2/5
Excellent room layout but discusting cleanliness.
- 3/5
The bed was very comfortable. The chair had huge slashes in it. Floors filthy. Dishwasher didn't work reported.. staff could have cared less. Fire alarm went off 2 ofv the 4 nights we stayed. Left a day early.. horrible food smell in the halls.
- 1/5
When I did request it, they had mismatched sheets and a blanket but no pillows. The cooking and dining items were unavailable because housekeeping had left for the day without cleaning the remaining sets. There’s awful smells in every hallway. The bathroom is super tiny, the tub faucet was broken and the king bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The living room furniture all had cigarette burns in them. The door had a gap under it and random guests would knock on the door at random hours. If you need a super cheap place and don’t care about having amenities; it might work for you. Do not recommend for families. Stay
- 5/5
Emma the Manager is an awesome Human Being. Very kind, thoughtful and professional. Well put together as well.
- 1/5
Sofa bed mattress stained in multiple places. No linen, no hangars, party next door. Bathroom smelled like urine. Big roach in light fixture. Curtains falling apart. I was in room 134. It was disgustingly and very disappointing. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but I only stayed one because it was too late for me to find another hotel that night. However, I left the next day I would like the other two nights refunded. I already submitted a complaint. And did a live chat with an Expedia agent. Haven’t heard back from anyone yet.
- 3/5
I would have liked to give it more stars but the property just smelled and appeared old. I guess you would expect it from an extended place where there are kitchens and cooking is allowed. The staff tried to be helpful but lack of resources made it hard (not enough toasters available).
- 1/5
old place which is odd for the area. hallways & elevator stunk. room smelled of stale cigarettes. couch cushions severely ripped, desk chair dirty. did not stay beyond 5 minutes. asked a different room, same bad smells. would never recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
very pet friendly!

When arrival the room had an Oder to it, it fact the whole hotel had the same Oder. Room had crumbs on the floor and chairs, and had issue with the turning on shower. I decided to leave on June 21st to stay with family member. I arrive at the hotel at 3:30pm when I arrive the front desk had a sign that said 15min wait. so I went to my room pack my stuff, I arrive back at the front desk at 4:00pm Still no one was at the front desk. I loaded and moved my car to front door. Came back into the lobby and still no one at the front desk. So I called Extended Stay America phone number and front desk girl cam running out of the back room. I told her I need to check out and I need the bell hop dolly to finish loading by stuff from the room. I check out but since I was leaving a day early she couldn't give me a receipt or change in price for leaving a day early because it was a third party purchase. I will never stay here again or use a third party hotel purchase again.

Very dirty smelled very bad there was dog pee in the foyer there was half naked people in the hallways. It took 45 mins for staff to show up and check in. Bugs in room
- 2/5
Room was clean the ac work when it wanted
- 3/5
You get what ya pay for. Needs a good deep cleaning. Pull out bed mattress was filthy. Had to go to front desk to get the bedding for the pull out
- 4/5
Outside was just a tad bit rundown.
- 2/5
Smells in the room
- 1/5
It was an economical choice but I still expect to have a flushing toilet! 3 days with no fix and we were told that they don’t have maintenance available on the weekends. They didn’t have a comparable room to move us to and they didn’t offer any discount or fix. Outside there was dog poop all over and no poop bags or garbage cans for poop bags to be disposed of. DO NOT stay here!
- 4/5
My only problem was the noisy refrigerator which loudly hummed at night and disrupted my sleep.
- 5/5
Although the price couldn’t be beat! Some lazy pet owners weren’t picking up poop but that wasn’t the fault of the staff. Will definitely stay here again!
- 1/5
The room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped at all, there was a spill of some sort (maybe milk) all over the leg of the table, chairs, and side of the couch. The washcloth folded next to the sink looked like it was used. The room smelled so bad every time we walked in! There were items left by a previous customer. The sheets had holes in them. The TV remote didn’t work.
- 2/5
There was roaches
- 2/5
Unfortunately was not as expected. Just spent an hour cleaning the bathtub so my son could take a bath. No shampoo or conditioner seemed as though there wasn't any extra perks like said online. Not the current staff members fault she was extremely sweet and as helpful and apologetic as she could be. Probably will come again but more prepared.
- 3/5
Upon arrival for check - in there were 4 in line and no one at the counter initially. Once at the desk the check-in was courteous with the obligatory beaucracy. The room was spacious and clean which, considering, was surprising and appreciated.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 1/5
I am not a snob let me make that very clear. I don’t require a nice hotel but I do appreciate a clean one. This place was disgustingly filthy and the AC unit didn’t work. After reporting this to management I only got a “sorry “. If you are a disgusting swine then this place is for you!
- 2/5
No Pool as advertised. Trash spilling out of trash cans. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was a joke. Good if your only staying a few nights.
- 4/5
It was okay besides my non-smoking room smelling like stale smoke.
- 4/5
Thanks Grace🙏
- 5/5
Grass had dog poop everywhere. Some litter on grounds.
- 4/5
Enjoyed the stay
- 3/5
Alright so I booked thursday and friday night. There was bad traffic in Seattle so ended up being a lot later than planned. Got in around 1:20am and was told that their computers shut down at 1. That was not mentioned at all when I booked. It took almost 2 hours to be able to get into a room.(Shout out to the laundry lady- she had to work the front counter and figure out how to do everything even though its not her job. She was great and I felt so had for her! When I finally did get into a room, it had cockroachs.I got switched to another one and it had ants and the floors looked like they hadnt been swept. I will say that it was close to a lot of things and I could have my dogs.
- 5/5
Great staff and comfortable rooms
- 3/5
I feel quality is going down
- 5/5
Spacious and comfortable for a one night stay.
- 5/5
It was fine. Thanks
- 4/5
Nice affordable option
- 2/5
I got to my room and felt so unsafe especially with the neighbors being extremely loud. Tried calling front desk a few times and no answer so I took all of my things to the front desk and had the girl move me after waiting awhile
- 4/5
I would stay here again if I can get bill straightened out. For some reason I got doubled charged..definitely puts a bad taste on the stay.
- 3/5
The room was soo dusty. It had a smell like someone had just showered.
- 3/5
The pillows were flat and had to go to the front desk to get dishes
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Ive been staying at Extended Stay for some time now and Ive gotten the chance to get to know the whole staff here. From housekeeping to management everyone smiles and says hello when they see myself and my two small kids. This place has become our home during a transitional period in our life and I am quite happy I chose this hotel to be our home away from home.
- 4/5
The rooms are spacious and front desk girl was great!
- 3/5
It was a bed for a night, but probably won’t chose this again
- 2/5
My first room had cockroaches
- 5/5
Got the job done. Front desk was nice.
- 3/5
My room had cockroaches
- 5/5
It was close to all I was doing.
- 1/5
This hotel has roaches. I was cooking using the kitchenette and a roach fell out of the microwave into my food. All dow hill from there.
- 1/5
No pots, pans, dishware, containers or any hardware in kitchen. Front desk arrival attendant never smiled. Never welcomed us. Didn't even tell us where our room was located. And when we asked, she referred to the exact opposite side of the hotel.
- 3/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Locations was great for the purpose of my stay. It was clean and quiet. Wasy check in. Shopping and dine out options in close proximity.
- 5/5
Reasonable price. The place is Clean & the staff are nice people, easy to approach. Thank you Alma and Grace in front desk. We appreciate your service.
- 1/5
This property looked like it housed homeless personnel or people who cant abide by a lease agreement. The plce smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway!
- 5/5
Loved the room layout. Very clean. Would suggest a coat rack inside the door. Our room did not have one.
- 3/5
Nice enough place, but the other guests were loudly arguing and too noisy, and the wifi was basically non-existent.
- 2/5
This property needs to a face lift. It almost has that feeling of a flop hotel. Dishes left in the hallways for 8hrs . Garbage left by guests that gives this place a that run-down don't care feeling. The grounds and parking aren't being cared for. The breakfast doesn't cut it. Coffee and packaged muffins, should remove it off the thing that come with your stay. I'll not stay here again.
- 2/5
Hair dryer in my room was not working and water in my sink was getting through. I requested the maintenance for that but nothing happened and instead of sink I had to use the tub for my basic necessity.
- 3/5
About the only good things about this location was the kitchenette (to a degree) and the muffins/tea/coffee to go. That being said, there was so much wrong at the location for me to have spent $550-600/wk. Our water was randomly shut off with ZERO warning for renovation construction so we couldn't shower, use the bathroom, make food, etc for a few hours. We left early one day to go to the ER and when we got back, we had to go up the stairs to get to our room because they were redoing the flooring. The front said "didn't you get the notice that we're asking everyone to stay in or out of their room for the next 5 or 6 hours" when we weren't even there nor did anyone call the number on file when we didn't answer at the room. Often they started the renovation construction BEFORE the state/county mandated begin hour for construction and went later than the state/county mandated end hour. It was difficult moving around the construction team having to weave in and out of doorways to get where I needed to especially on the bottom floor. Whenever we did laundry there was at least 1 or 2 of each type of machine not working at any given time on the 3rd floor and the 2nd floor only had 2 or 3 machines working period. I had half a mind to try to get part of the trip refunded after staying there almost 2 weeks but the main one(s) up front were new and weren't helpful at all over half the time.

It was an ideal location and looks like it is being updated, however our room was in the back and although clean it was old and smelly. Had to buy a candle and open windows. Because I had pets when they did their business there were no trash cans for pet poo disposal. Also the trash bins were far and few and full. Housekeeping of grounds other than front of building needs to be better maintained.

Trash inside and outside of the property. Loud. A chain found next to the bed screwed into the wall. Chain was not securing anything. Might want to address that. Seems sketchy

Our room keys didn't work the first two nights and had to make numerous trips and have staff use master key to let us in. Was told we were going to be comped two nights for the inconvenience but didn't. Very noisy with doors slamming all night.

It’s just across the mall and in a nice area for a stroll. The rooms need updating, especially the shower fixtures.

This is the worst place I have stayed in over 30 years. The hallways of the building were filthy, there was garbage stacked in the stairways, and even some in the main hallways. The bathroom door of our room would not close, the floor was stained and dirty, the cover of one of the large lights was dangling by one end, the bed linen was stained and did not appear to have been washed and there was human hair all around the outside of the box spring and mattress. This place needs to checked by the health department. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!
