These rooms are amazing: they feature a large refrigerator and even burners for cooking your favorite meals, as well as comfortable beds. The only downside was that there were four of us, and while there is a double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed is uncomfortable for two people to sleep on; however, everything else was excellent. The sofa bed for sleeping

Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc

What really stood out, though, was how accommodating the staff was. I’m a night shift nurse working 7 PM to 7 AM, and getting proper rest during the day is essential. I asked about a late checkout so I could sleep after my shift, and they were more than willing to accommodate me—at no extra cost. That level of understanding made a huge difference. The front desk staff was kind, respectful, and mindful of my schedule. I wasn’t disturbed while sleeping, and the entire experience felt considerate and professional. It’s not always easy to find a place that understands the needs of night shift workers, but this hotel absolutely did. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone working unconventional hours who needs a place that truly respects your rest.

I was visiting Oregon for a business trip and decided to invite my wife and some friends from Eugene to join me for a relaxing weekend. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was excellent and offered a wide variety of options, which was a great way to start the day. One feature I especially appreciated was the evening reception where the hotel provides wine, beer, and a light dinner. It was nothing overly elaborate, but it was a thoughtful touch that really hits the spot when you are on a budget or simply tired after a long day and want to unwind. It created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The customer service was impeccable: big shout out to the Sunday morning breakfast crew who made breakfast available for our girls early, so they could eat before they played.

Room size and value were great. Social hour was a bonus - selection was good, some nights enough for dinner, and cookies were delicious! Loved the kitchen with dishwasher and free laundry! Daily variety was pretty good, but hot breakfast selection could’ve been better. Hot items were rotated every other day. Dog poop on property sidewalks and even inside on the mat because someone must’ve stepped on it outside. I know it’s not really the hotel’s fault when guests don’t pick up after their dogs, but it’s not good to have to avoid dog poop when leaving from and returning to the hotel.

Breakfast was tasty, room and pool and staff were all great. Shower water pressure was low. Thats my only complaint. Everything else was great.

Room and breakfast were great. However the pool was freezing cold. Not just "refreshing" but so cold that it was unusable. Disappointing when that's all young kids want to do!

This was our second stay and this time the staff was not as welcoming or helpful as when we came for a weekend trip. The breakfast ppl were great I am talking about when we checked in. I was very disappointed over this stay & the communication that was had with checking in that night.

We were supposed to have a room for 4 adults and there was only sleeping for 3 adults. They wouldn’t help because our reservation was through Expedia. So they gave us a pillow and blanket and the 4th person had to sleep on the floor. Very frustrating.

My stay was great, although tv never worked. I did report it lady at front desk on the first night of our stay.

Check in took a very long time as there was training if a new front desk agent. The step by step procedure was painful to watch the new employee fail and then try again and then have to edit some mistakes that were made. Maybe next time do a role playing check in practice with a staff member rather than a guest.

A clean well maintained place of business. The room was clean with my kind of clean expectations. Great environment. Comfortable definitely will only be staying here whenever we are in the area.

We Loved the large room with kitchen living room and bedroom! I wish all hotel rooms were like this! The breakfast was amazing and the hotel knew how to make strong coffee and offered coffee and tea 24 hours! Amazing place!

We have stayed at this hotel before and will come back again whenever we are in Portland. This location is centrally located to shopping areas, great food hubs like Tigard and Beaverton. The hotel is clean, quiet and offers a great, and free, breakfast every morning.

There wasn’t anybody at the front desk almost every time walking into the reception area. Being a manager, it’s nice to see a face and be greeted. During breakfast, there was nobody out there to answer questions or to help with something if needed. I will definitely say again and would refer this hotel to others.

Safe and easy parking.

We arrived at almost 5 and the room was not ready. Thankfully the front desk staff put double people on the room to get it cleaned and ready. The breakfast was very disappointing. We showed up 10 minutes after breakfast started and they were already out of the sausage. The potatoes were cold and tge guy who was in charge of the food went outside to smoke. The shower pressure was a joke. The water came out slower than the water from the sink and no pressure whatsoever. I know our room was not the only one like this as our friend was staying there and said the same thing.

The odd thing happened when we were in the process of checking out. My kids were taking suitcases out of the room to go downstairs and the door to our room had shut, leaving our little (very anxious) dog inside. When they tried to use the card key to open the door and get him, the key access had been turned off already (we had a few mins until 11 am checkout). I asked the guy manning the desk to get us new keys to open the room and get our dog out - it took him a while and he never apologized or barely communicated that he would help us. The person who checked us in the night before had been so helpful and kind, that this left kind of a sour taste in our mouth.

Noisy - terrible wifi so I’m not sure why they even offer streaming from your iPhone or pad - dirty carpet - bad show head and low water pressure - paid triple the price from even downtown Bay Area SF 4star in California for so this was terrible. Won’t stay here again

We checked in on Friday with two other parties. The rooms hadnt been turned over by housekeeping. We were the last of our group to check in and I offered to strip our beds if the employee would just provide us the bedding and towels. The employee was Patrick and he went above and beyond for us. We left for a game Saturday morning and i asked the front desk to have housekeeping please clean the room because the people before us had vomitted in the sink, toilet and tub as well as broken the air unit off the wall and tried to prop it up with the ironing board, our tv also didnt work. He told us they would try but the room wasnt scheduled to be clean because it was supposed to happen the day before, even though it didnt. I cannot express enough how above and beyond Patrick went for us the first night, all other employees were rude or flat out ignored me when i asked anything. Breakfast both mornings was very limited and either cold or not available, we went down at 730 and 830 both days. We booked over a week ahead of time and the hotel was not prepared for the amount of people who were booked.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that they ran out of breakfast and coffee at 8:30am. So, we had to get breakfast on the road.

Traveling to the area for the 1st for a baseball tournament. Late arrival and from the moment we did arrive after the drive, was greeted warmly by the front desk who assisted us with getting several things set up in the room. Room has a great lay out for the family, letting the kiddos have their own area and tv. Free breakfast was great with multiple choices. Nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

Heating and cooling was hard to get adjusted. Fan was loud

I went out to my car and tried to get back into the back door at 10:58am (just before checkout) and my card was already cleared and not working for me. Check out is 11am and that is the time it should stop working..not a few minutes before. I had to walk in the slippery ice to the front door to get my card reactivated and it took a lot of unnecessary time to do that...especially since the walkways at back of bldg were not salted. (The front of bldg was salted and had walkable walkways). Regardless of these issues, overall it was a good stay!

Unfriendly staff and completely unwilling to help. They guy on the front desk made me sign a document with my personal information to supposly enroll me in the IHG program, but I never received confirmation that I was actually enrolled. I have no idea what that guy did with my info. Pretty unsettling.

We enjoyed the property. The breakfast was lacking. We have been at many Staybridge properties even this one at different time’s. They seemed to only be putting out a minimal amount. There where several empty places that are usually filled for breakfast.The breakfast and property are the main reason’s we have chosen Staybridge. It was a little bit of a let down especially since I was treating my wife for Mother’s Day.

I have stayed at several Staybridge's around the country and have always enjoyed my stay. However this facility is "okay" but not to the standards I normally expect from Staybridge. Better attention to detail and more staff training would go a long way towards improvement.

Nice, clean hotel. Was a shame the pool wasn't usable, it had been out of action for months but that wasn't obvious when booking, also wasn't mentioned when checking in. Nice breakfast. Staff were pleasant but was hard to find receptionist or other staff to speak to on 3 separate occasions during my stay (to check out, ask for coffee as breakfast to be topped up, when pool would be back in use). Free laundry facilities. Would stay here again if back in the area.

For the price we paid I expected a lot better.

The room was very clean and comfortable. the bed and pillow were great! The microwave did not work. The door to the pool had to be opened by the front desk person as it would only open with that key. There was no hot tub. I think it was advertised as having one, so check before you stay if you are interested in having one. The breakfast was ok.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. We stayed in the 1-bedroom queen suite - we were very impressed. The room was very spacious, there was a full kitchen! Check-in was easy and staff were very kind. Navigating the hotel was pretty simple, too. Would definitely stay here again!

It took about 5-10 min for front desk staff to leave the party in the courtyard to greet me. Front desk was dirty and cluttered. Their system allowed me to book online even though no rooms where available. Staff member barely paid attention while flirting with guest coming to and from the party. While I understand this was a mistake with the software the handling of the situation was horrible.

Place was easy on and off the freeway. Very clean and quiet. Nice size rooms.

We had two rooms booked and when we showed up to check in they told us they were overbooked and they couldn’t help us. The staff was very rude about it.

The front desk staff was distracted. The reservations were incorrect; they had me staying for 2 years vs 1day. It took 3 trips back to front desk to have room key work. Got a 250 dollar stay, it’s was a bad experience and we will not return.

No coffee maker in room, got in late so didn't want to hassle with calling. Also HVAC unit so loud (like a Harley) that had to turn it off altogether,

Room was wonderful except faucet to sink was broken and my room was only cleaned once in 3 night stay, trash removed not once. I went to the front desk every day of my trip, never got a receipt had to request it twice and Ernesto said he sent it and never did. I told Ernesto I wouldn’t stay there again due to the staff he said “OK”. Didn’t care to fix the issue or apologize for his treatment, no one time. The only reason I would never stay is the staff, someone needs to do a blind visit from corporate and wipe out the staff and redo.

This was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I loved having a bedroom, living room and kitchen. It was a convenient location for all our personal business appointments.

We were very impressed with this place! Located in an industrial area made for a very quiet night. But it's also close to lots of action of you want to go out! We were impressed with the full kitchen and huge shower. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and were courteous and friendly.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and this has never been a problem so it was a bit uncomfortable for us.

First floor room was noisy. Bags of trash left in hall by other guests weren't picked up. Young man at desk was more interested in his phone than helping guests.

Though located in a industrial area close to the highway it is quite.

Quite isolated. A long way from restaurants. Clean and quiet. Nicely decorated. Friendly and competent staff. Our small dog was welcomed. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again if we had the need to be in the vicinity of the Hillsboro Airport.

Excellent place to stay. One room wasn't ready at check in, but luckily we had booked two rooms so we all hung out there. Staff were very kind.

Most stuff for the breakfast are over due...really really bed!!

Check in with Pam was a breeze. She was thoughtful and mindful of what I needed for an 8 night stay. I was happy with my suite and the amenities. Final morning there was a winter storm warning and the cook couldn’t make it in, so no hot breakfast. Otherwise a perfect stay.
