    Great location and wonderful staff. They have started charging $15 a night for parking, which was a surprise. It’s in the suburbs and has a huge parking lot that I have never seen full. We have stayed here a few times and this is a new, and I think unnecessary, fee.

    Although the hotel was nice, we booked with free parking yet had to pay for parking then blamed it on booking.com for not updating their website and we were there with a wedding party that had a bunch of rooms booked yet we almost got kicked out because we brought a beer into the bar, yet we're allowed to drink in the lobby. The Uber home would have been cheaper than staying at a place where the management was rude. There was also a spider on our bed when we got to the room.

    Love this hotel, only thing I did not like was rooms not very sound proof, you could hear floor above walking and toilets flushing and clear voices in the halls, also the charge of 15 dollars a night to park in their own parking lot, it’s not like it was a garage. No reason to be charged to park when hotel rooms cost enough.

    When booking through Booking.com, I reserved a "King Room with Sofa Bed" for our family of four. The reservation process presented two bed configuration options - one king bed or two queen beds - and my confirmation reflected the two-queen-bed configuration, which we selected because we needed a three-bed sleeping arrangement. Upon arrival, we were informed that no such configuration existed, forcing us to book a second room at an additional cost of approximately $1,000. I have screenshots documenting the reservation details. The room configuration advertised and confirmed during booking did not exist, resulting in approximately $1,000 in unexpected costs. We were later locked out of our room for over an hour while caring for an ill family member following a family funeral. The lack of urgency, accountability, and follow-up fell well below Marriott standards.

    When asked why the check in app never has your confirmation number which I sent to you to check in. The girl never answered the question I asked twice. Her English wasn’t the best. . Two dies flies o my window sill and it’s winter I think they been there least 6 months …I had a few bites on the arm I both same sides I seriously reckon bed bugs.     The place is beautiful and the rooms spacious and nice. What i didn't like about it, their is no microwave in the bedrooms so you have to walk downstairs to heat up your food, also they have a restaurant in the hotel but if you want to order you can and walk downstairs to pick it up. Its so inconvenient when all you want to do is relax in bed after traveling all day

    was very slick, thought I was going to fall. Then there was the shuttle service. About 35 to 40 minutes late to leave, was headed to the wrong venue and by 11:10 never made it for the return trip. Another couple I talked to said they got tired of waiting and took an Uber back to the hotel.

    This is an updated property that has food and drink inside the building. It is also close to the highway and a strip mall that includes Target, Dunkin and more. Room is clean and comfortable. The problem is the rooms are loud. I could hear my neighbors all night. Every time they flushed the toilet, the tv shows they watched and their conversation! They weren’t being loud, walls are just not sound proof.

    Buisness. Was notified 2 days before trip of the reconstruction with an offer to cancel for free. Being a work trip this is pre-approved so cancelling was not an option. Hospitality of the bartender needs improvement. Based on 2 trips over 3 months, i will not return to Marriot.

    Property under construction. Restaurant closed. Website and Expedia did not state this. We specifically chose a hotel with an in house restaurant as our own house is undergoing construction and it’s below zero/winter…. Parking is rather far from building and it’s below zero conditions…..then they closed the front doors for lobby construction-again zero notification and your sent to a different entrance! Ridiculous when it’s below zero weather. At least provide signs in parking area or a valet service. Staff is nice but it’s all managements lack of care for customers. At least discount the room rate and put in the website under construction!!!!! Not wait until checking in. I didn’t even bother to find out if the pool was available…..figured that’s not working either. Housekeeping is also sub par.

    I enjoyed the hotel, however had a couple of snags throughout my stay. I purchased two rooms 6 months ago and upon arrival found that one room was on the first floor and another was on the 6th floor. The hotel is working on renovations and the upper levels are brand new, but the first level is run down. The room on the 6th floor was beautiful, but the Air Conditioning didn’t work and wouldn’t go below 74 degrees. I called the front desk that night and they stated that the following morning it would be addressed. The next day, I had been away for the majority of the day at a conference and was hoping the issue would be resolved by the time I got back. Upon return, I found that the room temperature remained the same and was unsure if anyone had been by to fix the AC unit/temperature controls. I called front desk again, and a very kind man came by and verified that the issue had been assessed but that they couldn’t repair the unit at that time because it required more than just a simple fix. The gentlemen figured out another room for me on the 7th floor and verified the AC unit ran smoothly before leaving. I was very appreciative of that. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating and they are what made our stay pleasant.

    The now arena along with shops and some restaurants. The only downfall was that they overbooked and changed my reservation from a king bed with sleeper sofa to a room with two double beds. We were not as comfortable as we would’ve been in our original selection. The front desk simply told us that they overbooked and could do nothing about it. I wished they would’ve asked before changing the room Especially because I paid for my booking upfront. They did not offer a credit or a discount either. I think it would’ve been the polite thing to do.

    The property is beautiful with all newly upgraded rooms. However, we actually left early due to how uncomfortable the beds were. I must say I have never had this experience in ANY hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms have a single mattress on a platform base. I’m sure this was part of the problem. For reference we had 2 queen beds in our room, and they both felt similar to a stuffed cot.

    There were a few issues like the "mobility accessible" room was just a standard room with grab bars. Someone who cannot pick their foot up 2' to get over the tub wall needs a walk in shower. You need better descriptions or fit the room to the description. We made it work and stayed but almost left because of this issue.

    I didn’t stay long so can’t say much about amenities but close to suburban shopping and eating options. Plenty of parking even though they were replacing part of the lot. My only complaint- no full length mirror in the room and no place to unpack my suitcase, no runner on bed so I could place my suitcase on its. Very minor issue it’s just I travel for work so I have my clothes stuffed I to a carry on and I expect to unpack my things and I need to see exactly how wrinkled everything. Oh, one bummer- brand new fridge was not plugged in and my after work sushi was ruined. I placed it into the fridge in haste and when I returned noticed my food was room temp. That was disease it was late and I couldn’t get food. All in all I had comfortable and restful stay.

    This hotel is very dated, as in it probably has only been lightly touched since 1985. It’s dark and finishes are pretty bad. It’s also under construction on the 5th I was told, though I was on the 3rd floor and the construction noise sounded right next door.

    We got in late Friday night and went straight to bed. When we woke up we noticed the bedding hadn’t been changed from the previous guest and had what looked like blood on the pillow. They cleaned the room while we were out but put stained sheets on the bed. We slept on top of the blankets and used a blanket and pillows we had to travel to cover up. Sunday morning I just got out of the shower at 9:00 (checkout was at 12:00) and the housekeeper walked in on my naked. They proceeded to knock on the door (trying to clean the room I guess) 2 more times within the hour. Terrible experience and I will be writing a review!

    Clean room but dated. Newer bathroom. Front desk very friendly. Didn't use bar or restaurant...Didn't open till 5. Coffee shop was closed by the time my husband got there in the AM but employee was kind enough to find him a cup. No soda in machine just energy drinks and water. No microwave in room but did have coffee maker, not a Keurig. Lots of restaurants around and shopping...very convenient. We were attending a wedding and hotel was conveniently located. Would stay again.

    Ice machine did not work on our floor, vending machines were empty, their “breakfast buffet”was very simply a hot continental breakfast that you typically get included in your stay at most hotels. And definitely not worth $15 per person. The room had a funky b.o. smell but other than that it was clean. Staff very friendly. Convenient location.

    The fridge was not working no free Wi-Fi no microwave and room service is every two days that’s some thing I saw for the first time and I stayed there for 10 days and breakfast is not included

    After checking in we were told that we would have a room on the second floor, but there was no working elevator. We were unable to get to our room due to not having a working elevator, so we asked to cancel our room and to be refunded. They said no, but there was no communication about the broken elevator until after we checked in.. I don’t understand how this is ethical?

    The restaurant hours are very limited. No usb ports in the rooms. Front desk does not have cash and cannot make change. Otherwise, clean quiet hotel. Good for the price
