We had a wonderful stay at The Prospect. Kiki and Kim went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. We will return again soon.
- 5/5
Absolutely lovely oasis of a hotel within walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
I travel extensively and this is one of the BEST experiences in a hotel I have had. The staff, housekeeping, outdoor area, decor of each room, everything was perfect! I loved my room and loved the care and attentiveness of the staff. I will definitely plan on another trip to LA just to stay at the Prospect hotel again!
- 5/5
Front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms and relaxing courtyard.
- 5/5
Came here for our anniversary. This place is a 10. From the amazing staff to the beautiful well appointed rooms the fantastic 12 o’clock standard checkout. The bed was absolutely delicious. We stayed in the Omar Sharif Room. I highly recommend it. Amazing value. And it’s close to all the fun. We will truly always make it a part of our relationship to come back here.
- 5/5
The Prospect exceeded every expectation. I was blown away by the level of service. The lovely woman who worked at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful. She parked my car, unloaded my bags, made local suggestions, and even let me check in a bit early (I had just arrived from overseas, so I was very grateful to be able to shower!). The Greta Garbo room is amazing. Loved the interior design and the finishes, but the breakfast room, the hidden bar, and the claw foot tub were really special. The courtyard and its fire pits felt so private and peaceful. I will certainly be staying here again.
- 5/5
Small boutique hotel with a lovely courtyard. Truly an oasis in Hollywood, with very kind and helpful staff
- 5/5
Beautiful large room and bathroom, serene courtyard, really helpful and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Loved Hotel Prospect! The recent remodel was done with intention. Well done and unique. The room was beautiful, the location is quiet, safe, and walkable, and the staff is wonderful. Will be back, thanks!!
- 5/5
A hidden gem of a boutique hotel in Hollywood. Great location and amazingly comfortable rooms. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Our favorite for a staycation. Always look forward to staying here.
- 4/5
Only disappointment was a bizarre 4:30 PM arrival experience in which the frontdoor was locked with no one answering doorbell for 10 min until a cleaning person did so. Made for a very poor welcome, and exacerbated by a male front desk clerk whom seemed non-plussed by our inconvenience. Thankfully night and morning clerks were very engaged, helpful and kind. Hint: rooms can be small so spend a little more for the Grand rooms.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and incredibly unique. The staff genuinely wanted to be helpful and you can tell they love the hotel too. The room was really comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Really cool, old time, glamorous Hollywood vibe. The courtyard is an oasis. Can’t say enough great things. I don’t even like L.A. that much but I’d come back to stay at the Prospect. Special place..
- 5/5
Wife and I would recommend and love to return.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at! The hotel staff is so friendly and attentive you can tell they enjoy what they do! The rooms are so chic and very well decorated. Bed was also incredible. Don’t pass this one up. Will be returning on my next trip to LA
- 5/5
In a world of its own. Such a positive vibe place with remarkably kind staff and a tranquil experience from the moment you enter the red door. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 5/5
The staff was OUTSTANDING. Super friendly and helpful. The property was super cute and well-maintained. We will definitely book again when we travel to LA!
- 5/5
An amazing old Hollywood hotel experience!
- 5/5
What a total delight! Loved our stay. Nice walk to the Hollywood Bowl, relaxed hang by the courtyard fire after, lovely breakfast. Loved it!
- 5/5
Loved our stay! Really quiet and quaint hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice but had some minor imperfections. Will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
A beautiful and friendly place that always feels like home away from home. The only thing lovelier than the beautiful rooms and grounds is the fabulous staff. My number one secret perfect place to stay in LA. Only hope everyone else doesn't find out about it :)
- 5/5
Everything was excellent specially the staff
- 5/5
A wonderful boutique find in the heart of Hollywood. All the glam without the hassle. Staff is amazing, knowledgable about the surrounding area. Rooms are done in classic Hollywood during the Golden Era. Real keys which is such a nice touch.
- 5/5
Beautiful Hotel
- 5/5
decor. The outside courtyard provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the continental breakfast was exceptional. The location was convenient as well.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!
- 5/5
Amazing!!
- 5/5
Super cute and boutique hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and property is well maintained. The only concern was the internet signal, but would have rather not needed it while there to enjoy the space they’ve curated!
- 5/5
amazing! rooms were stunning. bath tub was huge. amazing amenities.
- 5/5
Really amazing golden age of Hollywood feel nestled in the heart of Hollywood.
- 5/5
The charm of the property and staff was magical.
- 5/5
What a treat! Great location - close to many sights but on a quiet street. Quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Like an oasis in the middle of the city! Kiki and staff welcoming and accommodating.
- 5/5
Lovely property that was quiet even though it’s in the middle of bustling Hollywood. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Beds comfy. Nice little breakfast spread with good, strong coffee.
- 5/5
Staff was great, the property was pretty low key as in you would never know it was even there. Our room was great… Amazing courtyard too. Also close to shopping and dinning…
- 5/5
My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful and left the warmest impressions. The room was absolutely stunning — beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details; it was a place I never wanted to leave. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made this visit feel very special. A special thank you to the administrator, Kiki, for her kindness, care, and genuine hospitality — she made me feel welcome from the very first moment. It was a truly lovely experience that I would be happy to return to again.
- 5/5
Love The Prospect Hollywood! Awesome rooms and furnishings and an even better staff! Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Went over valentines weekend and it was perfect! Room was so nice and the stay was great! Staff was so friendly and helped out with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Love the room and all the staff was so helpful.
- 5/5
Amazing place. Nicest staff, rooms are spacious clean and stylish. Super cute center garden with fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
One downside I guess would be we were near the stairs and you could hear people walk up and down loudly but it didn’t ruin our experience, just feedback.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, very unique. Loved the bath salts! Staff was incredibly kind and attentive.
- 5/5
Good position in Hollywood, close to local siteseeing spots. Lovely garden area to sit out in.
- 4/5
Pros: cute little boutique hotel with interesting rooms and really nice small central courtyard. Staff was fantastic. Cons: only a few people working so, even though they were all great, services are limited. We didn’t love the location because it’s on the far eastern side of West Hollywood but if you want to hang in the more touristy part of Hollywood blvd it’s fine. Also imposed this funky $30 per night fee for internet and a continental bf. Did not like that arrangement
- 5/5
Lovely room with a private courtyard. Common courtyard had firepits we enjoyed each evening.
- 5/5
Absolutely love love love this hotel! The super friendly staff, the amenities, and especially the common area outside! Will definitely be staying again! Had a slight issue with billing but it was resolved nearly immediately and I appreciate that so much! Thank you Prospect Hollywood!
- 5/5
Beautiful room, friendly and attentive staff, gorgeous outdoor area. Definitely recommend using the valet service, super fast. Delightful location, quiet, quaint, and very old Hollywood. The bed was very comfortable, the shower exquisite, and the hidden bar was cute, too! 100% recommend!
- 5/5
Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. The excellent, friendly service and staff made the stay extra special. Will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful property and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable!
- 5/5
Wonderfully attentive staff. Excellent location. Beautiful gardens with an old Hollywood feel
- 4/5
Staff was so accommodating and room was comfy
- 5/5
It is conveniently located in the middle of Hollywood, but on a quiet street off the main drag. We unfortunately only got to spend a short night receiving a very warm welcome and excellent service.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were super sweet & helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean, unique and plenty of space. Location is ideal. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Worth the price and felt safe here even though I was traveling alone.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. Love the outdoor fire pits!
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and the staff here was by far and away the best we have come across. They were friendly, helpful and informative. The room was beautiful and very clean. The secured parking was very convenient so the fee for it was way worth it. The courtyard was beautiful and the breakfast was such a treat the morning we checked out. We will absolutely be back.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel
- 5/5
We had an amazing time at the hotel. The service was great. We arrived each evening to a clean room with the towels rotated. Valet service was also quite convenient.
- 5/5
As close to perfect as a stay gets. This place is stylish, tranquil, friendly, and consistently excellent in every way. Our room (17, the Brando room) was spacious, spotless, and conveniently laid-out. The staff is uniformly helpful, professional, and friendly. The neighborhood, being Hollywood, is mixed. But the area immediately around the hotel is easily walkable, with several appealing coffee spots and restaurants nearby. The Prospect Hollywood has become our go-to place to stay in LA.
- 5/5
Really happy with my stay even if it was brief. Room was clean and comfortable and very chic. I’ll return for sure.
- 5/5
Boutique hotel that was a throwback to the Golden Age of Hollywood. Room numbers don’t exist here. Instead, each room is named after a movie star of old. From Judy Garland and Lauren Bacall, to Marlon Brando and Omar Shariff. I personally stayed in the Bette Davis Premiere Room. It was spacious, with a king bed and sitting area. A hidden mini-bar that was fully stocked with everything one might need for a good time. But the gem of this room was the clawfoot tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after walking up and down Hollywood Blvd. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The valet parking is an extra added touch. No complaints. This should be a five star hotel in my opinion.
- 5/5
Staff was Amazing! VIBE WAS BEAUTIFUL! Room was spacious, clean most comfortable bed ever made!! This is my new home away from home when Im in LA!
- 5/5
The service is impeccable! It’s such a gorgeous place to stay. Quaint, sexy and exquisitely decorated. My new favorite getaway. Thank you again to the host/reception for the best treatment after what was a long day.
- 5/5
Such an amazing stay! Gorgeous rooms and top notch service — Nathan and everyone at the front desk was so so awesome truly the best!!
- 5/5
It was a great hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and we would like to stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was spotless!
- 5/5
All around an excellent stay from the attentive service to a comfortable night's sleep. The unique room decor and relaxing atmosphere in the garden was pleasant. My wife and I particularly enjoyed having a drink at the fireplace before heading in the for night. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
- 5/5
We celebrated our wedding night here and the staff was so amazing and helpful!
- 5/5
Our go-to property when visiting Los Angeles. The staff is thoughtful and accommodating.
- 5/5
The hotel was incredible. Very clean! The staff was great.
- 5/5
Clean, safe, and friendly staff!
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and the pastries in the morning were a nice touch. It's clearly an older place so the AC was pretty finicky. I liked the quiet street and the fact that it was away from the main road. Unfortunately the quiet atmosphere was interrupted by the fact that the hotel itself plays music outside from the early morning until 11pm. Being at the front of the hotel, the noise was loud from my window. They were accommodating when I asked them to turn it down though.
- 5/5
Quick and lovely stay. Calm and peaceful in the midst of Hollywood busyness. Walking distance to Hollywood Bowl. Wonderful staff. Super helpful when we left clothes in closet. Hope to return someday.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel!
- 5/5
A lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms, a beautiful courtyard and truly wonderful staff. Highly recommended
- 4/5
Very quaint and clean - great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Charming place. Would love a desk in the room - and parking is painful or expensive.
- 5/5
I stay here every year for my birthday. It's an incredible property with the most charm and character of any hotel I've stayed at in LA. The service is always terrific and the staff makes me feel completely at home.
- 5/5
Property was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was always very friendly and cooperative. Valet parking is available for an additional cost.
- 5/5
The room was large and comfortable. The staff was incredible both in attitude and service. Breakfast was scrumptious! Love their bakery source.
- 5/5
Amazing property
- 5/5
A Hidden Gem. I loved everything about this cute place.
- 5/5
This hotel was everything I hoped it would be. A very cozy, quaint, retro timecapsule, with a humble star studded Hollywood history. The energy was nice, the environment calming and tropical, and the staff pleasant. Our Judy Garland room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms are all different. The outdoor seating/Alfresco is lovely. Good location close to the strip (although not our scene). Very quiet and secluded. Would love to stay again when in the country.
- 5/5
This hotel is super chic, cozy and well-appointed. Warm furnishings and beautiful decor. Lovely garden area for enjoying a cocktail or light bite.
- 5/5
Very much enjoyed my stay at The Prospect Hollywood--customer service was exceptional and room/grounds just perfect.
- 5/5
The staff at The Prospect are truly exceptional. Kim and Key made me feel so welcome and the service was above and beyond! The rooms and property are pristinely clean and it’s very quiet and peaceful though only two blocks from Hollywood Blvd. Super safe hotel and stunning art deco decor. I’m definitely staying here again!
- 2/5
Even though we had a good stay at the hotel, we later found out that the breakfast was not free and we were charged for a $34.26 service fee for the continental breakfast which should have been included when booking on hotels.com. Furthermore, by reviewing the hotel policies page after the fact, a service charge should have included “champagne and savory quiches” and an afternoon aperitif hour that we were not offered at all (https://theprospecthollywood.com/policies/). Despite multiple email communications regarding the misleading listing on hotels.com and the lack of disclosures by the hotel staff at the time of check-in, our request for a refund was denied by the management. This unfortunately put a major stain on an otherwise enjoyable stay at this property.
- 5/5
Perfect location if you’re visiting the Hollywood Bowl. We will definitely be returning! 😎
- 5/5
We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key. I selected this hotel for its proximity to the Hollywood Bowl since seeing a show was the whole reason we'd flown to LA. The excellent reviews were the other reason I chose to stay here. And boy, it did NOT disappoint! We were in Rm 14 - Rita Hayworth. It was spacious, clean, & the decor was funky and classy. As others have said, the bed was really comfortable. We slept great & were impressed at how quiet it was in our room, given we were facing the street. I opted to pay the extra $30 fee for the aperitif hour (5-6pm) & coffee/tea/pastries/fruit breakfast (7-10am). Definitely worth it when you consider what we would've spent on a few glasses of sparkling wine, unlimited coffee/tea, chocolate croissants & muffins if we'd gone to a restaurant for that. If you're going to the Hollywood Bowl, THIS is where you want to be. I had looked it up on Google Maps & still didn't realize just how easy of a walk it would be. THANK YOU to the entire staff for making this trip with my daughter an incredible memory! We WILL be back!
- 3/5
No desk and they say they offer a continental breakfast which they don’t. Just some croissants and coffee/juice no yoghurt. To be honest i stayed here three years ago and what a difference it is.
- 5/5
We love this hotel! Such a Hollywood vibe! The staff are terrific from the moment you drive in! Loved the rooms and the bed. It’s just exquisite.
- 5/5
Great weekend stay. Desk staff was A++. Location was great. Rooms were fun and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great place. Great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Loved the
- 5/5
A must experience boutique hotel in the heart of Hollywood! Would gladly stay again. After an initial issue with check-in, the staff made all efforts to make our stay wonderful. Zee was ultra helpful and understanding, providing an excellent room. Bed was comfy and premium room was spacious and luxe. The clawfoot tub was a plus.
- 5/5
This place was simply amazing. So comfortable, clean, and filled with amenities. I felt very taken care of. The staff was just wonderful and responsive, and the grounds were gorgeous and comfy. I loved doing work in the art deco courtyard, relaxing in my themed room, and sipping sparkling wine by the fire pits in the evening. I can’t say enough good things. No notes! Thank you so much!
- 5/5
This property was a shining star in the heart of Hollywood! Excellent service and rooms!
- 5/5
From the moment we arrived we were provided exceptional and personalized service. The grounds are beautiful… perfect for breakfast or cocktails by the fire. Love the old Hollywood decor with beach room uniquely designed around different Hollywood legends.
- 5/5
My room was amazinh, May West. The bed, the sheets are so comfortable allowing me to have a great night's sleep. Continental breakfast was great. Green juice fabulous. The staff amazing!
- 5/5
Wonderful service and really friendly.
- 5/5
From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a warm welcome and drinks, we knew that we were so lucky to be able to stay here. The decor is elegant and lovely, the courtyard is a wonder, and our the room couldn’t be more charming. I wish that I had space here to brag more, but the best service EVER is a good place to end my happy review!
- 5/5
Really special butique hotel with old Hollywood feel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Bed is very comfy. Its walkable distance to major attractions. Staff is super friendly. And breakfast is amazing. Exceeded my expectations.
- 5/5
Best staff, most comfortable bed, loved the room, will be back
- 5/5
Absolutely loving my five-star stay at The Prospect Hollywood! The room is incredibly charming—beautifully designed and immaculate. Not a detail out of place. The entire property is spotless and serene, making it the perfect escape in the heart of the city. What really sets it apart is the staff: they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-tier, fully aware that I’m used to five-star standards. So far, it’s exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!
- 2/5
I guess I seemed more normal when they realized I wasn’t a lone traveler. All in all it was a decent place to crash but probably wouldn’t go back. The Valet setup is ridiculous too. I didn’t fall for it.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, very nice patio with plants, and excellent customer service.
- 5/5
I enjoyed an outstanding experience at The Prospect Hotel - didn’t really know what to expect, but booked because of the good price and high Expedia rating. Turns out this is my new favorite small hotel in LA. The property is in exceptional condition - I heard today is their 4th anniversary, but in addition to being in great condition everything is spotlessly clean, and the place really captures the glamour of Old Hollywood - down to the rooms being named after classic stars of Hollywood’s Golden Age. I was welcomed during check-in with a glass of sparkling wine, shown up to the room, and even greeted by name when I came downstairs the next morning. The WiFi worked great, and there’s a superb little courtyard for relaxing and enjoying a drink in the evenings. Really exceptional setting, and service - I highly recommend The Prospect for business and leisure travelers.
- 4/5
Great hotel, charming staff, amazing courtyard, true vintage Hollywood majesty.
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay here and I can’t say enough good things about this property. Kim and all the staff were truly incredible, their service and genuine care made me feel right at home. I stayed in the James Dean room, which was phenomenal: beautifully decorated, spotless, and super comfortable. I also loved that it’s within walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, such a fun bonus! The outside patio was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the bar was excellent too, the Old Fashioned I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!
- 5/5
The staff were kind and very attentive. They knew our names and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The hotel was chic and comfy and the staff exceptional.
- 5/5
From check-in and beyond, everything was amazing at The Prospect. It feels like stepping into a hideaway in "Old Hollywood".
- 5/5
The most wonderful hotel in Hollywood!
- 5/5
Super-friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room and courtyard. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Walkable to Hollywood Bowl. Fun, themed rooms!
- 5/5
Walkable to Hollywood Bowl. Fun, themed rooms!
- 5/5
My wife and I had an amazing experience. We stayed here since we were going to the Mumford and Sons concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. We walked back post concert and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent property. Exceptional staff. Rooms are clean and cozy. Great location.
- 4/5
The hotel is really nice. Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. The only negative i would say is there is no elevator if you are taking luggage upstairs, but the staff helped us with our luggage so no big deal. Check in is a little confusing, and super tight driverway. But the staff will valet park for you. All in all, great hotel
- 5/5
CONS: Expedia does not mention a $300 charge/card hold for incidentals. Not a huge deal since it gets refunded at the end of your stay (minus incidentals), just wanted to give everyone a heads-up.
- 5/5
Cute hotel would definitely recommend when staying in Hollywood.
- 5/5
The snack food and drinks were amazing. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and it is walking distance close by to a lot of restaurants and bars.
- 5/5
The property had a boutique hotel vibe, with a limited number of rooms and an old Hollywood feel. The courtyard was very zen, and the location is very central. However, the best part of my stay was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. I was genuinely surprised, as Californians often seem snobby and short. I will stay there again.
- 1/5
Property charge me even though I did not stay there. GM refused to even reach back out to me. Completely unacceptable customer service.
- 5/5
Amazing stay!
- 5/5
return when in the area.
- 5/5
Very special place with great customer service.
- 5/5
I’ll be back
- 5/5
The staff were amazing!! Stop in and say hi to Kiki!!! Amazing room and can’t say enough
- 4/5
This is a lovely hotel on the inside but it can’t escape the outside. Very noisy! A ton of homeless people around the property doesn’t make it very safe.
- 5/5
The hotel was AMAZING!!! And a great location. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends. The room and property was gorgeous! A true “Hollywood” experience!
- 5/5
A wonderful experience from the moment we entered the door to the moment we left. Safe, secure quiet and peaceful, in a lovely garden setting just off the main drag.
- 5/5
What a gem! Exceeded my expectations in terms of aesthetics, cleanliness and service. Close to Hollywood Walk of Fame but safely tucked in a quiet street. Parking is an issue so I definitely recommend valet. Other than that, I am in awe! Special shoutout to Kim in reception. She does her job so well. Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Beautiful and reasonable boutique hotel in a safe area with great staff !
- 5/5
Lovely hotel
- 5/5
Delightful peaceful courtyard garden in the heart of the city. Lovely helpful staff. A gem!
- 5/5
Quaint and wonderful staff
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend getting the valet because the street parking is impossible. Staff was great and property is quiet
- 5/5
very good property
- 5/5
I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough if you’re wanting to stay in the Hollywood area. It’s on a side street in Franklin village, kind of unassuming (easy to miss that it’s a hotel) but once you’re behind its doors you’re in a little oasis. The inner courtyard is quiet and peaceful. The room was pure luxury - old glam Hollywood in a really tasteful way (I’ve stayed at other Hollywood hotels that attempted this aesthetic/theme less successfully). This place was vintage without being musty, high end all around — sheets, products, furnishings. While glamorous it also was super comfortable. I slept so well here. The only (very minor) drawback was the building is old and there was a tiny bit of “creaking” from footsteps of the room above me. But that was nothing compared to the overall experience which was so quiet, comfortable, peaceful, luxurious and glamorous. Although I was traveling alone I would say this is a very romantic hotel and would be an ideal place to come with a lover. I had mixed experience with the staff. The person who welcomed me had the air of someone (somewhat) trying to be nice who just doesn’t seem to have a naturally friendly disposition. They weren’t outright rude, just a little cold and unfriendly. The next day when I discovered my hairdryer was missing from my room the gentleman who helped me was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would have liked to have been offered an upgrade or some other benefit as an Expedia VIPGuest. I received nothing.
- 5/5
Hotel was great but the street around the hotel was not clean
- 5/5
This is an amazing property! The design, service, ambience and rooms are all class. Would def stay again!
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay and recommend highly
- 5/5
A delightful small hotel, an oasis of calm in the hustle of LA. The rooms are generous and the bedding is snuggle up delightful. In a world of anodyne chain hotels this is a gem of a hotel.
- 5/5
I like their old Hollywood glam style & the amenities are wonderful. The courtyard is private & has fireplaces & plenty of chairs to lounge. Nice continental breakfast, good coffee.
- 5/5
Very professional staff where hospitality is being provided in excellent manner We will be back soon
- 5/5
Always an amazing stay, each room is beyond beautiful, comfortable and unique and the staff is kind and welcoming. Our home away from home in LA
- 3/5
…..
- 5/5
Absolutely stunning! Definitely staying again next time!
- 5/5
Lots of charm, outdoor patio with fireplaces is wonderful, staff couldn't have been more friendly.
- 3/5
The property was beautiful and a very unique stay but the price we pay was not worth the limited amenities. The breakfast is not great and overpriced, one of the front desk employees was rude when questions were asked regarding hotel information.
- 5/5
The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the beds are phenomenally comfortable. Highly recommended and I can't wait to stay again.
- 4/5
Nice little oasis in Hollywood. We booked this place due to the reviews and proximity to the Hollywood Bowl. Staff was great. Bed was a bit soft. Shower was great. Didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the garden, but it looked very nice.
- 5/5
Exceptional service, the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Really cute boutique hotel in a quiet yet convenient location.
- 5/5
Staff so friendly and accommodating. Great location to walk to a show at Hollywood Bowl. Would stay here again in a second!
- 5/5
Beautiful and fabulous service. The staff are wonderful - welcoming, friendly, incredibly helpful. Definitely will become our regular go to when in LA.
- 5/5
Will stay here again. It’s near to Hollywood activities and the staff is awesome.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel with vintage Hollywood style. Fantastic service from the front desk gang. Very comfortable rooms, powerful shower, solid wifi, relaxing outdoor seating area around the fire pits. Breakfast pastries were a lovely treat too. Looking forward to our return.
- 5/5
What a lovely hotel! Staff are amazing, rooms are fantastic and the courtyard was a very comforting atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Kiki and team,
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Absolutely gorgeous space and wonderful customer service.
- 5/5
Perfect spot for a Hollywood bowl night!
- 5/5
great location for a walk down to Hollywood & Sunset boulevard, nice and quite. lovely comfy beds and the staff were wonderful and super helpful
- 5/5
Excellent hotel.
- 5/5
Exceptionally friendly and service-oriented staff, beautiful boutique hotel with an Old Hollywood glam vibe. Delicious quiche and mimosas served on the weekends, charming courtyard and lobby area.
- 5/5

Kim was so welcoming the second we walked in and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and hospitality. Kiki the manager was also very kind and helpful. Mara was also super friendly and kind. I loved the staff that I got to know personally and would love to return. The property is classic Hollywood style and it has its charm. It’s the people that make it worth it. Thank you for everything!!!

This was a quiet romantic boutique hotel reminiscent of the 30's and 40's. Easily walkable to restaurants and nightclubs. The only bad thing was sticker shock on the parking fee. It advertised at $45 a night so was expecting $90 fee. It ended up being $167 with outrageous tourist and taxes, etc.

I loved that it was walking distance to everything. Right down the street is all the tourist attractions.
