    The room was barely cleaned. The bathroom sink had hair in it, there were hair pins on the floor, and bits of wrapper from toiletries under the counters. It looked like the floors had not been swept, the sinks cleaned out or the tub sanitized. I was very disappointed.

    Now is very good too for the value and very good hotel you will have access to all the facilities and pools and also you most know that you are allowed in 4 people invited to visit you at your stay they will have a wrist at the pool in the north tower hotel and the can enjoy with you. Excellent 100% recommended The food at the buffet is amazing Alone with many more delicious choices of foods and drinks at many different restaurants Don’t forget to enjoy Latin night on Friday Saturday and Sunday from 9pm is super fun. And why not? Try your luck in the casino

    The 4pm check in and 11 am check out is stupid, I understand rooms need to be cleaned etc, but they can make check in at least 2pm. The pools close at 8pm, but some pools chase guests out just after 5pm. Overall some of the staff aren't the most friendly.

    Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not.

    We came to the property at 1 o’clock asking for early check-in. Check-in is supposed to be at 4 o’clock and we did not receive our room till 5:15 PM and we had a 530 reservation at Kuro which was totally sold out so we could not move our time till later, which means we had to come in our travel clothes and had no time for a shower and no sense of urgency. I finally asked to see the manager and lo and behold he came up with two rooms and then proceeded to give us 1 PM. Check out unacceptable further to it the smoking and smelling like a big cigarette and all your clothing having to go in a plastic bag the following day to go home is disgusting. They need to do something about the housekeeping on the floors, especially in the elevator entrance areas where the baseboards are absolutely filthy nowhere near the caliber of a five star hotel thank you. You could hire enough staff to support the amount of rooms that you’ve sold so that you have a proper check-in unacceptable that I have to travel all day and then go to dinner in my same clothing because we would’ve lost our reservation and then spend $1200 on a room despicable!!!

    the front desk told us that we had one room for 2 nights on 2 separate reservations, we would have a smooth stay with a seamless experience because he linked them in the computer. That didn’t happen. On day 2, when I left the room ( accessible room) with my original door “key” it didn’t work. This meant I had to leave my husband who is handicapped to go back to the front desk and get new keys. Dining: we enjoyed Kuro. We had excellent service with John the waiter Danny the busboy and Sophia at the front. Food was spectacular as was the ambience. We came to the hotel to see Jerry Seinfeld on Saturday night and chose to make a weekend of it. If we buy tickets to future shows here, we won’t choose this property. each other ignoring little kids swimming.

    As an influencer, I travel frequently and stay in hotels regularly, so my expectations are high—especially from a brand like Hard Rock that markets itself as a premium experience. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below any acceptable standard. I contacted guest services immediately and spent hours on hold, with no effective solution or sense of urgency. For a hotel at this price point, the lack of responsiveness and accountability is shocking. This experience was frustrating, unhygienic, and completely misaligned with the reputation Hard Rock promotes. The price does not reflect the quality or service provided. I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.

    Location Here is the English translation: It has been a very bad experience. We have stayed in different hotels in different parts of the world, and we truly expected more from this hotel. When we arrived at our room, there was a smell of either food or marijuana, which we reported to the hotel. In addition, we did not have bathrobe; there was only one. We had accessories to make coffee in the room, but there was no coffee maker. Small details that a prestigious and expensive hotel failed to take into account. When we tried to complain, we were told that their inventory was very low and that they could not promise to help us. In the end, they sent someone who sprayed an air freshener and left all the other items in a bag on top of the dresser. They did not place the coffee maker where it belonged, nor did they hang the bathrobe; it was left lying around. In none of the hotels we have stayed at has the customer service been this bad. I expected more from this hotel. The price we paid is not worth it with the quality and service we had received. I do not recommend it.

    Room was nice but bathroom not really clean - I had to wipe the toilet. Casino was fun - but why no free drinks like all other casinos? Christmas light show was superb. Paying for drinks on casino floor. I have been to Vegas, AC, Foxwood & Mohegan Sun and all those casinos give alcoholic drinks for free if you gamble.

    I had forgotten my makeup bag at the room. The next day I went and asked for it, they told me they didn’t found it. Im quite concerned, as the bag is of considerable value and I am certain it was inside the room before I left.     From the time we entered the 1st floor from the parking garage, the stench of stale cigar smoke was almost unbearable. Check-in was busy. The room was nice, but very dated, our room on the 10th floor overlooked the roof of the casino. There was a $45 per night resort fee. We did not swim, but the pool areas seemed very nice. Apart from the casino, there are restaurants and shops, all I found were very pricy, I guess the cater mostly to the high rollers. Our dinner was pleasant. We attended the Peter Frampton concert and the hall was very spacious and comfortable, we chose the sofa seats, each section has a waiter, but unfortunately, the waiter was slow and never around. Over all I can say it was ok, but not fantastic. I guess the guitar hotel could be nicer, but at a premium price per room.

    We stayed in this hotel due to John Legend's concert and the fact the property was pet friendly. One thing I didn't like was that the rooms were not very well cleaned. Specially the bathrooms, when we arrived the bathroom floor was dirty and next morning we informed the cleaning staff so they could cleaned it while we were out of the room and they never went to clean it. For this reason I give the overall experience 3 stars. Other than that, we liked that there was plenty of food options. I wish the healthy food place was opened extended hours, but that wasn't the case. I give it 3 stars, it is convenient and has plenty of restaurants, stores,and nice pools.

    The hallway walking to the room absolutely stinks of animal urine, to the point it takes your breath away. The doors are all scratched and the hotel is outdated. The rooms are not welcoming with a small bathroom and old fashioned designed room divider. The rooms do not feel clean and filthy windows. I do not recommend this hotel.

    This was my first time staying at the hard rock hotel. When we first checked in the lady gave us our hotel cards and gave us vague instructions on how to get to the room. We had to ask someone else where to go. Upon entering the room, the room smelled like cigarettes and the dresser was badly chipped. When you take a shower, the drain doesn’t work properly so water was just rising up my legs as I was taking a shower. The towel rack fell off when just trying to dry my hands. Finally, we could hear the hotel guests in the room next door at 6 am.

    The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our view was terrible however. We really enjoyed dinner there at the hotel - many restaurants to choose from. But you need to make a reservation in advance. The atmosphere of the casino was great. - but smokey. We enjoyed the overall stay. The cost for the standard 2 queen bed room with terrible view was very overpriced. ($1,500 per night with fees) So I wanted to take advantage of the pool and casino on Sunday morning (Check out day). Well, the pool didn't open until 10am and the casino had very limited (20%) tables open - all filled. So overall, I had fun but the stay did not justify the price.

    Overall it was fine the main issue is the a/c was not cooling down the room we stayed in. Turning on/off the thermostat did not help adjust the temperature. It would say what temperature you set it but it shows the actual temperature and it would not get cooler. We all slept without any covers on, it was that unpleasant. You’d think for the costs you’d get a functional a/c unit for your room but it’s just a vent on the wall to cool the room.

    Food options were outstanding. Poolside food and service was exceptionally good. Music was a bit loud in the steakhouse. Despite receiving an email that we could checkin online, and spent considerable time creating and account to do so, we were told that option wasn't available since we booked via 3rd party. Desk clerk could not override this issue. Although our checkin information indicated our room would not be serviced during our two day stay, the attendant entered our room without notice at 4:30 in the afternoon, startling us considerably since we were trying to sleep after several hours by the pool and a long night out planned. Two pools are available, both very nice and impeccably clean. We chose the smaller pool, with a slide since it was closest. The pool was very cool and refreshing, quite a surprise for Miami in Aug. As noted the poolside service was amazingly good. I should warn you that the music at the pool was much too loud. The towel staff commented independently that the tech guys has it set way too loud. Thankfully the multiple waterfalls drowned out some of the volume. Overall a very nice stay, and we will return.

    This is a very large hotel, casino and entertainment facility. Very beautiful and grand. So much to see and take in. I had tickets for a concert at Hard Rock Live, which is a extremely nice music venue. Then spent the night at the Seminole Hotel. Everything is over the top expensive. And in my mind they go way over the price / value line. My room was okay but certainly no-where near a five star hotel. It was just blah. Certainly not worth the price I paid. I ate several meals at the Hard Rock Cafe. Nothing to write home about. Average at best but with Michelin Star prices. They have no problem attracting customers and thus they can command any price they want. Bottom line I would have to get a much better deal before I would stay again.

    We waited 40 minutes past our scheduled check-in time. The check-in staff was not helpful and couldn't care less. The cigarette smoke in the casino is overwhelming and the stink of cigarettes permeates the entire hotel including our room. I had another stay scheduled that I ended up canceling and checked out a day early during this stay. I won't be back for future stays.     The room smelled heavily like marijuana, to the point that it was impossible to sleep. For a so-called luxury hotel, there was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, not even a single bottle of water in the room. Completely unacceptable. This experience was far below the standard I expected. I would never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Overpriced, poorly managed, and definitely not worth it.

    When we arrive at the hotel, well after 4 pm, our room is not ready. They have to switch us from two queen beds, to 1 king bed. That is 4 adults in one bed. The front desk said they can send a roll out bed to the room and it will arrive in 45 minutes. At 9:45pm I realized they still never brought the bed from earlier. I called and was told there was no request, but they could make one now. They said it would be 15-30 minutes. After 30 minutes, still no bed. We finally received the bed around 10:45. We were exhausted. One member of our party and to sleep in another friend’s room because we only had 2 beds. Then when we checked out, they charged us for the bed!!

    Overall decent experience except for a couple issues. Our biggest issue was the smoking. People were smoking everywhere, prob 40% of the people at any given time. Even checking out at the valet we had to stand around a dozen people smoking cigarettes for 20 mins waiting for our car.

    For the price we paid for our room, it was old looking, lacking amenities like micro wave, balcony was so tiny could not even put a chair on it. Terrible views of trees that were in need of trimming. Would not stay again.

    When we booked, we booked a non smoking room. When we checked back into our room after our concert, it smelled of smoke and weed. I notified the front desk and they told me that I booked a smoking room. I looked at my reservation and it clearly stated that it was a non smoking room. They were not able to accommodate us with a new room. So we had to stay in the smoke filled room which caused me to not have a good night’s sleep.

    We loved our stay. However, we were extremely upset to learn that the pool nearest to our Hard Rock Seminole Hotel was closed. This made it extremely difficult to secure any spot around the other pool(s). Unless you arrived right at opening, you had ZERO chance of getting a chaise lounge. To further compound the issue, there were hordes of empty lounges with “RESERVED” signs on them near the unreserved cabanas. It is extremely upsetting that guests are made to pay daily resort fees for services that simply were not available. Additionally, this is the HARD ROCK Hotel. Why in the world are you not playing rock music in common areas? For three days, we heard only Latin-inspired pop music around the pool. Very disappointing, indeed!

    This is a “10-star” property! I was only there for one night because of a scheduled cruise, but would love to have been there longer. The service was excellent, the staff was professional and friendly and the food was good. I can’t say enough about my positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

    The bedroom we had was spacious comfortable and well maintained Many high end gift shops and beautiful ambiance in the guitar area nice ambiance in original area but more rustic Service at check in was not what it should be in a high end hotel ..... Many service people r not well trained and did not appear to go out of the way to meet your needs .....Bellhop service is difficult to get and most people r handling their own luggage themselves because no one is around ... Concierge service had very young inexperienced employees that have very little knowledge of 4 to 5 star service In all fairness Council Oak restaurant had exemplary service from our waiters Casino smells Smokey and food court inside has food that is mediocre If you r looking to stay at a beautiful property with nice restaurants and high end shops u will be happy but if you are expecting 5 star service anywhere for the price you are paying you will be sadly disappointed as this place is in desperate need of new management

    The ventilation in the Hotel needs updating. You can smell smoke wherever you go instead of the signature scents Hotels have. I live in Las Vegas and the casinos here have great ventilation you don’t smell it as much as you do at the Hardrock. Dining options are not good at all! Let’s start with a nice breakfast and coffee. Limited areas that have coffe causing long lines no area where you can get a nice breakfast. Food court has terrible food options. I had to leave the Hotel for coffee and dining.

    The checkout via the ap did not work. I felt that getting around the place was difficult as the signs are not clear. We ended up parking in a garage that was a long walk from Checkin and then another long walk to the elevator. I had forgotten that there is smoking on the casino floor which is a major disappointment. Would not return for these overpriced rooms and additional resort fees.

    This is a lovely property and although a bit pricey, it’s worth it.Ambience and food and pools are over the top. Only complaint was that the pool chairs were ‘filled’ as the staff wasn’t mindful when guests left and still had their towels on the chairs. I think they should have guests return towels and get checked off so that vacant chairs are available.

    Great stay overall, but they ve put us to a north tower, with 2 little kids going through all gambling smoking area, and staying on a smoking floor was not enjoyable. Pool is great , but all sinners taken, clearly not enough for all guests. But the dining scene is excellent and overall we had a good time.

    Our room was nasty and they moved up to another room - unfortunately this took time away from us celebrating and our steak leftovers we placed in the fridge for later from The Oaks were ruined because the fridge didn’t work right - not exactly how we wanted to spend our anniversary and a lot of money just pissed away with no good memories to share 😩

    Overall it was an average stay. The cleaning staff did not replenish used towels or soaps or tissues as needed. We wound up using the same towels for the entire stay. I understand we are at a casino but even on the 10th floor there was an excessive amount of noise from the other guests. Since there are so few options in Hollywood FL there are too few parking spaces for hotel guests and casino patrons. We thought that it would have been better if there was a designated parkade for the hotel guests only.

    We stayed in the original hard rock casino building, but the description of the room said it was renovated with new furnishings. This was not the case the room was old and dated, and the furniture was rundown and not nice. The view was also described as breathtaking city line, and it was of a parking lot and air conditioning equipment. We stayed in a junior suite which was small and they charged us almost 1500 a night which is laughable for this room

    If you dont like the smell of cigarettes, the casino is not a good place for you, its smell disgusting in the area and the little area for non smoking people is too Small for the people who wants to go in this area. The council and oak restaurant was delicious and we had great services.

    I booked a double deluxe accessible room for 3 adults, I’m handicap and when I got there they said my reservation was for a room with a king size bed. Where is the third adult supposed to sleep? They brought me a cot and said they would try to find a room with 2 queen size bed the next day. At 8AM they started making construction noise due to renovations on the rooms next door which we could not rest after a long night. They moved me to a an accessible room the next day but it was very small for my accessibility since I move by wheelchair. I also had another reservation for my daughter and her partner and the AC was not functioning the room was very hot they had to be also moved to another room the next day. The phone in my room didn’t work couldn’t reach the front desk, it was very inconvenient for us. For the money we paid it was not worth it, horrible service but beautiful place.

    I imagine it would have been the perfect birthday celebration if only restaurants, coffee/breakfast stations and the MAIN POOL were open. It was our first time visiting and we were really looking forward to it. If we had been told when booking the room that the restaurants and main pool would be closed, we would have chosen another date to visit.

    Luxury king room was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the Towers portion had their pool closed. You had to walk through the smoky casino a very long way to go to the resort pool at the Guitar hotel. Coffee shop and breakfast/lunch restaurant at the base of the hotel were also closed. Food court was open and today waited 15 minutes to get a coffee and muffin because computer was down. I was surprised there were no holiday decorations at the tower hotel, only at the Guitar lobby.

    Overall stay was quite good. The only problem I really had was the resort fee. Getting charged 2 days for a resort fee. The pool was only open till 6:00 and you check in at 4:00. Then you check out on your last day by 11:00 and the pool didn't open till 10:00. So where is the 2 days of resort fee?We only enjoyed the pool one day.

    Went here for a great concert, but other than that and gambling, there was not much to do. Some of the restaurants were closed on weeknights and there was no entertainment. Facility clean, and well maintained and there were plenty of casual fare eateries.

    When we entered the room, expecting something spectacular, we weren’t impressed. TV was hanging off the wall….had to have someone come in to repair it, view was horrible over service tops of buildings, bathroom shower leaked into rest of bathroom and had MOLD in shower! Soaps and other toiletries were barely enough for one person! Needi go on….extremely disappointed!

    We decided to stay the night as we had a concert at the Hard Rock Live and we just didn’t want to deal with the hassle of leaving the venue and then wasting a significant amount of time getting the car out of the garage. The concert was great but the room we were given for that night was so so, I can only assume a previous guest had left a pair of underwear drying up on the shower curtain rail which the room cleaning crew had not thrown away but the worst part was that the bed we originally were going to use the mattress was severely worn out on one side (my side) and it felt like I would roll off the bed, fortunately there was an extra bed where the mattress was a little better very
