The room was very clean and comfortable, and the pool area at the guitar was so much fun, loved the stay, will definitely come back

My room didn’t have a microwave but other than that everything was perfect.

We had an overall nice stay, some of the staff was great! We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the restaurants were great.

Stayed for F1 weekend. the hotel was amazing with shuttle to the stadium for free ! the room was very comfortable with a beautiful view to the pool . they had so many activities for that weekend, lot of restaurants and bar to choose from. Love the casino. Definitely staying there again!

We stayed at The Guitar Hotel for one night to see the Sting 3.0 Concert, which was outstanding! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful! All areas of the hotel, including our room, were well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The front desk gentlemen was truly a blessing in disguise. He was so sweet. Little did he know that I needed this little staycation and just as positivity and generosity made my night a lot more special. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shout out. But I’m sure hard rock can find that out.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. The staff demonstrated limited knowledge of the property and provided inaccurate information, such as incorrectly stating that the light show was canceled. Additionally, the food quality across the restaurants and room service was consistently below standard.

Condition of property and our room was great. Was shocked at checking out that they charge an amenity fee, particularly with the daily rates charged, and internet service is unsecured and not of good quality.

Lively pool area with gorgeous meandering pools and waterfalls. Terrific variety of restaurants. Fantastic light show at night. Room was enormous. Glad I went but I probably won't stay again. Too many small inconveniences that added up. Parking is poorly designed and signage truly awful. Confusing map and the entire complex is enormous. Food at restaurants was just so-so. Room service took forever. Website said light show was cancelled but it wasn't. 3 light fixtures in room didn't work at all. For the luxury price, I would have preferred a higher level of service and quality.

The hotel didn’t clean my room for 2 days. They said they are pet friendly but the dogs cannot be anywhere in the hotel. Will not recommend to anyone

Staff seemed impersonal. I tried for over a week to arrange decor for my girlfriends birthday and with technicalities after making the request upon check in no note was made of my request and then I was told I won’t be able to get that done

Missing toiletries

Be booked a room for two nights for around $1,500 (which includes the resort fees) only to have a view of a concrete wall. I'm not talking about a concrete wall that you could see past. The concrete was 3/4 the way up the window with the rest of the view past this wall being concrete as well. If I'd known I was going to look at concrete, I would have booked a room in the regular hotel and paid a lot less money. On top of that, they charge you $45/day resort fee. The $1,400 for the room should have been enough to cover any amenities I used during my stay. The hotel is nice, the pool area is great with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant food was good (but expensive). It's just not worth $1,500 to stare at concrete.

There was a bathroom light that kept flickering all night even though everything was turned off. Made it very difficult to sleep. Also, I tried to reach the front desk several times to get a box of tissues since there wasn’t anything in the room in the AI contact person kept putting me through a number that was constantly busy so I’ve never got the box of tissues.

INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE!!! We wanted to love this hotel but they did everything possible to be sure you don't. Room was pricey--expected that, but it was a pretty average room for a suite. Resort fee $45 per night. Parking $35 per night. A bad glass of wine is $17 in the casino (where you're already spending a ton of money). Restaurants were okay, but 5 star pricing. The pool was nice, but again, the cost of drinks was exhorbitant. Service was very average. WIFI was weak and the TV in our suite didn't work. Positives are that the hotel is beautiful, water pressure in the shower was great and the room was reasonably quiet. We felt "nickel and dimed" at every turn. It was a "one and done" for us.

Had to be moved 2 times because there were problems in the bathrooms. And at check out, they wanted to charge me one night even though it was already paid for.

We were looking forward to experiencing this very unique Guitar Hotel. Check-in was probably the only positive aspect. The receptionist was polite and nice. The room was spacious but nothing special in terms of appearance. There are several swimming pools and a huge area to walk around (at least that’s what we could see from the room window), but everything was closed off with black tape, so you couldn’t walk anywhere or explore the pool grounds. In the women’s toilets by the pool, there was no soap in the dispensers, and toilet paper was lying around. The pool water was ice cold. At the pool bar, a glass of Chardonnay was served in an extremely unattractive plastic cup, despite the fact that attractive plastic wine containers are widely available today. The restaurants did not look appealing. The rooftop bar is open only on Fridays and Saturdays. We wanted to see the hotel building at night, but guests were not even allowed to step outside. The building can only be properly viewed from one side (the pool side). Honestly, this is the first hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world where guests are not allowed to see the building from the outside. Currently, there is a Christmas light show taking place, yet hotel guests are prohibited from entering unless they purchase tickets for $45 per person. Considering the room costs over $600 per night, very frustrating that guests are not even allowed to step outside without paying extra. Awful hotel!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, both personally and for members of my team. We stayed for a company event, and from the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was unacceptable. Staff made it clear that basic inquiries were an inconvenience, and requests were often ignored or not fulfilled. Operations were disorganized across the board, from valet services to bellman assistance. Overall, an extremely disappointing stay.

Amazing experience

Beautiful property. First I must say, I understand it’s not all inclusive. The rooms were clean. Check-in is later than most hotels; 4pm and check out at 11am. However, we didn’t receive our room until 524pm. The walls were really thin. I heard a toilet flushed next door pretty much every hour from 11pm until 5am. The doors slammed, although they had a silencer on them for quiet close. The bathroom leaks water from the shower through the toilet area out to the front door based on space setup. We heard footsteps going down the stairs. We were two doors away from the fire exit and still heard it. No microwave and you can’t order food from the restaurant to pick up. The Rise restaurant was good. Food was plentiful and service was okay in most cases. Council Oak was perfect with exceptional customer service. We celebrated our 13 anniversary and we never got a happy anniversary from the staff; not even a “how was your stay” when we were leaving. I wouldn’t visit again for special occasions. Unfortunately overrated and a cash cow.

We love this place alot, we enjoy the pool area, the casino, the restaurants, etc. We go there at least twice a year, however the past two times we have stayed at the guitar tower the guests next door have been extremely loud since 3am, they had loud music playing, laughing, drinking disturbing our piece and quiet. Mind you, this hotel is not a cheap place to stay at, I don’t find it fair to pay over $400 per night and not be able to rest, the front desk didn’t help much other than only waive $45 resort fee and we are regular customers. For that reason I don’t give this hotel a 5 star review.

The property is spectacular but be prepared to spend a lot of money for food and beverages. Casino drinks are not free. But it’s convenient and there are a lot of amenities

I booked a pool view and they gave me a room on the 4 floor I was not able to see the pool only the roof of the pool cabanas 😞also there were empty cups of drinks and trash everywhere in the pool area. and the check in lady was not able to tell were I could park my car with facilities access I park far away and had to walk with my luggage around to come in the building.

Very nice experience because once you are in there, you dont need to go anywhere else as you have dining, shoppes, casino, pools, shows, brunch, bars, you name it. Bed is ok but please have better pillows. Soap bars are small and have a masculine scent. Staff is ok. Air conditioning seems to have a problem in floor 7. We were soaked in sweat after 1:00 am. Be careful with the shower floors as they are slippery. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Be prepared to waste a lot of money, a lot!

It is a beautiful hotel, good restaurants. The only thing that I dislike was the fact that they try to add drinks and food on the pool to my account, purchases that I didn't make and we had to argue with the waitress, my account still has a charge that I didn't make and I am disputing with my credit card, so we very aware if you order food or drinks by the pool

Rooms were dirty when we arrived and when we asked for room to be cleaned the next day they said yes but never did. When we asked front desk they said they would put a request and never did. We had to be chasing cleaning lady’s for towels. And were rude to my wife and kids.

The parking valet situation is too confusing and we weren’t aware there were two different sites for each hotel and then our room was supposed to be ready at four when we checked in. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes an hour and a half later, we had to go check on it when it was finally ready

Check in took a while because we didnt have a membership and people with memberships get to cut your line. Tha AC did not get very cold, someone was singing happy birthday in the hall (I think staff at the housekeeping room across from ours) at 8AM. The room was really nice as well as the pool.
