    I went there with my family; we had booked three rooms with breakfast included, but upon arrival, there was no breakfast. When I tried to complain, the receptionist was quite understanding. Two minutes later, another young man who spoke good English came out and started insulting us, calling us names and telling us we didn't deserve to be at the hotel because we were Black. He was very serious; he told us to go to hell. I was traumatized. I cried a lot after that. I didn't have any money left to go to another hotel. I was very scared during my stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

    Friendly staff Location so close to where I wanted to visit. The room had a heavy smell of cleaning fluid for the first day. Breakfast is no longer available and they only sent a notification after I had booked the place. They should have provided more correct info in their listing.

    There was no room number outside the door. The shower head was broken where you had to hold it to take a shower. There was roaches in the restroom and closet. The hair dryer didn't work there was wires exposed.

    I will never go here again I paid to extend my room on Expedia and they made us checkout because we wouldn’t extend with them for $40 more then what Expedia charge. So the we had to get out with our 2 month old and 1 yrs old and stand in the cold from 11-3pm and then we went back to check in they said $100 deposit but in cash I to walk to the atm and get the $100 then she said it was $135.00 now because we checkout late. Which we extended so it shouldn’t been a late fee. But I paid it cause my kids were freezing.They customers service is garbage. They are owned by foreigners.

    Nice location, friendly staff No coffee maker in the room. Walls in the room need to be wiped down. It looked like the last guest opened a shaken soda near 2 of them. Only 3 pillows on a king sized bed.

    We did not stay. There were not bedsode lamps or clock radio. We werd sold a room with jetted tub but there was no tub. They didn't know about hotels.com reservation and blamed all confusion on them.

    My room had a cigar on the floor and an open soda in the refrigerator. The toilet wasn't flushing and the remote control wasn't working for the TV. The toilet was dirty.Roaches is bad also. I don't think I will be coming back.

    I stayed one night, and the next morning the hotel owner tried to forcefully kick me out, claiming I hadn’t paid for a second night — which I had. I explained the situation and showed proof, but they still refused to let me stay or give me any kind of refund. I was left with no choice but to leave early and deal with the mess myself. I’ve filed a complaint with Hotels.com and my credit card company, and I’m still waiting to hear back. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Do not book here.

    The staff is friendly and very accomodating. However, there was no breakfast available as mention on expedia and there is some strong smell in the room even though its a non smoking room. The property is under renovation or has been recently renovated and we experienced some minor issues.

    I did not like that the heater didn't work, and it was cold last night. The night staff gave us extra blankets and no microwave in the room, but he gave us a rusty one I told the manager, and he said they he should have moved us to another room and given us a new microwave . The manager gave me a great discount card for the next visit, and the manager apologized There things in the room needed to be fixed and thr the couch was dirty and should be replaced.

    Absolutely nothing. The host doesn’t recognize “reservations”. According to the lady I spoke with its first come first serve and I made reservation with “booking.com” and not with their hotel. Also stated a FAR higher rate than what booking provided when I tried to get a room directly through them. Thieves and absolutely trash customer service.

    Super nice maids. Sunny , older gentleman was very helpful and so was the young man! No breakfast and tv didn’t work but one of the workers helped . Other was not very helpful at all . Wouldn’t switch us rooms event though we asked for full amenities and once room wasn’t cleaned properly.

    I didn’t get a chance to stay due to the room I had for reservations had a broken a/c unit they wanted to charge me the difference for another room I said no because why should I pay the difference due to a broken appliance that I’m not responsible for I left for another hotel down the street I felt as if they were trying to get over on me.

    This is a terrible hotel and staff. I was given a room and ten minutes after settling in was told to move to another room. The next room did not have a bedspread, a cable box, the door wouldn't open with the key card, and had burns and stains in the curtains. The staff was rude and unconcerned when I brought this to their attention. They told me to leave and call expedia to get a refund. Don't stay here!

    This was the worst hotel i have stayed in! As soon as we got checked my wife checked the beds as she always does there was hair stain sheets holes in the bedding the floor was dirty and covered with dust. I went downstairs and asked for fresh sheets and the gave me "clean" sheets turns out the cleaned sheets had a stain on them the next morning my wife took a shower and she wanted to use the hair dryer and the hair dryer does not work i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    I couldn’t get checked in I tried calling the front desk to charge my reservation location and the desk manager was unavailable and still is at the time of this review. Last night I stayed in a Walmart parking lot because I’m going to need to be at my oncologist appointment today. I can not afford another booking while I wait for the money to be returned to my account and due to the front desk personal not being able to cancel or change my reservation I have to go see my dr at the cancer clinic smelling like I slept in the car which I did. So yeah I’m just not very happy or impressed with Expedia or the hotel.

    Well to start to noisy it's well lite at night. To many roaches especially at night here we are relaxing on the bed when I see a roach crawling across the bed then the couple upstairs have 3 kids all you can here is hard thumping on the floor throughout the day we had to tell front desk twice to have them sit their kids down at least 30 minutes they were going nonstop you would think parents would be respectful and think outside the box about the neighbors top and bottom I would recommend if you got kids get bottom floor to avoid a loud stay for those trying to rest

    The check-in was a bit of a mess and they ended up charging 2 dollars more than what was the rate when I booked the room. No big deal, but shows disrespect. The room was ok and bed was good. There was no breakfast available, as advertised when I made the reservation, due to the covid outbreak, which was a lame excuse - it might have worked two years ago, but not any more. All other hotels are serving breakfast!

    It was a OKAY stay it’s clean for the most part , really upset me with the construction. Office people are sort of rude but there’s a man who runs the property that is really nice and he normally will handle a issue . I’ve stayed multiple times. Great price, Clean , could have been more quiet and had a friendlier staff and that’s all .

    The 1st Room I checked into the TV was it clearly didn't work. Half the screen was black. I to the front desk asking for a different room, there was a different employee who didn't wanna open the glass partition bc I was having a hard time understanding her. I explained to her the situation regarding the TV and her reply was "Well did you get the room dirty?" I explained to her, again I had literally just checked in. She asked me for my key back , I told her that my luggae was still in the room which was on the 2nd floor snd no elvevator. The 2nd room did not have an iron, ironing board or a phone. vending machine took my monrry but didn't work. The employee said the problem was I used coins then told me that she had nothing to do with the vending machines and couldn't help me and there is no refunds. The next morning at 11 o'clock the 2nd female was knocking on my door I opened she said, are you ready to go. I know the check out time is I don't need you at my door at exactly 11 o'clock when there is no cleaning person even readily available to clean my room. Don't waste your time or money.

    I loved the shower equipment. It had a open/close glass door in the shower. There were multiple jet streams. It was the most wonderful thing of the entire hotel. Had it not been for that, I probably would have rated it below meeting expectations.

    They try to make people avoid paying with Hotels.com or any discounted app so if you stay here your 1st nights okay but if you want to extend your stay like we did then they will make you check out the room at 11AM take all your items and come back at 3PM We had no car in live in Houston,Texas where it was a 108* degrees that day.

    Booked reservation when I got there they said they couldn’t find it! Got in the room and the outside of the property had me fool! The ac was leaking! The room had mold in it! Overall I would never rent from this property again! Even if they give it to me free of charge! I wish I could’ve gotten my money back because it wasn’t worth the stay at all!

    Location was good as it allows for easy access to a lot in West Houston. Was a bit loud. Several arguments occurring on the same floor. Doors are really loud when opening and closing. Door lock didn't really work but for the price and needing something in a hurry it was ok.

    I came here hoping to relax and get paperwork done what a joke. I hurd people arguing kids getting beat with belts. I not only had blood on my sheets but stains and burn holes in them as well. They smelled like someone elses recycled sheets sure didnt smell clean and fresh.

    My room looked nice when i actually tried to relax their was burn wholes in sheets blood on pillow case and sheets smelled like dirty feet. The hot water didnt work and the big shower head is crazy to have you cant adjust it or move it so water dont get on floor. Then they let anyone stay here the family down from my room beat their kids daily and the fighting is crazy. Not to mention i was given 1 towel and the toilet paper almost gone on back of toilet with no extra roll or toilet paper holder but hey at least you get free toothbrush n floss
