Services is awesome, the staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Hot tub was amazing. Plenty of parking also wheelchair accessible.

The room is big and spacious for a little price. the shower runs perfectly at cold and hot temperatures, the check in and check-out processes were quick and the staff were friendly. I was there for a short trip (2-nights) because i had work to do nearby, but if i come back for a vacation im choosing this motel again

It was a non smoking room but when we walked in it smelled of cigarettes. We also had to clean up cigarette ashes on the headboard night stand. We were kind of worried that the sheets may have not been clean, but we were so exhausted from our trip and needed a quick spot to crash.

Revitalized and renewed in a beautiful way. The stay was excellent and the staff, especially AJ, the owner was welcoming! The room was big, with comfortable bed and bedding. Internet was solid and reliable. Close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and Starbucks.

ALSO THE SHOWER HEAD NEEDED CLR SERIOUSLY TO GET WATER TO FLOW. ALSO THE BED WAS TAPPED TOGETHER WITH 30 YEAR OLD DUCK TAPE WHICH WAS BARELY HELD TOGETHER THE 40 YEAR OLD BED. THE BED HAD A VERY THIN BLANKET AND NASTY PILLOWS. HAIR INSIDE JACUZZI TUB PLUS HAD TO PRY PLUG OUT TO DRAIN WATER OUT. BUT BY FAR THE WORST WAS THERE VENDING MACHINE. I BOUGHT $5 WORTH OF FOOD ( CHEEZE & CRACKERS ORANGE ONES & WHITE CHEESE & CHIVES). OPENED AND PUT IN MY MOUTH & IMMEDIATELY SMELLED & TASTED SOMETHING RANCID. SPIT OUT AND ASKED HUSBAND TO TRY. Nothing. We left and went somewhere else. My room smelled like Marijuana and they gave me room spray vs moving us. The other room had a refrigerator leak and no sitting areas. The rooms were both hot and took a very long time to cool off. There was very little soap or shampoo.

Cleanliness Key card didn't work the 1st time. Front desk said they don't do wake up calls even though the phone in the room says they do. I was asked twice if there wasn't already toilet paper in the room when I asked for an extra roll because there were no tissues to blow my nose with. No toilet paper holder. Fridge is not securely in place. I was asked to leave a 10 star review before stepping foot into the room

The floors work extremely slippery and both of us almost slipped and cracked our head open several times. There was no blanket in the room they had to bring one

Nothing I ended up have to leave the hotel due to the poor up keep of the rooms The water from the shower head from the first room wasn’t working properly it keep on coming apart and splashing everywhere so they moved me to another room and that room had mold growing all in the tub. So at that point I had decided to leave and book a hotel less where in the middle of the night. The lack of maintenance/upkeep on the rooms.

It’s different in many ways. This was my first stay at this property, and unfortunately it will be my last. What should have been a simple overnight stay turned into an unsettling experience. There was repeated wall-banging and stomping overhead, clearly intentional — not normal guest noise. On more than one occasion, staff actually seemed to listen in on conversations in my room and respond by pounding the walls. As I was the only guest checked in on my side of the building at the time, it was obvious this came from employees. This is unprofessional, intrusive, and unacceptable. Guests deserve privacy and peace during their stay. Until management takes accountability and corrects this behavior, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Staff was friendly and helpful, they helped to solve any issues we had and did move us into another Jacuzzi room. That one was better and at least had hot water and a working remote, and the headboard didn't feel as disconnected and doomed to fall as the last did. Still couldn't figure out how to drain the tub though. It did come with a blanket, though it was much too small. I'd recommend asking for another blanket or being prepared to deal with the temp you set all night. Can't say it was a comfortable experience, but at least the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed for 6 days and had 0 complaints! Clean rooms every day, easy and accessible front desk service, good parking and a 5 minute walk to some every day food. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

I liked everything the lady in front desk was helpful getting my tv to work.

I left my therapeutic pillow behind and the woman who answered the phone told me to call in the morning. I explained that I was flying out in the morning and needed to connect about it. She then told me to call back in 10 minutes. She never answered the phone. I called repeatedly for an hour. My nieces went to the hotel to get my pillow and they were treated poorly.

My stay was convenient and comfortable. The hotel had reasonable prices, friendly staff and clean suites. The property was well lit and maintained, with no security threats. The manager (Adrian) saw to it, that I had everything I needed. Very grateful to have been treated so well.

10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! Property is low key and VERY well maintained. The rooms are renovated and spacious. Quiet and well lit, safety is never questioned here. Staff is generous and readily available with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. With prices like theirs, there really is no better choice in the city of Houston!

Great experience staying here! I’ve traveled extensively most of my life, and the staff here was amazing. By the second day they knew me by my first name; everyone from the owner to cleaning staff. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful experience, customer service was 5-star. A plus was that there was so many restaurants & Walmart next door, which is perfect for out of towners. No issues at all, would 100% recommend to friends & family.

It’s a decent place to stay for the price and really has what you need. I think the only thing I didn’t like about the rooms was the lack of lighting but besides that it’s good.

The room smelled like cigarette/weed smoke despite being a non-smoking room, there was a small roach when I first entered, and the deadbolt lock was broken (only the bottom lock worked).

There was nothing Platinum about this place. Micro- Fridge would not cool, the showerhead sprayed water so hard nothing was safe ,the app stated it had 24/7 desk help but no one answers the phone ever, the deadbolt lock was hanging from the doorplate so the door stayed open, but the absolute worst and most despicable thing I have ever encountered anywhere was the tall full body mirrors... I put my fingertip to it and the one above the sink... there was about a 1/4" gap between my finger and its reflection in the mirror above the sink, the full body mirrors were all double-sided with no gap at all between my finger and its reflection. And this was the case in both rooms, I switched rooms because of the lock and sure enough, no gap. Its the worst motel for anyone to pay for. I wouldn't pay a single dollar to stay there ever again. Those mirrors constitute a crime. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone for anything! DESPICABLE!!!

Horrible experience. Bed sheets were nasty. Towels smelled. Tv didn’t work. No toilet paper was supplied and we had to hunt for it. Would not recommend staying.

I book through hotels.com with continental breakfast. But this hotel serves no breakfast. Bed sheet is dirty with hairs. Bathroom tiles are loose. Doors need repair etc….. nothing like the description.

They don’t serve breakfast. The lobby is locked at all times. It had an unwelcoming atmosphere. The area wasn’t the best either. They don’t have extra deadbolts for the door. Bathroom door was broken, and the mirror was all rusted over. Just not very nice at all.

The owner was super sweet and was very attentive to whatever me and my friends needed, he also gave a few suggestions on where to go visit which was awesome! the room was spacious and had a cute table plus the bathroom was nice too! overall amazing experience and would come back again!

This hotel doesn't provide free breakfast like the websites state. False advertising. I didnt know you have to check in at the window like a late night convient store. I was not expecting that nor was I ready to read if you lose your hotel card it's $5 to replace it. I will say they clean daily and friendly. If you looking for peace and quite this is not for you. Kids definitely live their with family. If you leave items do not expect to get them back or a courtesy call about them. Would I stay here again I'll pass. Thanks

Staff tried but communication was rough. Showers had mold and beds were supported by wooden planks. Rooms were overall clean though, but still felt unsafe in the area.
