When I went up the elevator, I came out to the hallway it’s smells. So bad and the tub needs some maintenance. The floors need to be fixed when I was walking I feel like I was gonna fall through the floor of the room and I also seen a roach in the restroom so terrible. It’s sad. They need to get it together. and the breakfast that they were serving thumbs down.

Our room was dirty, including dust in the corners and accumulated dirt and splotches of dried food on the tops of both night stands. Bedroom linens were clean as well as the sinks and toilet. But lots of dirt and grime elsewhere.

Nothing !!!!!! EVERYTHING !!!!! They was so rude AAWEand dirty made every eextra fee they could think of. I tried to extend and he told me 60 I had to go check what it was online and ,see if I could do it online. I come back down and he goes up to 75 and tries to gas me and tell me he'll give me a discount but plus tax it's 80$. I'm trying to get the lowest amt and everything was charging 80$ he tells me hurry up and rebook before he has to charge me a early check in fee so I see Priceline is 75$ so I get for 75$ i tell him I rebooked and he says that's third party and it'll be check in at 3 so I have to pack my stuff wait for my room come back for nothing. I'm stressing so much almost have a anxiety attack. He ends up letting me pay $20 and stay then. mind you in the room the ac is leakin and we told them that it can cause mold and we have two baby girls they can get sick then it wasn't important when we mentioned it but the morning for us to leave at 9 am this man came to inquire if we're extending we need to advise because we hav e kids and would need to switch rooms. Bullshit this lady at the front office came to the door pushing on the door telling me I need to get out of the room as it's been pass 20 mins in the room passed check out I went off on her telling her she was being rude as I had my daughter in my hands. Then the man Pete Patel from the front office did the same thing and he hit me in my head w the door as I was looking through the peep hole checking who was at the door. I was very astonished and had a panick attack dealing w these people.

They charge 40.00 deposit that they do not tell you about til you get there. Then you have to check out and return the key by 11 am not a minute late or you get charged 25. 00 the breakfast sucked boiled eggs, nothing to drink, the machine was broken. Literally nothing. Then it said you can not take the breakfast up to the room cuz you get charged an extra fee. The towels were hard as rock. Took a shower and boy those towels were as rough as sandpaper. Then when we checked out and gave the man in the front our receipt to get our cash deposit back he just said ok good bye thanks and we were like we just gave you our receipt for our cash deposit we need our money. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

On our 2nd day the lady was able to switch our rooms They should have more options for breakfast. The bathroom were not cleaned, the beds had bugs

It was a reasonable price but you get what you pay. roach infested bad. i had my one year old son with me and we woke up around 3-4am to feed him and woke up to roaches on our bed.

The location of the hotel was somewhat okay The hotel was ok our couch was stained and our tv didn’t work the control had tape on the back snd the breakfast sucked Definitley not what I paid for oh and to top it off me and my wife were gone exploring houston from 8-10pm and when we get back our bed is made well my charger was stolen I looked everywhere and when confronted manager she said cameras take 24 hrs ugh yeah so they got some trifling maids who steal so yeah don’t stay unless u want your things stolen !

The parking lot looks like junk yard cars were turned down apart right on the parking lot the room was so disgusting I have some pictures but I don’t know how to share it here on this reriews

Clean sheets. Water spots everywhere. Smelled wet and moldy. Doors and fixtures were worpped.

Breakfast, location, and staff were all excellent!! The pool was closed. The work out room was under construction.

One of the windows on the ground floor was busted out. I'm not sure the back door even had the ability to lock. There was water damage to the ceiling tiles. The juice machine for breakfast was out of commission. In my room in particular - the remodel job had been done very poorly. Scuff marks on the wall from furniture, etc... The showerhead had okay pressure but leaked. After a long shower I noticed the transition strip from the bathroom to the main room was not in place at all and water had leaked and pooled all the way to the bed (4 or 5 feet from the bathroom door). There was one cockroach in the bathroom. The bed was decently comfortable.

I left i didnt stay this is so bad lot blood stains and pillows are yellow no white smells so.bad and window glass was broken nothing good i will like to get a refund for my money i didnt stay if anyone read this please avoid this place unless you want sleep on dirty unsecure place

Booked and payed in advance on hotels.com website assuming everything was legit, make it to hotel and it is closed due to no electricity or water. I purchased travel insurance just in case, filed my claim and was denied. I was basically scammed out of a day rental and no refund. I will never use this site again. It is very unreliable.

This property wouldn't let us check in and then would not offer a resolution and more or less hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional staff and needs to be trained on compassion, especially during catastrophic events.

Hotel in hotwire photos looked pretty nice, but in reality hotel is old and rooms were rather dingy. Internet didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work, neither did the TV. TV only got one channel. To top it off the swimming pool was closed and had a huge tarp covering it! Would not recommend! Hallway had a strange smell also!

Only thing good about this trip was the office staff. Other than that , the restroom door didn’t close , NO AMENITIES, the tv didn’t have great picture quality.

Rude staff and bugs and dirty

The entire parking was like i was at a junk yard. They had all 9f these wrecked cars outsde and had people working on them with loud music playing. Not exactly what i had i m8nd!!!

I brought it to there attention and they said they cleaned it So I asked for some blankets/towels but did not have extra. We sat on our bed and watch a little TV. The hosts was very nice but not accommodating. We will not stay there again.

Granted, the storm took out the power to the hotel...but I wasn't contacted by staff to see if I was okay or needed anything. But I don't understand why there was no water. Not that it mattered much as the shower knob was broken.

I’ve stayed here before and it was good, almost every time I come to Houston I stay in this hotel so I’m familiar with it. The pool was not in service this time which was lame since I was looking forward to it but it’s fine. They could do better for the breakfast bar, only coffee, cereal, bread, boiled eggs, and grits is offered. But I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Houston.

This hotel has smoking rooms, so even being in a non smoking room, the smell was horrible. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. There were rings around the tub, showing it had not been cleaned. Will not be staying here again. Do not recommend.

Awful building. Room is falling apart. Tiny roaches in the kitchenette area. Both couches had nasty stains. Drawers didnt close would open on their own. Spare yourself and find a better stay.

Awful property. Everything is old and stained. The bathroom fixtures are covered in hard water stains. There was a roach in the bath. There is mold in the tile grout. The curtains were stained and torn. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

The restrooms where in a horrible condition, the tub was rust and have holds and patches that are rusted. The toilet bowl was black. Coffee maker is in the restroom , as well the ice bucket, thats unsanitary. I dont recommend this place.

It had a gate with the passcode but there was no point to that when the other side of the fence was broken.... Every time I went downstairs to open the door it already seemed to be open so people were getting in-and-out or leaving it open

Pipes burst, the water system failed, thus no running water for over 12 hours after the incident after they said it would be 30 minutes of outage, the next morning, still no water, so now all the patrons are uncomfortable now, maybe they had no standby maintenance workers on contract to resolve such issues should they appear, we were refunded, it was just a hassle, this was the first hotel I selected and was disappointed in!

I love the stay at Day's Inn when I'm in Houston that is where I will stay friendly staffs

The back of the bathroom door was warped, the tub was slippery and had paint chipping on the floor of it. There was no trash can in the bathroom. I had issues with the tv channels not working, and when one of the maintenance men came to check it out, there were cigarette butts behind the dresser. He saw them and didn’t say anything or bother to pick them up. I had children with me. The desk also had the wax peeling off and some kind of graffiti that wasn’t completely wiped off. Wish I had chosen a better place to layover.

Some appliances were either broken or had missing parts, and bug infestation can be an issue.

This hotel was very old looking it seems like it hasn’t had maintenance in a while the air conditioning in the room makes such a loud noise when turned on I could barely sleep. Not to mention the bathroom tub floor was disgusting it was so dirty. Also the pool wasn’t open I looked and it wasn’t open because it hadn’t been cleaned . Also the pillows were dirty. Overall not a very pleasant stay WOULDNT RECOMMEND

To be honest if you’re looking for an overnight stay this location will be okay. As for me I would not stay here again. The hotel is old and could use some upgrading. The room itself was clean but the couch was dirty and the tub was stained. The worst part was the overnight

The location of the motel was in an area that it was close to restaurants and good shopping. They continued with their breakfast every morning. Staff was nice and helpful.

The room in general was comfortable. The toilet had to be serviced because of rising water intoilet bowl. The mattress was stained very bad with big areas of spots that had been wet. My husband discovered this when he was pulling the sheets to remake the bed. He was very upset to see this.

Rented to two rooms for a family gathering ,left one of my trucks around 130 pm at the hotel parking lot. Came back to the hotel around 11 pm just to find my car broken into along with 4 other vehicles. No cameras to identify the suspects. Never again will I rent there again.

I loved my stay but I hated the fact of the limted breakfast. Coffee/tea/orange juice and instant oatmeal. Best hotel I have stay at in Houston so far. I do plan to visit again hopefully when things are back to normalcy.

Plumbing was old and water pressure was really low especially with the sink took vary long wash off toothpaste and clean toothbrush. Someone kept slamming a door all through the night and talking very loud, they had an accent.

The area is a bit sketchy. The back foot which is supposed to be keycard accessible is broken. Anyone can walk in the building. The doors don’t shut all the way and you can literally see inside the rooms. Couches were stained. The walls are so thin. I heard the sex above us. I heard the fighting next door. ALL NIGHT!! Linen was stained. The only positive was the front desk staff were nice.

This place was definitely a learning experience for me and my family. You get what you pay for!! We got here at midnight after traveling for 10 hours straight to be surprised that this hotel was absolutely disgusting. Black hair all over the bed, dead cockroach in the bathroom, gum, melted candy and coins all in the closet shelf. Once we decided this was a definite nope and needed to leave with our children at midnight to go find somewhere else we went to exit and much to our surprise an ALIVE cockroach came crawling out from underneath the dresser! Let’s just say we couldn’t get out of there fast enough, the entire hotel was out of this world gross!!

ABSOLUTELY RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WE WOKE UP WITH DOZENS OF BED BUG BITES ALL OVER OUR BODY. EVEN ON OUR FACE. RUN, DONT WALK RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT WE LEARNED OUR LESSON THE HARD WAY!!!!

Check in was great and clerk was very nice. Day 1 no issues besides an uncomfortable matress. Day 2-6 breakfast options were poor to almost non existant. Boiled eggs, something that looked like grits, juice machine didnt work and toast and yogurt. From day 2 and on we have killed so many roaches during the day.. Crawling up the walls and coming from under the door. The hallway has a bad smell of mold. The curtains in the room have something on them and housekeeping came once while i stayed there. The TV is very poor and has lines running thru it. I am very disappointed with this stay and will think twice about staying at a days inn again ever in the future

We were put into a room where you could visibly see out into the hallway even when the door was closed. Parts of the bedding did not seem to be thoroughly washed and overall cleanliness was not the best. There were numerous cockroaches the rooms.

I didn’t get the room I paid for. When I checked in my room was giving away and I was put in another room. The front desk staff was rude. The room had ROACHES and the rags in the bathroom had stains on them. I couldn’t sleep because I was afraid that a roach would crawl on me. I stayed in the room 1 night but my partner still had to come to the hotel everyday and use the shower because he’s in a wheelchair. I will never use days inn 🏨 when I’m vacationing in Texas again.

The tv did not work. They did get it working by Saturday night. Their was no shower curtain , I didn't see that till Saturday morning when i went for a shower. They did get that fixed by that night. The staff was good. But the place is run down.
