Hotel was exceptional.

Th location was close to the acitivies I participated in. As well as the breakfast experience was exceptional. My stay included a few highlights; however, overall it did not meet expectations, particularly given the advertised distinction between standard and premium accommodations. The level of service felt average, and I did not observe any meaningful difference between a premium stay and a standard one. I had requested a quiet room on the highest available floor, but I was assigned to the same floor twice, which did not align with that request. Additionally, there was an issue with room access, as my new key was not properly activated, preventing entry into the second room. To avoid further inconvenience, I chose to remain on the original floor. While I did check in early, which may have been a contributing factor, clearer communication regarding this would have been appreciated. I was also informed that the premium room included snacks. After briefly stepping out, I returned to find that although the trash had been cleared, the snacks were not restocked. Furthermore, housekeeping removed used washcloths and towels but replaced them with only one of each, which was insufficient. Additionally, there appeared to be limited sound insulation, as noise from adjoining rooms, particularly plumbing, was clearly audible in both the bathroom and bedroom, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. That said, the breakfast experience was excellent. The chef preparing omelets was exceptional and provided the most enjoyable aspect of my stay. I offer this feedback respectfully, as I believe these are important areas for improvement.

Hotel is nice and staff was nothing short from Amazing. However, every single time we left the room and came back our key wouldn't work and we had to go down every single time to get it fixed. Room temperature was not good- the thermostat only allows you to lower to 65 but temperature never went below 68 and I am a very hot sleeper so it was uncomfortable. The beds are not good AT ALL!!! My body is soar from sleeping on the mattress. Also, we only had 3 towels to begin with BUT again customer service was GREAT, EVERYONE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Beautiful view, friendly staff, the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in years. The happy hour was festive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub- a nice treat. We ordered dinner, which was okay. The pizza wasn’t great. A sharp contrast to the amazing breakfast.

It's a really nice hotel! Loved the breakfast, the gym was nice, small but nice... the overall feel is very open and newer.. great location. . My only complaint was they put me in a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the furnace and just nothing nice and then it was a handicapped room which is not bad but why give it to me if someone else really needs it.

The rooms are spacious, with the separate living area being a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. The complimentary made‑to‑order breakfast is a standout feature. The omelets were fresh and delicious, and the buffet offered plenty of variety. All of the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Whether it was a quick question at the front desk or a request from housekeeping, every interaction was polite and professional. There were three women in particular who were the kindest. One at the front desk and two staff member in the dining who passed out a flowers to all the mothers for Mother's Day and wished all mothers a happy Mother's Day. I hope their day went just as well as they made everyone else's. The location is ideal--close to the Energy Corridor, major highways, and plenty of dining options. Parking was easy, and the property felt safe and well maintained. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and truly the hotel is well maintained in the lobby areas. However my second bed had orange residue on all sheets, as if the sheets were not changed. A black dead roach popped out of the same sheets. Being quite frank, the beds were so uncomfortable and hard. My husband and I both woke up with hurting spines. Breakfast was also very selective, however the lobby was very busy and a bit disorganized to get served.

We spent Valentine weekend here on a staycation. The staff accommodated my request for a higher floor and the room was amazing with a great view. We had a great stay. I'd definitely book here again. The free drinks during happy hour and the snacks were an unexpected bonus as well.

The property was clean . The breakfast could’ve been better. The selection was ok nothing special, for $300 a night I would’ve expected a bit more. Overall very good hotel.

Supposed accessible room but toilet was very low and not ADA compliant

There are recurrent problems with the buffet, which has to do with proper hot foods temperatures. The hot foods, esp the meats, sausage, bacon, eggs, were way below proper serving temperatures. In fact my coffee today was hotter than the hot foods. I brought this to the staff’s attention and I Spoke to the chef. The internal temperature of cooked sausage, etc should be 140-160 degrees Fahrenheit. Nothing was really done and I’ve had the same conversations with the manager(s) over the past several years. Nothing has changed. I’m a physician with extensive experience with public health, food quality & prevention. I’m trying to prevent problems before they start. One strategy would be to cover the hot foods & decrease the bulk of the stacked bacon/sausages/eggs from the usual 6”-8” to 3”-4”. The hot tables appear functioning but I have seen them not turned on.

Included breakfast was decent and kitchen staff were friendly. Restaurant and room service had limited hours. Right on the highway, which is deafening outside.

Bed was too firm, pillows too flat. Westin has much more comfortable beds.

The room, lobby, restaurant and staff are great. I’ve stayed twice and each time the card keys quit working after every use. Good thing Hilton has digital key.

I enjoyed the amenities and the made to order breakfast and the complimentary drinks at happy hour. I do have one complaint. I got a king suite and the bed was a queen, not a king bed. I spoke to the front desk clerk and he claimed it was a King size bed, but I was not. He was supposed to send someone to double check. Anyways, with the exception of that wonderful place to stay.

Ms Fod and Yelonda were awesome. Very personable, energetic, and assisted in whatever I needed.There were a lot a things that I did not like. There was mold under sink in bathroom, red stain in carpet, noisy kids next door, heat or whatever underneath room kept knocking at night, highest floor was not available, lobby and hallways were very cold.

Embassy Suites exceeded my expectations and truly felt like a home away from home! The rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, delivering exceptional customer service throughout my stay. The amenities were fantastic, but the breakfast was the real highlight an amazing variety with freshly made pancakes and omelets, plus many other delicious options that make it truly unique. The complimentary happy hour drinks in the late afternoon were an added bonus and such a delightful touch. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. This is a five-star hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation!

We had a hard time finding parking because of the construction so lack of parking spaces and also an event was going on when we were checking in but one of the ladies offered to move her car so we could park which was really sweet. I am sure its only a temporary issue and I enjoyed our stay. I would definitely go back if we are ever in the area again.

I did check via the app. I was going to book for another day, but this wasn’t my best stay. From room service bringing me cold pizza, to my room not being cleaned when I checked in, to room service not replacing my dirty towels.

I absolutely loved Yousef at check in he was very hospitable. Breakfast was really tasty and the options were endless. The facility is clean. I read heated pool online could be a mix up but the pool was really cold. The hot tub made up for it though.

My trip was excellent. From check-in to the the time I left everything was great. My room at first I had a problem with the shower water not working but I had immediate attention and was transferred quickly to another room with no problems. The room was very clean. I love that breakfast was included and happy hour as well even though I’m not a drinker. Thanks to Embassy suites for the best customer experience. This will be my choice when in Houston.

It was clear that one or more children use the bathroom heavily in the Jacuzzi #1 & 2. Thankfully the pool didn't have the same (strong) yellow hue that jacuzzi had. You could also expect for the pool to be very cold as there is no heat to the pool. There were also multiple events being held on the second floor which left the lobby flooded. It would have been nice to be provided with a courtesy announcement that there would be multiple weddings and that customers using the pool should use a detoured route to better avoid the wedding crowd. The breakfast was fine but not in full force when it opens at 6am. I didn't see anyone at the omelet section when I would go down for breakfast from 6am-6:30am. Perhaps the person preparing the pans of bacon for the buffet was supposed to be making the omelettes but no one walked over when asked.

First night my daughter woke me up and said there was a bed bug in her bed. I immediately went to the front desk they put us in another room on another floor. I showed them pictures. Next morning spoke with the manager she saw the pictures and said she would take care of it. And give me a call. A month later I’m still waiting on a call back!!!! My granddaughter is now afraid to sleep in a bed.

It is a fine location to stay in...I always appreciate the look of each hotel, the staff, and the amenities at Embassy Suites.

Gnats and mosquitoes were everywhere. Stinky parking garage. Iron in room broken. Toilet paper not replaced when housekeeping came. Hair in the fridge. Full sized beds instead of double queens that they advertised. When asked, they said that was normal. It took 2 hours and 3 follow up calls to get towels brought to my room. Dust in lights. Spent over $1K here for the week and I Would never return. Management was made aware and all they offered was to get my room cleaned for the last day. Unacceptable.

When I arrived Yousuf was very welcoming and checked on me. Unfortunately the toliet wasn’t working (would not flush). Maintenance came to the room, left with no explanation. I had to call the front desk again. Secondly I was going to get breakfast and the door wouldn’t close fully. Called and it was taken care of. Lastly I was overcharged according g to the third party. I work for CPS and took vacation time and was a bit disappointed. I’ve been staying at your hotel for a decade. Please make this right

Didn't know hotel was under renovation, couldn't find my way to entrance or parking. Got into room phones didn't work, called front desk 4 times was put on hold for 5-10 minutes each time and then hung up on. Called Room Service, was hung up on twice. Beds aren't the same, uncomfortable mattress. Won't go back.

Amazing Place To Stay Staff Was Very Helpful And Kind Rooms And Food Was Amazing!

The hotel is very lovely, but there are two minor issues. One, the shower water pressure dropped out mid-shower, and it took two minutes to come back on. The second, the front desk called the room, stating that I had to check out the day before my check-out date and asking if I had another reservation with another hotel. I think the staff should’ve double-checked before making any phone calls concerning the check-out dates. Other than that, the hotel is very nice

The property was conveniently located off the freeway, with some construction in front. Hotel was nice and well kept. Breakfast was great! Room was located next to elevator, so there was knocking noises all day and night. Zasha had the best welcoming spirit. Nikki and Yusof assisted during the stay and at check-out. Our hotel stay here was excellent! It was very clean all of the amenities were very nice and comfortable. The free included breakfast buffet every morning in and of itself made the room worth it! Plus you get complimentary drinks between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. daily during your stay the bar service was wonderful the staff was so friendly and helpful and fixed any issues that we had immediately the bed was comfortable but I've had more comfortable beds before. The only real complaint I have was with the hotel pool and hot tub and it's nothing that they could control so it didn't affect my overall rating unfortunately there were guests staying the same time as us that let their children one wild and I have kids of my own so I know that it's possible to keep them behaved correctly it was very unsafe and loud and not relaxing and constant we never had a time where the pool wasn't chaotic but again nothing that the hotel can really do anything about other than have more staff patrolling and checking into the hotel pool maybe making sure that children aren't rambunctious but you do still want kids to be able to have fun because their kids so it's hard to put rules on that I think it's just a matter of the constant screaming and running was too much but other than that the stay was impeccable!

Overall I loved my stay here. The room was clean and spacious, and the area was very safe and close to the Katy highway. The only reason I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was an issue with getting some clean towels. The front desk receptionist handled it very swiftly and professionally after I communicated my frustrations. Except for that one instance, I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again!

This is the best hotel! Everything was amazing and good quality. The room was huge and the atmosphere was inviting. The staff were so good to my kids and everyone had a smile. We LOVED the indoor pool, it wasn't too cold and the kids spent most of their time there.

Friendly check-in and check-out service, generous breakfast and happy hour. Only small glitch regarding missing morning wake-up call.

Great beautiful ambiance

The room was not clean, there was no pillows no blankets no soap and shampoo. When we asked they told us they had none. We have to leave and drive home in the middle of the night. Now I am fighting for a refund from hotels.com and have not received yet.

Nice rooms & bed was very comfortable! Has a great happy hour at bar & open lounge space. Breakfast eggs could be better & the Folgers coffee was terrible was only negative. There is some outside entrance construction currently.

Amazing stay friendly faces

As someone who manages in customer service, this was one of the best stays I've had in a hotel in a very long time. People were so very polite, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. Every one in the hotel greeted and made us feel very welcomed. It honestly seemed as if every person around us, including other guest were having a great time. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to anyone.

Fence was falling down while driving to the garage

Super friendly front desk staff. Very clean entry and room. Loud neighbors pounding on door demanding their water bottle in the middle of the night was only drawback.

I love everything about this hotel, and I’ll definitely be back.

Would come back to Houston JUST to stay here again. Very nice staff, parking was free of charge breakfast on weekends was free as well amazing made to order or buffet style. I havent seen a hotel in years with free parking and breakfast this good.

Wonderful stay

I have been staying at this location every time I visit Houston for over 10 years now. I love coming here to stay with my family.

Very nicely decorated and nice staff. Indoor pool was amazing kids had a blast. Breakfast was a hit. We will be returning again.

Indoor pool was the best during the winter . The breakfast was great , esp the omelet. Tip the chef, we will be booking again when in the katy area .

Hotel stay and staff made for an excellent weekend getaway. After a terrible experience at another hotel, this was a breath of fresh air!

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and the my kids enjoyed the pool.
