Staff was friendly and professional, called to confirm the booking, allowed early check in, has rooms requested Paying for each room as separate bookings, did not like swiping my card 3 times for my 3 rooms, and I did not like paying a separate $17 for breakfast per person, better to include fees in room payment, felt funny having staff waiting with a clipboard to record who was having breakfast. Wish room had sleeping cot or a couch.

I liked that the front desk clerk assisted me with admenties. Although, he forgot to explain to us they did not clean the room but every other day. Our room was unkept moving forward when we stay which we do travel often to Houston because of family we will remember this! I did not like the fact we paid 267.00 and they only cleaned our rooms every other day and why did we have to buy breakfast for the price we paid we should have had breakfast.

Could be cleaner and friendlier

This is my second stay and no doubt it will not be my last.

The temperature is room 413 was uncontrollable. It was either too hot or too cold. The thermostat was not functioning properly. It made attempts at sleep miserable.

Didn't eat breakfast but did appreciate the coffee bar! We arrived on the day of the Artemis ll landing and had hoped to watch it on the RV in our toom on Fox News Channel, our preferred news network, but it was not available -- black screen!!! We were very disappointed and wondered why that channel was blacked out????

This is my second or third time at this location and it never disappoints! It’s clean, in a great location, and the staff is very nice and professional. I enjoyed the breakfast and appreciate the option to do the buffet or ordering from the menu.

Room was clean but I didn’t like how low the beds were. Once we sat on the bed it sounded like it was gonna break. Other than that, we all slept well and the air conditioning was perfect.

Conveniently located off the I-10 freeway. Several restaurants and fast food places within a short drive. Clean and quiet area, I always sleep great when I stay here. The only thing, and it's a small thing, is there are very few channel choices to watch stuff on the tele. They have like 6 different sports channels, but not very many other channels for movies/TV shows. But! Like I said it's a small thing, no biggie!

HVAC seemed broken in the gym. Gym was very very hot during my time there. I also had issues with hot water in the shower in the later afternoon.

There was hardlly any staff there. No maid service for our room. No amenities. No clock. No breakfast. No cafe. Very plain and unatractive. Would never stay there again.

Our stay was great for the most part. The hotel description mentioned "premium bedding" and "breakfast included". The sheets, pillows and blankets were clean and nice but our mattress was pretty worn and didn't feel very premium. When we came down for breakfast we were told that it was not included. We showed them the description from your website and they were kind enough to accommodate anyway. The front desk staff; with the exception one young man, were mostly inattentive. Didn't make eye contact unless you spoke to them directly, seemed to be distracted by their phones. As we were coming and going they were often socializing with the other front desk personnel, assuming they were front desk staff and hadn't just left their own work stations. Alex however was so friendly, helpful and kind that we almost didn't even notice the others. Overall it was a great stay and we probably would come back again of breakfast were included or the price was competitive enough to make up for it. If it hadn't been for Alex, this would probably be a very bad experience to be honest.

Horrible Experience, I had 2 of my employees stay here 1 night and overnight both of their Vehicles were broken into as well as other vehicles , windows smashed, equipment and tools stolen. Hotel manager Rod refuses to return any calls after leaving multiple messages. “24 hour security” Would not recommend unless you enjoy spending thousands to repair your vehicles windows without any accountability from management.

The staff at check in were quick and friendly. They did a great job at letting us know what was available, where to find the elevators and offered to answer any questions. Hotel room is spacious, and comfortable. Easy to figure out lights and AC system. Beds are comfly and should have no issues with sleeping on them. Only suggestion I can make is to have the tvs be smart tvs so we can sign in to stream if we want to from a favorite service such as Netflix.

We had a good stay besides the air conditioner making the uncomfortable at times , the beds being to small and the blankets not being big enough, it was alright. If you would work on these issues the rooms would be perfect.

We stayed in town for one night and this was a great place for that. Clean and staff was kind. The only thing was upon check in around 5pm when walking to our room the 3rd floor was heavy with the smell of cigarettes. We left, came back a few hours later and the smell was gone. Again, everything but that was perfect!

The hotel is very clean and safe. Very easy for parking.

We had 3 issues . One on Thursday, and two on Friday. We were in town for a funeral. On Th night, we were unable to turn off the tv. We called the front desk for help. One hour later no help. No plug was accessible to unplug the tv. Took the clicker down at 11 pm. The desk staff ran from clicker to clicker to find batteries as none were available in their possession. Did not get to bed till after midnight. Next morning about 8:30, electric went out at 8:30 am. Our hair was wet after showers. Next door neighbor had turned off some thing. We did not get electric back on til 9:30. We’re late for funeral. Later that same day, powere was scheduled to be turned off from 1-2 pm. We get back to the hotel at 2:30 and cannot use elevators because electric was back on but no one could figure out elevator reset. Again, we were late for the funeral reception because I have arthritis and could not walk up 5 flights of stairs.

Our stay was excellent! Our hometown football team was in the playoffs but we had a soccer game and couldn’t attend. The staff allowed us to setup a projector and watch the game in the bar area while enjoying refreshments from the lounge. There was hot chocolate and coffee out every morning which was greatly appreciated since it was cold and wet outside. The room was clean and when I called down to have our coffee bar replenished they arrived promptly with everything we could need and included extras. Great service!

The staff were friendly and professional. My hotel stay was impromptu so I was delighted that toiletries I didn’t bring were standard in my room. The bed was very comfortable and my room stayed cold as I prefer it to all night. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. This was my first Hilton stay but definitely not my last.

The review isn’t about the property, is about your website charged. You booked and charged me for a room that wasn’t available. I had my mom, my niece, my nephew, my dog and were turned away. It was late. You took my money and failed to render a service. I immediately contacted your customer service dept and I’m still waiting on a response. Shame on you Expedia!

I have stayed here a few times now and am always pleased with this hotel's location, cleanliness and service.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Energy Corridor. The one bedroom suite was spacious and very clean. The fitness room was well equipped and all machines worked properly. Staff was friendly especially Keesha. I do plan to stay again when in the Houston area.

Good place for travel

The staff was very welcoming, extremely helpful. However the bed was super uncomfortable as well as the a/c wasn’t working. I didn’t notify the staff because it was in the middle of the night when the unit stopped working and I had an important appointment to make it too early that morning.

So far my favorite location to book whenever I'm in Katy. Great location and great rates.

The guy who checked us in said nothing about breakfast options, could barely be bothered to put his phone down to stop watching TikTok. The WiFi disconnected about every 1-2 m8nites. From in the bathroom I could hear other people through the vent. There was no way to turn 8n the vent so I couldn’t use the mirror after showering, the room was very clean however and overall adequate, not particularly good.

The property itself was nice, but the room had this big oversized work table in there taking up space, they need to put a comfortable Chaise lounge chair in that space, so you can sit back and relax.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was VERY CLEAN and stocked with towels and etc. The staff Brandon I do believe his name was very nice and definitely worked quickly to extend my stay his customer service is excellent you can tell be really cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. Definitely will be booking again felt like home away from home.

Overall, it is a clean and friendly hotel. The downside is that breakfast is not included for guests who book through Hotels.com. They said that I book directly with the hotel, breakfast is included.

I stayed here for a staycation with my boyfriend over the weekend and it was a great get away! Close to Memorial City Mall and good restaurants, clean rooms, quiet at night. Would stay again

Very clean with personable staff. I did have an issue w/ the iron & ironing board cover. The iron had some adhesive melted onto the plate which did come off on my clothes. The ironing board cover would not stay on - it needs to be replaced.
