The only issue I had was my AC nit was noisy I mean extremely so. It did not function well, just as soon as it would shut off it would come right back on. I had a enjoyable stay otherwise...

the hotel was in the middle of some of renovation. drop our bags at 2.00pm on 5/5. came bact to our room at 10:30 pm went to bathroom NO WATER.went to the front desk said have water in the bathroom she said WE HAVE NO WATER IN THE HOTEL. went back to my room and my wife was passed out on her bed, we had been up since 3am . lPUT UP WITGH.eft the hotel as soon as i could find a hotel that i could check into 10:00 am on 5/6. WE SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED ONE CENT FOR WHAT WEHAD TO PUT UP WITH

I like the property my stay from the time I checked in on April 22 through April 27 On April 22, when checked in checked in into my room a place that do do not disturb sign on the door. On April 25 housekeeping into my room 312 and room 314 to clean with both had do not disturb sign posted on the door housekeeping was not supposed to enter neither one of those rooms to clean and they did enter and cleaned my room without my request. I was just satisfied with that and I went down and talked to him the front desk clerk the front desk clerk informed me that the manager will be in on Monday and I can speak with the manager I spoke with the manager yesterday, which was gonna be April 27 after I checked out and paid for both rooms. The manager of the property said the housekeeping personnel that clean those two rooms 312 and 314 was off for a couple of days and he will get back to me when they return to ask them about entering those two rooms when the sign was posted do not disturb. I believe that on that day, which is the 25th I should be refunded for that one day from room 312 and 314 because housekeeping enter out my permission nor the permission from the hotel to enter when the sign was up do not disturb I also asked a person at front desk on the 25th if they have the number to corporate because I wanted to file a complaint and it’s still gonna file a complaint against that hotel staff housekeeping that enter my room on April 25 stay in 312 and 314 to clean I am waiting to hear back from the manager of this Hamilton Inn in Houston, Texas, near the Houston hobby airport

It was a quiet night. We were on the first floor, which was super nice for getting in and out easily. It was right next to a gas station/ convenience store for fill up for rental car and quick snacks for plane ride home. Plenty of convenient parking. Location is very close to airport. We left too early to get breakfast. Lots and lots of construction, making it hard to get around the area in a timely manner. We arrived early, and were not able to check in. We sat outside in the car for awhile. We didn't choose to swim in the pool because someone was sitting out there smoking.

It was a quiet night. We were on the first floor, which was super nice for getting in and out easily. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was the best part. Hours of good food so that was amazing. The staff was so nice, when I asked for anything extra they were so helpful. I enjoyed all amenities like the gym and pool. I recommend anyone staying by Hobby or a stay in Houston.

Parking was good and well lit. Breakfast was not good. No fruit. Cold coffee one day. Hot coffee that was burning your hand but they didn’t have sleeves for the cup. Tub was stopped up and drained afterwards.

Our bathroom was not cleaned. There was poop skids in the toilet pubic hair in the shower and a used bar of soap and washcloth next to the sink. The worst part for my family was the amenities were not working. You see this beautiful pool and hot tub online but when you get there, it’s full of bugs. Has this green slime floating on top and the hot tub was ice cold .

The room they gave us was dirty. When we returned to the front desk, they told us they couldn't do anything, that we should cancel our reservation and find another hotel.

The property was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful and we felt safe at this location. We had a view of the airport and could watch planes speed down the runway. We would stay at this location again.

Friendly desk staff I cancelled the reservation upon arrival. They had no hot water “if I didn’t want to stay, they would issue a full refund. I took the refund. I later found an email sent mid morning telling me of the problem. It was sent well after my travel day started. According to the desk personnel the water issue was on its second day and repairmen weren’t expected until the following day

Clean room. Staff was nice enough. The evening desk women didn’t seem very happy, but maybe just having a difficult night. The water wasn’t working in the morning, most likely weather related, So we couldn’t shower. And unfortunately I found out after using the bathroom. But that was no one’s fault. Overall glad to be there and not driving home from airport on icy roads. It was clean, comfy, and warm and breakfast was good.

Convenient to the airport Some areas were a little run down- elevator was definitely in need of updating. Water stopped working on the 26th of Jan by no fault of the property. Very cold in Houston and water was shut off for the day.

The gentleman working the front desk upon checkout was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee was great. We left before breakfast started. The girl that checked us in was not very personable. She seemed put out. We had an issue with a wet floor around our ac in our room, but we had already unpacked before we noticed it. I called down to the front desk to let her know. I told her that we didn’t want to move, but I felt like they needed to know. She did not offer anything at all.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilet seat is loose. Shower faucet is leaking.

Room had a big stain on the carpet, air conditioner was not working at all. Because we arrived late, there was no desk agent at the desk when we went to voice our concerns. Only a “we’ve stepped away and we’ll be right back” sign but no one ever came. The water dispenser was not working in the lobby. Just seemed like Hampton Inn needs a refresh. I would not recommend recommend this hotel

Pillows were hard, no towels for 2-3 days we asked over and over again. The pool was green and nasty. Not like the pictures at all. The A/C I’m sure had mold in it.

Check in was fine overall. Once in the room, it was visibly rusted on all metal. The wood beneath the bed was water damaged all around. The metal beneath the a/c unit was rusted and chipping away onto the carpet. The ironing board had a white powder residue all over the bottom of the cover. There was not any body wash in the shower where there should have been and the shampoo bottle was there, but it was closed and could not be opened which means we couldn't wash our hair. I had to put hand soap into a cup(because it was mounted to the wall next to the sink) to wash my hair and body. Not ideal. The side door to access the pool and parking lot was convenient to the elevator, but the pool door was left wide open the entire time outside and that area smelled strongly of weed every time we walked in and out. If it hadn't been prepaid, we would have left and stayed somewhere else. The front desk staff in the evening was fantastic, though! Great personality and demeanor! We enjoyed him!

The room was tidy but not thoroughly cleaned. The continental breakfast was awful. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage and no waffles, just watered down juices and packaged biscuits. GROSS!! There were not any towels in the pool area so you have to bring your ONLY two towels from your room. When I called the front desk to bring me more, the lady said for me to come get them because there was no one available to deliver the towels to my room and the cleaning crew was already gone for the day and it was only 3pm. We asked for more toilet paper at the front desk and we were told they only had ONE roll left for the entire hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cold.

Coffee down at the entrance was warm, not hot! The showers were not big enough. Some of the bed sheets had colored stains in them. Staff was professional and nice!

This Hampton Inn was not up to the Standard of otber Hampton Inns i've stayed in

Stayed 1 night for early morning flight. The food truck next door as well as the convience store next door were nice as there is nothing else in the area.

Complementary ride to airport was very convenient and quick. Just let the person at the desk know that you need a ride and what time. They will take care of the rest.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially Robert. However. I am not sure how this is affliated with the Hilton brand. There were so many things that were not Hilton standard. Like a round toilet seat on an elongated bowl. Phones that didn't work, plumbing issues floors soaking wet from some sort of issue in bathroom and being told that there was nothing to be done to comp the inconvenience of clothes in our suitcase getting wet in our luggage as the wet carpet was not found before leaving them there because we booked thru a 3rd party . However, Robert was very understanding and tried to help us out.

They were very accommodating in transporting my party from Hobby airport to the hotel even though we arrived late in the evening. Everybody was pleasant.

Needed updating on worn areas of high traffic use. We had a leak from the bathroom wall and the carpet was super wet. Reported it and no one came to look at it.

Hair in the bathroom and there was blood on the sheets that we noticed in the morning once the sheet had come untucked. Oh and this wasn’t old blood it wasn’t washed

The property was good. I expected a shuttle to the airport and they provided a Lyft (free) instead, which turned out to be fine. Breakfast was limited to 'grab and go' but the signs at the hotel said the breakfast will be back 'soon'. I heard the hotel changed owners recently. Otherwise it was a brief but good stay.

We moved hotels because we wanted a jacuzzi both hotels from your website both advertised a pool and jacuzzi neither one had a working jacuzzi but this hotel is in better conditions than the holiday inn a lot better

The mildew from the air conditioning unit was so bad that the smell knocked you out immediately. We slept only three hours in the room and did not shower or use any of the facilities as a result. We just went to the airport and sat in the gate for four hours before our flight left.

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The alarm clock wasn’t working properly & it went off at midnight which was disturbing since we didn’t set it. Other than that it was great & I would recommend it to everyone. Needs more restaurants around but you can travel a short distance to find what you need.

They overbooked so when I arrived I was told there were no rooms available for me. The guy at front desk was not very empathic as I was traveling and it was 11PM. So I had to search for another option to rest. Will not stay at a Hampton Inn or affiliate again.Too many other options.

I needed a hotel by the airport for an early morning flight. This place served its purpose. Not the fanciest but no complaints. Staff was amazing!! So friendly! It’s unfortunate they do not provide an airport shuttle since the airport is only 1 mile away.

The elevator was not working properly I had to walk up to the fourth floor which was disappointing due to me having had surgery on my knee.

Customer service at check in was non existent as she was too busy talking on a personal phone call. When she finally waited on us, she gave us the impression that we were bothering her. Room had faint smell of smoke. There is no airport shuttle service.

We needed a last minute hotel due to my sister being ill. We got on Hotel.com and we booked a room in minutes. The price was affordable, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! Great Job tot he staff that keeps the hotel up and running!

We stay for 3 nights,the bathroom was dirty i le them know, and they send a lady who only wipe the glass with windex the sheets was stain terrible terrible smell on the pillows we had to buy a set of pillows,not recommended.

The third room given to us was never cleaned and had belongings of another guest. This is beyond scary and acceptable. Finally they changed to a different room. The level of service and the logistics is terrible.

We loved the property. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights after missing a connection to Costa Rica but so glad we stayed there. We had a little vacation before our trip to CR. Great stay😀👍

As we were getting ready to leave my daughter pointed out there was a flea on our sheets !!!!!

First of all, the service we received and the employees doing what they can to make sure all of our needs were taken care of were wonderful. I just believe the facility needs some tender, loving care. It is definitely shopworn. The pool could certainly use some cleaning.

Had room on airport side of hotel--listened to loud takeoffs until after 11PM.

When we arrived at 8:15pm it took almost 15 mins for someone to come to the front desk. I had to call 2 separate times before someone showed up. Then our room was not ready at 8:30pm. I booked a 2 bed room and they didn’t have one available for us. They first assigned us to a room that was already occupied, and then had to put us in a room with 1 bed.

They allowed me to book room. And upon arrival no rooms available.
