You have to check in, at a corner, something like a drive thru window. The lobby is not open to the public. The room they gave me first, reeked of cigarrete smoke. The next room had a filthy bathroom, and the bed sheets were dirty. The room corners were dirty, the bathtub was dirty. The hotel is not well maintained at all.

Please be aware. This is more like a motel. We should have known that it was going to be a bad experience when you could not go into the lobby at 5 pm to check in but had to go to a window situated like a bank teller. When we got into the room, the door would not shut properly as you can the door had been kicked in. The lamp shades had gross stains all over them as did the comforter. The tile was all broken in the bathroom & the water was a constant stream in the shower though it was on the off mode. When you check in it clearly states, no refunds. We stayed in the room for less than 10 minutes while we looked for another hotel room to rent for the night. When I went back to check out, the front desk clerk at the window outside didn’t even apologize when I told him why we were checking out & they should be embarrassed. I have stayed at other Howard Johnson affiliated hotels & have never been disappointed like this due to the uncleanliness.

Filthy!!! And falling apart! The floor in between the beds was sinking, and we were on the 3rd floor. When I said something about it, they said they would make a note ( Like they didn't know). The tiles were broken in the bathroom and loose. When we checked in @4pm daytime, the lobby was closed had to use night window. ( Baddd area ) Even though pool looked clean and fine, they won't let anyone use it. There are transients w kids living there, which is probably why. Also not sure why but they put us at the very back. This place should not be on any website, it has huge safety issues.

The neighborhood was very sketchy. My room was very dirty. Spotted over 10 cockroaches when I turned on the lights, the ac didn’t work and they didn’t have fans available. The carpet had stuff all over it and the restroom (toilet/tub) was an entire puddle of water. I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND! My daughter and I wouldn’t even sleep under the covers. We were dropped off so we could Uber (which was prepaid) to the airport or we would have found another place to stay.

Was dead bugs on bathroom floor , bed had a strange looking bug on it the blankets had multiple burn holes . Flooring was bad tub was dirty . But you get what you get for the price it’s good if you just need one night to get some rest..

The staff was very standoffish. The room is very gross and disgusting.The tiles were cracked. There were roaches in the bathroom dead and alive as well. I will kept being staying here again. There was no breakfast served. The door was locked for the front when they were supposed to be serving breakfast. The shower was dirty as well. Great. I use it often every week

Weren’t any other 2 bed rooms available. Tried to go to bed and deal with the issues in the morning but the bed sheets were dirty . They looked stained yellow. The comforter was stained with who knows what . Unfortunately it was already midnight and my kids were tired we stayed there that night sleeping over our clothes that we laid on the bed. The next morning we were out of there .

Check-in went smoothly. I booked a non-smoking king room. Once we got in the room it reeked of smoke. I went to sit my bag down on the desk and saw roaches crawling all over! I immediately went to notify staff and see if I could change rooms. Staff did not seem to care, as no apologies were offered. The staff told me there were no rooms available (despite the nearly empty parking lot) and if I didn’t want that room I could leave. She asked for the keys back immediately so she could process a refund. I let her know I had to get my things from inside still. So, I went back to the room and realized I didn’t even need a key. All I had to do was push the door open! Anyway, I got my refund and got the hell out of there. I got a decent room at the Sonesta down the street.

Room 207 had an overpowering musty/cigarette smell and the door had a bad dent such that it didn't close all the way. We requested another room and we relocated to Room 101 and within 2 minutes of stepping in I saw a cockrach crawling up the sink wall. In the morning, they denied us breakfast even though we arrived before it was over - they said to grab whatever was still there. There was barely enough cereal to make two bowls for my kids, and when I asked for milk, they said it was gone. I asked if they could bring some out and they said whatever was there is all they had, but I it looked like they never set milk out because the metal milk jug had a lining of water at the bottom, and had there ever been milk, it would have had a lining of milk instead. My kids had to take the two bowls of cereal without milk and I had to go find milk elsewhere. Furthermore, their pool was undergoing "maintenance," and we couldn't get in. Do not stay here if your budget allows for better - their "breakfast and pool included" listing is a scam.

Close to Hobby Airport Everything was locked, we couldn't go to the pool because the hotel had it locked. The main lobby was locked. The rooms looked like they were from the 60's and 70's. I would have moved to another location but they wouldn't give a refund. Even the towels we used were stained, at least I hope that was the reason. We did get have fresh towels everyday.

The smoke alarm was chirping all night and the TV cable went out. This was a poor rest for a weary traveler.

Our experience was horrible. Roaches everywhere! Dead roaches killed on the walls and left there. Roaches running EVERYWHERE!! Did not stay 5 min. Did not get a refund, property manager would not answer!

Nothing Checking in was difficult, upon entering the room there were bugs everywhere. Dirty toilets, stained sheets and overall horrible smell. It was atrocious couldn't stay in the room for 5 minutes before we chose to check out

There were cockroaches crawling on the bed and all over my children and me.

The staff only came for room service once my whole stay to bring toiletries. They don't have options for breakfast except mini muffins and stale cereal. The TV is mounted and locked against the wall, I was unable to play my video game. When asking the staff for help they ignore you. Also they have bed bugs my children, spouse and myself were covered in red bumps and constantly scratching to the point we broke skin.

The hotel allowed dogs to stay in the rooms which let me to be that is was trash the TVs did not work so no TV all weekend and I had kids with me the air conditioner did not work if you try to press it on low it kept going up high which made the room very stuffy there were only two tiles in the room the only thing I can say is I complain so much instead of me getting checked out at 11:00 they let me check out at 12:00 big deal I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I want my money back terrible terrible terrible

The room reeked of marijuana. Like someone had just been in there smoking. I can’t stand the smell but I also had my daughter with me. There was also still urine on the toilet seat. The lady at the front desk did give us another room. It was the room above it. Better ish. I could still smell the weed but not nearly as bad and the room was clean. The turn table in the microwave did not turn (not a deal breaker there). I would NOT stay there again and we were only there 5 hours. You could NOT pay me to stay there again.

The room was not clean at all. Sheets had stains on them, the bathroom was the nastiest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel ever. This was the worst stay that I have ever had in a hotel. I did not even use the bathroom and shower because it was so bad.

My Fiancé and I didn’t eat breakfast. The room was a 3/10. We saw roaches, the bathroom shower was gross, you would t want to step foot in it. Roaches crawled on the walls, lamp, and table. Customer service was non existent. I called the hotel over 10 times and never got through. Tried checking in and a note was on the glass.

Price for 2 days stay wasn't bad, breakfast wasn't good, carpet was very filthy, had a small roach problem but it wasn't to bad. I recommend the place if your not staying long besides that I think the need to clean there carpet, do beter in breakfast and maybe treat a bit the infection of the roach.

First, you couldn't even walk into the office, you had to ring the night bell for service at the window. Then we had to pay $25 extra to check in an hour early, which is fine because we wanted to drop off our luggage. We were given 1key card and tried to go up the elevator which doesn't work and clearly hasn't for a while. So we lugged our bags up the stairs that smelled like weed. We got into our room, the air was on but that was the only good thing about it. There were used towels on the bathroom counter, a wet wahcloth with someone elses makeup, the only bar of soap was open and used. Prescription medicine in the garbage can. The bath and toilet room was dirty, like hasn't been swept or mopped in ages, all the tile was cracked and broken. I'm not sure if the towels were clean or dirty, I didn't take a chance. I asked them to come clean and bring clean towels, they said they would and they never showed up. The sheets and blankets on the bed were backwards, sheets on top of the blanket, there was long black hair under the blanket when I pulled back the covers. There were pillows if you could call them that, they were nasty, discolored, small and flat as pancakes and only 1 pretty person. There were clearly people living at this motel and they had no respect for anyone else as they began yelling at 7am. If I were Howard Johnson or Wyndym, I would be embarrassed that this place had my name on it.

This hotel had mold, water bubble in the ceiling, bed were nasty, bathroom door was completely broken and almost off the hinges!! This place needs to be inspected ASAP!!! Soooo GROSS!!!

I can't believe that your company has this place on your listings. You should remove it! The place was very dirty and in need of a complete refurbish. Our room was not clean and the carpet was very dirty. The refrigerator door couldn't close because it had a massive build up of solid ice inside. We only had 2 small pillows, 2 bath towels and the toilet paper was almost gone with no other supply. Outside was scary with trash around and we were relieved we were on the 2nd floor and only staying for one night! We got out of there as quickly as possible in the morning. The 2 staff we saw were very unfriendly too

This was hands down the absolute worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed in! The bathtub was so unsafe that my husband refused to stand in it for fear of falling through.

I'm sad this hotel has Wyndham's name attached. All those 10 out of 10 reviews have GOT to be paid for. When I ran in to go to the restroom, after being in the road for quite some time I was greeted in the bathroom by the crew from Joe's Apartment. The floor with carpet had pet hair wipe the tiles were not even glued down. The AC did not work properly. The smell of mildew was so bad it made my head hurt. I would not recommendto ANYONE!.

This is a horrible place that you should not keep on hotels.com. I ended up staying at Best Western that was right around the corner.

Check-in was easy. Was on the second floor, but elevators don’t work. Room looked clean, but it had roaches. Was moved to another room. It also had roaches. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had no problem getting my money refunded. Place was really budget friendly just couldn’t deal with the roaches.

If they did this before, you will get the same treatment.

The floors in the bathroom area were cracked and sunken in and roaches were crawling out of the cracks when I turned lights on. There was a hole punched in the wall. The phone had no line attached to it. The television had no internet or satellite connectivity, so was a useless screen. The WiFi was down and unusable. The parking lot needs to be replaced. The elevator was broken the first day, and I was on the third floor.

Elevator broken. Climbed three flights of stairs to discover my key didn't work. Every day of a four night stay. Breakfast was cheerios and barely any milk. Air conditioner doesn't work. It was hotter in my room than 90 degree outside temp.

My son and I started coughing immediately after getting in the room, There was only 3 old cereal options, one type of 4 packaged muffins, 3 old apples, and limited coffee to choose from for breakfast. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The man and the woman were both rude.

I saw roaches in the room, the sheet didn’t seem clean, some body dented our car and requested to see the cámaras and they said they aren’t turn on.

Unclean and had cockroaches

WiFi is weak for the people on the 3rd floor bugs crawling on the walls

I will not stay again not clean tub was peeling neededtoilet paper n towels asked twice. Not a good stayat all

Not a friend place

Smelled like piss. Sheets weren’t clean at all Floor was dirty Walls had dried fluid on it. Terrible place to stay Never got my money back as well

Cool spot for the price

There were people yelling outside during the night, from upstairs and in the parking lot.

That place is so disgusting I abandoned my stay and went in search of another hotel. Hotels .com stole my money on this one and this is the last time I’ll ever use it, this place is unacceptable in every way.

Great Stay

1. Bugs in all areas of the bathroom. 2. Awaken to spiders in the bed. Breakfast is available only when they take the time to set it up, otherwise your getting an apple and some packaged muffin. The towels they provide are worn and the threading is fuzzing up. Looks like they use some of the hand towels to scrub something.
