There was no phone in the room. Television didn't always work. Towels were cleaned but well used. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Sheets had holes, the chair and sofa was ripped a punched hole in the bathroom door. Holes in the wall. Worst motel experience ive ever had in my life

Three times i was woken up by a roach crawlying on me, THREE TIMES! When i checked out i told the front drsk clerk all he said was " you should have called the desk and we would have moved you to a different room." So in the middle of the night he wants me to pick up all of my belongings pack it and move to another room. That will have more roaches?? How about a credit back to my card, or IM SORRY THAT HAPPENED TO YOU SIR and let me give you a FREE NIGHT since you got no sleep OR REST!!!??? SMH Ive stayed here quite a gew times, NEVER again!!!!

Management was very rude, and you can't get any privacy there it's definitely not worth the money and it's run down with roaches.

It was an ok property. It was very clean though. Bed was not that comfortable, but the pillows were amazing. Staff was GREAT! Checked in with ease and check out was even easier.

There was roaches in my room! On the bed, in the bathroom, even on the walls! Disgusting and they should be ashamed! Not to mention, there was loud music and people standing around outside scooping people's cars. I didn't feel safe so I left immediately!

I liked that it was near food spots, the place was clean, there was no deposit whilst I was in a budget, and it was quick and easy to check in. The surrounding area was a little run down, with closed businesses, but the facility took time to put a barrier around the property so that visually it was an ok environment. It was really clean.

Nice location. Lots of restaurants and the mall is in walking distance. I stayed for a week and didn't have my room "cleaned" once. Just towels and trash bags replaced. By the 4th day, their were roaches that i had to kill and get a house keeper to wipe the floor. Overall, 5/10

Tv was working, room smelled bad, smoke, and the crazy manager just knocked once, and immediately walked into my room, lucky him, smh..

The staff was rude the man who drives the mini van with the big belly he is very disrespectful an a massive jerk the breakfast was honey buns and expired orange juice they have very bad attitudes the sheets are nasty the covers have burn holes the rooms stink and have not to well up keep the microwave it sooo nasty it was yellowish orangish in the in side the toilet wouldn’t flush an the have roaches and mold

The room needed disinfectant. The room condition was subpar. The security latch was broken. The fridge needed cleaning. Not as pictured. At 10:45 am employees was banging on the door stating check out, check out time was at 11am. Noisy too much physical traffic on the property.

I paid for a king Suite online.When i got to the property i was told they only had dubble Queen Rooms availible. So that was disappointing. They Room was clean but definitely needs some upgrades. Covers had rips and chair had stains. But for $51 a night it wasn't bad. Ive stayed in way worse places for much more money. If i need a last minute stay i would book again.

Positives, the room had alot of space and big mirrors. The inn had water bottles to purchase for a dollar. The room smelled. There was stains on some of the funiture. Also the bed was uncomfortable and the main blanket had holes. The bathroom smilled terrible. I felt icky in the room. Also the free breakfast was underwhelming. Orange Juice and pre packaged muffins from the market. Lame. I wish there was staff during the morning time for check out. I did not know where to place my key card.

I had roaches crawling all over my room, the bathroom,everywhere!!! it's the second time I stayed there in a month and both times nothing but roaches I'll never be back!!!! I could t even sleep knowing that roaches were crawling EVERYWHERE!!! I left early!!!!

Bathroom was not cleaned. Urine in the toilet with excrement. Shower tub curtain bad odor. Floor wss not clean. Towers looks yellow no white. Staff can't provide extra need it towel. We do not stay. We left. Lost my money there.

Roach infested rooms

I work a lot around Houston and love coming here. This is a great place to rest when I don't feel like going all the way home and coming all the way back. The staff also work with you and remembers you.

There were people walking around all times of night. There were roaches in the room and i killed several of them. The room wasn't clean. Hair on the sheets and pillows. i would have been better sleeping in my car.

This place is horrible, first off they had ROACHES 😭, the beds are horrible they felt like it was going to just fall in, they sheets are yellow looking because they are so old. I definitely wouldn’t return to this place I will spend my money somewhere else. Whoever owns that place needs to upgrade it ASAP

Area is close by the Mall and Hispanic restaurant. I didn’t quite like the service because they didn’t clean the room Saturday and I have no clean towels and sheets Saturday..!

I stay was good until the very last time I was there manger is very nice and will help out other staff is very rude I will not continue to spend my money when I have spent over 1,000 cause I was staying weekly to get ride service I had just got off of work and manger let me do early check in but my job let me off early and I tried to do early check in I guess I was to early so I asked to wait until I can because I have Ubered mind you a place I’ve been loyal too I couldn’t even sit in the lobby and wait staff had me sitting out side for two hours very rude that’s not how you treat loyal customers I came back at early check in time the lady very rude nasty attitude tried to charge me a higher price then what the guy said two hours prior was not trying to hear me out just bad experience I will not be back but manger is the only nice and friendly one

I went by myself the guy put me in a corner room . The lock was broken in the room . I requested another room. I really didn’t feel safe

The guy at the office said they are in the process of renovations but haven't gotten to that room yet.. Aside from that we just needed a place to sleep for the night so for that it was ok.

Upon check in sheets had make up and hair all in them like they just made the bed up from the previous rental not actually changing them. We had roaches in our room. The people in the room next to us had our whole room smelling like weed. There were prostitutes walking in and out of the property. Office staff were extremely rude. I was highly disappointed for $80 a night.

I had booked a non smoking room but the blankets on the beds had cigarette holes in them. The room hadnt been swept as there were hair pins on the floor and the bathroom shower was coming away from the wall. Ended up booking and staying at another hotel instead.

Convenience! However I've rented here a lot but it is not worth the price . Rooms are absolutely disgusting. There is not 1 time I rented here and didn't have to ask for cleaning supplies to clean my own room. Terrible housekeeper!

Microwave wasn’t working right. Spit in the inside of door. Countertop next to bathroom was broken on edge. Towels were a little stiff. Blanket on bed looked super old and fibers were poking out. Couch was nasty and had stains on it. Coffee was cold and tasted like water. I threw it away. No breakfast. Area was low lit Only had powdered creamer for coffee. Disappointment at best.

i worked night, so it was quiet. Bed spread had bad places in it needed new ones. But overall it was a good place to sleep. 5 minutes away from my job

Showed up to the property and the front desk person was not at the counter. He came from a back room and was extremely short and rude to me. On checkout the next day, he started calling the room at 10:50 (I guess to make sure I knew my check out). Would never stay here again.

Stay was out of this world, original room airconditioning unit was on the fritz, but the well attentive staff member promptly offered another room and i was satisified in knowing we were in great hands at this establishment. This hotel is by far one of the best around not only for the staff but the clean and comfortable rooms. They have a patron for life.

The property smelled like marijuana outside, bleach & some other unpleasant smell inside. People were hanging out on the deck level and in parking lot. Office person was behind glass and only had slot to pass through paper & pen which added to the feeling the area was unsafe. The bedspread had several burn holes in it. No in-room coffee.

There was a creepy guy walking around, past our room at least 6 times. Knocked on our door and said "housekeeping" at nearly 10pm. I chambered a round and called tge front desk. The front desk sorta blew me off over the phone. So, we gathered our things and left. This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced.
