    Our room had someone in it, so they should probably update their policies in making sure a room is available, even if someone else is at fault for checking out late. Easy enough to get it fixed despite the irritation.

    The room was clean & spacious. The shower takes a very long time to get warm/hot. We showered with lukewarm water our first night because we didn’t know if it would ever heat up. By the 2nd day we learned it takes about 20 minutes running the water for it to warm up. The A/C would cool the room and then turn off for a long period of time causing us to get hot and adjust it throughout the night but never really remaining on to keep us comfortable. We searched the room for a menu or a list of food/beverages and didn’t find anything so we ordered door dash for coffee. When the receptionist saw my fiancé with a Starbucks bag she mentioned that there’s a Starbucks in the building. We were very grateful for the mini fridge, microwave & bottled waters. We tried using the phone to request more towels but the extensions didn’t ring form room service or the front desk.

    Quiet neighbourhood. The staff were good and helpful. There was enough parking for our car but the parking space was small, we literally had to squeeze in and out if our car. The shower took almost 10mins to get hot water running so that's something that could be improved.

    The staff and property were wonderful! The restaurant and bar on site have a wonderful variety of options at an affordable price and the breakfast is second to none! Rooms are wonderful and comfortable! Great stay at a great price! Planned on only staying one night before leaving on a cruise, but ended up coming back and staying another night before returning home. Highly recommend!

    Near-ish to the airport. There was a pool. Staff were unfriendly, misinformed (I was told wrong information about the airport shuttle) and not helpful. Outdoor pool hadn't been cleaned and was filled with leaves, bugs, and trash. Food was sub-par and expensive. Room and hallways were dark and musty. Great hall / venue space seemed like it had been built for greatness and then abandoned - it was 80% empty. Most of the surrounding buildings in the neighborhood were abandoned - including a massive abandoned mall across the street. I had lots of luggage and 2 kids and staff didn't offer to help me. Staff and building had a sense of being on hospice.

    As soon as I check in to this hotel the entire lights in the building shut down. Which cause me to get stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes. Also the power wasn’t restored until later in that day. My reservation was cancelled by staff per request print out was giving.

    The pictures never look like the actual place of course. The room was kind of old looking. We had to call several times in less than an hour to get towels because no one came up to clean. I asked the lady who came to bring towels can she can the room and yes someone came in but the only thing I noticed done was the water. They brought us 2 bottles of water because we had drank the first set. Yea so I will not be returning. I do not like hotels that do not clean my room for me to dine to clean sheets

    When i arrived 1:00 pm i requested early check in and i was charged for it . Not expecting anything free . I was more than okay with the extra charge . The condo had not been cleaned. It took over 3 hours for housekeeping to arrive and prepare the condo. I was told by the front desk that because I booked through a third part ( Expedia I’m assuming) they were unable to assist me with any issues. Instead I was instructed to call a number in Arizona for help . Even for basic request like extra towels . Which was extremely inconvenient. The pillow were extremely dirty . I took photos and reported the issue . Housekeeping said they couldn’t replace them again call that Arizona number. Overall , this was a ver frustrating experience 😔

    Hotel looks nice but there are issues in the rooms. Plate around shower head falling off wall. Toilet paper holder falling off wall, doesn’t hold toilet paper roll. Shelf in shower falling out of wall. Lamp shade in room fraying around edges. Some walls are gross and need wiped down. Bed is comfortable though.

    The room was clean. The noise from the machines outside made sleeping terrible. Water and tv stop working out last day. Had to get dressed at a family members house. When we checked out and told staff. I was told it was a storm and hope I had a good stay. That was it.

    Staff are fantastic. Property itself is starting to show signs of neglect mimicking the loss of businesses and properties that surround it (multiple closed office building and mall across the street). AC barely worked - fortunately it wasn't summer time, missing cover on ceiling light, multiple common areas with signs of wear and tear.

    The electricity was out at the hotel, leaving us to find a new hotel and a new place to park our car. We also booked a night here on the return trip and Hilton still had electricity trouble and was forced to bring in portable united to power the hotel.

    This place is just beautiful! There's a Starbucks inside with a big lobby room full of sofas to enjoy your breakfast! loved how welcoming it was! The staff was amazing! As we entered our room the aroma was so pleasantly clean. Rooms are very quiet and beds super comfortable. The cleaning staff do an amazing job at cleaning and refilling towels and changing sheets when we aren't there. Definitely recommend staying here it will be worth your money and make your trip that much better! The only issue we had was the A/C in our room didn't go below 72°F. We are somewhat big people and it was a bit warm during the day in the room but at night it was perfect lol.

    Only 1 elevator was working at the time of visit, they had a dance competition going on and it took forever just to use the elevator. Food was dropped on the floor and not cleaned up in a timely manner. There was a used glove that had been in the elevator, the day I arrived and the day I left leaving me to believe it was not cleaned. The first room on the 6 th floor I was given smelled horrible, like urine, the second room on the 3rd floor had paint chips on the walls. The bed was hard, n ot what I was expecting for a Hilton

    The staff was very friendly. They went over and beyond for all of our needs. We went for a dance convention so there were a ton of people and the only bad thing I can say about the whole trip was the elevators. They started being sluggish then stopped working completely, people being stuck in there for hours. We had to use the service elevator in the kitchen of the restaurant. Then that elevator started acting up. I was on the 11th floor so the stairs were not an option.

    The staff were nice and friendly. I had to switch rooms because the A/C was not working properly. The receptionist gave me another room right away. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is very big and does have a bar area, although I never saw anyone there. There were a few things that I did not like about this hotel. The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbors. I woke up several times during the night because I could hear an alarm going off and then kids horseplaying. There seemed to be only one elevator working. It's a huge hotel to only have one elevator. The hotel also had an odor. It wasn't bad but it was not pleasant.

    Price was Ok for location in a major city. Free parking is a plus. Some elevators were under repair and there were delays waiting for the serviceable ones. There is a bit of wear and tear in the common areas and in the room. Ours room had water damage on the ceiling. We didn’t have coffee cups either. Just water glasses. Not what you expect from the brand, but it seems our price reflected the age.

    The room was ok, more so below my normal standards. The bathroom, had someone else’s long straight hair ( my own is curly and short). There was a leak in the bathroom shower. The ceiling was reflective of water damage. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The bartenders weren’t interested in taking orders. The expressive here was very underwhelming

    Everything was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again though. For the price, I would have expected more. Parking was great and free, but there was never a bailsman around to help with our luggage - ever. I’m starting to think they don’t have them. It took a long time for the water to heat up. Initially, when I thought it wouldn’t warm up at all, I went down to the front desk (because calling wouldn’t work) and the attendant told me I had to let it run for like 15 minutes. And thought that was an acceptable answer. No matter the size of a hotel, I’ve never had to let the water run for 15 minutes before it got hot… I didn’t try many other amenities, so maybe your experience will be different and / or better.

    Had to use the staff elevator for our entire stay because the lobby/customer elevators were broken. Didn’t see much work being done on them either. Would have been nice to see the owner/operator of the property doing something to accommodate the guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, so the staff elevator wasn’t dreadful. Just felt like the guests and the staff, in fact, were not a priority.

    After time elasped, I called front desk, and I made an executive decision for them to put us in another room because we had dinner reservations for 7pm. So, Amber brought the key for the new room. Once we arrived in the new room, the key card didn't work, so my husband had to go back downstairs, return to the front desk. Luckily, it worked. By the way, only 1 out of 4 elevators were working, and a sign posted that guests can use the service elevator. Appx at 10:45am, the water was shut off, while at checkout counter I told the front desk clerk we had no water and we were informed the city of Houston shut the water off for the entire hotel smh!!!

    This is a beautiful hotel with a super large lobby area. Elevators, hallways, and rooms are nicely modeled and clean. The bar area is also nice. Its close to the airport with a good shuttle service. The area outside the hotel is not the best, if you are planning on staying inside the hotel this should not be a big deal however.

    The free self parking is great, always with availability. Breakfast options are fresh with hot meals (eggs any way you like), bacon, sausages, nice waffles that you get to make yourself. Also, fresh fruit, yogurt and other veggies. Coffee is good but too mild for my liking also juices. The employees are always cleaning and checking on you. Lobby is so cozy. Every employee we met was servicing and nice. We stayed there for our Son’s United Airlines graduation. He also stayed there for several weeks and employees greeted him like one of their own. Very grateful!

    Comfortable and convenient. Has everything you need right within the facility. Staff were kind, helpful and efficient. The one issue was a seeming lack of hot water. I was in a hurry so didn't complain or inform the staff until I checked out.

    That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The staff service was just okay — a bit more attentiveness and friendliness would really elevate the guest experience. Additionally, there was an issue with the hot water in the room; I had to run the water for about five minutes before it would heat up, which was a bit inconvenient. In summary: a solid stay with good facilities, but with some small improvements in service and maintenance, this could easily be a great hotel experience.

    The only drawback that I noticed is regarding lighting inside the rooms. The lighting was not conducive to getting ready and putting on makeup in the room. Other than that everything else was good. The complimentary breakfast is really good.

    The toilet would not flush all the way. I called housekeeping they never came. No robes or slippers provided. My room wasn’t available when I checked in and I checked in at 10pm. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm

    Only 2 working elevators the entire weekend while we were there for a convention. This meant long lines to get an elevator & worse with high traffic times (check-in & checkout). There was also limited seating options for all people attending the convention in the lobby area.

    ADA ROOM w/ KING 1) Room wasn’t stocked with complete towel sets (missing face towels) 2) A pair of scissors were laying on carpet floor near side of bed in front of night stand 3) We didn’t receive our breakfast coupons nor were we instructed to come back to front desk at breakfast to retrieve them. This instruction was given to us by the Male Host at the entrance area where breakfast serving area. KING SUITE ROOM: 1). Missing second blanket (kept inside closet) Used the room phone to request the blanket. Female Front Desk replied, “she would see what she could do.” 2) Didn’t receive breakfast ticket(s)

    In the chaos that was the Houston Bush airport last week with a total shutdown for over 24 hours due to weather, we were just looking for a place to sleep other than the floor of the airport. Expedia got us I think the last rom at this property and we were amazed. Incredible room, spacious, well appointed, great staff, courtesy van back to the airport, will definite stay there again!

    The music of the outdoor pool is super loud and it plays 24/7, it’s hard to sleep with it. Reported to the front desk, but they said couldn’t find the engineer to turn it off. So the music was still on until I left.

    Blanked with holes, stain. First day the put me on 15th floor, really bad, carpet dirty, no ice, a lot of noise. Next day moved to another floor not good. Mattress had a stain like blood. Housekeeping day do not care. I ask a towel not, not toilet paper. Was not good.

    Our stay was amazing. Love the very hot showers. Sometimes you had to wait a few minutes but no problem. Beds are very comfortable with adjustable thermostat in room to your comfort. The only CON was the amount of washers available one on two different floors also one wash out of order. Shuttle service was on time and very friendly and helpful. Thank You.
