    had cockroaches and gnats, after complaining wouldn’t give me my money back and argued me down about a no refund policy. doors to the property don’t even close from morning to night, they are open. there’s a stray cat that they let roam in and out and feeds it even though they have a “no pet” policy. don’t do the pay later option at a hotel because expedia have no way of refunding you. you can only get refunded through the hotel which they declined. i’m very irritated. i was supposed to stay 5 nights and only stayed 1 due to their establishment. -0/10 do not come here. save your money.

    It’s nothing like the pictures. It’s dirty I seen roaches it’s no door leading to the pool just a wood covering the door. Patch work all over the hotel. Extremely outdated shower was broke and falling apart. It’s no breakfast. I will say the staff were very nice and friendly but I will not recommend staying here.

    Found a cockroach in my room floor and then again in the bathroom I found another two. It can’t get any dirtier than this …. Another issue I had was that the staff opened my door in the morning questioning me as if I didn’t pay for the room . Good thing I had the latch on the door so they weren’t able to come in . I would not ever stay here again

    The room itself was beautifully decorated and clean but in the middle of the night and during my shower i had two live german roaches in the shower and on my bed crawling around. Not horrible as it was only two but it made me double check my bags before i left the room in the morning. The front desk girl the evening i arrived was very sweet as was the morning desk girl.

    EW! Had too choose this location because it was close to the airport. Only thing good about the stay here was the Caucasian lady that worked the front desk when I check in . Very nice! But I have never been a hotel or motel in my life that had roaches. But this was my first time visiting Houston. Maybe it’s like that but ew. No rags and towels in the room. No phone. Pillow case looked like it had a little blood. Ice bucket in the room but not even an ice maker in the building. Gnats in the room. You can hear everybody and everything going on outside in the hallway. Sketchy people just around. I would never book again.

    This was a terrible stay. When I entered my room, it smelled awful and there were no towels or basic amenities. I arrived late after midnight, even though I had checked in earlier at 3 PM, which made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the elevator wasn’t working, and there were cords everywhere and trash all over the property. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and very disappointing overall. I would not recommend staying here.

    The location is filthy. Customer service from the guy in the wheelchair was horrible. The was a roach in my room. This location looks nothing like the pictures and should be shut down. I am never a person to do reviews whether its good or bad. However, tbis was so bad that no one should be fooled. Its many more things i can say that would be justified as to why you shouldnt stay here. Maybe the place is for the homeless. But as soon as you walk into the lobby you will turn around. Save your money and look before you book!

    The bed was great. There was no TV remote, no phone, and when I checked in Saturday I asked for towels but never received them and still none Sunday night so I just went to the store and bought them. Do not sleep on the first floor if you want to get any rest because there was people out in the parking lot with their music loud till am just hanging out.

    Man this place was bad. I don’t often leave reviews but this place was really really bad. First of all, the lock on the door was broken, the physical one, not the electronic one. I don’t know how those get broken… they’re strong. Second, the bedsheets were completely unwashed. Black streaks from shoes and old oil/other suspicious liquid stains on the sheets. I slept on top of the sheets. Same stains and bad body odor on the pillows. I created a makeshift pillowcase by wrapping the pillow in my hoodie. Because the lock was broken I created a makeshift wall lock by placing the ironing board under the door handle and connecting it to the wall with my suitcase so if anyone tries to get in, the force goes in to the wall and they can’t. Fully clothed, trying to sleep, I worry about someone trying to break in all night. I have a piece of rebar and my pepper spray beside me just in case. I finally was able to sleep. At 2:51 I hear the door trying to be opened with a card. I hear my makeshift lock jostling around. I wake up and spring out of bed, rebar immediately in hand and I rush to the door. I see the green light on the card scanner go off. Finally I tap the wall and they finally go away. My adrenaline is rushing so there is no way to fall back asleep. I’m worried they might come back. I go lie down again, holding my rebar close, thinking about what I might have to do to protect myself. Also many cockroaches. Overall my WORST motel experience ever. Please report to health+safety.

    This hotel is not for no one to stay it’s nasty it smell nothing they have on the site is true no ice machine no vending machine all the door to assess was open. You didn’t need a key card to open the door anybody can walk in and out the hotel. I asked for a refund. They told me that they don’t give refunds is a no refund policy. They didn’t have no washing machine and dryer on the premises they lied about breakfast where the breakfast supposed to be served. They have broken air conditions on all the tables.     N/A I don't like writing bad reviews unless I have tried to resolve the problem with management. I would not recommend this place in the slightest, I got charged for the room as a no show even though I turned up to check in and there was no one in the lobby. Waited for 15 minutes and left to find another hotel near by after the woman working in reception turned from wherever she had been for 15 minutes and said she didn't have a key for the office. No apologies or explanation as to how long it would be so I left. She then lied and said I had been given a key before I left.

    Frankly, this property is pure misery. We killed 9, count them 9, cockroaches in our room. That right there should tell you enough. The AC left a puddle on the floor. All the cars in the parking lot looked like they'd come from a repossession lot. The staff wore no uniforms or professional clothes, just regular street clothes. The pool was broken. The breakfast area was closed for remodeling. The vending machine was broken. The clientele in the neighboring rooms screamed and cursed at each other all night. We went for dinner at a nearby fast food place and saw homeless people sleeping all over the parking lot and a few junkies in the restaurant. The entire section of town is not for civilized people. I know the price is low, but it's not worth it. Pay more, stay somewhere else.

    You need to really read the reviews on this hotel. When I arrived, it was unbelievable. There was literally a woman at the desk complaining about roaches crawling on her face in the night. There was no A/C in the lobby and it was 90 degrees in there with the front doors propped open. Windows unit A/C units were in various states of disassembly in the restaurant and several broken TVs were laying on the furniture in the lounge. Even before checking in, I asked if I could cancel. The staff would not make any concession and I lost all my money on the reservation. I went to another hotel at my own expense. I contacted Travelocity immediately and when they could not contact the property owner, they refused to make this right. I will never use Travelocity again - and I will heed the reviews. Never again!

    The building was disgusting, unclean, unsafe. I walked in to the smell of pot at the front desk. The elevators didn't work, the a/c seemed to not work. There were no security measures in place. There was clear access to the interior of the building. No key card needed, doors were propped open. It looked as if they were in the process of remodeling with materials scattered inside the stairwell. Again, the interior door to the second floor was propped open. The windows in the hallway were also propped open. The facility reeked of an unknown odor. Would not pay someone to stay here.

    The staff was the only good thing about this entire hotel, and the smart TVs Broken windows, homeless loitering and junkies everywhere, old and ran down, seems super unsafe and the bathrooms were TERRIBLE. All of the amenities are also closed down like the pool, breakfast dining, gym, and office and they’re used for trash and storage. Super sketchy and left after the first night even though I purchased multiple days and nights. Also the TV stopped working in the middle of my stay. Also no A/C until you reach your room

    Run, run, run as far away as you can from this raggedy motel!!! When I view the pictures on Hotels.com website, the rooms appear to be nice, the outside appear to be nice, they had a nice picture of the swimming pool available, and it was affordable. When I arrived to view the hotel before checking in, it was unexplainably hot at the front desk, there were mop, buckets, and stuff in the hallway, the pool was completely empty and nasty considering that it is June and summertime when people are expecting to use the amenities that were advertised on the website. When I went inside the room, the toilet seat was wet, in the room reek of cigarette smoke. They were pubic hairs in the bed and it was overall horrible room when I asked the front desk about the cigarette smell, considering that the room was supposed to be non-smoking, she advised me that some guests still don’t follow the rules and smoke in the rooms anyway. This hotel needs to be burned down to the ground. Hotels.com, You need to do a better job of accurately advertising for these hotels because that was definitely false advertisement. Stay far away

    Behind the desk, a large TV monitored at least ten areas, and I noticed people coming in and out through multiple doors without proper keys. The elevator was out of service, with a note stating "broken," and the door to the pool was closed with a malfunctioning sign. It's shocking that this is the image displayed in your advertisements!

    Well the property has been sold again and renamed. Work going on everywhere and no breakfast again. Internet and TV were sketchy and often dropped out. Only a wash cloth and hand towels no bath towels. It was an OK stay for a cheap business trip.

    Absolutely disgusting, I left immediately after seeing my room (and the hotel would not refund me). The room/AC unit smelled like pee. The sheets and blanket were stained with pen ink, something brown, and something else that was crusty. A wall outlet was sticking out and ready to electrocute someone who dared to use it. The whole building looked like it should be condemned. The elevator was out of service, the AC in the entire hotel was off, there was old/broken furniture stacked in the lobby, and I could see broken windows from the outside.

    Absolutely terrible, smelled like cigarettes, the bedding was disgusting and there was even tobacco on the sheet under the blankets. The toilet wasn’t even bolted down anymore. No hot water in the shower, the shower was disgusting. The floor was sticky as well. Will never come back here. Lady at the front desk was nice though so there’s that at least.

    I didn't stayed because it was dirty all over, floors, doors, windows, counter, I felt like I will get a infection staying there, also smell terrible, like everyone in there was smoking Marijuana. Finally, the only available room was in third floor, no elevator, only stairs and I had a knee problem.

    The photos on the website are completely misleading. What was portrayed as clean and comfortable rooms was far from reality. The towels and sheets were dirty, stained, and clearly had not been changed. Disgustingly, I found dog hair all over the bed and even blood on the sheets. This is a shocking lapse in hygiene and cleanliness. Furthermore, basic amenities like ice and vending machines were non-existent, adding to the inconvenience. The noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to relax, and the overall state of the facilities was filthy and neglected. These conditions were so intolerable that I decided to leave just two hours after checking in. The disparity between the online presentation and the actual experience is unacceptable. Travelers deserve honesty and quality, neither of which you will find here. I would never return to this establishment and strongly urge others to reconsider their stay. Save yourself the disappointment and choose somewhere else that values guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

    It's a working progress. You can tell they are still working on getting the building up to a nice standing. The owner and workers were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The ac took too long to cool off the room. The hot water took some time to heat up too. Bed not so comfortable. The rooms are 100% not sound proof. We could hear everyone everywhere.

    For price property was in really hood condition, keep very clean inside, shower curtains and curtains in room were clean, two regular sized disposible toothbrushes and floss not your normal amenities nice for that price.
