    Even though the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, amenities were great, there was a problem with the noise all night for the first two nights. People in the lobby being loud until almost 4 am, and it echoed throughout the building. Sometimes the water did get warm. Ned wasn’t too comfortable, but ok for a couple of nights. I realize you can’t fix the architecture to remedy the noise problem, but I think it would be appropriate to remind guests in the lobby to tone it down after 10:00 pm.

    Stayed for 4 days and the staff was phenomenal and the facility was well kept and have no complaints and I can highly recommend for the price of a suite it’s a real bargain bang for your buck

    Great stay! The only thing that I did not particularly enjoy was the first full night I was there, the power went out for an hour. I went out and noticed it was out in the entire hotel and tried calling the front desk and checked my email to see if maybe they sent a notification on when they expected it to turn back on. But I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone nor did we get any updates. Luckily, it was only an hour but it was a bit scary being there alone and not knowing when it would turn back on.

    For a newer property I was disappointed. The bathroom fans was never installed. The bathtub did not drain until a worker arrived to remove the clogged drain. He should have checked the sink too because it hardly drained. The building itself lost power for several hours so our dark room had no air conditioning for that time. Not one employee offered an apology, sad.

    I had a great stay at this location. It was centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. I did not like how loud the doors closed. It did keep me up at night. Other than that I was happy with my stay.

    I stay here for work every year because it's close to where I need to be. The staff are great but some things just don't change and the hardest thing about this location is the sound. If the person next to you happens to be loud or talk near the shared door, it's very disruptive, even with earplugs. Also the sound from the hallway is heard very loudly inside the room. In general I'm not sure why this hotels tends to have loud patrons but it has been an issue every year I visit.

    Everything was great with 1 exception. They scheduled a pavement pm that blocked the main entrance during a rainy weekend. It made accessing and exiting the property difficult and parking was tight due to the pm work.

    Check in staff wasnt helpful when i asked why i am provided with only with 2 breakfast vouchers when i paid for 3 thru booking.com, instead of explaining it was a marriott rule she kept saying its only for 2. When i confirmed the next day with a different staff member i was informed booking.com doesnt have the correct info and marriott only gives 2 vouchers. Rooms were small for the price with cheap appliances.

The attire of a good chunk of their other guest was less than ideal and having to shield the eyes of my children anytime we were out of our room after 12 pm.     The room is very outdated and plumbing is terrible as our room sink and shower was clogged. The good thing was plenty of outlets but our lamp had stains on it. The carpeting looks like it is from the 80s. We told the front desk about our room and every staff member was super sweet but it worked for one day and then was back clogged. The bar does not open until 3 daily which is insane for individuals on vacation. On the menu it states Frozen Margaritas however they do not have it before 3 the staff only made it because they could not give me a refund because I already paid on the app. The pizza also tastes terrible. The cleaning staff and front desk staff are excellent but the hotel is just not well kept.

    This is place is hyped up through the apps, the place is not in great condition. I booked a two bedroom suite, got an average two bedroom. The bathroom has no vents, rust in the bathroom. The pool area is rundown. For the amount that I paid I could’ve got a lot more. Lesson learned.

    I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hotel as I did at The Marriot Westchase. My room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and nice, made me feel at ease and welcoming. The food was great at the restaurant inside. The parking is great and I felt my vehicle was safe. The only thing missing was a microwave in my room other than that I have no complaints about my stay. Definitely booking with them again❣️

    This is hands down the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Even though it was built in the 70s the upkeep and maintenance is fantastic. This is a very well taken care of hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

    I loved that the hotel lobby was a huge atrium. There’s a Starbucks separate from the restaurant. The restaurant looked very nice. The bar was separate from the restaurant and pretty big with lots of seating. Both the bar and restaurant overlooks the lobby. The lobby seating area had lots of seating too and a couple of TVs. The staff we encountered were very friendly. Once we had gotten inside I remembered that I had stayed at this location around 2004. I will definitely stay there again.

    The staff wasnt very accommodating. I booked two queen beds and they gave me a king bed. They blamed expedia even though expedia explicitly said two queen beds. The fact that i booked this two months in advance and they wouldnt accommodate at all was frustrating. Will not be staying here again

    It is an older hotel. The room never got really cold but comfortable enough to sleep. It is clean and the staff is helpful. We were there for a dance convention. The restaurant was not really able to keep up with the demand.

    The AC was not that great. Then again, we stayed here during the Tsumi Con convention, so all the cold air was going to the bottom floor where the convention was going on. But even during the night it wasn’t that great. Then a storm came through during the night so power must have been lost and the generator kicked on. That may explain the AC but the next day there was only one working elevator. It was a long wait to use the elevator. Could have been a better experience but all in all alright

    The phone in the room is disconnected. How would guests call the front if there’s an emergency? This is huge safety concern Also the bathroom in room 865 commode tap is leaking someone needs to actually attend to this Also pls provide more than one tea bag!     Came for a film festival, checked in early which was great, but unfortunately my fridge in the room was out and my TV wouldn't work, but thanks to front staff John and the maintenance man they brought me a new fridge and tv. Took a couple of hours, like 5 in fact but they also comped my morning breakfast....

    I ultimately chose this hotel over the Hilton down the street for the hot tub and room. Upon getting down to the hot tub to enjoy the heat, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was ice cold. It honestly ruined my stay as that is what I was planning to use to relax after a long day

    We had multiple issues with the stay. When we arrived they did not have our reservation as handicap. While there the first night our bed broke the moment my brother sat down. The next day the mirror fell off the wall onto my sil wheelchair. The first night there was a fire alarm that ended up being nothing but a friend who was not part of our party but was also attending the convention was left in a room in his wheelchair that he needed help leaving and couldnt get down the stairs. The second night of our stay the elevator I was taking to my room got jammed up and frightened me a lot I was able to get out and reported it but I don't think the hotel even did anything about it.

    The room was to hot, and the tv was not connecting to the internet. When we try to ask for help one of the front desk told us it was not possible to connect to the WiFi. The next day we call again and they actually send someone to helps us and we actually had a problem.

    Hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and the staff was quick to send someone to fix it. When that didn’t work they moved us to a different room. The customer service was top notch. Unfortunately the actual hotel left a lot to be desired. Very outdated and in need of some renovations. Our second room didn’t even have a microwave and both rooms had very old bathroom.

    In my opinion, the pillows were all fluff, as was the bed. As soon as you lay down, you sink. Very uncomfortable. The following morning, there was a bug crawling across my bed. I showed the video to the front desk agent, James and he offered me a free cup of coffee for my troubles.

    Overall, it was a good stay, with a few inconveniences that set it apart from most of my hotel stays. There was power outage during a thunderstorm. That's not the hotel's fault, of course, though I was surprised that there was no backup provision. The toilet flushed erratically, even when I held the lever down. The ice machine was empty. And I usually stay at places that offer a breakfast buffet, or at least complimentary coffee. Maybe I missed it somewhere? So the stay itself was fine, but I would rate the amenities as below average compared to my usual experience.

    The staff was amazing and very helpful. I do think the pool area needs some short of attention. The pool area is not safe due to other family jumping on top of your kids while swimming or squirting them in the face with water guns. I think they should have some short of attended in that area to make sure it is safe for everyone.
