Beautiful hotel! The property is right across the street from Daikin Park. The Astros game started at 3pm and we were able to check in early. The staff (valet, doorman, check-in, bar/restaurant waiters) were all super accommodating. Restaurant was delicious. We had Jim Beam lemonade, Patron strawberry margarita, pizza, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and the breakfast buffet. I didn’t care for the scrambled eggs. The room was spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable with amazing views of Downtown Houston. The room also had a fridge and a variety of free coffees and teas. We would stay here again!

We were triple charged the first night. No help from desk staff. Also we moved the 7 dollar waters (not far) just out of the way. Not opened at all. Only moved. Front desk said she could not refund non opened smart waters. Nice staff in lounge but very very much ripped off on price of room and we were forced by our minor daughters robotics competition to HAVE to stay at this hotel to be allowed to compete. Felt very deceived by price changes as well as not being told to not move or touch water. Price of room should have not went up especially since they are partnered with the FIRST robotics competition and require guests to stay at example this hotel. Just deceived and paid over 800* for 1 night in a king room.

wonderful comfortable room. We stayed here years ago and returned largely because of the on-site food options. A lot has changed and while the room is wonderful and the hotel is fine, the food options disappointed us-not enough simple options, and too much salt.

Great stay for NYE! Beautifully renovated hotel and room. Bed was extremely comfortable and loved the layout of both the room and bathroom. I liked the tub and shower were on opposite sides of the spacious bathroom. Also great pressure from the rainfall shower head! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is across the street from Daikin Park, so location is ideal. Also, it was easy to get back onto I-45 in the morning. However, it is pricey valet parking only and breakfast is not provided. We had no hot water in the morning to shower. The Ballpark Cafe was delicious but quite expensive. Between parking and incidentals,they put the largest hold on our accounts that I have ever encountered in a hotel. I would probably stay here again if I was going to an Astros game just because it's so close, but otherwise I wouldn't choose it for our travels.

The closeness in proximity to Daikin Park

The hotel was located exactly where I needed to insure that I could walk to the ballpark for the games I was attending. Valet parking was expensive but convenient. The food in the restaurant was quite good and room service was fairly prompt. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. I will definitely visit again.

Modern property located downtown by the baseball stadium. Great bar area in the lobby and many good options in the vicinity. Parking is expensive but lots of on street parking which is free from 6pm until 7am.

For the price, the beds were hard and the rooms were hot. I wouldn’t stay again. The staff was awesome, though.

Great downtown location. Went to an Astros game and it was a quick walk across the street. Had a few drinks before and after the game at the hotel bar and it was full of others doing the same. Ordered room service and it was great. Valet and all other staff are always pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all.

Hotel management kind of messed. Gave my wife wrong room card at check in. When we backed at night, found all luggage gone from room. Then the front desk found it took by room services and still lost the charge cable. Breakfast card got wrong date. This hotel looks nice, the management is mess!

Perfect spot for an Astros game across the road at Daikin Park. Lively bar in the foyer area both before and after the game. Room was furnished in traditional Westin fashion - might be time for a freshen up?

The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Other burning my hand with coffee because of the barista failing to put the top on correctly when handing it to me, the other staff was pleasant.

This property waiting over a month to charge me for a stay with no notice. Why did they wait so long? A glitch in the system. Not a way to do business. Waiting for a manager to call.

Very stylish and comfortable room with lots of nice touches like the lavender essential oil on the bedside table for relaxation/sleep. Nice view out the window, too.

Our stay was amazing! The location and cleanliness was fantastic! The breakfast was not good. Bacon was hard, eggs were overcooked and the service was a little cold. Other than that, we will be back!

Overall was good. The only detail I’ll change for next time is to request a room in a higher floor and possibly away from the alley. We were on the 4th floor and we could hear a lot of noise coming from the alley. But that won’t stop us from booking again :)

Loved it. I remember hanging out and staying there when it was Inn at the Ballpark. Loved it. Bar area closes a little early for a weekend. 12 would have been better, so many people and they shut ya down. Worked for our family purpose for the weekend. The remodel is awesome.

Stay was nice, staff was fantastic almost all the way around, I with the concierge had haloed with the door even when he was there when our hands were full. Check in staff was nice and helpful coffee shop staff was fantastic!! Great people! Only other place of improvement would be quieter HVAC. The price also has gone up significantly from last year, more than Marriott.

Karen at the front desk is not very helpful. I was double charged for my stay, and was charged an extra night for Valet. She washed her hands on all counts. I was finally able to have the double charge for the stay reimbursed, however, she is washing her hands regarding the two nights of valet. When I asked to speak with a manager she proudly claimed she was the manager on duty, and she would not help me further (I know for a fact that the manager has the authority to waive valet, since last year my father had an accident and as compensation, they waived the valet fees). Horrible experience. It seems she is just doing it out of spite.
