I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews first but this place is a dump. The first room they offered me smelled like a nursing home. I mean I didn’t even step in the room when the smell hit me. I went back downstairs and told them that offering that room to ANYONE is offensive!! They gave me a card to check 2 other rooms. The first room was ok, but the fridge was rusted and had mold on the side. The second room had an unpleasant smell but the fridge was nice. So I had to ask them to switch the fridges. The only thing I can say nice is the staff was nice. Nikita I think was her name was very nice. She definitely is the only reason you’re getting the 1 star!! But they definitely should state this is not a hotel for a stay is a hotel where people live there for extended period of time. You can’t get clean towels unless you pay for them or wash them yourself!!! Who wants to stay at a hotel and wash their own towels??? Or buy their towels for $7. I’ll never stay here again or recommend this place to nobody!!!

My dates were off and I couldn't change the date by one day even though I had the insurance. Didn't want to cancel just change. I don't know how the dates was missed up but it happen and I lost two rooms cost. just not happy

Asked for a non smoking room the room smelled so much like smoked stayed some hours and my clothes were penetrated with the smell had a hard time sleeping because I could not breathe right ended up leaving at 4 am could not stand the smell anymore when people ask for a non smoking room it should not smell like an ashtray

Mika was very pleasant - it was our first time to stay at this hotel. We went to a family reunion and she let us see the room first - we were okay with it. Very nice front desk staff. wanted to get a double, but I booked it through 3rd party- which was okay . The rooms need a little love - however, the refrigerator and the kitchen appliance was awesome. We didn't use it, but that was great to have in the room. :)

Location The front office lady was extremely rude. I paid for a queen bed and was given 2 doubles. I booked a queen because I wanted a larger bed. The entire property stinks. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room was nasty and there was a dead roach.

Staff was excellent!

It was a horrible place. We did not stay there at all. After seeing the room and the surroundings, we immediately checked out after an hour or so on Friday.

Roaches, and if you stay longer you're responsible for laundring your own sheets and towels. The roaches I seen maybe twice. I did clean my room daily with Clorox and did the dishes as soon as we finished with them. I also made sure my doggie' s good bowl was cleaned and put away. I understand that they can't fully be responsible for the roaches because everyone isn't as clean as me. Overall the stay was perfect and quite. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice worker. There were roaches coming out of the sink, and the room was very dusty. There was no soap or body wash provided. The room was expensive for what the hotel offered, which was a place with a bunch of drug dealers and homeless people right outside the hotel. I felt unsafe the entire time, and we were approached by a fellow guest who asked us for tobacco? Just an overall horrible experience. The staff were nice though!

The staff was honest and did give us a chance to get a refund if we saw the room and it was not up to standard. There was an infestation of roaches. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of this.

This property was dirty with stained carpet throughout the building and elevator smelled like wet dogs. All kinds of folks hanging outside the place some bare footed and some just looking weird.

Price and location was excellent, but quality was lacking. Check in was slow - and we tried calling but took several tries to reach someone, but then she came rt down. They made a mistake and didn't have the room with 2 beds as reserved, but provided a cheaper single queen bed which was ok but not our preference. Also confusion over ck out - my Ad said 11-12 ck out. Maid beat on our door at 11:15 and rudely told us ck out was 11. We apologized and hurried but were confused thinking we had until 12. Mildew smell seems prevelent all over building (lobby and our 3rd floor), and we had to step over a teenager sitting in the hallway to get to our room.

This is a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting much. Thankfully the room was clean but the facilities were a mess (stained carpets in the hallways), smelled of weed, and a dog was barking regularly during my stay. If you need a spot to stay this will work. If you want to relax in peace go somewhere else.

Don’t do it!!! A dog was left alone in a room, three doors down and was allowed to bark ALL NIGHT LONG. I got three hours of sleep, even after getting up, getting dressed T 2am, going to the lobby and calling the hotel staff on the lobby phone, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The room is extremely humid because there’s no ventilation for the bathroom steam to vent so sheets felt wet and sticky all night. Never again! Stay away from this place!!!

Check in was fast and easy. Room was nice and big however it had a strong smell and I had to get some air fresheners. There were the first 2 night the police had to be called. The staff however was very helpful and polite. Overall it was a nice stay just wrong timing.

The hotel looks brand new and very nice but when we got there, there were several drug deals going down in the parking lot and we had to cut through the middle of a group sheriffs who were evicting a woman who was tweaking really bad. After we left and went to a dr appointment, when we returned, the hardwood floor was covered in water. The a/c had leaked a ton of water and big black particles all over the floor. BUT, when I went down to the front desk, Meghan was SUPER sweet and offered a refund. I had to get it ok’d by Hotels.com and she was very sweet and patient. She gave me a copy of the receipt that showed no charge. I was so relieved to get my daughter out of there before dark

Well it advertises a kitchen area stove ect. No pots or pans to use nothing! Then felt unsafe at nite to go outside. No food places near by. Freaking HAIR EVERYWHERE disgusting. No room service. TV had to be manually done the remote wasn't programmed and of course no one new how to program it! The dang blanket already had dang dog hair on it. Yes I was traveling with my dog but there was an abundance of dog hair all over as well as human hair! Just not at all wat I expected.

Worst stay I had in my life, the room was uncomfortable, it did not have a nightstand or lamps, the TV was old, the table only had a chair, during the 4 days of stay they did not clean the room, they did not make the bed or replace it the towels. We left the room on December 30.

It was bad. It smelled bad, there was liquid spilled in front of the door, you can hear everything and the bed we were in may have had bed bugs. Called front desknthen went downstairs and it was closed. No one answered the phone and because of the conditions we left in the middle of the night. Worse experience i ever had and the rating on this place should be a 2. I normally dont even wriye reviews but geeze.

Property was easy to get to FM 1960 shopping centres. Property needs to update Pet Friendly status, as once we arrived were told no cats, but were able to work things out. Apparently new owners are changing policy.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, from check-in to check-out Ms. Destiny was very accomadating. She would have gone THAT extra mile if we needed. Very friendly and personable. Good image for the company. These were a few creepy insects in the room and the bed moved all night (not hooked up) but we really enjoyed our trip!!!

The two ladies at the front desk are not only very friendly but also very helpful and understanding. The room is very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby.

You’re uncomfortable full-size beds are being marketed as queen size beds very bad, and there was no ironing boards for the room.

Besides, the entrance the property smelled like smoke. The hall Even had a worse smell of smoke, urine, and bad cooking.

Overall our stay was fine. The staff were all friendly and helped us when we had no power/water at our home. Our room was clean, but the hotel itself doesn’t smell great. It is an extended stay hotel and there are quite a few people that actually seem to live there. There are kitchenettes in all rooms and the halls always smell like all different foods. I was charged twice, but they corrected it.

Woodspring Suites Willowbrook was not to good but it was clean,You could tell animals were around cause it smelled like dogs once you walk out of the room.Check Inn females were holding aloud conversation at the front desk very unprofessional and clerk was in conversation as well. WiFi service doesn’t work at all . And looks like a bunch of junky’s live there. Vending machines were working Two days later out of order.

The service was horrible. When we checked in the person who checked us in did not explain anything so when we had questions the other staff gave attitude like we were supposed to know. Then an altercation happened with the managers son and we had to leave even though we did not start the altercation.

You don't hear almost any noise from other rooms or the outside and they respect your privacy without forcing you to have to let in housekeeping staff inside your room ,it have laundry ,it like to be in a cozy studios apartments.

And I was in th farthest flat on the end, which, for 1450.00 ISD U MIGHT THINK I'D BE GETTING MM WAVE 5G, OR AT LEAST T-MO'S NEWEST 700+MHz Multi Gigabit ÜBER-fast blazing speed wireless internet speeds.... but nah!!! Not me! My cel provider ate their lunch (T-Mobile) with 155/Mb/s d/l & 69 Mb/s u/l speeds!!! Now that's QUITE a bit faster than plain broadband internet from AT&T or XFINITY!!!

Felt like I was in a drug hotel. Roaches in my room. The outside looked okay, but when I walked inside the halls I knew I had made a mistake. This place is not for travelers. More of a halfway house.

Arrived and some man was asking the check in clerk to come up to her room for a good time. The environment seemed completely unsafe and when we got to our room, there were cigarette burn marks on the blankets. Disgusting.

It was a miserable stay. There was water lick from the laundry room to mine. I had to leave for Extended Stay America to complete my stay.

The wifi is horrible. While the place has potential, the mattresses and pillows need updating. Cockroaches at night and animal urine behind the desk. Not what I want to find on my sock at 3AM while working. The housekeeping staff seems to be pretty hardworking, so I don't blame them for that, it was probably the previous tenant. Front staff was friendly with the exception of the one person who lived on the other end of his cell phone every time I saw him. Had to wait for him to leave and ask the other girl for quarters. He said they were out, she handed me a roll without question. But the wifi is the biggest issue here. This is identity theft begging to happen, and Gold Coast needs to get their collective crap together before I ever stay in another of their hotels.

My stay there was very disappointing in the kitchen it had roaches .....roaches on the wall ......roaches in the bathroom .....that was so very inappropriate .....took the towels to the front to get washed then when we went back they said they didn’t have anymore so we ended up going to buy our own towels.....just was not right at all

I like that it was close to highway an the mall an shopping locations, But conditions of hotel was bad elevator takes forever to reach your floor once on it seems like elevator has problems in the elevator shaft cause it acts like it was to stall or even fall needs to be fixed. Hotel has a real bad bug problem all times a day roaches comes out couple time found some trying come into my room when we approached our door. Internet sucks it runs slow, cable is a waste only basic channels.Night prior us checking in there was 7-9 cars that got broken into they caught the suspects but overall I hated our stay there the place online looked it like nice place and whoever lied on the ratings to make it pass need their brains recheck clearly the online picture looks nothing like the building in person these hotel discount websites needs to personally go out an check an rate these places.

You have to ask for clean towels because they will not change them out otherwise. The staff sprayed for roaches more often than they cleaned the rooms.

The place was not very clean. Ever floor surface needed to be swept-from the rooms to the hallways. It almost seemed like paint chips were everywhere mixed with dust and debris. There were small roaches in our room also.

Horrible experience! There was a group of people hanging out at the front desk being loud. No one was working the front desk. I had to call the hotel and have someone come down. Once the lady came down the group of people went inside, turns out they’re employees. They didn’t have any rooms available. She said there was one and she was trying to find someone to clean it because there was a stain in there and if I wanted it. Never going back again.

This is not the hotel to stay in if you're looking for comfort, FYI. The A/C in my room was extremely loud when it engaged, the windows only came equipped with blinds which still allowed for a ton of light to escape (good luck if you're a person that requires darkness to sleep), and the mattress I slept on had an indention on one side and palpable springs on the other. Pillows were basically flat and lacking any neck support, and there was no comforter on the the actual bed. Again, if you're looking for a place to decompress, this is definitely NOT IT.

In all fairness I did not do my due diligence so most of the blame falls on me. I did not know that there are facilities that only clean the room every two weeks. I am used to daily custodial service. I am also accustomed to the norm that there are amenities in every facility but the only amenity in this case was a parking spot. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere. The blame is all mines. Thank you for a relatively clean and neat hotel suite but you will never see me again.

It was a good stay. Liked accommodation. However, thought lobby was always crowded with people just hanging around.it made it noisy . I also wished the iron was permanently in the room instead of guest requesting it. I had to request for one and it didn't arrive in a timely manner. Overall pleasant stay.
