Check into the hotel and left to get something to eat.. the woman at the desk noted that I checked in and then checked out how I found out because when come back, I saw that the cabinet was messed up in my hotel room, so I went to the front desk to tell them and the lady at front desk noted that i checked in and then checked out, which was confusing to me why she would do that

Rooms are very large and clean, property is not new but it's well maintained, there is free parking. The front desk lady was very kind and attentive.

The staff do not communicate well, they do not give clear instructions to guests, and some of the items in the room were in poor condition.

Nice location, very spacious and clean. Mid stay I had to pack and move to another floor because we had a pet and they are not allowed on 2nd or 3rd floors.

But we were served the same food all three days we were there (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.).

It’s quiet at night. The bed is great. The staff are awesome. The breakfast is delicious. You feel safe here lol. I would recommend.

This comfort hotel accuse me of smoking marijuana in the room, which is located next to the manager counter office, the only evidence which is presented in the heavy smokes, smell in the room

Our room was clean and comfy. The room temp was great, but the bathroom always felt warm and humid. There was minimal noise from the hallway and other rooms, but there was some road noise from the freeway on the window side. Breakfast was good and the dining room was kept clean. The staff was very courteous and always helpful. There was plenty of available parking. The pool area was kept clean with plenty of seating, but it would be nice to have some shaded areas or patio umbrellas within the fenced pool area so parents could watch their children swim while sitting in the shade. The only covered seating was outside of the fenced pool area and landscaping blocked the view of the pool The pool water was kept crystal clear. Pets are allowed and there is a nice green area for them. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

It was okay. I did have a crack on my door and my niece mentioned seeing a small roach in the bed. I didn’t see anything but did express my concern to front desk but idk if they cared. It was clean but had maybe a moldy smell. But specious and I slept good until traffic started. Breakfast was cold. Parking was good.

Unfortunately my room was near the freeway so heard busy traffic all night . There was also too much movement on the third floor above me. I did not complain to front desk just got out bed and checked out at 7am!!

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.

It was dirty. Not only did they not change the linens on one bed but the left the hairpins from the previous person in it. The hotel is by a very busy road, and the walls are thin. It’s loud, and sleep is hard to obtain. Good luck here.

There were still hair pins in one of the beds from who previously was in the room. That was one of many nasty things I found. Also, it is right by a busy road, and the walls are thin. You can’t sleep, because it’s so loud.

Special Note: Pool was closed for cleaning on Monday but Management open it allow us to swim. I would stay again if I was in the area.

We were there for a funeral, so we did not use the pool. The hotel was great,; just the pullout bed was dirty from people using it as a couch and not being vacuumed in 2 different rooms. Breakfast was great!

Addressed to the front desk the security latch was low and my 2 y/o could open the door. Front desk said they would look into it, and isn’t the latch at the top of the door? Advised it is not and provided a picture of my daughter opening said latch. The room was already booked and with Christmas no other hotels in the area available, no one from hotel management reached out or tried to fix the safety issue.

The woman at the front desk was the best thing about this hotel.The wifi didnt work for my son ps5 and the front desk clerk did everything possible teying to help us but it seemed like she didnt have no support.Then bugs were in the room and it was just a bad stay.I checked out at 4am and took my son to another hotel.I feel im owed something for this horrible experience.I wouldnt recommend the Uncomfort suites to nobody😡

The room was so noisy! Freeway noise, very loud A/C. Very difficult to sleep. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Overall was a good experience for a single night stay. Only issues for some maybe the AC in room was noisy, street noise and Wi-Fi is slow at time.

Front desk clerk that worked the morning of Friday that I was there, was very rude, unprofessional, very very unfriendly & unwelcoming. She’s definitely not someone who should be allowed to interact with guests until she’s retrained in the basics of hospitality. Housekeeping/ breakfast staff is lazy & lacks common sense & critical thinking. Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke & air felt moist walking in room. I Was charged $10 for 2 dirty washrags but had to smell old cigarette smoke for 3 days. Unbelievable. I was truly dumbfounded by this.

Very irritating to listen to an advertisement every time I was required to log back on to the internet. Several a & c USB connections were not working. Was told I had reserved a handicap room but this was not the case. Also, the housecleaning every 3d day was a non starter for me. Probably will look for another hotel when in Houston area again.

Very rude Manager there was feces in the restroom, toilet and on the light switch the room were very dirty I had several small children with me and I had already unloaded everything so I asked for stuff to clean and instead of them being kind and assisting the worker came banging on the door, asking how many people were in there, even though we weren’t making a lot of noise and the kids were at the pool with my sister. There’s two queen full size beds and a queen size sofa bed, and I was told only five people were allowed in the room even though each bed could fit two people I asked for a refund was told that I can get a refund if I left immediately, and if I didn’t leave immediately, the cops would be called on me I was very confused as to why I was being threatened with cops when I never cussed yelled or once was that disrespectful to the manager I’m so glad everything is recorded and I’m moving forward with a lawsuit.

There were bed bugs. I started having an allergic reaction and then saw one adult bug in the bed and some on a pillow. Immediately packed up and left. Took pillow to lobby desk to show receptionist.

On top of this, I found a big TICK right beneath my pillow which my partner witnessed as well. A piece of the bathroom wall’s lower paneling fell off. The bathroom ceiling had black spots which I hope wasn’t mold. The only upsides are the hair dryer and OVERPRICED mini-store at the lobby. $4 for a gatorade… really? I feel tricked into making this booking because of the lack of transparency about extra charges. They expect maximum pay for subpar services and conditions. I now distrust booking hotels on your website and will browse using other means when looking for a room.

It was not in walking distance of anything, but the breakfast was great. Our room smelled a little funny, like maybe they washed the carpets but did not air it out enough? But it wasn’t too bothersome. The staff was very nice and friendly, the room temp was very pleasant and the beds were super comfortable. They provided plenty of towels and toiletries. I would stay there again and recommend it if you’re going to visit someone in the area. Not a place to stay if you want to explore.

Beautiful bedroom, extremely large, clean, all great amenities. The staff was plenty, the self-serve breakfast buffet was bountiful and tasteful. I will most definitely make future reservations with Comfort Suites!

Great for the price. Clean, nice staff- convenient because it’s right by a main interstate but traffic noise because of that- overall it was very good for what we were needing!

The staff was just doing what it took to get their minimum wage paycheck. Don't expect any kind of service. Lighting in the building was pretty bad as well. Dimly lit, cold psycho ward LEDs everywhere.

Never was able to eat breakfast because breakfast didn’t start until 7:00 am. We had to be at the track field every day at 7:00 am. They wouldn’t even give us any fruit before 7:00 am

When we got there Expedia had our reservation but the hitel canceled and didnt care. We stood in the lobby dealing with Expedia on the phone a the hotel. It was 12 am and finally at 2 20 am Expedia cancel our reservation n refunded the money which takes days to receive. We got a room smelled so bad of cigarettes ciuld stand it when back to front desk gave us another which still smelled like a ashtray the carpet was wet all around the air conditioner. The main hall lights didnt work and the bathroom plugs didn't work. The bathroom sink didnt drain unless you reach in and pull up the stopper. We will never go back for sure.

The property was very comfortable and the staff friendly. My room was very spacious. Breakfast was just okay. Very little sausage in the thin gravy! The bathroom sink required you to put your hand in the sink to lift the stopper so the water could drain!

My only complaint is that there needs to be more than ONE ice vending machine & it’s on the third floor. I like ice in my orange juice in the morning for breakfast. There wasn’t any ice available in the dining/kitchen area, I had to go to the third floor to get ice for my drink. It’s just an unnecessary inconvenience.

Our stay was great! Room was clean, sheets were clean, ac blew cold, kids loved the pool. Only thing that we ran into was going down for breakfast one morning with an hour left of breakfast, there were no more eggs and the employees said they weren’t making anymore eggs since breakfast was almost over. Other than that, we loved it there!!

Price was good but the room was really dirty and the rug had a weird smell to it, like dirty feet smell. They did attempt to clean while we were out, minimal improvement. I left a day early than what I reserved and now Expedia and hotel are playing the blame game on who needs to process the refund and I am have not gotten any money back.

Everything was fine. However we did not receive the complimentary breakfast it was supposed to start from 6am-9am. We never seen the breakfast section open. We ended up driving to IHOP.

The smell of Fabuloso in the lobby was so strong it was almost unbearable. There was a dead roach under the bath mat by the tub. The noise from the highway was loud and didn’t let up much even in the middle of the night.

I stay at this hotel twice a year to visit my daughter and granddaughters and everyone was professional and courteous, the hotel was clean and the breakfast provided was good as well.

We checked in Saturday, June 8th. We called Friday, June 7th to see about checking in early on Saturday, and the process. We were told, we could check in early but it would be a fee. No problem, right?! We called again Saturday, the day of our reservation. The front desk receptionist told us she was just about to call us regarding our reservation. She said they had flooding issues. They goes my blood pressure. We get to the hotel to get details. What I gathered was that she wanted FEMA money over mine. She wanted me to cancel my 2-month reservation and choose another hotel. I proceeded to check other options, only to find out their weren’t any through hotels.com under $474/night. She wasn’t understanding at all. Once my daughter came in, she asked for a manager. She was told the manager wasn’t on duty. My daughter explained that a manager should be available for emergent situations which this was. As I continued to check for other hotels. My daughter continued to let her know that this trip has been booked for 2 months because this is her son’s golden birthday trip ((11 years old). And she insisted that the receptionist could not leave us homeless. When she finally let us continue. We ended up with 1 room right away which only had a king sized bed. And the other wasn’t ready for an hour. Same size, completely opposite directions. The pool was too small for the capacity of people. The tv didn’t work in one room. Breakfast had to be eaten in the dining area. Just terrible!
