I didnt know there was any spa services. Communication wasnt great and not welcoming, which I like. I almost had to do all the talking. The male worker just grunted at me. I went to a similar site and the Manager Paul was amazing. It was because of his welcoming that I stayed there.

Rooms were dirty and the bed had holes on each side where other ppl slept the shower head sprayed everywhere but where you needed the tv in the room was broken, staff never offered any discount or to move rooms the mattress had stains all over it and dirty towels under mattress, very dirty rooms

Tried to make us pay for 2 rooms after 10 days saying me my husband and our 3 small children were too many in a room. Also picked and chose who could have breakfast and all couldn't leave the dining room.Housekeeping barely comes.

I was here early Jan 2026 for the first time. My stay was 5 days. It was a highly clean & well kept experience. The customer service was excellent. The only recommendation I have is to enhance the very limited continental breakfast to include bottled water, tea, fruit & oatmeal packets/toppings. Thanks for the kind hospitality, he even took photos for us.

This isn't the best for shopping or even family get together but it out of the way off 69 and Humble is right up the road so not too far if you have transportation. They do not have good food in themorning its hot milk and runny battered waffle mix it tasted like it was nasty water and no flavor at all . The cereal was stale and I am sure 100 percent it's due to value in the costumers but nasty water should filtered water on coffee and offered some other options if your budget is small remove breakfast period cause it's just gross to water down the mix and offer stale food and sink water coffee come on . Every single soul deserves the right to be treated the same this is just awful to me to know when you go to places that serve this other people that are like Hilton quality that y'all can at least treat the people like Hilton does a so anyway that's what I have to say about it it's not too bad of a place and you know the quality of service wasn't was great and they were sweet they don't communicate much they just kind of let you in or don't they got everything that you need to know on little signs on there you know paraphernalia and no smoking in the rooms and no animals they don't offer no pets there because I don't know why.. honest review.

Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate in that cleanliness is lacking. The couch had a white powder stain on it and towels had dark spots on them. Redeeming qualities are that its location is near the freeway and the mall. It would be decent for a one-night stay and nothing more in my opinion.

I gave a good review too early. I been here all week and requested my room to be cleaned on the 4 th day of staying , it wasn’t did. I am pissed after a long day at work I didn’t like that I called the front desk before work to request another day plus cleaning. They took the money yet the room is still like I left it.

Great hotel

It had a 24hrs store next door.. Staff gave me room that was already been use. Room was dirty but he gave me another room. I think maids should tell front office room not ready or something...

This property was great for the overall value. It's about 20 minutes north of Houston which is why we went there. The property was very clean. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, juice, and coffee. It's off the main road and it felt safe. The parking lot is a bit snug, but it was fine.

We ended up spending the night in the hospital but what little time we were there, the bed was comfortable and room was clean.

And when we arrived, there was an ambulance and a fire truck and what appeared to be a person being removed in a body bag. Once my boyfriend got there, he freaked out and we left. We didn’t stay the night.

Staff were incompetent and difficult to understand when talking to them behind glass windows and they didn't understand us.. tried to book taxi they tried but cause they couldn't get hold off someone left it and didn't tell us very annoying..

We were on family vacation and had 5 rooms . The check in was rude and caught watching the camera to come to our rooms to harass us. They had ppl living cooking grilling drug use and they were more worried about in each others room

I would not book here again! It was nasty in the room and around the property! People working on cars being loud. People sitting outside their rooms questioning me because I supposed they lived there! I found another hotel to be in that night I arrived. I didn’t stay in that disgusting room.

Spent all night in a non smoking room with the neighbor smoking. Hotel refused to do anything about it. Have been going back and forth with expedia for almost 5 days now trying to get a refund because the manager wont speak with them. Useless

The pictures and the higher review is the reason I chose this property. After getting an Uber from the airport over to this property, the Uber driver seemed very worried that I chose this property. He asked if there was a specific reason I chose that area and not the opposite side of town. I told him that this location has a very good review. He stated that this Hotel is where a lot of homeless go and pay weekly rates. The whole area was a little strange. The breakfast was very small. The room really needed an update compared to the pictures, And the bed was not comfortable. Overall It did the job, but I would definitely look into a property way more than just going off of Expedia reviews

The lobby is clean and well lit. Lots of parking space and the area is clean. Parking lots is well maintained and well lighted. Hallways is also clean. The bathroom vent is our room is not working and I have reported it. I hope it gets fixed. Room 111.

Overall was a nice stay, seems to be realtively new. Price was excellent. Be sure when booking to see if room is smoking or non-smoking, was not aware smoking rooms were still offered. Staff was very nice. Breakfast ends at 9 am...can't get coffee after 9 if they are out tho.

Overall it wasn’t bad. The place is all right, rooms are clean, however, from my recent stay I find that the bathroom didn’t look clean with care so I guess they could do better. Finally, it’s not a bad option for a short stay at a reasonable price.

I picked this hotel due to rating and its poximity to the airport (15 minutes). The staff was very friendly and it was a quick checkin and out process. The area was quite. The only issue I had was how dirty my room was. There were food and wrappers from previous guest in very obvious area. If it were clean I would rate this hotel mcuh higher.

Once I checked in and got my key, I went to my room to discover it had not been cleaned, there was trash all on the floor, and the bed was not made. Instead of getting me a new room, the clerk said to give them 10 minutes to clean it. Upon my return, the room was straightened up to say the least. There was another guest who complained that she had to complain 4 times for them to actually come to her room and clean it properly. As i was unpacking, I noticed something between the couch cushions, so I pulled out what I discovered to be a lighter and a crack pipe. I called the front desk to alert them to what i found because this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The response I received was that I'll let the manager know. I was pissed, and if not for the fact I needed to get up early, I would've requested a refund and left. I would never ever stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My biggest complaint I already shared with the front desk. There is a major tub drainage issue in room 115. The bathroom floor floods when you’re showering. I did have several flies in my room when we walked in the room I killed them. I carry Lysol and sanitizer spray with me to use so yea I did spray the room and linen down. I also removed my linen so housekeeping had easier access to finish cleaning up. If the bathroom is not out of order in the lobby please don’t put a sign there I arrived after a 300mi trip and the bathroom I needed upon checking in. Thank you for letting me use the restroom in the lobby.

THIS WAS A LAST MINUTE RESERVATION AND I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN...THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND OMG THE BED!!!!! I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH....I HAVE A HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH HOTEL BEDS BUT THIS ONE WAS AMAZING....SO MUCH SO WE ASKED WHAT BRAND IT WAS TO LOOK INTO GETTING ONE AT HOME....THE ONLY DOWNFALL OF THE WEEKEND WAS NO BREAKFAST AND MOST OF THE TV CHANELS WERE OUT BUT IT WAS RAINY MOST OF THE TIME SO THAT USUALLY HAPPENS....I RATED THE STAFF AVERAGE JUST BECAUSE WE REALLY HAD NO INTERACTION BY CHOICE, WE PUT OUR DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR EVEN WHEN WE WERE OUT AND THE STAFF RESPECTED THAT.......OVERALL GREAT STAY AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

The hotel had no power following storm. The phones were out but the company allowed reservation to be issued online.

The property has easy & quick access to the I69 freeway in both south& north directions. It is above the freeway so there was negligible noise. The Management was very quick to respond to requests. The location was very quiet with no noise. The room was very large, very clean and fully equipped for my needs. The location is close to Deerbrook Mall (across a river) and close to Kingwood Dr. with large quantity of restaurants. A breakfast with coffee and hot water for other drinks, juices, waffles, apples, nutrition bars... was provided. The room charge was economical. It is highly recommended and it is very likely that I will return.

We pulled up and there were multiple cops there, when we called the hotel they said it was for a "wellness check" and insisted wverything was fine. She was rude about it and we didnt feel safe staying so we stayed somewhere else.

Aeration fan in bathroom did not work. So imagine the smell staying after using the restroom. Coffee maker and coffee placed in bathroom. I wonder who has that idea. Besides that the place is fine and safe to stay at.

Smelled marijuana the entire time we were there.

Front desk and customer service were extremely nice but there was mold in our room from the a/c unit and after a night of sleeping there, we had sinus inflammation and headaches after waking up. There were also a few stray hairs on a pillow that was not from us. Everything else was actually nice. Really wish there wasn't mold because we probably would've stayed there for longer.

I traveled from California to Texas for business trip and I was looking at many places and reviews as well and one thing I have to say the room I was in was really clean the place was clean as well great staff helpful had to leave early due to the weather but they helped no problem

The room itself was fine, but I had a terrible experience with the man at the front desk. I'd reserved the room online through expedia, where you use your credit card to hold the space, but then pay when you arrive. Day of, I called in the morning to confirm my reservation, and to let them know I'd be arriving at 11pm. At 10:45pm, while I was on the road struggling to find the place, I get an angry call from the front desk demanding to know if I'm still coming and threatening to sell the room since I wasnt there. Even after telling him I'd already called to confirm, and that I would be there in 15 minutes, he was still rude and condescending, and I could barely get him off the phone. My check-in experience (same man) when I arrived a few minutes later was equally bad. I've never written a negative review before, and like I said, the place itself was fine for a budget motel, but that is NO way to treat customers, whether they've paid in advance or not.

Out of the way location makes for better pricing, quieter area and less chance of parking lot theft. Parking was slightly cramped but the layout made it more secure than most lots in a budget motel. Super clean and new looking facility.
