After finally getting in the room and seeing more pincher bugs crawling around I was over it. I wasn’t about to get locked in my room with bugs or even get locked out after exiting my room and needing assistance every time I need to get back in so went to ask for a refund and checked out. Saw the good reviews about this place but unfortunately for me it was far from a good experience.

It was clean, staff were friendly, room was stocked with needed necessities. The fridge didn’t work and the ac wasn’t cold

Rooms are just fine. The front desk girl hardly knew anything. Not very friendly either. Sheets and linen not very clean. Carpets dirty. Ok for one night on transit but definetely won’t be back.

The property itself is clean and a good place to be But the management don't see you as people. The people running the property is the reason why I won't come back. They have the same level of interpersonal skills and customer service as a spoiled child. You can speak English but lack very much in communication skills. You tried to extort me for money because I booked through a third party and you have to pay commission fees and lose money. You wanted me to purchase my overstay directly from the front desk because you want to charge me extra from staying between the hours of 11:00am to 3:00pm and then you want to charge me extra because you can't beat my discounted rate from my third party for the actual cost of the room for the night. So you tried to hold my stuff hostage as a way to do it by not allowing me to rebook after my room is already paid for with verifiable proof. Only under the threat of calling the police did you reprogram my card and rebook me. Even corporate told me that they was disturbed by the treatment and corporate settled things from their end. Never again.

This is kind of like a a gem in the rough. For a budget hotel it actually does pretty good for the area it's in. It is extremely noisy outside, but you wouldn't know it from inside the room. They did a pretty darn good job of soundproofing this thing. It was well kept and clean. Had a ton of channels on the TV. And they allow pets. The staff were courteous. I was genuinely happy with what was provided for the price given. There is a gas station next door that does serve breakfast and lunch and get coffee. So it wasn't too bad. I just wish I'd had more choice and food in the area. But the location kind of negates the opportunity of this happening. But like I said it's like a gem in the rough. It's actually a better place than I thought it would be by looking at it from the outside. Never judge a book by its cover I guess

Remember this is an economy class hotel you get what you pay for. It's sitting at the interchange of Interstate 69 and the Sam Houston tollway. So it's loud outside. Very loud. But it is a surprisingly quiet in the rooms even the rooms facing the freeways. Rooms were very clean. The maids actually take pride in their work here. For a motel 6, they even put their special touches on the toilet paper making it look like a flower. And they really do a nice job with the towels. The hotel staff were very friendly and I enjoyed staying there. The only thing that did kind of suck, was at the time the elevator was down. But they had crews there fixing it so besides that I had a good stay

It was cleaner than I expected, and it’s not bad if you are on a tight budget.

The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. I was disappointed in having to walk 3 flights of stairs due to a non working elevator and the dead end parking lot without hotel entry access was a drag as well. The fact that you advertised as NO MONEY BACK I FEEL that you need to get rid of the MOLD THAT IS TRAPPED IN THE 1st floor!!! It smells awful and that place needs to be aired out properly and cleaned!!! I don’t care what you think!! You guys better check into that moldy smell before someone gets sick. I am actually HARRIS COUNTY LCENSED FSM and I am making you aware of a PUNGENT AND OVERWHELMING ODOR OF MOLD AND MILDEW which is not safe for human health. I thought it was dishonest to not disclose about the elevator and then force people to breathe in mold and mildew as they WALK 3 flights of stairs without a single railing to help. No lie the room was clean but all the other flaws drop your score.. if you fix up the place you don’t have toTAKE people’s money There is absolutely NO WAY THAT YOU CAN PASS THE ODOR ON FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT NOTICING!!

There is no lobby. The building is shabby. The room has no amenities. None. And the room stank of old cigarette smoke and disinfectant.

Lady at front desk was very rude , she doesn’t say a word . But once I sign the tablet and agree to terms and conditions she said I don’t want visitors in your room ! Or any one else in room etc. I was like ? If you come down to visit family and they want to go see u in Motel room ? She said no one else in room . She also said she wouldn’t give money back . Don’t make the same mistake I did and rent at this place . There is a lot of better motels in the area that I wish I would have stayed in .

by far the best motel 6 i’ve stayed at. room was updated, ac worked, clean sheets, clean room. tv worked. only thing was the hallways smelt like smoke (the room did not) and the bottom of the shower/tub, was very slick and i felt like i could slip at any point during my shower.

Nice hotel but bathroom floor is underground leaking. Clean and great price.

How attentive the housekeepers were, they did a great job with cleanliness! Only dislike, the elevators did not work. Had to walk up and down from the third floor everyday. Only disadvantage.

The rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was nice and friendly.!The elevator was not working so I had to carry my luggage and 4month old up the stairs. The rooms presented to be clean, but I found a roach crawling onto the bed while my baby was laying down and parking can be limited.

When I checked in the evening of Aug. 20, I told them that i needed to leave the next morning at 3 am to go to the airport for a 5 am flight. They offered to have coffee for me before I left. sure enough, at 3 am, coffee was ready for me. The room was quiet, spotless and beautiful, so were the rest of the motel and grounds. These folks know the true meaning of hospitality. I will definitely stay there the next time I need to go to Houston.

It was $65 and I have 2 service dogs. They never told me about a charge that was an extra 50 if the room is damaged. I booked this 1 week ago and should have went with my first choice. So Angry

I was traveling to Texas from California. And to make a long story short the cleaning ladies took the sheets and I asked the front desk lady for sheets. She got snappy and yelled and threatened to call the cops if we did not get out of her lobby. I would never come back. I have never been treated so bad for asking for something that should be included in my stay.

I wouldn't recommend!!! I stayed here twice and the first time around I enjoyed myself but the 2nd time was such a horrible experience! This hotel allows for loud music and parties at 2am in the morning with no care for other ppl in hotel rooms! There was no hot water the day I was checking out and my bathroom was dirty; I had to clean it myself!

The hotel was clean for the most part. The towel rack is as broken in the bathroom. The beds In my opinion was not comfortable. At 11:02 they was already calling the room because we hadn’t checked out yet that was annoying. Other than that hotel was nice,ok area.

First day of check in front desk lady with attitude, reserved a non smoking room but all the hall of second floor smells horrible, room was clean , AC works perfect , microwave and mini fridge was working perfectly, overall nice hotel for just 2 days stay.

Not in the greatest part of town. But it was quiet, considering Bush Intercontinental Airport is nearby and it was at the intersection of 2 major highways. It served its purpose.

For the excellent price we were more than pleased! The person who checked us in was polite and efficient. He gave us a room on the first floor which was convenient although there was an elevator. It was quiet considering we right off of a major road. The facility had been updated with nice bright paint and carpet. The room was comfortable and very clean. The linens are not top of the line but certainly what is acceptable for the price point. The location is convenient to IAH and diverse.

Hotel is very Basic, close to Airport , about an hour drive to Galveston Seawall , 30 minutes to downtown.

Was ok, clean, but the breakfast was not good enough.

The inside smelled good. The staff on the other hand is rude. When we first got out the vehicle there was a horrible smell outside but the inside smelled good and the room was mostly clean. If I had stay there again that would be my last resort.
