Front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful. Good views . Good hotel at a fair price .

Staff were not welcoming and constantly distracted with other activities during check-in. Check out was worse as I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes waiting for a staff member which was nowhere to be found. At 7am the front desk should be available to assist patrons. No apology, just a miserable staff member, probably upset because I woke her from her nap.

The room was clean. The bed slept ok, thin bedding but I usually bring my own anyways. Hubby said the breakfast was horrible. He usually isn't as picky/strict as I am so I know it wasn't up to par. I didn't eat it as I was gone during that time. Overall the stay was fine and we would probably stay again but just avoid their breakfast.

Parking was secure

Parking is nice breakfast is okay but beware they have roaches I was in the bathroom and was running across the bathroom floor usually pretty clean but probably won’t be back for a while after this. Price a bit steep for roaches

There was also no coffee machine or tea available, either in the room or in the lobby. We arrived in the evening and were leaving early in the morning before breakfast time, so having access to something simple like coffee would have been helpful. I noticed some snacks in a small fridge in the lobby and asked the front desk if we could take a couple since our flight was early. However, I was told the fridge was locked. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and flexibility made the experience frustrating.

The hotel is clean. Our issue was the security, our truck got stolen. The truck was parked in from of a camera and in front of the office building. I think if the area is not safe, they should contract a security guard. As customers we expect to relax and not encounter this kind of situations.

This hotel is next to a busy street. IF you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay, this isn't it. It was noisy. Front desk staff were neither helpful nor friendly.

The property is located close to the airport, we stay here often, the day before we fly to our destination. Always clean and affordable.

I travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of hotels. This one was pretty decent overall. Much more so than others in the area but it’s overpriced. It seems to have a bad reputation as far as being in a bad or “dangerous” area. After asking around, it’s because a clerk at the convenience store next door was murdered during a robbery but I never saw any type of criminal element in the area during my stay. The staff were great, the hotel was decent and clean and the breakfast was good. They just need to work on lowering their rate for us working folks.

Was good for a night's stay before our flight home. Room was uncomfortably humid despite the AC. The floor was dirty and still had someone's fake eyelashes on the floor. Bed was comfy though so it worked

Only interaction with friendly humans was at the breakfast buffet. Worse part was relatives found a very cozy Marriott suites nearby at the same darn price point!

The bedroom, bathroom, and all public areas were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. There was some street noise but it did not interrupt my sleep. This is not a luxury hotel with fancy decorations and room service, but the staff was very kind and willing to help and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The price was right and I will stay here again for an early flight out of the airport.

Sam and the whole staff were amazing! Very quiet. Hot water, CLEAN room and clean towels and wash cloths. Will stay there again. Definitely recommend. It's like an upscale holiday inn. They also have a complimentary breakfast during your stay. Awesome stay.

I informed the staff at check in and when I checked out the next morning, he had several prepackaged pastries for my daughter and I to take with us. I also appreciated how clean everything was. The room was extremely clean. I liked how close it is to IAH airport.

Great stay. Clean, quiet, plenty room, everything worked well, friendly staff. Even had a good iron. I stayed here because of all the great review's and I quickly realized they were all warranted. My new go to hotel when I’m in the area which is often.

The rooms was clean, staff were ok especially the breakfast host. She was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The main setback was not receiving room service for the days we were there. We had to ask for clean towels and even had to set the trash bins outside our room door just to have them emptied. I had to “sweep” the floor myself because I just couldn’t take it. I did ask to have the room cleaned but it never happened. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

I will admit the hotel itself was very clean, as well as the room I stayed in, but I was really confused about the closet. It simply didn't make any sense how to hang your clothes. In fact, the rack was hanging at the bottom of the doorway, which made no sense to me.

Our room was half done which made absolutely no sense. They did the bathroom but nothing with the beds?? We called the front desk and offered to move us into a different room. This was 8pm and we’re weren’t about to pack I and move. I asked about discount as we were not provided with all the services we paid for but they said no. There wasn’t even an apology.

Very clean and well-kept hotel. Very nice breakfast including hot items of scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. Also had do-it-yourself waffles with other breakfast rolls, yoghurt, fruits, coffee or tea and fresh juices.

The first thing I noticed was the well-lit parking lot. When I walked in, the hotel smelled clean. My room was comfortable. The shower was the right temperature and water pressure for me. The breakfast was great too. The room was reasonably priced, and everything was great. I would definitely stay here again

Room was clean and super cold upon arrival which was amazing since everywhere was hot outside. Hotel seemed pretty and updated, and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive and we had no issues with any of the amenities. Hotel room was as described. Free breakfast, although I did not eat at the hotel.

They wanted to charge me a late check out fee to leave by 12pm. Seems a bit much considering the hotel is barely occupied The mattress I have to say, was really good! And that is one of the most important things to me. However, it’s unfortunate that the bedding (blanket) was so thin, that I felt cold half of the night. I eventually retrieved a blanket from my luggage that I used on the plane, just to get some more warmth. When I tried adjusting the room AC to accommodate the cold room, even one degree made the room hot. So I either had to keep it cold, or keep it hot. Other than that, the room was fine. I do wish they had coffee in the room.

Hotel was a great stay, room service was top tier cleaned the room very well, smelled good, bathroom and room supplies were stocked. Front desk were always welcoming whenever we were walking by. Outside property was very clean, no trash, no panhandlers lingering around

I had a wonderful experience from the check in process to the check out process. My room was clean, comfortable bed, huge handicapped bathroom and shower. I felt so secure with their walk in shower, shower seat and grab bars. Hot/cold Breakfast was delicious! The only thing that needs improvement are their pillows, they're too soft. Overall i was 100 percent satisfied with my stay & would highly stay here again.

Bed was so-so. Hotel was noisy, people talking or yelling loudly in the hallways. There was also a very loud and random popping sound that would wake me up. Could not figure out where it was coming from. For the money, I guess it was good. Would stay again since it was inexpensive.

Book 2 rooms. Both set of Room Guests enjoyed a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a Huge Help. Very good with variety each day: Juice, coffee, tea, eggs, muffins, sausage, turkey sausage, bacon, buiscuits n' gravy, waffle maker, yogurt, oatmeal, Fresh Whole Fruit: oranges, apples, bananas and more. Room was clean, bed was comfy, area was safe. Free parking with wifi.

When I got there thet said I needed to put a $100 deposit in cash to assure that I would not smoke in the room. I said put it on my credit card and they insisted it must be cash. It was refunded to me at check out but if you are going to book a room be advised to bring cash. I travel a lot and no hotel has ever asked me for cash. The customer service was fine but really it is next to I-69 and not quite at all. The area is less than prime with a gas station and an adult store as neighbors. I would not stay there again.

Requires $100 cash deposit. Didn't have the cash and was told to use the ATM. The ATM didn't work. Ending up calling the supervise and they put they charge the deposit on the credit card after arguing for 20 minutes. Never had to put a cash deposit on any hotel stay before.

We stayed 6 Nights They never gave us a handy cap room. The room was so so poor water pressure, BUGS IN OUR SUITE Had to keep everything in Big Plastic bags, The shower head was terrible.We asked twice for a wakeup call and never got it period Missed our Flight. Would not help us with luggage Disabled and also I am a Diabetic and would not even give a yogurt to me after closed for five minutes!!!!!! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN also all you smell is WEED!!! And they took money off my credit card the very first night and she promised me they wouldn’t. They never gave us a bill under the door for a receipt we had to come to the desk. They were always smiling, but would never know where anything was the ladies that cleaned the rooms they were extremely nice and they brought us fresh towels and tried to help us as much as possible. It was a vacation from hell.

The place has more of a motel feel. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the front desk was behind bulletproof glass, which made me uneasy, especially since I wasn’t familiar with the area. I instantly wanted to leave, but given the limited options and my short stay, I decided to stick it out. The room itself was clean but extremely basic. The bed was rock-hard, and the tiny, uncomfortable pillows left me with a sore back and neck the next morning. While the free breakfast was decent, the overall experience was disappointing. Despite being marketed as a "newer" hotel, it felt more like a Motel 8. The location is terrible and felt unsafe, and it was nothing fancy. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

All I study brag about is how clean it was. My room was on the third floor and I must say it was very quiet, which is what I needed because I came to Texas to visit my sister and to get a mental break. The room in my opinion was better than the Doubletree or the Marriott. For way less money I got the same type of rest and comfort and cleanliness. I will be staying here again when I come back to Texas. The staff was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept smiles on their faces.

The hotel itself is nice, but it’s on a main highway so the road noise is really loud in your room. If the hotel was located differently I’m sure it would be fine. Also, there was no Wi-Fi for our stay. The shower, and beds were nice and it was clean.

The bed was a slab not a mattress. The hotel and room smelled bad. The AC barely worked. I got stuck on the first floor and the breakfast staff talked loud enough to be heard in my room.

Clean and quiet

Even with the property near a freeway. You can't hear it once inside. Beds were very comfortable, and the air and heat work well. No complaints from my end.

Great stay, we checked in late around 11pm and the parking lot was well lit. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast was above average!

I’d stay here again

This was my second time staying at the property. The room was not cleaned very well which was the issue the first time I stayed I did not report it because I was not in the mood to be moved plus I asked for the owner to contact me from the first stay and he never did. I will not stay here again. The staff did what they could but they need to hire better housekeepers to clean the rooms
