    I liked the Ac. The stained curtains, big roaches, bedding had previous cigarette burns, bed was hard and old, all pillows were sooo flat, What pillow.. they do not accept cash app or chime at the window.

    They made overbook. I went there but there were no rooms available. Terrible service communication. Many customers affected due to several flights and connections be grounded because the thunderstorms. So they kept booking availability.

    The beds were clean, and AC works very well , nice shower. Very clean room overall. Nice staff but not very helpful sadly.. When i woke up in the middle of the night and noticed that there were roaches by the bed nightstand and I then contacted the front desk to see if I could get another room and they said it was too late to do that which I can understand, lol i even asked if they had roach spray and that would be good enough for me but he said they didn’t and apologized. So that’s the ONLY thing that made me very uncomfortable, and I was not able to go back to sleep but other than that, it’s a great place if they could just fix that roach problem. Or at least offer another room in the case that it happens to someone else… no matter if it’s “too late” or not.

    upon entering my room, i see the sheets and bedspread are filthy. They had the maid change the sheets but did not bring back a blanket to replace the one taken. Thankfully, I carry my own with me. They make a huge fuss over damage previous dogs have done, but dont consider other guests may not be that way.

    The main lobby was never open; all interactions were through a small night window. I only spoke to two staff members—one at check-in who was condescending, and another late at night when I asked for clean towels and why the room hadn’t been serviced. His response was dismissive and borderline rude. He didn’t have any towels on hand and told me to come back in half an hour. To make matters worse, sketchy individuals knocked on our door twice during the first night—once at midnight and again at 4:30 a.m. The whole place gives the impression of being more focused on long-term weekly rentals than on providing a safe, clean stay for nightly guests.

    They didn’t have the room I reserved at check in and after agreeing to take another room the room I was given the ac/heater combo didn’t power on and it was a cool day and room. I went downstairs to let them know and instead of me hearing I apologize let me get you into another room and I will check it first before you move you items I’m hearing about a breaker being tripped like I was supposed to check it myself. Then the person that could give me a refund at that point this was all I would accept wasn’t on property and I waited 20 minutes with m6 phone dying and no charge ability in their lobby. Hotels.com made it right for me. The people that run this Red Roof Inn are not like the many others I have stayed months at a time at as an insurance adjuster at Castrophes.

    Unpaid for a room and I didn't have one when I arrived. The person there said his coworker called people to let them know it was cancelled. I didn't receive a call text or nothing. I get there at 1:40 am just to find out that the room I paid for was given away without my consent. I just want my money back and I want you to know you left a pregnant woman in the street without a place to sleep with a kid room. Shame on you.

    The room had a lamp hanging out of the sealing and one plug was hanging out of the wall the fridge had a red substance in the door measuring the room was not checked and cleaned properly I could not enter the main lobby during normal busses hrs just over all the bed was good and the TV works COVID is over time to open the place to great guest properly

    Pool is green mosquito cesspool!! Staff is RUDE!! Pets are NOT Welcome, they will charge $100 for pets. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE!! Roach droppings EVERYWHERE! They will come in your room while you are sleeping even with "Do not disturb" sign! No security latch, no ice bucket. And when I asked, I was given the rudest response and handed a garbage bag. I was yelled at by the witch at the window. Messed up my reservation then deadbolted me out of my room with my cat and my belongings inside. This place was the motel from HELL!! TRAVELER BEWARE!!

    I just stayed for quick stopover in Houston and didn't rent a car. There is 3 mall next and.behind it. You can just walk 5 minutes for restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to big mall for quick shopping ( brands such as Ross, Skechers....)

    The room had old gum on the floor!! We didn’t even use the shower! Won’t go back! Had our reservation for about a week and the evening we were to check in recd a call that our king room was no longer available. Asked us to book a suite.     The hotel is not up to state safety codes. The smoke detector was not functioning. Live wires were exposed and if there had been a fire, my dogs and I would have died. I noticed it in the morning and when I checked out I advised the lady at the desk. He confirmed that they were of the problem but still rented the room. The light in the bathroom flickered and wouldn't turn on completely. The bathroom was unsanitary since there was not lid on the commode. The air conditioner was extremely noise and would not cool. The hair dryer was so loud the person next door complained. Two other amenities were missing: no complimentary breakfast and no iron in the room. And if that wasn't enough, the night clerk was not nice.

    This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The front office people were the only nice and civil people. The house keepers were extremely rude, they called my son an IT, and argued with me about new sheets, called me dumb. It was ridiculous. I got a refund and left. Horrible hotel

    They advertised a continental breakfast and when I check in they told me about it again. When I checked it out in the morning however I was very disappointed. There was absolutely no fruit of any kind there was a machine that dispensed what was claimed to be minute maid orange juice. But one spigot had only water and the other spigot had water down orange juice. They had Cheerios but no milk to put on them. the other disappointment was when I checked in I could not get the television to work and one of the staff look at things for a little while finally gave up and brought me a new remote

    Had a pretty terrible experience for the few hours that we stayed here during our layover in Houston. We flew in late (just after 1:00am), and it was too late to get the hotel's shuttle. Not a problem there. The employee on the phone told me that he was the only person working, so he couldn't come to the airport to pick us up, which I completely understand. Checking in was easy, and we booked the shuttle back to the airport at 7:00am. Our scan card to get into our room unlocked the door, but the door wouldn't open. I tried 3 different times, but it just wouldn't budge so I went back down to the front desk to let them know. He followed me up to the room and noticed that the lock on the door needed a special tool to open up the piece needed to open the door, so he had to run back down and find the tool. He comes back up and pops the little piece off, and opens the door for us. Wouldn't it have just been easier to put us into a different room rather than keep us in a room where the door didn't open? By this time it was only about 3.5 hrs from when we needed to get back to the airport, so we went right to bed. I set my alarm for 30 minutes before we were to get the shuttle back. So I wake up and start going downstairs to get breakfast. BUT THE DOOR DOESN'T OPEN!!! So not only did the employee have to let us into the room, this means we were also locked INSIDE the room with no way to get out (short of breaking the window).

    Well besides no shampoo for the girls, no blanket for the pull out bed and no way to get shampoo or blankets or light bulbs untill check out the next day...went to just swim but the pool was too small for this time of year. It was hot tub hot if your into that in july. Left at 3am because we couldn’t get comfortable with 3 people 2 beds and 1 thin bed cover. Guy that checked us in didnt even need my ID or Debit Card which made me uncomfortable seeing how I travel all the time and they usually scan or verify the ID with the card...which I love. So if your cards been used online at this hotel and it wasnt you. Chances are someone just let them check in without SIGNING Anything. And I never got a single piece of paper. Hotels.com had to refund me because Red Roof Inn

    The room was great for the price and I was pleased with the room, but I had issues with the service. I never right reviews, but I was so frustrated with this trip. I checked in super late and was left standing at the check in counter for 20 minutes waiting for the clerk to come back. He apologized and upgraded my room, but then realized I was staying for a week and woke me up in the morning to tell me not to unpack because they had to move me to another room. The ice machine was broken and not fixed for 5 of the 7 days I was there so I had to buy my own ice. At check out I arranged their free shuttle to the airport, but when their shuttle broke down, they didn't tell me and I was going to have to pay for a taxi, which they called and never arrived. If I had know, I could have arranged my own transportation. Me and two other guys waiting for the taxi almost missed our flights. After a very frustrating week I was grateful that the front desk guy actually locked up and drove us to the airport himself, which was very generous of him and I just barley made my flight because of him.

    This place lack of customer service. I went there because my flight was cancelled and i had to find a hotel for the night. First i booked the room and they couldnt find my reservation amd i had to call expedia for them to handle it. Second, i get there and i ask the guys at the lobby if i can get some water i been walking around the airport all day and these guys send me in the middle of a storm to find water 3 blocks away without taking in considertaion that im not even from around there at all and that soemthing could happen. Terrible service.

    I was very disappointed to find out at 1:45AM talking to front desk rep Brenon that my reservation was cancelled. I am asking for my full refund plus taxi rides of $84 to find another hotel room! Thank you,

    Almost literally nothing at this place worked, tge one ice machine didnt work, the wifi didnt work, the temperature control on the ac unit was broken, and to top it all off they had to give us another room because the first one they gave us the key card wouldnt open and there was still someone in the room

    We had a hard time from arrival with this location. Over the phone before I booked I asked about the shuttle and told them our arrival time. They said it was fine and that the shuttle would get us. One the day of, they told me the shuttle was no longer running. I would have not booked here if that was the case. They finally agreed to get us a shuttle. Our flight arrived at 10:40. The shuttle did not pick us up until 11:40. Once we arrived we just wanted to go to bed. When they gave us the keys and we entered the the condition was not the vest to say the least. There was writing on the ceiling, graffiti on the electrical plugs, the fridge did not even work and the thermostat for the room was broken so it was only set to one temperature. Keep in mind we got a “superior” king room.
