The ad says something like this hotel is 3.5 kms from the airport as the crow flies. By road it is much further from the airport than a bunch of the other Bush International Airport hotels. Don't take the taxi/limo service recommended by the hotel. You better be prepared to use Uber since none of the hotels have shuttle service anymore and the taxi from the airport and Uber can add substantially to your hotel bill given the distance.

Very clean rooms, crisp clean linens. I slept quite well. Everyone that works here is quite friendly and.professional.

Beds were very stiff and flat bathroom had only cold water and alot of yelling and screaming in the room above us tv didnt function correctly only 12 channels available no breakfast.

We enjoy it nice and quiet they keep it clean the tv are not good but it’s ok the water gets really hot which is a plus but the pressure sometimes is not ok not really any complaints

Had very cold air conditioning, extremely hot water, and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the room was hot and had a smell upon arrival. After turning on the A/C, the room cooled down quickly and the smell went away some but not completely. Also the extra manual lock on the door was broken. This security measure needs to be fixed ASAP. Room was ok, just needs a few issues addressed and possibly some work done on interior decoration

Clean room and sheets, service every day or as requested. I’ve been here a week. Can’t beat the price. Right behind Hooters, Saltgrass & Chili’s, for a quick bite or an evening out. Right across the street a the mall, everything you could need for an extended stay.

I went to check in and the man that was working behind the counter was so rude that I did not want to stay at the property so I did never stayed there

The property was falling apart. There was mold. I seen the housekeeping quickly sweeping the tub with cleaner and a broom that she cleaned the toilet with and then splashing water over to rinse. The guy at the front desk was kinda weird and rude. The only good feedback I have is that the lady who initialing welcomed us was very kind. I would not stay that that hotel. I give it a 1 out of 5 stars.

For what I paid with Expedia it was excellent. It was quiet and I felt safe check in was easy and fast

While the room itself was spacious, several aspects of the accommodation were below standard. The beds were outdated spring mattresses that squeaked with every movement. The walls were visibly dirty, and the shower curtain was torn and in need of replacement. Additionally, while the mini fridge was functioning, it appeared to be broken, as it was unable to keep items properly frozen.

It was a convenient location to the stadium but the amenities weren’t available like it said on the website. The pool was gone and it was no breakfast.

This property is in a very questionable location that is very inconvenient to access. The bathroom door would not close and latch and dragged on the floor so hard you almost needed to be a linebacker to close it. Very dissatisfied and will not be staying here again.

However I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It was simply furnished but spacious and the expected towels and basic toiletries were available. The air conditioner stood up to "98 degree in June" heat. The staff was pleasant and helpful on check-in and provided me with a quiet room which I much appreciated as I was in-transit. All-in-all this hotel met my needs (a warm shower and 6 hours sleep) and was best value for money.

Husband and I stayed to be close for work. Room was clean and we slept well, we didn’t like that the sign outside was different wording than what the motel is actually called and area was a little sketchy but overall enjoyed the quick stay.

It was very unsanitary, walls had bugers on them, toilet wasn't flushing properly, beds sheets were stained and nasty, the towels and bath cloths were stained didn’t look clean or fresh it had alot of prostitution and drug addicts worse experience never again!!!

We truly appreciate the kindness and ease of our stay with y’all. Your staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. You accommodated our every need and it meant so much. The hospitality was spot on. I will definitely stay with y’all again and tell my friends about your hotel and the lovely experience we had. Thank you again for taking care of us.

They could mot meet my room requirements i could not stay there i want my money refunded I never checked in or stayed in a room . They only had a smoking room and no elevator

The room was non smoking yet you could smell cigarette smoke, Water pressure was horrible and they claim to have free breakfast however they serve cold coffee without sugar and creamer is old with a tiny hunny bun NOT worth the price

I was looking for an affordable stay in the Houston area and this place popped up. I am pleased to say that the property was clean and had all the necessary amnenities. Each day, the cleaning service would enter the room to tidy up and replaced used toileteries. The location was also relatively safe, I had no issue with anyone approaching me or my rental car. Though it is by the freeway, it is near a fair amount of places to suit most needs, such as dining options and shopping such as the Deerbrook Mall and Target.

Stinking smell and too much noise from AC and the traffic near by.

We booked for 4 days and it was the worse stay ever , my husband got bed bites and this ruined our Christmas vacation after driving 25 hours to Houston from Bismark North Dakota we had to be taking care of my husband's health… the night receptionist changed us rooms on our first night and it didn’t have bed bites but did have roaches in the room

Rooms need huge up grade

There was a homeless man between building under the deck above. There was a car sitting in the parking lot with someone inside and its lights on who pulled in just ahead of me and then sat there for over an hour. The person on duty didn't care and told me I could go somewhere else if I was not comfortable. It was too late to go somewhere else.

As a female solo traveller, I did not feel very safe. Very dangerous looking dingy area. Bedsheets were dirty with cigarette holes and lights would flicker on. I couldn’t even open my drapes because there was no tint or nothing so everyone can see inside. I wanted to get a refund for one night because I didn’t feel safe and they wouldn’t give it to me so I had to stay inside a dark room locked until my flight was ready. I ended up checking out early to stay at the airport because I felt safer sitting there. Waste of money, pay the extra few dollars to go somewhere nicer

You get what you pay for. My room was listed as non-smoking but it definitely was not. As a non-smoker I could smell it in the pillows and the comforter. The cleaning lady did her part by keeping the room clean but to no avail. I went to ask about an iron and ironing board and was told they didnt have one as everytime the got them they were stolen. Who steals those items? The staff that i dealt with were nice and helpful. Not a bad stay.
