Hampton Inn & Suites in Huntersville is a wonderful hotel to stay at. The front desk staff is available, professional, pleasant, and efficient. The property is well maintained. Housekeeping had the room and bathroom immaculate. We will stay again!

Clean room and attentive staff. The gym was nice. Breakfast was great. The breakfast lady was very happy and friendly.

Very clean the associate at the front was very nice My bed was way too hard for my liking. And the pillows very small and not comfortable. I came for surgery and actually left early from my room because I was unable to sleep. No one ever came in to clean or take out the trash

Hampton Inn never disappoints.

This hotel was in a convenient location with Bojangles right next door and a couple other food offerings. Breakfast buffet was typical stuff but it was super clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Cookies and cold water in the lobby and a really warm and welcoming staff who made you feel special! I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

The bed was unusable for me as I require a very firm mattress, hence the reason I always bring an air mattress with me. The TV remote was a little unusual and some getting used too, but I only used the TV once during my two day stay, so not a big deal.

Private. Full continental breakfast not just cereal. Carpet was sticky and damp, but still seemed clean. Concerns regarding safety of vehicle in lot due to signs posted regarding locking vehicle and hiding valuables.

Kind staff, nice perks like Coffee, Tea,Cookies, Bagged Breakfast as well as a hot breakfast buffet. Bottles of water at check in. Clean, plenty of parking.

For a very good sleep time, we chose guaranteed comfort; large rooms, very clean, quiet and an amazing guest service, at any time.

We arrived around midnight. The sweet woman working the front desk was so kind and happy to help. The breakfast was always wonderful. The staff taking care of the coffee and breakfast was attentive and happy to help. When I mentioned to the front desk staff one morning that there was ice on the floor by the elevator they were quick to clean it up. The room amenities were perfect as well. The room was the perfect temperature

Our only complaint is that the room smelled like the carpet had been shampooed then left wet for weeks, very strong sour smell/mildewy when you opened the door to the room.

I normally toss and turn when i stay in a hotel. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff were more than will to help with any requirements i needed. I would highly recommend staying here, and i probably will on my next trip through.

The Hotel was clean, but the dust mites in my room was brutal. The television wasn’t the greatest. They had a really nice coffee station fresh cookies put out everyday. Breakfast wast the best. To each is own.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the ladies preparing breakfast was exceptional. Friendly faces from top to bottom. I am in the restaurant industry and know how hard it is in the hospitality business and this staff is top notch!

Bathtub was safe with bars and non slip….which becomes important as you age and beds were comfy and room clean!

Possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was ok at best (uncomfortable mattress, weird room smell). Definitely not worth the cost!!

The place was super clean and well kept, the outdoor area around the hotel was attractive and well lit, and everything worked well. We especially appreciated the quietness of the air conditioning in our room, and that the fridge was not quite as tiny as most hotels'. What we liked the most, though, were the desk staff: all three whom we interacted with were welcoming, friendly, and intelligently offered extra assistance in ways we didn't even know to request. The hotel and guests are lucky to have them.

The property is being renovated. However, our room was not yet renovated and we had a few issues. They were promptly addressed. As we have family in the area, we stay there often. We look forward to its complete renovation.

There was a computer problem when I checked in. Room cards for entry were not available. I want to complement Marie who was behind the front desk. She brewed fresh coffee and offered to escort us individually to our rooms and let us in. She later came to each room to provide people with their key card.

My stay was comfortable.

Every other day cleaning. I-77 route noise especially loud. Air conditioning in the wall and directed to blow across bed nearest window.

We loved this hotel. Only issue was that several cars were broken into during our stay. Thankfully not ours but not sure if we would stay here again. I think we heard it was 17 cars. Hard to believe that would happen with no one noticing. Camera, security… anything.

Check in was easy and desk worker was informative and very cordial. Breakfast offered a nice variety of foods and beyond the typical Continental breakfast found at many hotels. Safe and sufficient amount of parking.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The construction around was confusing and we had a hard time getting to the hotel.

We stayed two nights and no servicing the room. There was a glass on the table in the elevator lobby and it stayed there for the two days.

My family stays at this location once a year. The staff is professional. The rooms are clean. I have stayed at more expensive hotels in the area, but Hampton Inn has been consistently amazing.

Hotel is Super Clean, Each and Every Staff member was kind and courteous. The fresh baked cookies was an extra added touch of sweetness. The hotel is centrally located to all amenities and well within walking distance. This will definitely be my new home away from home.

Overall, this 5-night stay was great. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast could have been a bit better with more variety. But I would stay here again.

Room was ready about an 1-1/2hrs ahead of our arrival. We were greeted with a warm smile and very professional. Chris at the counter was very helpful and would answer any and all questions. It was a great stop after a long day of driving.

I can’t say enough about the staff, the cleanliness and overall stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable for my taste, but that is the only thing I would change. Upon arrival the young men checking us in were pleasant and gave us bottled waters since we had been traveling all day and hadn’t had a chance to grab any. Breakfast was great, and the staff putting it out made sure to check on us and make sure everything was satisfactory. Kimberly the night manager was friendly and helpful with all our questions. I was very impressed with the huntersville Hampton Inn we will be returning next year.

Death in the family and Checked in late. Front desk was very helpful. Room was very clean and the housekeeping staff maintained the cleanliness level throughout the entire stay. The lobby, elevators, dining areas also maintained a high level of cleanliness. The grounds and entryway and rear exit was also highly maintained.

The property was bright and airy. And the staff was helpful and accommodating.

Our room was on the side of the building which is 'away' from the freeway. We did not notice any road noise. Hallways were quiet which made sleeping easier.
