Room smelled. Toilet holder not secured to wall. Stains on curtains. Virtually no breakfast. Only plus was cordial staff and good water pressure in the shower.

The sheets were terrible big bleach spots as well as other stains…even a replacement was the same… The shower was hot and strong which was good but it was obviously not remodeled by a professional..hodgepodge!

GREAT location, really great staff, my only complaint is that they didn’t have comfortable bedding I could have used an actual comforter since it was so cold out. But overall I totally recommend this place just bring a extra blanket lol

Parking was good easy stay the problem was the room smell like dogs peed on the carpet and that bugged me the whole staying time. Also the breakfast was very poorly almost non existent.

Now understanding electronics sometimes just go out. It makes sense that it’s no one‘s fault however, I expected some type of apology or compensation. When I called the 800 number a gentleman asked me so what do you want me to do about it? What do I want from this experience? Huh!? That was inappropriate because I’m expecting someone to tell me what they’re going to do about my inconvenience! Again, the staff on duty was very courteous so there’s no problem there. Even the gentleman tried to change out the remote for me to see if that was the problem but the 800 number that I called is what I had an issue with. The representative seemed like he was sleepy on the phone and Lethargic. This is the second Wyndham Hotel experience that I’ve had that didn’t go so well, although the first situation was more of a refund issue with a previous stay. It’s just not a good look, and I am second-guessing whether or not I stay at Another in the future. I do want to reiterate that the actual room was clean and convenient. Parking was wonderful. Staff was very nice however again don’t know if I’m gonna do this again.

Nearby restaurants and grocery stores was a plus and convenient. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The front desk person was so welcoming and kind and considerate, and when I came back from my second visit, he remembered my name and welcomed me in my room was ready and it met all my needs

The room was clean, but it had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. The wifi was absolutely terrible which made working difficult while there. The staff was very nice.

Quiet, good location

The hotel was extremely clean, service was great, the pool was excellent. The only thing is the bed was very hard and they need umbrellas for the tables at the pool. But i will still give this hotel a 5 star rating. If i ever come back the area that is where i will stay again

We wanted quiet place to stay to break up our long trip. This hotel delivered what we were after at a reasonable price.

The beds are hard and uncomfortable chair by the bed is dirty and stained.

Nothing fancy though clean and comfortable. Freeway right behind entrance (near pool) but my room was quiet. Breakfast offerings were uninspired.

The room was nice & clean. The bed was comfortable. *The only problem was the breakfast. The only hot food was a waffle maker. Other than that, there was a fruit cup and cereal. That's it! That alone will cause me to no longer stay here unless the rates go way down. All of the other guests that came down for breakfast were super disappointed as well.

The room itself? A masterclass in neglect. The air hung heavy with a musty, stale odor that stubbornly clung to everything. My eyes were then assaulted by decor that screamed "last renovation during the Reagan administration." Peeling wallpaper, threadbare carpets, and furniture that had clearly witnessed decades of questionable use completed the depressing tableau. And the bed! Oh, the bed. Describing it as "uncomfortable" is a gross understatement. It felt like sleeping on a collection of strategically placed rocks covered by a thin, lumpy excuse for a mattress. The warning not to use the blanket, offered by a staff member with a weary sigh, spoke volumes. I heeded their advice, but the chill in the room did little to improve my "rest." The towels provided felt like sandpaper, relics from a bygone era that had long since lost any semblance of softness. Their faded appearance suggested they were on their last, very rough, legs. Even the designation of my room as "non-smoking" proved to be a cruel joke, as the lingering scent of stale cigarettes permeated the air , need I go on?

Terrible Construction Area, Restaurants in the immediate area were closed for inside dining. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind, courteous and welcoming.

Honestly, this was the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed in. The lobby, front desk and dining area was very clean and looked like it had been fairly recently remodeled. The rooms were very much the same way. I would stay there again for sure.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, when I walked on the carpet barefoot my feet were filthy. The carpet was filthy, the bed sheets had a nasty crusty mess on it.

Woke up to small blood spots all over bed and bites on our body. Absolutely disgusted. We left early evening. Didn’t even stay the night.

The property was nice. It felt safe and private. The lobby was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast is just cereal, toast and a waffle. The waffle was good. The coffee was good. My biggest complaint is that the bed was rock hard and really uncomfortable.

Convenient for our needs

Need for updating. Broken floor tile in the sink area that is a hazard, should someone walk into that area in their bare feet. Terrell, the manager, was apologetic and immediately submitted a repair work order. He was kind and professional, an asset to your management team.

Entire town of Huntersville under road construction, it seems. Took 30 minutes to get back from the gas station across the street. Never again.

This was my first time staying overnight at an Super 8 properties. To my surprise, this property has one of the top tier staffs. The facility was extremely clean from the parking lot to the room, and I was impressed. Beds were not very comfortable, but other than that it was very pleasant stay.

Everything was fine. There was some device immediately outside that kept beeping which make it difficult to sleep.

Was stuck on the road in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Very thankful to have found a safe clean hotel.

The preoperty was very close to shops and destinations.

I stayed there five times already and I would go back for more. It was reasonable and they gave me what I needed.

Staff very accommodating, I can’t do stairs well and didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator when booking. They upgraded me and gave me first floor. Very clean, spacious room. I would stay there again!

I did not like anything about this property. I had to step over someone doing drugs on the stairs an when I turned on the light in the room cockroaches scattered. I left immediately and they still charged me for the night.

Nice stay - pool was great, room was fairly clean, and staff kept the area around the property well maintained. Okay breakfast - coffee, waffles and cereal but not a whole lot to choose from. Good vending options and tv package.

The bathroom seems a little rundown - ceiling dirty or moldy and saw the super tiny roaches just in the bathroom but nowhere else in the room - didn't bother me much considering I've seen much worse at places - just closed the drains at night and all was good. The bath towels were really soft and great vending options close by. The rooms were spacious and nice tv. The breakfast was okay - just cereal and waffles, but good hot coffee. Was a good stay and I'd stay again.

Rooms are raggedy but clean. Broken AC, broken fire alarm, that’s terrible. and they still put you in the room. Upity people are put down stairs and people who seem farfetched or broke are out upstairs. It needs to stop.

Super 8 provided maid service to the room DAILY. Other chains and resorts don't do that anymore and say it's to help save the environment or some other lame excuse. Super 8 puts the customer first instead of the bottom line. Thank you for this

Room was musty. Walls thin,heard neighbors all night. Passable for the price but we'll pay $50 more to have a better room.

It was a long drive so we were just happy to rest our head. Wouldnt necessarily stay more than 1 night. Not a great selection for breakfast . Friendly front desk staffing
